Long lines at drive through. Manager needs to insure the drive through service is efficient. This will prevent persons parking and entering the store and avoid drive through..

They never seem to cater for customers with cards

Service was poor for a staffer òf 11 persons i dont understand why they was disorganised to the point the food was not able to deliver until 45 mins. I was going to cancel the order .

Burger tasted awful, customer service at drive thru was terrible, they got my order wrong!

My order was mixed up I had ordered a king sweet fest I told the cashier NO 🧀 CHEESE low and behold driving and took a sandwich start eating I realized it was a cheese 🍔 I was so hungry I put that aside and went for the chicken sandwich 🥪 take a bit there was cheese 🧀 in that also. Went back to the outlet spoke to a supervisor she asked if I wanted her to pack my order over I said no cant do that again. So I sat there for a while a manager came and apologize and said she would refund my money by this I started react to the cheese because I am allergies to dairy products. Head aches hitching all over . All she did was on a piece of paper took my name and phone number.still have not get a call from anyone yet. My hands and feet also my face is swollen and hitching.this is not good Burger King.

You know what I like about burger king, its the American Sandwich i like it very much its very delicious you can try it too, that is what I buy when I stop there hahahaha

Cashier was friendly... place seemed clean but there was a leaking roof not sure if it was from AC or a genuine roof leak. But there was a wet floor sign near it. Sanitizing protocol was in place.

Service is still alittle slower than I remember in the starting days.

All the wrong staff are placed upfront. Tardy and rude, to say the least! The slimmest member of staff needs basic training in dealing with customers needs.

The food is very well done oh, theres a c proper ventilation somewhere to sit down and dine in. However the line is usually very long because it is packed and it takes a while to receive your order. The decor is beautiful and the persons working there are so nice I would say 5 out of 10 simply because I cant really find something particularly wrong other than the bathroom needing a little bit of renovating but thats it.

Very professional staff and manager. A customer was upset because he couldnt get served after the location was closed, the drive tru glass surely got the blunt of his anger. With all of that, the staff stayed calm n softly informed the customer that they were close.Like the fact that the manager is thinking of opening 24 hours whenever there is an event keeping nearby. Surprisingly, the drive tru was quick....👍

Even though the young lady who cashed me was in training, I was given excellent service. I was also in and out in no time. As for the meals, they were at the standard Ive grown to appreciate. I like this location

Its my second visit here and Ive come to the conclusion that they serve in my opinion the Burgers served here need a good quality food expert to visit this location because its not Burger King standard serve here. Im very disappointed for the second time around.Visit again and there was some improvement in their services. Quick movement on the drive through and hot burgers.

Customer service was very poor going through the drive thru. And this is my 3rd time and every time I managed to be diappointed.

No security presence at the door. COVID protocols being observed. Staff need to be more customer friendly. Service is a bit slow as a fast food franchise.

The customer service is speedy, The staff is warm and welcoming and the burgers taste great, especially theyre breakfast sandwiches. The only issue is sometimes during rush hour for example lunch time, getting the food can take a while, but the staff make sure to keep you up to date on your male.

The staff seemed to be in disagreement with oneanother. Management needs to work on that but the food and delivery of sevice was good.

Shout out to Charmaine on the delivery line on Thurs, June 18. So patient and bubbly. She upsold the heck out of my order but I aint even mad I spent more than I wanted to. And the delivery driver - very friendly dude, good communication, was too hungry to catch your name. I wish I had more than $50 to tip you bro. Blame Charmaine.

Burger King is the King for reals!! The Constant Spring location is always busy, they are the most central location other than Transport Center. Staff always has good vibes and service is always professional. Thank you Team BK. Keep up the good work.

Very friendly staff but 9/10 times, theres something missing from your order or missing utensils. Very frustrating to order coffee and get to your destination and find a cup of hot water. The last straw for me was being told that they didnt have burgers.

This location is one of the worst location. The workers there are very dishonest, imagine this morning the dinning area was closed for walk ins which found walk-ins cashing where vehicles cash. But heres the worst part, the cashier who was cashing walk-ins like they where open. At the vehicle section. If this isnt criminal.... Worst Burger King Location ever. They only cater for persons in their Vehicle.

If you are hungry visit burger king on constant spring road. The service was quick and efficient. I was doing a late shift and it was after nine and I hot curbed side service and you collect it yourself.

Took awhile for the food to be ready. Its better to go when its empty otherwise youll be there for a long time. The food is really good though.

Well as I drove up to that speaker I see "card machine not working" so I had to adjust my order. Who walks with cash. I had to use my sons lunch money. Not Kool..still my favorite place to grab a bite. The food was ok, the fries were unsalted, I am wondering if they are going healthy, if so, well done.

This burger King is clean and the food is nice. The bathroom could be better but its OK. It is located centrally and it is secure. There is outside seating and the staff is attractive/ attentive. Makes eating even more enjoyable. A reason to walk pass all those other fast food places.

Good place, not crowded, always clean and the AC is always keeping cool
