As 12:00 não tinham 2 dos menus que escolhi .... incrível

Mau serviço no pedido self-service que não tem todos os menus publicitados (como por exemplo, os Originals), com perda de tempo. Alternativa dada: ir para a fila, depois do tempo perdido a pesquisar as alternativas, à procura da opção pretendida.Serviço muito demorado o que fez com que as pessoas que integravam o nosso grupo e optaram por pagar em numerário, depois de terem feito o pedido em modalidade self-service, acabassem a refeição muito depois...A melhorar estes dois pontos.

Sinto-me mal a dar uma nota negativa ao bk contudo neste aqui infelizmente tem de ser, vou lá diversas vezes e o atendimento lá é de um Amadorismo incrível, se está um pouco mais cheio a sala fica facilmente suja além do tempo de espera e do desentendimento que se percebe entre os funcionários do local. Não é o atendimento de um rei como habitual noutros sítios...

Muito bom atendimento, comida.. rápido a servir 4 pedidos diferentes... único senão ruído interior... Presumo ar-condicionado... Mesmo assim aconselho ...

Atendimento simpático, máquinas para fazer o pedido descansado. Bastante espaço interior e exterior. Bem localizado, com estacionamento. Drive-through um pouco lento.

Se negaram a vender uma oferta do app por que não havia código , se está no app e ainda diz por tempo limitado . Agora não sei quem é errado se é o restaurante em si ou burguer king app em geral

Atendimento lento, hambúrgueres feitos à pressa. Fiz o pedido de dois diferentes, ambos saíram com grande parte dos ingredientes apenas de um lado do hambúrguer.

Once again the forgot one of the burgers in my drive-through order, but I went back and they fixed it without any issues.

I was not impressed with the service. The gentleman that attended me was abrupt and very unfriendly.I paid and was asked to wait for my food which took over 15 minutes. No one bothered to come and inform me of why it was taking long.I am portuguese and live in Coimbra and really am disappointed. Maybe it was just a bad day for the Burger King team.

Fast and friendly service...delicious burgers.

The Whopper Vegetarian or the Long Vegetarian are the best. No other vegetarian burgers come even close. Even if you are not vegetarian you will love them!

According to me, this Burger King is in the top 10 fast food restaurants which I have eaten something. Good staff, good prepared hamburger (seems like burgers in adsand tasty burger for fast food sector restaurants.

Das vezes que me dirigi ao local nunca tive problemas desta vez pedi para casa à hora de jantar e o bean burger estava horrível para não dizer pior, seco e rijo e frio parecia que tinha feito à horas parti-o à mão e desfez-se de tão seco que estava. Pedia mais atenção, gastar dinheiro num produto para o deitar fora fica mal a quem o vende sabendo que não se encontra em bom estado, dá a sensação que como o pedido foi via Uber eats a pessoa que está do outro para receber o pedido não terá meio de se deslocar para fazer reclamação logo terá de aceitar o que lhe dão..

Nice location on SouthEast side of city, plenty of car parking. Could be more visible while driving. It has veggie burger!
