Burger King in Cleburne

Ive been going to burger king in alvarado for years and never have messed up my orders . first time going to Cleburne burger king messed up my orders

They dont prepare your food properly and they dont post a sign that its drive through only so everybodys trying to get in the door you need to correct this problem

Just got the sour dough burgers and my dog wouldnt eat it. It was just plain soft bread that was undercooked and dry while the meat was luke warm. Such an fn waste of money!!!!!!!!!!

This is my preferred burger king location. Very fast, friendly, and the orders are always accurate. The one in Joshua is soooo slow, I live only 5 mins from it and it takes me less time to drive to cleaburne to pick up an order.

Todays lunch manager was abrasive and very loud. Openly making fun of customers and laughing extremely loud. Restroom was too dirty to use.Will not be going back there.

The manager maria cruz is super rude.... Told me they cant do orders to go. Wouldnt do a phone order. Wouldnt even try to get me the same deal. Last time i tried to come here everything was cold... This time they didnt even get my money before they ruined it. Get it together burger king.. This lady has to go....

"Gloria" is very rude and honestly she should lose her job. The amount of disrespect that girl has is ridiculous.

They closed earlier than the posted schedule read, as well as refused to acknowledge my presence over the mic to at least let me know that they had closed early when I saw at least two staff members lounging outside and one walk out and back in with a headset on. Going to this restaurant was a waste of my time and the staff was very unprofessional.

Terrible tables had flies all over them. The drinks tasted terrible,tasted like fish water. Wont be back

COVID-19 compliant. Drive thru & takeout. Decent burgers and fries. Two meals for $8 with a coupon.

Bathroom disgusting (broken toilet that sprayed water after flushingand had obviously been going on for a LONG time as the tiles were discolored/moldy from constant moisture.

Our first visit here and it was good. Cashier was a 5. Very polite and helpful. Was glad to see they were taking precautions during this time!! Will visit again

Not the best tasting, the secret sauce actually tasted old and outdated. Plus shady people sitting inside doing nothing but watching people

What place shuts their shake machine down before closing but has it listed on the menu? I literally watched them drop tongs on the floor while someone was mopping picked it up and set it back on the counter. Someone sneezing into mid air and not washing their hands.

I watched the manger package onion rings with her bare hands then reach up an use the microwave then come up to the register take my order then back to pack more onion rings not once did she wash her hands

My husband, & my 17th wedding anniversary dinner!! Both ordered dinner salad, along with loaded baked potato, & ribeye steak, medium well, was done perfectly. Waitress was very pleasant, & kept on point with drinks & check in!! Pleasant atmosphere! Thanks for a wonderful anniversary evening experience 😊

the only place that sells you hamburger without vegetables, I bought a large order I think about 9 meals, the whoper and the double whoper dont have cheese, I told the cashier I want cheese and mayonnaise, she asks only cheese and mayonnaise, I answered Yes, for adding the cheese and mayonnaise, I was literally given the cheeseburger and mayonnaise when everyone knows that is added, it is also very strange that you buy hamburgers without vegetables, the cashier (ESPERANZAcould ask if my order was correct with what I ordered, because her Job is help the costumers , that happened to me in 2 different daysThank for nathing girl hoy make my bad day , allí mi coworkers complained

The food was what you would expect from fast good place. Ok. Service was ok. Hot day think everyone was a little lazy. But the Texas heat can do that.

I had a coupon so for fast food it was an OK deal. Fast food restaurants are only as good as the employees who work there. The top and bottom of the croissants were backwards. I like the little crispy taters that they serve.

Morning staff here is so rude Im never coming back. They act like theyre annoyed at you for being there at all, always have attitude, take forever, and send you off to wait for your order immediately after paying regardless whether anyone is behind you or not--all just for OKAY food. Experience here has never been great but yesterday was ridiculous. Only going to Burleson BK from now on.

Best fries in town! The service is great. I got in town late and was so hungry and they took my order 3 minutes before closing. Very impressed

Clean, friendly employees, quick service. Spicy chicken sandwich--yummy! Good, thick cut fries. Two others got burgers, and were very happy with the food.

Don’t go to this place. The last 2 times I’ve gone, they get my simple orders wrong. Even come to the window double checking my order, just to get it wrong. If you call them they don’t answer. They send you to voicemail. It’s disgusting in this place and they don’t give a you know what. DON’T WASTE YOUR MONEY.

Everytime I come through the drive thru here, theres no one there without a very heavy accent, which is hard to understand, and they always get some part of my order wrong. If there were any other Burger King nearby, trust me, I would go there!

The customer service need to be improve. It is not bad but, the cashiers are too shy or tier, who knows, at lest they were patient with our order, for 6 people. Just work in be moee friendly with the customer and then your going to have better business. We spend like an hour eating there, and we were the only customers. The place is clean, and it is easy to notice from the street.

