Me encanto super limpio y la atención del gerente me sorprendió pedí una hamburguesa pero no tenía lechuga,ni cebolla, jitomate fui a la barra q me dijeron solo esa no lleva ya me regrese a la mesa y de repente el gerente me preguntó en un momento le comparto lechuga, jitomate y cebolla fue un super detalle. Gracias

Buenas hamburguesas, me toco un día tranquilo, con buen servicio y muy limpio. Me agrado la zona de juegos infantiles que fue recientemente remodelada.

La cajera muy lenta y no había nadie en la cocina, según eso estaban todos los empleados en junta y yo esperando mi comida por más de 20 minutos. Cuando por fin me atendieron las papas estaban frías y sin sal. Muy mal servicio y la gerente muy indiferente con la situación.

They dont know how to take an order and if you want to correct them all they say is "its what you ordered" even though I ordered a double and it only had a single piece of meat, they forgot the kids gift and put no cheese, ham or bacon on any hamburger . At least the shift supervisor didnt flinch when I asked him for my money back. Rarely come to eat there and gave me a reason to do not come back

Very large and nice for a BK and has a play area and separate room for birthday parties,; however, both my kids said the playland smelled bad and was dirty, like had garbage (?in it so we didnt stay as long as I thought we would. Also took FOREVER to get a simple order, but it was busy tonight (a Friday).

They never give you the correct change or they tell you to drive to the next window for the rest of your change but they never give it to you. I can see it happening once. But its comical at this point

Its fast. Its good and its what youd expect from a fast food BK restaurant.The place is clean and has good wifi speed for light web surfing. Customer service is nice and they always give coupons for your next visit. Never had a problem and theyre always nice to the customer.
