Extremely rude and disorganised restaurant, will laugh in your face for something that is their fault. Messy and needs a remodel, building and crew wise. I would avoid this place at all costs.

Blonde Manager girl was super rude to employee and just rude in general! Very snoody and unpleasent!!!! Plus it was disgustingly hot in there,, Not a good experience and onto of it forgot one of my items no Bueno cant say I will be going back there ever again

The establishment was clean, the staff was friendly, and my order was perfect. Why eat with a clown when I can dine with a king?

The girl who took our money was very unpleasant!..and I get my sandwich and it was dry obviously because the small hamburger bun, couldnt hold anything on it :/ ...very disappointing!!!

Biscuits were burnt. Coffee tasted like flavored water.

I’ve gone through the drive through 3 times in the past couple weeks, the same blonde lady has taken our order, every time she is snooty, disrespectful, she rushes us as we are trying to place our order, and then proceeds to basically throw our order into our hands. Not impressive.

Otherwise, dependable, reliable, consistent.... just yum! I love my Burger King.The only negative, They stopped carrying FRY SAUCE. Like, who do they think they are? LOL....But even without frysauce....I will chose Burger King almost everywhere else.

Their food is good. The service is average but the time it took to make 1 hamburger was insane. If your in a hurry dont go there. I think theyre prices are on the high side.

Not sure why but this location is miles ahead of the one in Roosevelt in terms of both the quality of the food and the quality of service.

The staff is usually friendly and nice. I only order whoppers. They are never warm for some reason but thats ok. Sometimes I just take them home and heat them up a little. I try to come here when the highway isnt crowded so I dont have trouble getting out of the parking lot exit.

Food is good and the service is fast. Only thing I dislike is how the drive thru is so narrow. They do have signs that warn that dually and trailers wont fit. However 4 door trucks can also have problems. You can see all the tire marks on the curbs.

This Burger King made my whole day! I drove from slc and just wanted a burger at 8am. the sweet old ladies made me the freshest, juiciest whopper and delicious crispy fries. The customer service was quick, friendly and efficient. 10/10 would recommend!

Never been here before until this one time, will never go back.1. The beef patty was disgusting, it tasted like it had been shoved in someone’s pants and then thrown back on the bun.2. The fries were salty to the point where I felt like I was pouring salt down my throat.3. The Oreo shake I had was so slushy I felt like I was prying sugar water down my throat and then adding Oreos.Lastly the staff who were wearing gloves - they were putting those gloves hands in their pockets and then scratching their noses and then handling I food while still wearing those same gloves 🧤 barf 🤮They’re not terrible people, I’m just sharing our experience.Yuck

The Burger King in vernal had excellent food excellent service the one in Roosevelt not very good service the food was lousy I would recommend vernal before I would recommend Roosevelt

The manager on duty basically called me a liar about the french fries they did not place in my bag She said, (" I personally packed that bag myself")when I went in to get my order finished correctly. I was very offended and embarrassed. She was very unprofessional and ignorant. Im sure this isnt the first complaint on her. I wish I had got her name.

Ordered 4 meals one wasnt made exactly right but they were very busy and I understand mistakes happen it wasnt a huge deal. Customer service was pretty good

Ehhh there staff is legitimately high-school oriented so any logical excuse for any errors that occur are appropriate. But there isn’t any excuse for not knowing the difference between not wanting condiments on a burger and not wanting veggies on a burger, I swear you can’t be anymore specific with their staff most of the time. Information goes through one ear and out the other. Fast food should be easy these days

I was attempting to call because I had a question on whether or not there were any gluten free items on the menu (since my 6 yr old daughter is gluten freeIt took 6 calls for them to finally answer and when they did, a rude lady immediately yelled at me saying, "I am not playing monopoly with you!" I did not even get to speak with them before she hung up. How rude... Needless to say we went to the McDonalds across the street and they were a whole lot nicer!

Not the best burgers in town. They are fast and some what more affordable. If you buy from the specials you always get a better deal.

Thankfully they did allow seating since we were on the road traveling, the food was good.

