The staff here is trash its scary theyre getting $15 an hour to fail miserably 24/7

It is obvious the manager here is doing his best to help this restaurant thrive. Food is coming out nice and hot and made properly.Cant complain

No one was in line and they made me wait for over three minutes to order. Then they got it wrong and it was cold. Terrible service and rude workers.

Yet again, this is the burger king, check the deals on the app! This burger king use to be shady, I had to update my review because they really seemed to get it together, the rumor was that the former managers robbed the place and around that same time they also stopped working there, not sure how true but Ill bet it was... Anyways, these kids are genuinely trying to do it right, they are helpful, polite and decent, they work hard and actually care about the customer and satisfying them.

No pickles no Catsup, have it your way… does someone have an ego problem or are they barely qualified for the job that’s being done?Though the one person that seemed to care, while in the bathroom clean up the spot in which I ate even though I came back to do it myself.

You guys cant even take an order properly. Also have the manager order the food thats on the menu.

Better than McDonalds next door by far.

They were out of everything. Only had 3 kinds of soda. Super slow. Only 2 people working there. Bathrooms were horribly dirty.

Waited 10 minutes to order, waited 10 more for my food, half of it was missing. They didn’t have half the things I wanted to order. After pointing it out, waited 5 minutes, asked where my food was, and they hadn’t started it yet. Waited 5 more minutes for my food, and my bacon king is missing the special sauce. Terrible service, subpar food quality, will not be back.

Yeah that was pretty disgusting from the milkshake being so sweet it was impossible to drink to the overall quality of the food just being kind of off in taste and preparednesses. The also didn’t have most of what we stopped by to order. Will Not go back.

$27 for two full meals burgers way too expensive and now you have to actually ask for condiments they wont ask you never eat there again I can get a homemade burger for $9 in Trinidad

They also got the TV and the dining room fixed have it playing on some Burger King channel which plays videos of people doing cool things or funny blooper type videos with some background music Im glad that they got the television fixed because it used to be pretty awkward sitting in there with no music or anything playing in the background it was so quiet sort of uncomfortable LOL I wish they would get the ice cream machine fixed they see the motor is broken in it I say hurry up and get a new one on these warm sunny days and ice cream coming soon so it aint good!!!I really hate complaining about poor service especially when it isnt necessarily the employees fault. But I was in on my lunch break two days ago. There were four people who had already ordered that were waiting on their food inside and then maybe three cars or so in the Drive-Thru there was one person Manning the front counter the drive-thru window and responsible for bagging with the orders and feeling the drinks I waited far longer then I should have. I was worried about getting back to work on time. (Three minute walk back to workI was absolutely starving and I figured if I left I wouldnt have time to get food anywhere else anyways so I might as well hope I can get an order in soon and rush back to work. I ended up being 13 minutes late back to work. I completely understand lots of places are facing unprecedented staffing situations these days. The poor guy at the front counter was working his tail off I saw at least two women in the back cooking the food was actually better than I expected and the guy gave me a few extra fries in the bag for the long wait I think. Rather than hanging these poor employees out to dry it would be nice to see management hope these guys out especially during busy lunch and dinner times. I would imagine work for those crew members must be mentally exhausting and defending. One star for ownership and management of this location and Id say maybe three and a half for sale for the employees working the other day.

Waited at the drive though window for 10 minutes, the guy just kept saying it will be a few minutes. I finally just left, worst service

I would have given zero star had that been an option. They always forget to give you something you order, like 4 out of 5 times. Sometimes they are super slow even when you are the only car in the drive-thru. If you do make a purchase, my advice is dont make a large order to reduce the chances of items missing.

Freshly prepared crunch and hot Chking Deluxe. Friendly staff promptly replaced incorrect order. Highly recommended. West Coast ChKing aficionados and this is the best!

Its BK. Did feel sorry for the only person working. Not only did he have to monitor the drive thru and lobby. He had make the sandwiches. But he did a great job.

Havent been in awhile, it was really good, I think the ranch was changed since I was there and it was good.Very nice crew working very personable.

Whoever owns the Mckinelyville Burger King needs to either resign as operator or reevaluate their approach to running a business. If I could give this store a 0 star rating I would. I have yet to have a single experience here where I didnt spend at least 20 min in the drive through, have a standoffish order taker, have my order wrong, or most of all have things like fries or soda out of stock. The last time I went they were out of fries, soda, and onion rings. All they had for sides was hash browns. Even after settling for milk and hashbrowns they couldnt even put cheese on my burger like I asked. This location is so consistently terrible you shoulf flat out avoid it.

