They always find a new way to mess up my order, so props on the creativity in an odd way
I was watching a young lady build my sandwich through the window and I ordered my Whopper without onions and I saw my hamburger get wrapped up and then I saw it get unwrapped and digs the onions off of it wraps it back up and sends it out to me
Absolutely the WORST BK I have ever been to. Cold but burnt food, didn’t even get what I ordered, and the manager laughed when I called the store. The drive through lady had open toed shoes on, and her hair was down and messy. Seriously curious how they are still open.. save your money and appetite, and go across the street to McDonalds.
The staff was cool but I hey had no CO2 so no sodas.
Great service today! They are understaffed but the people working today made it a great experience. Burger and fries were both fresh and hot. Thank you for caring! These workers need a raise! Had to leave because the line didn’t move at all when the guy who was ordering didn’t have anyone in front of them.
I go to this location once a week or so due to it being close to work. I dont mind that I was in line for over 15 minutes because of slow service but the reason I gave a 1 star rating is Im pretty sure its against health code for the short bald guy to be vaping in the restaurant while handling food. I would have called and reported this to the manager but they dont list a phone number so here I am.
Order was correct and chicken was cold in the middle.
Worst service you could possibly imagine. We waited in line for 5 minutes and the guy said oh we are closed sorry and there was a whole line behind me. They all could back out but the turn was dangerous to reverse out of soni was stuck in line waiting for the thee cars ahead to get their food. Aweful lazy workers
Line around the building and my only guess is the people working here are high AF.
Service and food were great, but the mens restroom was a mess.
Sat in the drive through for 5 minutes with no one else in line, then when I finally got my order they forgot straws, which is typically fine, but also forgot 2 entire sandwiches. Unbelievable.
Its a burger joint, I ate a burger. It was serviceable. The girl behind the counter was wearing purple camo yoga pants. Professional? Nope. Delightful? Oh yes. Bounce a quarter off that thing.
This place is up and downs really bad at times but its really short staff but way better than all the McDonalds in the area
They locked the door. I waited to order after my dietitian got done with the restroom. I looked at the people like I dont know why Im inside when they test the handle. Thats what I love about them doors. Then I broke up a fight and left with nothing.
This is one place where you realize businesses are so desperate they hire people with no skill or customer service
Beware there is no Dine because of either lack of workers or covid not to mention they decided to physically changed my edit back to saying there is dine in sorry there is still no dine In I will update this review when dine in is allowed again normally this is a reasonably good burger King but for now its cheaper and easier to just go to McDonalds across the street
Disgusting. Cheesy Tots were completly burnt and everything that would be inside was blown out and gone. Burger was cold and bun was hard as a rock. Avoid this BK.
Although they are so short staffed and service is a little slower, the fries were fresh and hot and my Whopper was perfect and had the cheese I had asked for ! Great job everyone ! Thank you
Good prices if u looking for fast and cheap but my last few visits the food was cold and taste old like it was made half an hour earlier
We went into the drive through before 10. And they close at 10 They wouldn’t let us order and left the car order in front of us. I called after they wouldn’t talk to us at the box. Bryadon Said “we have no product to give you” like what? Braydon flipped us off while in the drive through window if you wanna watch the drive through cameras(full finger. Hire better workers!!!
Was always a McD person but they are getting PRICEY. Pleasantly surprised to find I like the Kings food better and prices are more reasonable.
This location never gets our order right and theyre always slow. Theyve even "run out" of items Ive tried to order. Tonight we got real beef, instead of the impossible patty, that we ordered. Before tonight, it had been nearly 6 years since I ate beef. Remaking my sandwich wont fix that. Remaking my order the way I expected it too be the first time will not undo the fact that I ate something that isnt a part of my diet anymore. Needless to say I am truly upset and will always recommend against this particular location.
This place is a joke. I ordered a large combo meal, and asked for an iced tea. The "manager" Brandon said they only had fuze tea in the vending machine. When I pointed to the brewed iced tea in the back, Brandon said that was not available. So I had to have the instant tea from the machine.When I received my food, there were no napkins. I asked Brandon if there were any napkins, but were told there were no napkins available.After I left the restaurant, I discovered that my bag contained a small french fry, instead of the large I ordered. At this point I was too frustrated to go back and request the large fry I paid for.During my entire time Brandon was more interested in joking with the other employees in the back than helping the customers in the restaurant.This location is extremely poorly managed and I will avoid this location in the future.
