Burger King in Ponce

In Ponce Puerto Rico. The burger was well prepared with fresh vegetables. Good service overall.

Always great to have it your way at BK...this one had great service, real chicken in the chicken nuggets...they even have tripletas YEP only in Puerto Rico you will have the best in a fast food.

The buns were old from the hamburger, rambla ponce!

Is incredible that i bought 4 whopper with cheese 3 of them was only mayonnaise and ketshup and they didnt put the cheese. Doesnt make sense. If i want it without cheese I would have order a regular whopper.

Its ok but personal dont give you a happy face.

The first time I went to Burger King in Puerto Rico well I was not too happy with the service.The second time I liked it it was pretty cool.But the third time I was not with the service my Whopper Junior and french fries were cold.This Burger King needs Improvement.

Awful. Ordered BK Bacon King.It looked nothing like the promotion. My order was filled wrong, and the Burger looked flat, its components were wrong, completely bad.Returned to claim. They said to me that the foto is for promotion and that what I was served is what it is, basically. Never again.I should mention that the Manager Mr. Matos gave me another fresh combo. But guess what Mr. Matos....even so....it did not compensate having to drive back in the rain from home to let them know, but they were nonchalant. No more BK for me....ever....junk food.

Visited in the evening and used the drive thru window. Quick service and preparation of food. Has reduced price menu and desserts menu. Accepts discount coupons found on the app and printed coupons from coupon booklets given at some gas stations. Wide selection of items to choose from.