Slowest damn Burger King Ive ever seen. I spent 17 minutes in the Drive-Thru and there was hardly anybody inside. They seem to be unaware that they are in the fast food market.

DO NOT GO HERE!!!!the service was so bad that instead of my order, totalling $28.19, they gave me 3 containers of fries and a water.When I went to the drive thru to get this fixed, the manager did not show, as well as someone ELSE had an issue with a misplaced order.I had to go inside 3 different times to get this resolved.DO NOT GO HETE

We waited 40 min at the drive through and still got our orders wrong...we asked them if they could fix it but not enough ppl were working there that night :(

Do not go here at night I went today at 6:30 PM and waited in the DRIVE tru line for 20 min just to place an order they were out of most of the sodas. Then I asked for fresh fries and they were as cold as ice. The guy at the window said I got you and gave us more fries that were just as cold. My friend decided to go inside and took all the food back to get fresh food. Im doing this post at 6:56 this is how long weve been here trying to get fresh food. I will not be back and will remind my friend anytime he ask to go back. SMH. DO BETTER!!!

There isn’t a more mismanaged business in Humboldt county. With four cars in queue it took 26 minutes to get to the window to watch the employees on their phones. I can’t totally blame the employees though this location has had issues for years. I may be wrong but I believe this location is a franchise, only because of the obvious neglect to productivity and time management.

They need to fix their doordash profile. It says the afternoon menu starts at 10:20am and allows you to order food they will refuse to make. According to their staff the afternoon menu does not start until 11am.

I will NOT bother to go through their drive thru EVER again. The drive through menu pictured a bacon cheeseburger on the Value menu, for a dollar. The female employee taking my order in drive thru became angry when I informed her that the menu said $1 she tells me its $1.99, Do I want it or not. She said corporations hasnt sent new signs. I was then placed on hold 3 times. I Finally decided to cancel the order and break the relationship. Im NOT paying my hard earned money to be disrespected and spoken to poorly ANYWHERE. and not at a class c fast food joint.

Every time I come here they are out of something, somethings broken or my order is wrong. Today was the kicker. Surprise surprise everything I mentioned is all happening now except the 5 employees do not help one another and they tell back and forth. Worst fast food business I have ever seen. Good by this location.

I was going to this Burger King 3 times a week for months with no problems. The past 4 times I have had to repeat my order 2-3 times and it was still wrong by the time I got to the window. it takes 30 minutes to get my order and am made to feel the messed up orders was my fault.

Called to confirm walk-in was allowed (as it randomly was locked a few days agoand was told it was. Got here and it wasnt. Called again and they told me to go through drive-thru, I clarified that I was on a motorbike and didnt think that was allowed. Was reassured it was fine. Went through drive-thru and they told me I was breaking the rules and to go to "the back door" to get my order. Some guy not wearing a uniform came out and yelled at me about me breaking the rules then walked away from me as I tried to explain, yelling "you wont get away with this again!" Then was told to go to the front door, where I was let inside to wait. Waited for over 30 minutes to get my order going through this hassle.Been a regular customer for months, wont be seeing me here again.Edit: bizarre how many 4-5 star reviews this have that say "has cheap prices so cant complain." Youre voting for a specific branch of a chain everyone, not all of burger king. Yes they have cheap prices, they follow corporate promotions as they have to.

The service here is spotty, but when you get two Whoppers for $5, how much can you really complain about the subpar service. Ive had to go back multiple times because they left items out of my order, and do NOT even try to use the mobile app. Still, a deal is a deal.

whoever owns McKinleyville Burger King needs to clean the place up. Signs at drive thru are filthy as are the windows and landscaping. If it looks so dirty on the outside I’m very concerned hie clean it is inside. I will never go back.

They are doing a great job. My body is a temple that appreciate spicy chicken sandwich. This store could use a pressure washer or something to make it warmer and inviting, not so dirty looking. Food is clean and consistent this far. Staff are kind enough and efficient.

The workers are nice but the food is pretty gross. If youre going get fast food, stick to Wendys or Carls Jr. Got the impossible burger here and it was overcooked or dry and their ingredients just tasted like a sour grimey thing... Fries were nice.Too all the people asking for the workers to do better, what do you expect??? These people dont even get paid enough to survive let alone live. Get over yourselves 🙄

Worst Burger king Ive ever been to, the workers are lazy, rude, unprofessional. They take a long time to get your order out and still mess up the order. The food is cold,and sloppy. If I could give it no stars I would! They always shut off the drive thru lights early so people think they are closed just so they dont have to work, this Burger King is a joke you have better luck going to eureka!