Every burger was made exactly as it should of been. It was fresh and yummy. Bathrooms were decently clean and stocked. Employees were nice enough to say thank you and youre welcome, you cant get that at McDonalds if your life depended on it! Lol
Hows the pickles hold the lettuce special orders dont upset when you come to Burger King and have it your way? Actually management sucks at all locations. They are rude , loud and lets see . they told me i was homeless and i was loitering.
Rudest employees. Stopped there on May 2 to use the bathroom and get something to eat. Both employees on site were rude about the mask requirement, even though no one was inside the restaurant. I waited near the front door, more than 20 feet away from the counter or the employee behind PLEXIGLASS. He was rude and disrespectful. All he had to was ask politing to either put one on or wait outside. While I appreciate enforcing a mask mandate, employees do NOT need to be rude or disrespectful. I will NOT visit this establishment ever again.
My fiancé and I were door dashing one time and went to pick up an order from here, and our red bag was still being delivered to us, so we didn’t have it and the manager was super rude, wouldn’t let us pick up the order, so We lost out on money so basically taking food out of our sons mouth. Another time I came to eat here and I didn’t get my food for 10 minutes when there were hardly any customers. Manager also watched as I tried to fill a cup of ice and there was none, then offered ice to another customer behind me.
Everyone was nice and friendly. Got the food fuel we needed and headed back on the road.
Twice Ive purchased the sourdough burger and twice the bread has been untoasted. Just a burger slapped between two slices of bread. I finally called and asked if its suppose to be toasted and was told yes. So Ill toast this second one at home and not go back again.
Not sure how the food was last trip (usually its not great). They refused to take a Burger King gift card (the only reason I went thereTold me it declined and shut the window. Balance was $25 on the card and I only ordered $5 in food. Staff didnt even offer a solution or an apology.
I was wasting some time today. I was shocked by the amount of trash on there lot. In front and all thru out the lot. You would think the owner would try to make sure there lot should stay free of trash.I have eaten at this restaurant the food was good. Drive throw. Frist impressions can go a long way.
Went through drive-thru, nobody in front of me and only one person eating inside at 8pm. Workers congregating out the the back door, but my order was taken right away and he was very nice. Meal was served promptly and they made fresh onion rings which was appreciated. Majority of the meals I’ve ever had there have been good.
Very poor experience. This was what they served me, underneath all of the mayonnaise and lettuce. You would have to knowingly put it together that way and be okay with serving it to someone. When I asked them if they could remake my order, they told me they could not, and that I would just have to take all of the rest of my food home cold. The crew and the management act like they do not care about their jobs, despite the fact that I was very polite. With that kind of attitude, I would not eat nor spend any money there for fear of being served something unsafe, or unfit for eating. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY AT THE EAST BROADWAY LOCATION IN MISSOULA!
Went through the drive-thru and was immediately met with rudeness before I even spoke. I was understanding at first but the guy working got more rude by the minute and just acted annoyed. I kept polite and understanding during the exchange and towards the end another guy hopped onto the speaker and they both started going at the same time to explain their policies about delivery driver pickup (which I was there forwhich was completely unnecessary as I understood where they were coming from and told them that I would tell my driver app that someone else would have to pick it up for the customer.
If you want a deliver from ubereats, please do not choose this particular burger king. You will wait longer for your order. Ive tried to resolve this issue but was met by an extremely rude and unresonable manager by the name of Matt. We love our customers and as an uber representative (driverwant nothing but happy customers, that takes cooperation from both the restaurant and the drivers. This particular store is NOT on the same page as the rest of them. Thank you :-)
Since Ive never been a fan of Burger King to begin with, Im adding an extra star to make up for my bias.At this particular location, the interior was well maintained. The mens restroom was surprisingly pristine in the late afternoon timeframe.My service was quick while ordering from inside but there was also no waiting customers when I arrived. Im not a fan of the drive-thru anywhere simply because I love free refills.The food is exactly like any other Burger King location; edible but not the best.The experience here was the quick service, not much of anything else.
Stopped around 5pm tonight for takeout. The restaurant was clean. Server was courteous and helpful. Ordered the Impossible Whopper with cheese, fries, and the Hersheys dessert. I had only a 5 minute wait for my order. The Whopper and fries were delicious. Only gave 4 stars as the Hersheys dessert was grainy and tasted stale. Maybe Ill try the apple pie next visit.
