Burger King in Tra Li

Love their food especially their chicken and burgers. I only go their as their big burgers are fab. Great service and I would like to say there is a young man named James in Tralee and he is so helpful and a lovely personality he should get a medal. I am an OAP I love to see him on duty. Brilliant young man.

Portions very small ,very depressing location and the taste off the burger was very flat

My advice down load the app. The deals are more amazing then the food.

Food was very hot. I had Texas bacon lovers chicken burger. Very nice. Fried steaming hot. Hubby had double bacon cheeseburger. His was barely warm. Shame they dont do shakes. Not much parking. Not particularly wheelchair accessible.

Had a very bad experience . Went to get loaded chips , and they gave us in a paper bag with a tiny sauce and some jalepeno . The sauce was all struck to the bag . Horrible experience . Will never go back to this place again . The standard not good at all .

Only ok - a few times Ive gone through drive thru & my order has been takin wrong more than once - today 27th July it was takin wrong again in the tralee branch

Absolute disgraceful service. Had to wait 45 mins for our food. Slowest fast food ever. Staff were disorganized and had no idea what they were doing. No manager around to complain to. Give this a miss !!

Absolutely horrendous customer service!!!! Placed an order and all I asked for was no Mayo on a burger but you guess it there was mayo on it, when I rang to get a replacement all they told me was to call up TOMORROW for a replacement!! I ordered it for now not tomorrow…. They are nothing but a joke. Wouldn’t recommend to anyone and won’t be ordering again.

Used the drive through order was wrong had to sit and wait to correct it it was still wrong asked for large fries they didnt arrive got out of my car and reminded him and was given small cold fries ...not impressed but by that time I couldnt be bothered to keep telling them it was wrong wouldnt rush back tbh

Very big burgers and also tasty.One time I ate Burger King I could barely fit one bite in my mouth!I recommend Burger King if you’re hungry

The drive thru is so slow they should put some Petrol pumps between the order and collection

Only started going to Burger King in the last year and the food is so much nicer than MacDonald’s. Tried the Texas fries and Texas chicken burger yesterday in Tralee and both were delicious. The staff is always great, friendly and well supervised. Well done all.

Extremely bad customer service I didnt even take the food they should learn from mcdonalds. This is second time it happened. I dont understand if the staff or dont want to serve the customer why they keep the restaurant open. Really there behaviour is funny. Its kind of they are encouraging me to not to order. Because they have to work and may be that need to clean again. Funny really they actually do not deserve any star. I dont understand what is their manager doing......

They should call it slow food not fast food. The slowest restaurant i ever was :(

Always prefer the burgers here to some other big chain restaurants. Usually a better choice too.

Desperate service. Nearly every time Ive tried this place something has been wrong. Said Id give it another try tonight. Waited 30 mins in the drive through only to be told that the meal I was looking for was out of stock. Never again.

Tonight was my second time eating at the Tralee Burger King and yet again terrible.First time was last August and got a Whopper meal. Burger was COLD, chips were COLD and tasted like they were just sitting for a long time. At that time the staff were quite rude.Tonight got a Steakhouse burger meal.Yet again the burger was COLD and tasted like it had been siting for a while, the chips were COLD and tested old.@Burger King, how hard is it to have some quality standards to ensure your food is fresh and hot?This time staff werent rude.The layout of the drive thru is poor and menus not illuminated so difficult to read.Would not recommend this outlet.

The few experiences Ive had with this restaurant is the very long waits, either by walkin or drive thru - walked away yesterday due to the waiting time again. The service seems discombobulated every time.

I asked for a large meal tonight but only got a large coke and chicken and chips. Also the large coke i got was not taste nice and mostly all water. No wonder the girl suggested it. Not happy.

