Food was fresh and delicious.

No way this place very dirty.I will not eat there again

How can a Burger King never have icecream or milkshakes...i have been there a few times in the last few months and they can never serve me a milkshake! Also very unfriendly staff!

I have lost all my hope for burger King!!! Their service has become appalling!!!! You NEVER receive what you order!!!!Update 19/09/2022 ... ordered again, received CHICKEN instead of VEGAN nuggets.... what the actual 🤮🤢Update 20/09/2022 .... stopped for dinner on the way home. Once again did not receive the extra sauce I ordered and paid for.Update 18/10/2022 ... I would like to congratulate Burger King for getting my last two orders perfect! Thank you. Lets hope this is going to be continued improvement in quality control 😊

When I visited ,there was no water.The redtsurant was closed.

Ordered the chicken however was so spicy we could not eat it. Onion rings aswell so spicy. No mention of it being spicy. Very disappointing

Always great to have options, I have has some inconsistencies in the food quality but for the most part its great.

The staff are always friendly and helpful. We didnt even have to wait that long for our oder even though the place was packed.

Only if they can put rubber tips on the chairs... The squicky sound is kills me everytime whenever a person sits....

Fast and good quality food. Just be warned for end of the month. A lot of people orders food there at the end of the month and you will wait a while.

The experience was very nice, the food was great, the inside is very clean, the staff could be much friendlier and not have a permanent attitude. The survey that i was pressured into taking gives you a free Kids Whopper on the next R30 you spend, but what they dont tell you is that it expires in 2 Days, even though it says its for your Next Visit, that Next Visit is supposed to be within 2 Days.

Dont know whats the use of getting Burger King for nightshift food if they dont even bother in putting your entire order in... No chips and no explanation but had to pay for it

Dont waste your money by getting takeaways from this place, service is bad, COVID 19 protocols are implemented in an inept manner by Heidi and staff, all they know is sanitizer and know nothing about washing hands nor refresher towels/wet wipes.

3 Jan 2022 - First time EVER Ive gone through a drive thru and told to park and wait... For 15 mins... This the new business model to make more sales and have the staff relax? Disgusted!

Bought a Texas something burger, 6 wings and a extra long chilli cheese burger.The extra long chilli cheese burger was dry, had little jalapenos or chilli ( whatever it is).The Texas burger was amazing Though.And as for the wings- they had a little flavour but could be more...they were very small.

Absolutely worst ordered everThe food was cold.And no mention of chillies on the Bac BBQ pepper burger 🤢🤮.Just didnt look appetizing.Feed both to the dogs

I always get good quality meal there. Their burgers and rolls are a decent size. I like them now, more than Mac Donalds!

Was specially received by staff members and given time to place my order whilst enjoying a free ice cold drink. My food was nice and did enjoy them.

Service is quick and staff is friendly. The only problem that I did see that the delivery guys from TAKELOT just walk in and dont sanitise and the Burger King staff or Security did not stop them to sanitize their hands or take their temperature. I myself as a customer was stopped to sanitise and temperature was taken.

I live close by, and without a McDonalds close by it makes this my next best option. Ill admit tho that I now prefer Burger 🤴 over any day McDonalds 😌 .I got a bitten burger one time I ordered. My mother was furious, she drove back there within the 15 minutes that it took us to go home and realize what was up. Got there, reported it, were promised that theyd look through security footage to c heck for foul play, went back the next day to hear a "we unfortunately found nothing on the tapes."Albeit we did get a new order that same night we reported the incident I just have to say that was mundo unappreciated and macho disappointing. We had to drive all the way back nigg*z. NOT COOLAnother thingYall should get more staff on duty, especially on weekends because in between having to enter Delivery orders, MrD & UberEats, the staff is taking quite a while to attend to orders.Some of em are cranky, give em more breaks or break time hle.OverAll...yall are Aiight 👌.

Unfriendly service. They got our order wrong. Then tried to tell us it was somehow our fault. Despite this, the food was good. Though the costs on average arent as good as you might expect, there are well priced combo deals. If youre doing drive thru, be sure to check your order before leaving the parking lot

Never open on time. 2 minutes past 9 the security will chase us away saying they arent open yet. Yesterday we went in the afternoon, and was the first time we were able to go in in our last 4 attempts.

We got the wrong order, the food was burnt...

Went inside as I wanted to sit and eat. Only 1 person taking orders on a Friday afternoon. Very slow. Position of staff member, and Covid controls means those waiting to be served were forced to stand in the doorway and outside. Staff yelling at one another (not just calling order numbers). Just unpleasant. Burger was fine..... typical Burger King. Overall a lousy experience and it is a pity, since my office is very close by.

Unexpectedly, this was one of the better branches of the popular franchise. My first visit was a pleasure to experience.The drive through was slightly busy but proceeded at a fast pace which is seldom the case with drive-through restaurants these days.The menu seems to have changed (yet againand is not positioned well, you can only go through it just before you get to the order placing section. So its a rush to not frustrate people in the queue.The service staff were polite and friendly and efficient and you could clearly hear them without them shouting at you.The meal itself was top notch! Super fresh, super tasty and put together with care - most awesome!

Really happy that there is a Burger King in the area! Really tasty food with really fast, good quality service! The eating area on the inside is alright, but it feels a bit dull. Id suggest that the staff should consider adding some music to the place to create an environment but all in all, great place to go when your on a lunch break!

Excellent quality. The burgers really taste great and is bigger than their competitors burgers. The service is great especially over weekends, during week days it tends to be slower. Another thing that is great is that the people who take the orders can actually hear what you are saying so you dont have to repeat orders countless times. Keep it up Burger King!