If i could give it less than 1 star i would.. This location is the worst ive ever been too. The employees are kind but that is it. The food is always old or burnt. The other day me n my son went n they put very burnt patties on our burgers. BOTH BURGERS. And its been this bad for a while makes you question the requirements of management there.

Ordered food through their app, and they forgot my milkshake. At first I thought it was a simple mistake and called the store. The girl on the phone said that I would have to come in a get my milkshake. After I told her that I dont have a car and that I couldnt come to get it at the time, she said that I could just come in and get a free milkshake. Nuggets and mozzarella sticks where a bit overcooked.

Horrible customer service every time, both drive thru and walk in. Had to wait 20 min in drive thru line while they trained a new person during dinner rush. Last time I went they ran out of fries. Seems like a huge mistake for a placed called Burger King to run out of fries. Have experienced similar situations with the Taco Bell here too. I’d avoid all fast food in McKinleyville and go straight to Eureka.

Three utterly time-wasting and honestly flabbergasting experiences... For fast food!! First time they would not accept card (during COVID), second time they didnt have burgers. Just now I spent over a half an hour trying to get the right order just to have the employees berate me and threaten to foul my food when they thought I couldnt hear them (note: I simply pointed out that my order was wrong and told them what it should be, maybe not with a happy inflection but who would be happy at that point?!).Absolutely awful

This was a filthy restaurant. There were no straws and no mustard only one selection for cola no diet cola out in the lobby. The bathroom doors were locked and you had to wait in line for a key. The tables and floors needed cleaning and the pushbutton screen for the soda machine had grease and ketchup on it. The people who worked there were very polite and courteous but they did not have enough help they were very short staffed at lunchtime.

Every time they mess up my order or dont have items. Poor kid didnt know they were out of icecream but shake was main reason went there had to go to McDonalds to get it. Asked for fresh cooked didnt taste like it and ordered cheese no cheese. Im done spending my money here this is the third time. They need more employees maybe there pay isnt worth it but they need to figure something out.

Worst Burger King meal ever. I dont know if it was a fluke, or if this location consistently puts out such horrible quality food. Everything in my bag was cold except for the fries.Also, they were out of the Pretzel Bun, which I really wanted to try. Then, they were out of Coke too... Ok Im fine with Dr Pepper I guess. Then they were out of ranch, too. This location should be called Burger Joke.

This Burger King is just another regular restaurant of its sort.I really don’t value its food very much. I believe it is run of the mill but this particular place has quite very friendly staff.The restrooms were clean and tidy. The eating area as well, very neatly organized and extremely clean.We had a few menus and drinks.

This place is HORRIBLE!! The floor is always sticky, like your feet literally stick to it!!! At my recent lunch there they were out of chicken nuggets, there was a male employee with ratty unbrushed hair, and no one offered my 5 year old son a crown nor were there any crowns put out to be able to get one ourselves. As always the play area was disgusting in filth falling from above, the tables always have crumbs all over them and the trash can was partially removed from the bin without a trash bag inside of it. The touch screen video games are outdated but it would be nice if they actually worked so you could play them.

Messed up all of our order, and the drive through lady was not friendly. The receipt was right guess someone either didnt care or couldnt read?? Then they couldnt understand how to fix it. Like seriously , is it that hard to order a bun with nothing on it for a baby? Food was good when we got it right though.

This morning, I went to this location for the first time. I used to work fast food so I am rather lenient to fast food workers and service. Today I had extra time before work to get food. I had more than enough time to swing through the drive-thru and get to work with time to spare even if there would be a little wait. I waited quite a while in the pick up window for just the two sandwiches that I ordered. I was handed the wrong order twice and saw them just laughing inside. I understand making light of the situation but it seemed rather unprofessional to disregard me and sit around and joke with the others about it. I didnt necessarily comment on it and they didnt communicate anything either the whole time. Once i got my correct order, I ended up having to rush to work and barely made it on the dot because it took so long to get the food out. Overall, I didnt really have any other complaints and I was really more annoyed than mad about it, it just seemed rather unorganized and unprofessional. it was rather upsetting. all in all, ill more than likely be back. its fast food. we go there for the speedy nature and for the food, not for amazing service.

Decent Burger King -- nothing special, nothing horrible. The staff seems to been good, and overall the place is pretty clean. They have a great kids-room, that our kids love to play in... but they also have touch-screen games in there as well... but they dont really work (broken or need to be rebooted). As far as the food -- the burgers are really good (great break from McDonalds type burgersand the new crispy chicken sandwiches are really good (just make sure you dont accidentally get their older style chicken sandwiches, which are absolutely disgusting and can be difficult to tell if its chicken or fish).