Normally, I dont like Burger King. this time it was quite good, the service however was a bit lacking. Which is to be expected, as it is fast food. Overall not a bad stop, would come back here.

Went in for 2 medium smoothies. Had to wait a little bit for my order to be taken (I was the only one in line). Once order was in, service was prompt and neat. Smoothies were fine. Costed $2.56.

I love Burger King, the fact that I have to drive to Burleson for a burger is ridiculous. Burger King in Cleburne is nasty, my food us always cold every single time.

Went to the drive thru and the boy took my card and a girl shoved a bag out the window and the boy handed me my card and a drink and straw at the same time. All this without a word. Never going there again. But the food was good.

This Burger King is really lacking quality. In the last 3 months every single visit except for one has had errors. This last visit was through the drive-thru. We now check our order before leaving the window and it paid off this time.The order was correct except for my childs cheeseburger. It was excessively hot, so I opened the sandwich to let it cool and found the cheese to be liquefied and covering the bottom bun. The top bun was wrinkled and moist. This burger had been thrown in a microwave. I did ask them to remake it Oh, and before we left we checked it Again, Naturally. This time it was made almost picture perfect. Unfortunately this is the only Burger King within a reasonable distance, but with all the problems lately I think its about time to see who is above the managers head, or find out who the owners of this franchise is. Something needs to be done to increase the quality. Cleburne deserves a better Burger King experience!

been there twice and both times they completely messed up my order. both times it was just a bunch of little boys working. had to go back the second time cause they didnt give me one of the items i ordered it really makes me not want to go back to this specific location.

They dont always open on time. Its been about 50/50 on whether my order has been correct and that dont serve everything from their online menu. Ive payed online and had to get a refund for items they dont carry at this location. Thats a lot of work for just OKAY food quality.Theres to many other places to eat to put up with so much hassle from a "fast food" restaurant.

Not the first time the staff was rude but today took the cake. Was in drive and when we told the lady we needed more time she told us to have a nice day and so we pulled up to the window and when we told her that we wanted to order still she very rude said...ok well what do you want! We eat here at least once a week bc my kids but will not be back. McDonalds it is for now on.

Pretty good. Just not the whopper I remember. I used to get one in Dallas, every other day, years ago, they were so good. Tried this one, bc of a 2/$6 special, not impressed. Maybe my tastebuds just changed.

Took my son to eat there a few nights ago.Chicken sandwiches were over cooked and very dry. I got up to go to the bathroom and when I came back,my son had lost his appetite due to the employees having a very loud discussion about bloody tampons!!!This visit was at about 6pm on December 19th.We will NOT be going back!!!

Love their onion rings!!! Burgers are pretty good also. Quick service, no waiting in line. Very polite employees. My order was right, I had no complaints.

Burgers taste like burgers, good variety of other foods, great values on breakfast as well, quality chicken nuggets at great price. And the list goes on, once there, why would any sane person ever go to McDonalds except for fries or to " Im Loving it - Being ripped off & disappointed, Seriously, hands down, BK IS KING.

This Cleburne Burger King ducks lately. We drive 20 miles for their food and its not fit for the dogs to eat. Onion rings are like concrete. Burgers are thrown together. I know its supposed to be fast food but, I dont want any thats been sitting there for hours! BS!

If i am the only person in the whole store and have to wait for cold soggy fries theres a problem. Not very clean and service is poor at best.

Worst. Burgers. EVER. They were dry, missing cheese, pickles, and the lettuce was wilted. Last place to go if youre craving a good burger.

Phone number is not accurate, they do not accept e-gift cards and even though they read my order back to me at least twice, I did not receive 2 of the items I ordered and I live too far to drive back up there. Oh, and I sat in the drive thru after paying for at least 10-15 min waiting for my food when there was no one else there, not even inside. Best of all?? They didnt even bother giving me a receipt so I really CANT go back to get my stuff that I paid CASH for.

I had to ask for my money back. The chicken sandwich was so bad and they were out of dipping sauce for the onion rings. And restaurant was dirty. I will never eat there again.

Food was good and hot. Good customer service. However the store could use a good cleaning. Smells nasty around the drink machines. So hot inside, we were all sweating while we ate. Air conditioner is broken.

Great food, make sure you order specifically what you want. Ordering 2 whopper meals wont get you the 2 for 10 deal.

Food not fresh and cold. We ordered a whopper, nuggets, and bacon and cheese chicken sandwich with 3 med fries.. Well before we could even sit down they said our food was ready... Well all of our food came cold. No bacon or cheese on my chicken sandwich.. Burger was cold... Staff act as if they didnt want to be there an we was a problem... Rate place 1 star. For today...

The food is usually fresh, and the service is usually really good. Have had a mistake once in a while, but theyre human. The current management is taking much better care of the place than previous management, and the crew seems very motivated.Also, very good at correcting any mistakes made in a timely manner.
