Burger King in Modesto

Says they close at 12 pulled up at 11 and we were told they only do DoorDash after 11. Annoying

Went there to get my sister a meal. She was too ill to drive. She enjoyed her meal. They got her order correct. She was happy.

Only really come here because its convenient, down the road from my work. Most times it takes a while to get my order. Creepy guy hangs out the window while waiting for your food.

The other day my lady and I stopped here to grab a late dinner. 30 mins to an hour before closing time. By the time we got home which is about 1-2 miles away from BK TOPS. All of our food was cold. Which needless to say made us unhappy. We were finnaly able to speak with a manager after a few attempted calls. And the manager we spoke to was Jeff. We made Jeff aware of what happened. And well, lets just say Jeff went above and beyond to make sure we were happy this visit. And he also made sure that ALL OF our food was HOT and freshly made this time around. Jeffs customer service was outstanding. And he was more accommodating than we even expected. He is definitely an asset to BK. Thanks Jeff you ROCK!!!

We don’t go to Burger King that often but when we do we always enjoy our meal.

Been going here for years since I was a kid. Thought to share my recent experience with how they handled my order issue.Last week I ordered a 4 pc mozzarella sticks and other items, sat in drive through for 10 min (busy weekend lines). Pulled out to my fav spot to eat realized mozzarella sticks were chewy, cheese was dark yellow, and old/past throw out time. I called their number found on receipt and let them know what happened and asked if I could go by for a new batch.They told me no problem that theyll have them ready for me. I drove back, went inside, didnt have to wait for my new batch of mozzarella sticks. Walked out and was able to get back to eating in peace in no time.Staff is professional, management has improved since they are on top of not running out of things like before.Only issue : Some staff are soft spoken, its hard to hear with traffic and train! Please speak louder lolBtw this is a fast food joint not a high end restaurant. Some of these reviews got me 😆

Never going to this location again. Didnt have the meal I wanted, and the server wore no gloves when placing my onion rings in its container.

There were a few cars ahead of me but they kept moving I was out of there quickly with my meal and my dogs chicken nuggets. My burger 🍔 was delicious 😋.

What happened to Burger King? They took forever to give me my order in the drive thru, which I’m okay with because I understand how they may be understaff. But what made me very upset was I ordered mozzarella cheese sticks and they were as hard as rubber! I couldn’t believe it! I’m like who serves someone this it was completely ridiculous!

One of the few places that will let you use the restroom in an emergency the COVID epidemic doesnt mean that people dont need to pee. More businesses should follow the Kings lead on this one.

Charges a price different from what is listed on the drive thru menu board. Says the computer wont them them correct it their system.Although, $.30 difference, this could add to a lot when applied to multiple customers.Seemed dishonest to me. This also happened to me at Burger King in Ceres CA in 2008. Had not been back to a BK restaurant until now 2021.Because of this I will never patronize a Burger King ever again.

Working near this BK, I do go here but it has got to be the absolute worst BK ever. The whopper meat is never hot enough to melt the cheese. If you ask them to warm the meat, the whole burger looks like someone sat on it, all smashed and dripping tomato juice, the bun is a thin film of white paste. If you order online, they forget that you ordered it, and have to let them know that you ordered on line before they even start making it. AND IT IS STILL COLD.

Went in today for lunch, was completely ignored by the employees, stood there for 5min, only person in the dinning room yet no one say a word to be, finally I say, “well I guess you guys aren’t helping anyone inside?” Still just got ignored, watch some idiot stare at frys and take about 3 min just to put them in a bag. Useless people. Work right across the street but I’ll never go back to this one.

The food tasted good the drive thru took a bit and they seemed to be out of alot mostly chicken products but overall it wasnt to bad

Horrible service guy at the drive threw rude his name was Jeff and did not have his mask on we’re still in a pandemic and they don’t have gloves or mask on !! Didn’t give me the sauce when asked left me sitting at the window for over 5 minutes waiting to ask for the sauce! Then proceeds to give me one sauce for 6 items! Very unprofessional already out of the items we wanted to order and on top of that horrible service.

Worst experience ever. Slow service. Rude employees. Nothing in stock. 45 min wait just to order my food. This place sucks. Slow as molasses and food was cold when I got it. Train your employees better.

Burger king purposely places a strip of tape on the receipt machine in order for you not to be able to use the survey code and give them bad reviews...I know I use to work here at this location. But foods good

Disgusting! Ordered a Rodeo Cheeseburger and it had no cheese. Informed them and they get a manager who wants to see proof, but not touch. Remade and used a burnt patty. Remaining food old. The other day we asked for one burger on potato bun, they put entire order on potato buns. Not everyone likes potato buns. Thanks, you suck!

I havent been to a Burger King in a long time. It was awesome. I did curb side and it was just amazing. Food was just how I ordered it. Ready in minutes, the person that got it ready was amazing. I will for sure be eating there more often. Great job!

They were out of a lot of items and didnt pay attention to my order handed me a watered down soda that wasnt even the right soda. They were out of poppers, mozzarella sticks, spicy chicken nuggets, Orange soda, among other things.

