Un lugar agradable todo muy bien solo que los fines de semana es mejor pedir las órdenes bajandose del auto y esperar sentado ,,,por que en el autoservicio hasta una hora esperando pero todo en general muy bien ,,,

Should get the staff to move faster, not waiting 30 min outside and block all the traffic about just waiting, and after you are at the window to get your order, they ask you another 2-3 times your order. Change the microphone outside so they can hear better the orders and stuff!!

Its fine but I had two issues. It doesnt have the grilled taste like the US BKs and after an hour, I was rushing to the bathroom to take the Browns to the Superbowl. And it was raining.

The service is the worst I have ever experienced when I got here they stated that they didnt have any breakfast mind you it was 9 am then I asked for nuggets then they stated that not till 12 noon this Burger King you can not definitely have it your way! Why use that slogan if they dont go by it here and give customers a wow experience? I would like some answers
