Contemporary 3-story shopping center offers familiar retailers, restaurants & a multiplex theater.
Parking sucks. Handicap always occupied by some low life with a new sports car and no visible handicap sign or plates.Everyday. New incentives have alot of ppl here recently. Getting mote crowded than last year.
A very nice mall with many stores.
They helped me pick out tiles and carpets, among other flooring alternatives. The installation was completed promptly, expertly, and with meticulous care for every last detail. The outcome exceeded my expectations, and for that I am grateful.
Good place to do shopping, very big Macy’s and lots of other stores
Malls are no longer popular as they once were. As a result, stores in them are closed and large retailers have their going out of business sales. Its more convenient to stay home and shop online. This mall was a bit empty of customers (except for Sees Candiesand a bit depressing. Maybe it will perk up with the coming of the Christmas season.
Great new fun zone with real bowling.
Great place to shop, dine, and walk around
Terrible layout and elevator. All escalators closed going up only and the elevator decides to not work properly. Lots of stores to choose from.
Pretty average mall, nothing too special. Lack of hobby shops there. Great place if you want to go shopping for clothes.
Its a good mall. Love the theater inside it.
Feels like it is slowly dying, so many empty storefronts (with an attempt to hide that with cheaply procured local-student art murals), places that dont even bother to open on Sunday, too little traffic? Sears is really circling the drain but seems propped up to not have a huge gaping anchor store quadrant vacancy. At least one other anchor store, Burlington, also has large sections blocked off to look more full (and apparently has major problems with theft?).Several good restaurants, the kebab and panini place especially, the new Korean place that finally occupied the space that was once P.F. Changs. Line at the Orange Julius, but most other businesses seemed rather empty. Its a shame as its a nice mall, spacious and light. Is the Dave and Busters knock-off any good/still open? Glendale Galleria is somehow doing quite well still, but at this malls expense, I guess.
1st time to AMC 6ample parking was close & easy & that was for National Cinema Day!entry & concessions were friendly, helpful & efficienta very pleasant experience & definitely will be going back!
Great place, plenty of parking except at holidays.
Sundays are always so busy… kinda freaky on how many people are in there cause they have a mini swat meet type eventIt’s cool though you get to meet new businesses and people
I love coming to this place a lot I used to meet my ex-boyfriend here when we would go see movies occasionally we went here on our first day I have my boyfriend I have now he and I meet here on Fridays and it’s been really fun to spend time together because we are close we love coming to shopping or going to the arcade or just hanging out in the mall it’s been fun I like this place alot
Great selection of action figures and friendly service. In the Burbank Mall, near Sears.
Its a fun place to go with the whole family theres something for everyone games and shopping sweet for all .
Lovely place to go and shop, eat & more. They also have a few indoor playgrounds for people who need to get out their energy. I enjoy this mall and it’s qualities
They have good stores but everything is dirty and the AC sucks, it feels warm and humid.
Mall is mostly junk. Large place with only a couple decent stores.
Nice shopping center. It has three floors and has lots of stores to look around in. My favorite part was looking at the art murals on the wall done by the students of the area.
Decent selection of shops. Parking can be a pain depending on the time you go. After 5 pm, especially friday and sat, parking can take 10-20 minutes. There are parking structures a little farther away so that helps. A ,lot of the eateries have outside dinjng where some of the parking used to be on san fernando. Basically I only come here to watch a movie. Otherwise I try to avoid the area. Though the in n out is part of the town center so i also go there.
1 minute read:I love BUIRBANK. The freeway and connecting streets are almost completed, making it easier to get to the Town Center. Before Covid19 hit, Life was much simpler and The Burbank Town Center took some blows. They didnt give up and many shops need your patronage. Be adventurous. Go see them.Thanks.
Honestly this mall has gone downhill as the only attraction to this place is Round 1. Too many random stores that are open that people clearly dont even go to. They need to revamp the store selection in the mall.
I love this place. It could use more stores but i think this is 1 of the best malls Ive ever been to. The security are awesome. The top floor outdoor sitting area is marvelous. You can see the downtown ambiance. The theatre is clean. I love how the mall is open late even after store hours. Burlington Coat Factory is always open late. And Round 1 gaming center is spectacular. Open till 2am!
A really nice mall
if I didnt Have to go there for a specific service, I wouldnt go at allsecurity acts as if patrons are a threatshould someone be waiting for a business to open, what is the issue with waiting inside?also, what happened to all of the elders mall walking?overkill by the security cost the one store that was already open, my shopping dollars
Easter Sunday this mall stores were closed except movies, arcade and 1 restaurant. Security kept walking around and over the speaker that mall was closed. Restroom is on the bottom floor next to Security office. Only 1 Security Guard was telling everyone entering restroom the mall was closed. Everyone was confused. Movies, 1 restaurant and Arcade were open. Why tell this to mall customers?