The lady taking our order at the drive thru was rather rude when we were ordering. She did not use her words to get our attention when handing the receipt and method of payment back. She just shook it like a toddler with a really bad attitude. AND they messed up our order on top of poor customer service. We were nothing but nice and polite.

I ordered a whopper with bacon and the bacon was raw. The onions were big chunks, will never eat there again. Cant even read the receipt. Terrible experience.

They charbroiled their food way too in advance and kept it in those metal containers making their patties all rubbery and taste gross. I always ALWAYS get sick when I eat at this Burger King. Save your money and eat at home. Yuck

Out of all the other Burger King Ive been to this one I can say they have great customer service. The manager and staff at night on 11/21/19 was very polite and it seemed like they were short staff but he still gave us great customer service and we received our order quickly. The lobby was kept clean also.

They are always super slow and understaffed. The food is hot 50% of the time, so its a gamble whether its going to be good or not. Im done coming here. Theyre the closest place to my work, but not worth wasting my whole 30 minute break for one 10 piece.

The order was accurate but thats the only good thing I could say. I was surprised at the poor taste of the food. It tasted like I would have expected it to taste the next afternoon out of the microwave.

This burger king location is the worst Ive been to. The first time I went to this location my burger and fries were both cold and the flavor made it inedible. The second time I went to this location I ordered 20 chicken nuggets and they were stiff and stale. Will not be eating here anymore.

I love this place i ask them for light lettuce so that i know my burger is frehhhfrehhhfrehhfrehhfrahh-shh & Its not all gross with soggy lettuce. Then i ask for exxxtra mayo for me please;3 and throw on skeet on it half a ketchup packet i also ask them for ranch but the one where they squirt the ranch onto one of those clear circle sauce containers cause its wat better than the square packeaged ones breh and then i go nommynommahhhnommahhhnommnommsDip a little of the burg in the ranch before evert bite and let me tell you while i sit there in my crown aintt nobody can tell me nuttin playa cause errrbody knows im the king and i made their whopper my B****.

Great service and the food actually looked good. Burgers were stacked properly. Chicken nuggets were booked perfect. My new #1 Burger King

Tried the new tacos hubby said they were good and of course a strawberry shake he loves the ones from burger king . The drive up was fast and the server friendly.

Always nice, pleasant, clean, everyone at this location cheerful. When in Modesto I enjoy having dinner here in the evening I leave the truck . Getting a little exercise walking to this B.K. also you cant beat the price of a fresh,fast,hot meal here the personnel make sure you have it your way THUMBS UP to all the staff and management they always do everything right and my way when Im there.....

Crispy chicken I ordered had no meat, it was really thin and more towards hard and crunchy. Water was orange flavored, the chicken nuggets were forgotten, but when I asked for them I received them, however, they tasted like a bad version of cheap frozen nuggets. I will certainly question ever going to a Burger King again, especially this location.

The bathroom is phenomenal, the service is even better and the workers keep a friendly environment which is amazing too see. Thier location is decent and they actually have outlets at every table just to make things extremely convienient. Thier food was great, unfortunately they were out of whopper meat, but they had a great way of substituting and making due with what was available. Ill make sure to make this the only Burger I come too when im in Modesto.

They got the order wrong after making sure they heard my order correctly and once we left and started eating in the car the burgers tasted so bad we threw them away. Never going here again

Burgers are bomb, its #BK bra, so, fries are standard warm. Fried food held way too long. Order all fried foods fresh. Drive through lines are always empty.

The food is good, the only thing holding them back from 5 stars is the flies i dont know what it is about burger kings but they always have a group of flies ready to swoop in to get a taste of your food.

Food is always hot and made to order. Nothing is ever sitting. I know I could come here order chicken and not get nast dry nuggets or chicken fries that have been sitting. They always get our order made promptly and they arent skimpy when it comes to dipping sauces.

It may be hot outside, but it stays cool inside this BK! Finally a fast food place that uses A/C! The dining area and bathroom are kept clean. Also a huge TV in lobby.

I really have no complaints about this Burger King service was great and theyre always nice and well-mannered. The food is always cooked well and thats a plus. LOL. great job Burger King you guys have stepped up your game, keep it up!!

Just got back from there after a long day at work, got 2 cheeseburgers and a whooper. All three items were cold. Ontop of that, the 2 guys in the building that i saw were rude, told me they cabt make a small shake because they already cleaned it. Excuse me but the sign says closed at 12am. So i expect to be able to get a shake or whatever other item that you sell. Might be that last time i go here, but i am going to go back in and ask about this. Because this is down right ridiculous.

It was interesting. I brought my 9 year old son while we were in the parking lot we saw a bum at the store across from this come around back drop his drawers and leaned up against the wall and take a dump then since he didnt have toilet paper he use the wall to wipe his fingers it was like a train wreck

I would give zero stars if possible. My husband ordered me a whopper with cheese no lettuce no onions, got the burger, it has lettuce and onions on it. Ok, no big it happens, Ill just take them off, open my burger and there is a long hair in it! Disqusting! Burger thrown away, wasted money. Then my husband goes to eat his and they are super cold. Cheese was almost like ice. So, apparently they didnt care what we ordered, they just took our $23 and gave us whatever they felt like. Horrible service and nasty unsanitary food.
