They have efficient drive thru service by having the customers that already paid move forward; where they get to be served their orders later on.

We all know Burger King so there isnt much to say. Although I noticed that their drive thru service is a bit slow because whenever I order via drive thru you always have to wait for your order and you often see 2-3 cars waiting.

SLOW SERVICE. WRONG ORDER.Took a drive thru, ordered whopper meals. Instead of a quick drive thru, we were asked to park in front and wait 10 mins. After 20 mins got whopper jr meals instead.

WORST BURGER KING EVER!!! STAFF ARE NOT ATTENTIVE AND ARE UNACCOMMODATING, THE FLOORS ARE DIRTY AND THE TABLES ARE A MESS. LEFT THE PLACE BECAUSE OF HOW RUDE THE CASHIER WAS, THEY IGNORED US AND DIDNT TAKE OUR ORDER EVEN IF THEY WERE RIGHT INFRONT OF US. I ASKED IF THEY COULD TAKE OUR ORDER BUT NO ONE CARED AT ALL. EVERYTIME I GO HERE, I IMMEDIATELY LEAVE BECAUSE OF HOW THE PLACE IS BEING HANDLED. LAST TIME, THE GUARD WOULDNT LET US IN THE BURGER KING CAUSE MY SISTERS BABY SHOULD HAVE WORN A MASK. I EXPLAINED THAT HE WOULD SUFFOCATE IF HE DID, BUT THE GUARD SAID HE WOULD WEAR THE MASK FIRST THEN IF HE WENT IN, WED REMOVE IT. BUT WHATS FHE POINT??? HES GONNA REMOVE HIS MASK ANYWAY. PLEASE CHANGE EMPLOYEES , STAFF AND GAURD. THEY ARE NOT COURTEOUS AND ACT LIKE THEY DONT CARE ABOUT GIVING THEIR CUSTOMERS SERVICE!!

Service of the cashier is not good. Also, they do not have mocha bk joe frost and their bk joe coffee tastes like hot water with milk and sugar

Discriminates seniors and under 15 years. Only place in San Frrnando that does not accept vaccinated seniors and under 15 years. Ate at McDonalds next door without issue.

Its the only burger outside SM and along MacArthur Hi-way in San Fernando, Pampanga. It has limited parking space, but has a drive through for quick orders. This place rarely gets full, unless it is the end of the school period.

The food is better when dined than ordering it to-go.My only concern for now is their receipt, theyre still giving an unreadable receipt just like what they gave us the last time we dine on December 2018. We called the attention of the cashier and the manager, hopefully on our next visit, they will have a new ink for printing their receipt...

What i like about burger king are the burger layers like lettuce, tomatoes, pickles etc. BUT their patties, they taste like cardboards with barbeque sauce
