This place is good, dont get me wrong compared to places like england and america the queues are almost non-existent but occasionally the lines get a bit long. Overall good value for money.

A comida estava saborosa, mas trocaram os pedidos isso não gostei... mas depois rectificaram a meu pedido..de resto restaurante agradável.

Llegué de viaje y fui a comer a este burguer, eran las 22:45 y ya lo tenían todo limpio y apagado. Intenté pedir una hamburguesa a lo que todo eran malas caras y que no la tenían disponible en varios intentos. Decido irme ya que se escuchan los gritos desde fuera y no pagar el pedido. Nefasto que pase esto

Hoje fiz o meu pedido de um cheedar crispy no qual depois de abrir o saco do hambúrguer vi que tinha um queijo que não costumava ter! Fui ao site e verifiquei que tinha mudado! Fui falar com o rapaz da caixa a pedir se não mo podiam fazer sem aquele queijo gouda e ela chamou a chefe! Disse-me que era menus promocionais e estava sempre a mudar, e eu respondi que deviam informar o cliente quando faz o pedido! Já há meses que comia aquele hambúrguer!Respondeu que estava nos anúncios la a dizer! E eu respondi que não via anúncios e ela respondeu que era ali na loja! Tem uma foto que nem diz que e novo!Não me trocou o hambúrguer quando só pedi para fazer sem o queijo nem o tinha mordido sequer!Tive que estar a passar o guardanapo para tirar o queijo!Sitio a não voltar de certeza!

We waren te vroeg binnen 10:45 en ze gingen om 11:00 open maar alles stond al buiten poorten waren open en machines om te bestellen waren al aan. Wij binnen komen en je krijg een snauw dat ze dicht zijn

Funcionária arrogante. Insiste que o cliente não fez o pedido certo. Quando terá sido ela a cometer o erro de registrar o pedido errado.Foi mal educada, insistente e nem pediu desculpa pelo erro cometido.

Great service with well known food from this international chain. I ordered the the whopper meal from the machine and then paid at the counter. There was only 2 people ahead of me so, it was not a long wait. The was seating area within the restaurant and outside, there was shared space available for the many other restaurants that were nearby

Bom local para comer um hambúrguer da marca, sala e esplanada com bastantes lugares. O serviço é rápido e eficiente, mas depende de quem nos está a servir na altura!

Pedí extra de bacon en la hamburguesa, y ni siquiera llevaba bacon. Reclamé, y el remedio cual fue? Pues en la misma hamburguesa mordisqueada añadir bacon prácticamente crudo!!!! No me ha gustado. El trato de la chica del mostrador simpática..

In the picture Crispy Chicken was with tomatoes, I got without it... very disappointed. Long service.

The crispy chicken saving menu is one of the best things they have available, I just wish I could give a higher review but I have caught spoiled brownies (with ice-creamwhile having takeout 3 times so far and for a 2,50€ desserts its quite disappointing such a thing is happening. I wont be buying it anymore... It used to be my favorite thing and the spoiled ones tasted like they were drenched in soap, its awful. I suggest the staff to keep an eye for any contamination or the dates of the packages.

Dont know who gave this a rating of € it should be €€€€. Huge mark up as airside and captive customers. €10 for a simple cheese burger chips and a small shake. RIP off Portugal.

Considering its a airport you would think u would have fast staff. I waited over 25 minutes to be served and then had to go to a gate. The guy serving has to be the slowest not with it person
