AWFUL EXPERIENCE!Got the wrong order twice! Bad reception, they didnt even bother to replace my whopper with a new one when i came back with the order that i got wrong in the first place. Everywhere when i returned a food command, they replaced the whole command, giving me fresh products. Here they didn’t even bother to replace the products that were correct on the order, just added the missing ones. Even though i came back 50 mins after i got the products.(cam back from home for this).

Super team ! Really fast service and exceptional food, fresh and tasty. All the team was really friendly and catchy !

Spacious cafeteria for industry standards in a nice location, helpful and friendly staff, good choice of products and reasonable prices.

It was a very clean and good Burger King! Especially the employees were very nice to us.

The staff are rude every single time to customers and each other. Its horrible. They are unorganised, the place is nit clean and today was the worst by far with giving out orders on time.

Long waiting time, fries and burger were cold, staff were unengaged. This is not what I have experienced in other cities and definitely not what I would expect from Basel. It can only be better from this point on!

Probably the best BK Ive ever had! Besides the fact that the Alp burger is an absolutely fantastic fast food creation native to Switzerland, the fries were perfectly cooked, and the cashier was friendly and helpful, speaking perfect English.I scaled the stairwell after receiving my swiftly dispatched food and made respite at a bar stool on the top floor, watching a slideshow of photos taken in and around Basel.

Better than McD. Though the chicken sandwiches are bit too salty. They accept Lunch-Check cards as well. Open until late.

Clean and spacious Burger King with nice seating. Seemed very clean and friendly staff. Would come here again as seems to have better variety than McDonalds. Good for a quick bite.

One of the nicer Burger Kings. During the summer theres lots of outdoor seating on one of Basels busiest pedestrian streets. Large atrium at the counter front and some upstairs seating. Standard BK menu with Swiss prices ;-)

Its a BK! No surprises. This one is well located, big, fast and the food is the same as in any other average one, as the objective of a franchise anyways. Nothing special, just a swiss version of a BK which speaks for itself.

I would have to say one of the few places in Switzerland where we were served with a smile. The food was good for a Burger King, and the customer service was great.

They can work harder on keeping the tables clean..

Dont expect more than a Burger King. Seats available outside in the pedestrian zone
