Burger Box in Vereeniging

The service is very bad. Customers have to wait for 20 minutes before their orders are taken.The salads are appalling.

ordered 4 items on menu, 2 burgers and two reg milkahakes. Took them 25mins to bring it to us. Really ridicullous.

The stuff didnt have good service we had to call the waiters time to time, to order, to be served, for our bill

Its like an oldenday takeout where you get waitered from your car and eat in your car infront of a huge screen

Ordered milkshakes, horrible, something is wrong with the ice cream. Chicken burgers was not on standard, (not what we were used tojust patty in bun, and nothing else. We will defnitely not be visiting again.

Had salad forr lunch but the plates were dirty looked liked they just rinsed the plates of and made our salad in it... Had to pay the full bill the manager never even came out to ask... Was disgusting

Absolutely pathetic!I had to wait OVER an hour for one pizza!Their excuse is the Sunday lunch is holding up the ovens.Then DONT put anything else on the menu!

not great at all... asked to dine in... server served take out... recipe of their burger patty changed and much smaller...

Terrible poor service today. We waited 40 minutes for our food and then the order was incorrect. The poor waiter tried his best but there was just too much customers and not enough waiters.

What is going on at the Burger Box. The chicken Mayonnaise no Mayonnaise on the bread. Ask for cuppaccion with cream and one with foam get 2 with foam after complain no cream is available. I am disappointed.

Good food made awesomely good, I was there last in 1998 when I got my first car. Took my 14 year old daughter for pizza and milkshake, its even better than I expected. Now I just have to take my son for a Blondie. Before he gets his first car. Prices are reasonable considering they still make the pizza filling thinker than the crust

It was my first time to be in this place. It has left an indelible memory in me. The Roadhouse is in the main road that links the north ( JHB etcand the south ( Sasolburg etc).The parking space is safe and adequate. Food is of a high quality and fresh. The staff is very friendly, welcoming and professional. In terms of food variety, one is spoiled with quality of choice.

Burger wasnt great but thats still fine, been going to Burgerbox for 30 years (not again after thisbut the big surprise was paying almost R50 for chips with the hamburgers that could not have been more than 1 or maybe 2 large potatos worth of chips. At other places you can get a family box of chips for that price. This was a total rip-off

Tomatoes were old. Bread was soggy. The waiter had half her breast sticking out because her uniform looked as if it was too small

My first and last time dining at Burgerbox our Prego rolls were soggy the steak was thick, dry, and unseasoned (not even marinated in prego sauce)with overripe tomato with a jar full of prego sauce!! My "green salad " was overripe tomatoes with letters. My sons fish fingers were overcooked the fish separated from the butter.

I have been buying hamburgers and milkshakes.. at Burgerbox for 40 years. Today my husband ask the attendend why did she took the glasses milkshake....with her bear hands without a serving plate ...because of covid. She was rude with us and send someone else toe bring the burgers... they were al standing there laughing at us. . The Burgers were horrible. We did not even finish it. My husband said this will be the last time that we visit Burgerbox....

Very excellent service and excellent food

I have been there on 2 occassions. The food is delicious but the service is poor. You have to wait longer to get served your food. I had to go to counter to place my order cause the waiter had disappeared.

Service was horrible. Had to keep looking for the waiters even though we were the only guests. We sat for about 45mins with no service. Even to pay the bill, we had to look for them. There about 4 or 5 waiters just hanging by the entrance. They saw us enter but continued to stand there and chat. The food was cold. The beef prego was hard.

Old-school American diner vibes inside complete with decorative wallpaper and diner benches.The menu is extensive catering for all tastes and flavors and some items provide good value, surprisingly the drinks, with a milkshake selling for R25. Burgers are made up of thick white bread slices instead of buns. 🍔Theres a play area for kids as well with a green grass carpet underneath.
