It was great, but a little slow

-slow service-deformed mozzarella sticks-sturtles-short line-workers body positive-they didn’t allow my bingo team to make reservations-they had the little mermaid theme song playing-luckily they had sushi on the menu-the lightbulbs had been freshly renovated

I used the app so my order would be ready when I picked up. Not sure if the cashier was new but never will I ever order from the app again. It was pretty much a joke. Sign stated "Pick up orders here" but the cashier told me to get my order over there. I suggested that she moved the sign so people know where to pick up orders. She never acknowledged that but then asked my name. I told her my name but she proceeded to serve a customer. I asked if my order was ready and she said yup but continued to serve other people. Finally, a different cashier gestured that she would get my order.

Not sure why the dining area is closed so early 🤔 was there before 8pm

Tried the Impossible Whopper. Not too shabby. I actually didnt feel like I was eating compressed sawdust which I consider a win!

Service was excellent, I had the crispy chicken burger combo. The sandwich was out of this world! Really impressed by the cooks.

Very hard to find anything to eat after 11PM in Moncton. Thank Goodness For Burger King on Mountain Road.Friendly Late Night Window Service.Hot Fries. Hot Food. Reasonable Price.Easy To Find Location.When you’re too hungry after a long day on a Summer RoadTrip to just go to your hotel and sleep. This is the Spot.

It is a standard BK place, the staff is friendly, and the food is like any other BK.

What fast food place closes the dining room at 7pm?? What a truly bizarre time slot.

Worst customer service I have ever experienced. LORINA has the worst adittude and talks to customers like there stupid. Even the food was thrown together and a absolute mess. Save your money and go anywhere but here.

Slow service inside. Closes early. But staff is polite, food is great and store was freshly updated!

Just tried their Mango Habanero King and it was Delicious!

Of the 3 in our group I only had a strawberry milkshake which was divine. Though they did originally give me Ghost Pepper Poppers. Had to circle round and have them correct the order.They had my wife Pats order come up perfect. She ordered the Whopper and was quite satisfied.Our friend, Liz, ordered some burger combo (I wasnt paying attention). Liz scarfed hers down so she must have liked it. No complaints other than their mix up with my shake.Overall good experience. We werent in a rush so I easily forgave them for the mix-up.

I ordered 2 small cups of ice cream and both were hollow in the middle,I mentioned this to the manager and he says theyre only a dollar and thats the way theyre trained to pour them.why is it that nobody else does it like this ? From now on I will be ordering anything from mcdonalds ! The managers justification is its a promo anyway and you shouldnt get a full cup,pretty crazy ! Wendys actually fill the cups and their $1 frosty promo just started.yay

They seem to have no clue what they are doing, all the workers are running around cluelessly

I was the only one in the drivethru, yet i waited close to 10 minutes to get 2 cold burgers, that were so soaked with grease on the bottom bun, that it turned the bun to a dough consistency. Between traffic, and me being in a rush, we just threw out the $28 in food and stopped at a different burger place. Ill never visit this location again.

The food is great, the portions are great for the price you pay! One of the cheaper fast foods money wise, I love that they have different side options like mozza sticks, onion rings, jalapeno cheddar bites etc, makes them a different and fun fast food to order from!

Usually good paced, food is fully cooked (didnt think that would be something I feel I need to mention but here we arealso burgers dont feel like theyve been crushed.

Its your typical fast food burger and fry restaurant in the chain. The prices and deals, plus the steady rotation of items to mad from the menu is a nice change up. But what really makes this location a step above is its staff. They are always genuinely pleasant and going that extra mile to make things right for you.

Seriously the worst location Ive ever been too. I wish I didnt get take out so that I could have just given back the food for a refund. The nuggets were dripping oil and tasted of old grease.The whoppers were actually disgusting.The person behind the counter was super rude. We ordered two 8pc nuggets and there was only one in the bag. We went back to the counter and she tried to convince us that we really only ordered one 8pc until she saw the receipt and even then pointed at it and said that we only ordered one until she looked closer. Gave us some attitude and basically just threw the nuggets into the bag.Bad food and bad service. Definitely never going back to burger king again as this is the only convenient location to where I live. First and last time here.

Absolutely amazing staff, friendly and welcoming. The food is amazing so I dont mind the price too much. Theres great deals too if youre looking for a value deal.

By far the most efficiently run fast food establishment I have ever been to. Colin and his courteous staff always get my order right, and service is quick. I was there during a local high schools lunch hour and was extremely impressed by Colin and the restaurants ability to handle the crowd (100+as well as maintaining all public health measures (checking for vaccines etc.). 6 stars if available. -ML

Their French fries were so good, i usually cant eat all my fries at different restaurants but I ate all of Burger Kings fries. Plus my burger. Ill surely go back again and again!!! Also we were in a large line up at the drive thru, so whats that tell you??

This is the best fastfood restaurant hands down!! The customer service is 10 steps above the rest. Would have given 5 stars be but its impossible to call them and you have to leave a msg which does little for you when you need to speak to someone immediately. I always have to ask for napkins no matter what I order! That frustrates me a little so I started asking for them with my order. Rarely do they get your order wrong.

Her name is “HANG”.She is the best customer service representative I think. She is just awesome. I think she should get promotion and should get paid more for world class customer service. This burger king is lucky to an employee like her.If I had a store or any kind of business I would have employed her as a customer service manager if she would like to.

The place for a fast meal.Fiancée and I enjoy Burger King a lot. Currently, drive thru only is open, which doesn’t really work sometimes, which is why I go to McDonald’s when it doesn’t work out.They’re food is amazing, and staff is very friendly.See you again soon.

We play a little game at this location when we pick up our order at the drive-thru. The cashier never says a single word, nor does she smile. Just hands us the debit machine then our food without eye contact. So we are extra nice to see if this will be the day that we will feel that our business is appreciated. It doesnt ever happen, but gives us a good laugh. At least the food is good.

Im giving this star rating based on the fact that its fast food. Compared to other fast food places in the area, this one is pretty good. Certainly the best customer service of any fast food in the city and they carry jalapenos that you can have added to your burger or Putin whereas the other Burger King does not. This is my favorite Burger King to go to. My only complaint is I find they put a little too much ice in the pop

My order was wrong and when icalled and asked for the manager i waited 5 minutes. Fair enough its busy but when i explained i ordered 2 whopper combos and i got chicken she ask whats the problem? The problem is im allergic to chicken, thankfully i carry an eppy pen. She said return them. Sorry but i threw them out i was so upset never do i want to walk into that place with the posibility of seeing or talking to her again

Ive never felt so dedicated to this location, the team that works here are genuinely professional in all aspects of serving food to the public. Cleanliness, accurate orders also patient and courteous to customers with disabilities. They exercise all the correct practices and making me feel welcomed to coming back. Keep it up!

Great place to grab a quick bite. Open late and staff is always friendly. Best price on nuggets in town, if you like those things. On the plus side, they add whip cream to your shakes which give it that little extra stuff. Also best poutine for fast food joint... overall great experience all around.

Its an OK BQ but nothing special, service is basic at best but close be worse thats for sure. Food is cooked well as long as you ask for it to be made fresh, especially the fries but the burgers as well because they leave them under a heat lamp. So always ask for fresh made.

This Burger King was the best experience I have ever had anywhere. The staff were super friendly and helpful. The food was hot and fresh. The dining room was very clean and attended too. The Manager on duty was very much in control and running everything efficiently. Everyone worked well together and seemed very happy. I would give this store a two thumbs up!! It was an awesome experience