Jan 31, 2020, Burger King had merely a few cars in the drive thru. I waited over five minutes for only two cheeseburgers. The real gem of this visit was the employee at the window. He mumbled in the microphone and appeared inconvenienced when I paid in cash. His true lack professional charm was when he thrust the bag of burgers at me with a sharp, "Here!" My patronage must not have been appreciated as I was not thanked or invited to come again. Without the courtesy of a receipt, I was unable to provide feedback along the proper channel.
This is what my whopper looked like when I unwrapped it which I can get over however it was so saturated with sauce all I could eat was the burger after cleaning everything off. Will not eat there again
Me and my family came to eat and when we went in to ask why it is taking so long the manager walked out of the restaurant and a lady just stood there with her arms crossed. I will never go to this business again I would rather eat out of a trash can. Plus we ordered two fries and instead we got one fries and one onion ring.
7:45pm only 2 tables have guests, nobody coming through the drive thru and the place is trashed.Time to lean, time to clean boys!Bathroom wasnt terrible but there was no soap dispenser, only hand sanitizer.They guy at the counter seemed incapable of a smile, although props for wiping off the cup of my frappe instead of handing me a mess🤨.Over all it wasnt hard to see why it wasnt busy.Poor management would be my guess
This Burger King consistently struggles. They are ridiculously slow in the drive through and also the lobby. The majority of the staff Ive encountered have a cold indifferent attitude. They seem to be out of things often, and the lobby isnt the cleanest. Its too bad because I prefer Burger King over most other fast food restaurants. I hope they get their act together at this store soon. P.s my last visit I stood in line with maybe 6 customers in the store for a solid 15 min without seeing a counter person. No joke. I left.
Placed an uber eats order at 4 am. It was accepted and ignored, so I could not cancel the order. Waited until 6 am and the food was still "being prepared." It doesnt take much to make food for someone to pick up, and you dont have much else going on at 4 am. Lazy staff. Poor quality service. Thankfully uber refunded my money-- 5 stars to them
I went here with my family using the drive through. First they interrupted my mom when she was attempting to order. I was willing to defend this as I thought well maybe theyre busy. Then they said oh were sorry were out of iced tea after noticing they were out of frozen drinks. This wouldve been fine if there had been a sign like there was for the frozen drinks. After getting to the drive through and ordering a junior meal for my little brother they said they were out of apple juice. My mom at this point was more than a little frustrated. After leaving to go and eat a little ways away my moms husband noticed that his pulled pork sandwich looked nothing like it was supposed to and was plain, though there had been no request for this. There was also a random burger in there we hadnt ordered. I was willing to overlook all of this as I work in food service myself and I understand it can be stressful. But after my moms husband decided to go in and get his order fixed he later came back(with a fixed orderbut mentioned that while he had been in there, a homeless man had come in and asked for a cup of water. They told him no, that they couldnt do it right now and then made him leave. Considering the fact that its at least 80 degrees out, asking for a cup of water isnt something you should reject. I was willing to defend mistakes but treating someone like that who was simply asking for water is outrageous. We wont be coming back to this burger king again and my mother intends to write a letter about our experience and that mans experience here.
Burnt food. Hardly edible. Tried to call and never got answered. Left a voicemail, still no response. Take your business to Union Pacific and have better food for the exact same price minus gas.
This place is awful. So we ordered 2 large fries and 2 large drinks. They are so short staffed. We waited for the cashier for 13 mins. After we ordered we waited for almost 20 min. We sat inside and waited but while waiting we watched 5 peope walk out because they were waiting just to order. The employees are working their butt off because they are so under staffed. The General Manager needs to make some changes or change careers.
Just got one of their new chicken parmesan sandwiches and when I got a couple bites in, the texture changed. Its totally raw inside. Probably wont eat here ever again.
Go to the other Burger King. It was horrible here food was great staff was a mess. Had friends who wanted to pay for there own food and went ahead of us took them and I am not joking 10 minutes rounding down. Then when we got to the lady, she said how can I help you cuts us off in the middle of the order and says oh sorry I need to get this good out. After standing there for once again no joke starting and stopping my stop watch 23 minutes and half of the line leaving I said screw it and met up with my friends who still didnt have thier food and then arrives just about time that we all had to leave for a doctors appointment. Never eating here again the manager needs to do something...
Food its good, French fries are good, onions Rings Etc. but the employees are always in a bad mood! And they always any single time Ive been there, they forget something of my order or give me something different. Plus the service its awful, Ive never seem no one smiling ever. Just saying