Very fast and also cordial. A little too fast if you ask me. well I love getting my food quickly I dont like it when its just coming off of a warmer. Be careful at this specific Burger King they are known for keeping food on the warmer. If youre able to order drive up and they already have your bag ready something is amiss. Beyond that great service.

Will never go here again. Every time I go here the wait to get food is over 10 minutes. Then the sign on the back window says to wait there to be helped but no one ever comes to the window. Then when I go to the 2nd window and you have to pay there they get annoyed when you have to pay there and then you say thank you and they slam the window on you. Something needs to be done.

Bought combos for 6 coworkers didnt get a receipt n open the burgers this is what i got 3 to 4 lil pieces of onion on mostly all burgers is this a joke bought 7-10-2020 at 12:10pm

Burger King is Burger King and it is a common experience. The workers are friendly and the food is pedestrain, nothing to write home about but edible. The location and parking/drive-thru design brings this locate down. However, the area received some great coupons in the mail that can make it worth it.

ALL of our burgers were COLD!!! Ordered 4. Went through the drive-thru, got home less than 5 minutes later! Very unhappy

The food was ok going in, but 45min later it was a rocket ship coming out. I was glad I was close to the hotel. The other guy had the same problem. Stay away from the 2 for 6, the spicy chicken and the nuggets. You will regret it in 45 min. I now have to throw out my underwear as they have brown streaks in them.

Its burger king, expectations are low, but the employees are really nice here and makes the shame of eating fast food a little less painful.Impossible Jr. Wopper needs to be a thing!!!

Outside the building smells weird inside not very clean and the last 4 times I went in 6 years I got food poisoning 2 times Drive through is to Narrow I will not ever go again

My wife and I decided to grab a quick meal from the drive through. We specifically asked for two diet Dr. Pepper as I usually drink both mine and my wifes soda, and I usually get diet being that I am diabetic. So my "Diet" Dr. Pepper turned out to be just regular Dr. Pepper. Needless to say what that did to my blood sugar levels! (Im sure that is also grounds for a law suit?). I know its certainly something Ill be writing to the corporate office about. Maybe you need to train your staff in future on care and attention to orders, maybe you should also make them liable for situations they cause through negligence. Since my nutritionist has me on a strict carbohydrate regime, my drink accounted for most of my allotted intake for that night (77g of carbs in that medium soda and being thirsty, I took of the lid off as I never use a straw and gulped most of the first onemeaning my meal went in the trash can.

I got the 2 for $6 Whoppers and was asked "Do you want cheese on those?" I ordered the cheese and also ordered a vanilla shake. Total was $11.09, I questioned the bill. What they dont say when you order the cheese...they charge .80 cents per slice! Rip off at Noble Manor!

They really mean it when they say have it your way always willing to add anything you want to your sandwiches and meals even the weird request I worked here as a teenager and the managers and boss are awesome

TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE. Disgusting floors and food stations. Old food scattered all across the kitchen and near "fresh food" Spent a hour there for a simple meal, after waiting 25 minutes in reserve area our food (chicken fingerswere burnt and fries extremely undercooked, went in the guy im assuming was manager threw the bag of food we brought back in on the ground, would barely let us speak(only parts of the order were messed upand had a terrible attitude, was extremely disrespectful torwards my family We got the replacement order and we were supposed to get a bacon king and he gave us a plain burger and chicken fingers that werent even cooked!? had to go back to fix that too. Finally we gave up, these guys didnt offer any sort of reimbursement for our time or refund and we ended up out of $15 and a hour of our time. TERRIBLE restraunt highly dont recommend unless there is a change in work ethic and attitude. The cashier was nice! The guy was lucky I was not inside when he was disrespecting my pregnant wife thats all I gotta say!

I know this is a fast food restaurant but its honestly one of my favorite places to eat. The food and service is always consistent. A++

This place is our to go to favorite. The fries are salty, the burgers are delicious, and the place is always clean and neat. The service is quick and efficient.

Someone cut this tomato by hand and served it on my burger. It is completely green and inedible. Please dont do this.
