Burger King in Dubuque

The drive thru has become a place to nap!! The line only moves every 8 1/2 minutes, no joke!!!

Fast service for being in a late lunch rush, hot food, friendly service

Only complaint is the unsteadiness of operations. Food is hot, fresh. Service is average. Better than attitudes and cold food. Missing ⭐ is the inconsistent hours.

The Spicy Chicken sandwich was excellent. My family ate lunch and service was quick and accurate. Food was hot and fresh. Staff was nice. Place was clean.

I ordered a Jr whopper a regular whopper and a chicken sandwich thru drive-thru my daughters burger the Jr whopper had a peice of glass on the bottom of her bun. What if she would have swallowed. Please check yall.food before giving to.your kids

Order was right, restaurant was relatively clean. Staff was nice. Wasnt busy when we went. Food came out quickly and was warm and good. Could have been a cleaner dining area but other then that it was fine for fast food.

Order a whopper meal, double cheeseburger meal and whopper Jr meal with onion rings. Food was correct, quick, hot and fresh. We dined in. Dining area was very clean. Will dine there again for sure l

If I could give a zero star I would!! This place is horrible anymore. We waited in line for nearly 45 minutes one day just to order! Another 20 to actually get food.They close at 8pm usually, big sign says closing tonight at 7pm. Well..I understand staffing issues but the drive thru AND front doors are locked a 30 mintues before

I called about five minutes ago to ask what the starting pay is for a server there and the lady kept saying we don’t make the prices on DoorDash I kept trying to tell her I was not asking about DoorDash I was asking about the starting pay to have a job there as a server the lady called attitude with me was very snippy and disrespectful so I will not be trying to apply there ever again

Went to get order replaced. Said no pickel. And it still had a pickel.

The managers are very racist & rude that Burger King need to be shut down I know for personal experience

I dont normally eat at Burger King but the double beef bacon cheese burger was excellent.

I can go shopping in any store with out wearing a mask, but yet their dinning room is still closed. Ten employees one window 25 minute wait. Dont know why I expected more, its Iowa after all.

Today I got a order of fries and they were really good and a perfect amount of salt on the fries.

Weve ordered through the app several times and every time use the app, our order is NEVER right. NEVER. WED either get cold food when they driver is supposed to be only 30 minutes (but come an houror we pay for our order and only get half of the order or its downgraded. This isnt the only place that does this but almost every fast food restaurant here in town that uses Grub Hub or Door Dash or Eat Street has orders that are entirely wrong. It is the fault of the drivers. The fault lies in the unprofessional staff that is working during the times we order. We may have gotten ONE order right and maybe because their manager was there and ensured they wouldnt mess up an order. The service here in town in many fast food restaurants are below standard. Which is why I order something small like fries or a coffee. SMH

Stopped for some chicken nuggets. My toddler loves the Bk nuggets and so do we. Toddler is pooping out the hizz-house and me and his dad are taking turns on the toilet. Never again !!!!! We’re assuming meat could have been spoiled and they’re unable to get supplies as necessary during this epidem B.S.

First impression of this burger king was messy and not clean. Even tho there was an employee trying to sweep as she sat in a chair... Other employees were joking around and could of been wiping dirty tables off. They seems to be to occupied with there conversation than to help us place our order. The drink area was sticky and gross. Wrappers all over. The chicken nuggets tasted stale while the fries were soggy. I took my children to the restroom and we ended up walking out, no way were we going in there.

General manager is a joke and cant even be polite to the customer. Will never go again and filed a formal complaint with the franchise.

This the better of the two Burger Kings in Dubuque. It might be the older store, but its still very clean and the food and service is better.

They were very friendly....answered all our questions....they r screaming for help but would not hire my son cuz he was possibly going to b charged with a felony....nut the one in Platteville wanted to hire him go figure

The older lady at the counter who took my order didnt know what she was doing. She asked me if what i ordered was a different sandwich and i repeated the order 3x. She got it wrong. I then ordered my food, that was also wrong, and i ordered 4 fries and only got 3 because she only put 3 on the order. She had no clue what she was doing and didnt ask for help. We visit this place often and was disappointed on this visit. Hope she gets trained better.