Not great,busy place.Used the touchscreen to order food.Not a good idea with rampant Covid these days,how often are these screens cleaned?Most people not using hand sanitizer or hand sanitizer is dry.Receipt from this machine was blank so you have no order number.Next user had the same experience.Only cash transactions taken at the counter at the time as well I think.So this meant a longer wait for your order than people ordering from a human at the counter.Of course the order was partly wrong & we had to go back to the counter & explain only to be met with open mouth.Told them we want a replacement done correctly & only then the penny dropped.Burgers were also lukewarm to cold.Not a good experience.Lucky to get 2 stars.

I go here every Saturday for the food (because its probably the best tasting burger youll get aroundand nearly every Saturday, in some small way, I dont get what I ask for. Like no pickles in a burger or no tomatoes but magically I always seem to get them. Today when I was back to castleisland to find a whole meal missing from my order it really didnt go down too well. Not very happy with the service.

Double whopper came with no salad etc. Burger as dry as a bone. Have not had a takeaway in over a year. Disaster.

Honestly quite shocked by the quality of food, very disappointing, chips were stale, cold, obviously been sitting there for at least an hour, and Fanta wasnt Fanta at all, not only watered down but it was definitely some Aldi or Lidl version of an orange drink. The chicken burgers were alright though.

Jesus christ, nearly 15 minutes to wait for 3 milkshakes?! Our original order of strawberry milkshakes was out of stock so we had to get vanilla. If seems like theyre always out of stock for alot of things too. Otherwise friendly staff, and clean food

Good, quick service, staff are always friendly. The food can sometimes be REALLY good, but other times its just so-so. Id still rather go here for lunch over McDonalds. The burgers are significantly better quality.

Best BugarKing by Far!! Every server in their is so nice and helpful, from the guy serving the till inside to the guy on the driveway till. Food is always fresh. And I always come back!

It was disappointing to say the least, after sitting in queue for the drive through for a long time the meal I want was not available (out of stock??and the coffee machine was broken. Also the intercom was very low and hard to hear the guy that was taking my order.One positive is the staff were very professional and friendly.

I will never go to this Burger King again. The chips were cold and tasteless. The chicken strips were mediocre and received no dip. Their would’ve been no straws unless I didn’t point it out. Staff are only ok. Terribly expensive for terrible quality.

Food is alright even though they can forget certain items.Only drive thru where they tell you to hold while you, wait times pretty bad too...Staff are friendly however.Their drink machine has never enough syrup making it taste just like carbonated water with a hint of coke, Fanta etc...

It was OK. I had the fish burger. But quite frankly it was no more than fish fingers in a bun and for the price of it! The lettuce was very fresh though. The chips were good and hot and I enjoyed my cup if tea. My son really enjoyed his meal, he had the chicken and bacon meal and Oreo ice cream.

As a vegetarian who likes to eat out with my family I was disgusted to find out that neither of the advertised vegetarian options - plant based whopper and plant based nuggets were actually vegetarian. Fair play to the lady taking orders who informed me that they are not vegetarian as they are prepared and cooked with the normal meat options. (I didnt ask so she was just being nice and respecting my food choices)This is wrong and makes these options completely pointless. Pleas fix this ASAP.

Always great food here ‼️ Burger King was the only fast food that stayed open during lockdown so we said we would try it out as we rarely ate here and I am shocked with how nice to food actually was 😋 The chocolate muffin and ice cream is out of this world !! Never tasted better 🍦 Highly recommend everyone visit some time ‼️

Absolutely horrendous. Will never be going there again. Was in line for 25 minutes before calling our order in the drive thru, only to have to sit there for 10 minutes constantly repeating the order for the employee on the other end who could not understand English. In the end waited another 15 minutes at the window only to get my food and it was all completely wrong. No sauce for my chicken strips, a handful of chips and no cheese and the wrong sauce on my burger. Burger was dry and could hardly finish it. Pileup of cars behind me as everyone else experienced the same waiting time, would never go back.

I had the Rebel Whopper today. It does not taste as nice as advertised. Its taste not more than vegetarian meat made of soy beans. The pattty was so thin. The chips also no longer nice as it used to.

Probably the best burgers in tralee frys are cooked and not floppy burgers are tasty
