First time the manager was shouting a member of staff in front of customer and then I gave me a milk shake that was sub standard and then today a member of staff was rude when I was asking about the menu very disappointed

Clean restaurant and very good staff. Theres plenty of seating and the coffee is good here too! Just be sure to check the openi g times if you are planning to go early in the day.

Went in last night ,granted it was st.patricks day and things can get messy but the place was filthy it was like there was no staff, to top it off we got 2 cremated burgers just a pity i didnt take a pic of them whoever is cooking obviously hasnt got a clue

No care who ever prepare burgers here, everything was throw in buns, there was no joy of eating, they have to train their staff for CARE.

Very unprofessional and foods was disgraceful like they didnt slice onion half onion was in the burger they wer very big also lettuce didnt like at all if i visit killarney again never go to this place and do not recommend to anybody management should check the quality again and hire people that able to make burger

Staff were extremely friendly and helpful and the place was relatively clean. Security guy at the door makes sure there is no messing around. The only issue was the king fish burger, which was just three birds eye fish fingers in the bun instead of the golden breaded fish fillet it says on the menu!

Visited at 11.30pm on a Saturday bank holiday weekend. Store was clean, security man on door was really friendly with all visitors-very nice to see. Service was quick and all good. A good experience especially considering the night and time.

I typically dont like BK, but this was a pretty modern restaurant that was well kept up. The staff was friendly and the food was as expected.