Always fast service with the occasional order mishap during busy times. Plus now they have sugar free Surge in the coke remix machine, so theres that.

Slow drive thru and very rude employees. They Mess up your order then they are rude to you like its your fault. Basically accuse u of lieing about order. Wont be going back there

Store was dirty, pop machine didnt work and neither did the portly man behind the counter, he was rude and I waited 10+ min for my food. I was the only customer at the counter!!!!! I will not be back and dont recommend...

I ordered a Whopper without a bun and asked for it to be wrapped in lettuce and the drive through lady very rudely proclaimed they couldnt do that. I have a gluten intolerance and I feel like I was treated like I was just being difficult for a diet. I also received my Whopper without any mayo or ketchup, which I did not say to leave out, so my Whopper was very dry and unsatisfactory. I will never be going here again.

The drive thru line was very slow and the gal taking our order didnt get it quite right. But Michael at the window fixed everything for us, gave us back the money we overpaid and everything tasted great!

Service is sloppy. There are workers using profanity and wanting to start fights. My order was 20% correct, and so were my relatives orders. This place is a real down fall from when I was last here. Wouldnt come here AGAIN!!!

Make sure you order something that is missing an item so your food gets made fresh otherwise its cold.

Walked in about 4:35 pm and thear wasnt a cashier. The Lady manage took my order about 4:50 pm. Service is not what it used to be.

Drive thru is beyond slow!!! Every time we give it a another chance they take even longer. This is not a convenient drive thru.

Great Food always in demand ! Dubuque BK next to Hyvee , is always packed. The staff is helpful and very efficient. Ill keep going there!

Why did Burger King switch their milkshake containers to thin plastic ones? I picked one up after leaving the drive thru and the whole thing spilled into my lap. Bad idea, I will not be back.

My husbands meal was terrible. Meat and beans and rice were dried out. Definitely not fresh. The only thing on the mushroom Swiss burger that was good was the mushrooms. Friendly cashier.

The restaurant was remodeled semi-recently but you really cant tell. The floor was dingy, table was sticky and a younger female employee literally slammed a "Caution Wet Floor" tower against our booth as if to give us a hint as to what she wanted to do. Let me preface that by saying that there were TWO other people in the restaurant, it wasnt like they were packed and we were in the way.She mopped by our table and literally my shoes at the same time. I kid you not, she mopped under the table while we were sitting at it and subsequently mopped my shoes in the process.The food was fair, and despite the fact that another person that was leaving as we were ordering mentioned that the Coke machine was out of vanilla and cherry flavor, they never refilled it. The staff was as inattentive as a box of frozen chicken, and almost as helpful.

Have had an issue just about every time I have tried to give the place a chance. Ordered 6 sandwiches on the 2 for 6 menu, the drive thru person didnt hear 2 of the sandwiches and I understand that but for an order that in total should have cost $19.26 and I ended up giving up $30 and only having $8 and a few coins that do not add up to the extra 10 I had to give for the other 2 sandwiches I dont think I will be visiting again

I have mixed feelings about this one... While the staff is courteous (why I am giving them 4 starsI do kinda feel like the place needs to be cleaned a bit better. I always see smudges on things and some of the staff could do with some self image presentation (tuck back those fly awaysto appear cleaner, and maybe its just the dark faux wood (Its dark inside even though theres lightingbut I just dont feel really clean when Im there. For myself, working in an industry where your image is a factor, I do take that into account that a lot of (not allthier staff needs to tidy themselves up. In an industry where youre handling peoples food you want to look clean and well groomed, not just be those things.

Typical fast food restaurant. Food is just ok. Comes out hot but sometimes it is a bit smashed or the lettuce is wilted.

There was all these people in back stumbling over each other, no one waited on us for about 5 mins. Then Allisa finally waited on us and she was rude to my wife. We never coming back to the Burger King in Dubuque,ia. AllIsa is in front running the cash register on around 5:45 pm Dec 2. There was an older couple tat came in they waited for a little bit and they walked out. It took forever to get our food too. There should have been one out front just running the cash register and if they have time help out. There was one person just walking around not doing anything. You guys need to get your actions together. We wont be back. Dan Ertmer

Fast fresh hot. Alway enjoy the whooper with cheese.
