Burger King in May Pen

This is my favourite fast food joint. They are just the best and they have amazing fries luv the burgers. Keep up the good work. Wish I could come and buy some rn but my parents said no

Needs better customer service.

They are slow even seeing a bunch of people waiting there is no sort of even trying to be a little faster

The meal that I purchased was good but I had a few issues. So basically the buns weren’t moist and soft, the meal didn’t have a full body and I didn’t receive as much tomato, cheese and mayonnaise. I’m hoping for better next time.

Food is good, dine in at this time.

Service was very slow, there was an extended wait time to get in and it took even longer to collect your order.

Why are the burgers so tiny? Youd think I ordered a kids meal.

Fast and efficient despite the covid 19 restrictions. Lines are long but its not an unbearable wait.

Cashiers do mot listen attentively, messing up Orders, be prepared to wait for 20mins max just for fast food 👎

Service slow but their fries are great.

I use to love burgers but not so much anymore. But my daughter love there breakfast. Pancakes, hashbrowns, eggs, bacon and orange juice.

Courteous and efficient staff. The store is not usually very busy. They make an excellent club sandwich.

I dont know if its because the representatives have been their for too long but they talk to you anyway no customer service. Apart from that great burgers!

Need better parking space... Too much vendors in front of the may pen burger king

Its a lovely place with great food at an adorable price. The customer service is always exceptional. Loved how they took the covid-19 threat serious by removing the availability of the dining area. I aprove.

Very convienent and u get ure meal quickly. Thats impi3rtant when curfew and early closure time affecting the country now. The line moves quickly and customer service is good

Average burgers. Double whopper being the biggest burger. Good customer service and usually quick order turnover.

Mayonnaise, whats the deal? Theres never any mayo to serve with the meals and when they do have, I have purchase it! BS

Great quality food but the turnaround time was longer than expected and they only had outdoor seating with no shelter...

If youre a lover for burgers then this is the place for you, fast service and good customer service (highly recommended)

They need some more tables and chair... Other than that the food is good!

Can be nice when the A/C is working. The burgers are hit and miss with the way they are seasoned at times, and I have never had the good fortune of encountering a clean bathroom at this May Pen branch.Honestly I only keep visiting because of the fries and Hershey Pies...

No AC in the one at May Pen! They had 1 big industrial fan on one side of the restaurant the other side was soooo hot I had to sit in front of the fan, while suffering from a sinus infection. Wanted to leave but I was starving and KFC was too overcrowded.

Nice place, but am not a fan of the food

Store was very hot and run down. Service was very slow; it took half hour to place my order and receive my food. Bathroom was unsanitary and in dire need of tissue and overall cleaning

Yesterday was very hot, the bathroom was super gross, food was hot even warm the heat did a better job a warming the food

One of the many places to grab a meal with friends, family or just by yourself. $1000 gets u 2 burgers, two drinks and two fries. Free WiFi is also available. Nice place to hang as well.

As always the customer service is good but the on going air conditioning problem needs to be sorted out now. With the heat, it makes dining in some what uncomfortable. Still a good fast good joint.

So I finally tried burger kings garden salad with pieces of fish, it was awesome service is great too and fast.

Standard service level here, food was hot and the facility was clean. The service time was 10 20 minutes.

Really fast service, overall good experience. The only problem is limited seating capacity

The burger are too cold if the burgers can serve warm that would be great overall customer service was great

Bathroom facilities are out of use indefinitely... The air conditioning is broken, there is a portable fan which is insufficient for the floor space and the average number of customers in the restaurant daily... Customer service is average... Two stars is being very generous..

One of the fast food restaurants that stood the test of time. It is still around and doing well while others have come and gone.Theres a public restroom which is kept well and they take credit cards. Persons who usually use a wheelchair can access the parking lot and entrance.

This is the worst fish deluxe combo Ive ever had. The fries were hollow and dry, barely any AC, and the burger was cold. At least the bathroom works.

Food is good but you guys need a bigger space in maypen to accommodate the number of customers you have.

It was my first time in my 22yrs and it was ok the one time I went to anyways.. I tried the fish sandwich and it was good plus the place was really quiet and very secured.

They have good customer service and a fairly quick staff. The only draw back is that there is not a lot of seating.

Never have to wait long for cashier and it is kept clean and secure. Staff relatively professional and vendors and begging kept out . needs more seats. Entertainment provided through TV. Nice atmosphere