¡the place is decent! - the security guard was a joke on Sunday, 10 April 2022! - 7:23 pm Pacific DayLight Savings Time on Wednesday, 13 April 2022 Common Era or CE formerly known as Ano Domini or AD
This is a cool little mall. Its not as good as the Glendale Galleria. It still has some nice stores and places to eat. The movie theater is also great. This is the 1st time I noticed. This new Gaming entertainment spot. Its huge and has a bunch of games. Has a bowling alley. Pool tables and even a place to eat. Very cool place to have some fun. They even serve liquor.
Wow what a place! This place is a fusion of a mall and a town center…. Indoor & outdoor shopping, indoor is VAST, outdoor is REFRESHING……such a pleasant place to spend your evening…. If I ever become rich, I’ll buy a house around this area so I can visit this place every time I wanna unwind 😜 so beautiful so relaxing so pleasant!
The mall is much nicer since remodeled though moving the food park downstairs was a mistake. When located upstairs it had access to a large balcony which offered a nice view to the commercial district. The biggest flaw with this mall is the lack of interesting stores which is too bad because a esthetically, its a nice center.
The mall at the Burbank Town Center looks as if it opened yesterday, the modern and spacious vibe makes for a fun trip to the mall, a decent amount of stores with room for more to develop includes a decent shopping experience complete with a Movie theater, a food court and even a bowling alley arcade. Bring your kids, brings your friends, it’s a great time. There’s a huge parking lot right outside the mall and it’s super convenient.
Very nice mall to kill time while kids were at the arcade (Round 1). Security guard was super nice and helpful to this outsider as I was trying to figure out how to cut through the mall to find my way to Boba Loca which has the most amazing drinks. Very cute town, friendly people.
Very good place to go for a walk, shopping, to watch a movie and food
Plenty of secure covered free parking. Protected from the rain and the hot sun. Always a pleasure to visit. My personal favorites are Dairy Queen GNC and the Vans store. Nice place to walk or have lunch. Even work on your car in the parking ramp. Nobody seemed to mind
The amount of stores nearby is extensive. Finding parking at this location was extremely easy and everything is close by. You have multiple stores like round 1 which is great if you ever want to drop of your child and go shopping while they are relaxing there. Would highly recommend this place. I would add that the place was incredible packed during Saturday even during covid. Round 1 does make it extremely fun to come here. Would recommend
Very convenient mall and getting better every year
One of my favorite Town Centers in California! So many great shops. The streets are always immaculate and clean. AMC movies, Crunch gym, Barnes and Noble, Macys and a bunch of other great stores to shop and eat at! Plus the parking garages are safe and easy to park and just as easy to walk on foot and stroll around!
First time at this mall, it was okay, nothing to go crazy over. Not a lot to choose from as far as stores. Some are closed or coming soon... The stores that are in the mall have pretty good selections. Facility is clean , food court is clean and lots of sitting room as well.
Ive lived in many places in the U.S. and this is by far the most genuine and welcoming church Ive ever been a member of. Kids really enjoy being here which is a plus when youre raising kids these days. If youre looking for diversity and ppl who have a genuine love for Christ, then this your place
Lots of parking here which makes it easy to get to the wonderful shopping and restaurants.
This mall is nice big and spacious and very clean
The Burbank town center has a great food court located on the lowest level center court, escalators and elevators, movie theater, security teams and great seating in or around the store you desire to visit!Parking is free or choose to UBUR/LYFT here to avoid the hassles of parking!
This is our very own Burbank mall with free parking and electric vehicle chargers galore. Climate controlled and plenty of spots to sit and rest if you need it. There are several play spots for young kids, too. Very accessible. I suppose Macys is the most upscale shop but I like this mall because there are good quality shops and a broad variety of unique specialty merchants. The cart vendors along the interior passages offer quality items too. You wont be bored at the Burbank mall!
Great place and well maintained. Looks like lots of shops are going to be opening up soon. Good parking facility for easy access. If you are with kids and want them to stay engaged then rockin kids play area on 3rd floor is a great option. Food Court doesnt have a lot of options.
This is a nice mall, there are quite a few unique stores here, I highly recommend to come here. A word of thought though, the malls are all dying down, more people should visit to put more business here.
Burbank town center , Is the most fun and lovely place to roam . You find most evry thing around. Nice variety of food chain for diff. Cultures like you travel from many continent. Italian, greek, persian, korean, thai,Vietnam food, chinese,Hawaiian, and American ofcourse , Cinemas ,bars ,shopping and it never stops until midnight specially weekends, come check those entertainment like live band and comedy bars. Its a friendly place for Family . Cool place to spend time during off time.👍😉
The best loved, has a lot of shopping store, food court and more
presently under construction/renovation, this is a great little mall with so many other spots to shop at. ample parking and easy access to downtown burbank, this mall is definitely perfectly placed if you want to do more than just stay inside a mall.
