Bungalow in Kingstown

I’m a cruiser visiting St. Vincent on a mooring ball at Young Island Cut. On a Monday after clearing into the country, we dinghied to shore looking for dinner. While it was quiet and other nearby restaurants on the boardwalk were closed, we stumbled on the Bungalow and it was open! We sat at a table outside with our dog on a leash. The cocktails were fantastic. We recommend the Negroni, Ocean Punch, and Beach Club. The Ocean Punch was a nice alternative to the common rum punch. We ordered conch fritters, smoked bacon arepas, dumplings, and creole seafood pasta. All were fantastic! The fritters had a healthy amount of conch (not just fillerand the dumplings were sweet and savory, I loved the home made dough. The service was excellent, fast, and friendly. It was a lovely way to start our time in St. Vincent! Highly recommend and an easy dinghy ride for anyone staying near Young Island.

Another day, another salad, this time from Bungalow restaurant in Villa @flowandflowt 🥗It’s been so hot lately, that all I have been wanting to have are cool, light salads that have been prepared with very little heat. I ended up going with the Cobb salad with grilled shrimp which was delicious and just what I needed on an excruciatingly hot day 🥵The salad was beautifully constructed with lettuce, tomatoes, corn, white beans, bacon, feta, eggs and shrimp.I usually skip dishes that contain eggs but for some reason I was able to consume these with no issues. It was served with a really light vinaigrette which was nice. I would have added a slightly sweeter dressing to tie the flavors together however I definitely do recommend getting this is you’re on the hunt for something a bit lighter👌🏾

The Ambiance and the food calls you back every time. With money of course.

The atmosphere is great. The bartender is good. The food is tasty. Overall a good experience.

The service was not great, had to wait nearly 1hr for appetizer soup, however the main course made up for that long wait which was amazing especially the Cobb Salad. My greatness disappointment was the dessert - tiramisu with ice cream- for persons who are not knowledgeable on the dessert they would have accepted it but for me it was an insult, for I received lady fingers soaked in strong liquor and hint of coffee -where were the layers of mascarpone and chocolate?

I ordered a 10” Spicy Italian pizza tonight and my only regret was not ordering two 10” pizzas or the 16” instead, 10/10. Drinks are also amazing!!!!

The Parmesan Crusted Chicken Breast is a must!

Everything is good. The gin and blueberry cocktail rocked. Loved the steam dumplings. I went with 2 appetizers. The setting is priceless.

Lovely restaurant right on the water. My boyfriend took me here for a sunset bday dinner and the views did not disappoint. I got the burger ( I know I know...why not seafood right?! Lolwell the burger was to die for and the onion rings were also very delicious. I took the waiters drink suggestion (Ocean Punchand it was VERY good!! Almost too good haha.

Bungalow is one of the best restaurants I’ve been to in St. Vincent. The menu is pretty diverse. I enjoyed the Spicy Italian Pizza. I like the ambiance of the restaurant. The furniture is nice and clean, and you get a nice view of Young Island. Highly recommend!

Delicious food! Chose this spot because they also serve a great local craft beer that I wanted to try.

The food was delicious, the staff was friendly, but a bit slow with drinks . Could have done with someone else serving when there was a big queue. Otherwise perfect location and food.👍

This is one of my favourite spots to take my family. I even got married here. The service is excellent and the ambiance is lovely. There are many seating options according to your occasion. The service is time and the workers are very friendly. You would not refeet spending a dollar here. It has its own boat dock and its right on the board walk along the beach.

Pizza was really good and really good service, nothing to complain about!

Food is really great ! But ,eat before coming because it took them about a hour and a half to bring out few simple apatizers. Then another few hours for entree which ,we were told wasnt avialible once part of the table was served . 2 stars for poor service in restaurant which only had people in 2 tables .

Food is good if It’s actually available. Also, they’ll tell you it’s not available 1hr after you’ve ordered.

Situated on the beach front, we enjoyed dinner, calm and relaxed with a good view of Young Island. The staff were polite, friendly, and knowledgeable about the menu. The two of us shared a tasty meal of king fish with mashed potatoes and salad. The glass of savingnon blanc was good the Chardoney not so good. The washroom facilities were clean and well stocked.

The food was good but the service was POOR. Waiters and waitresses needs training.

This is a really nice restaurant, formally known as "High Tide"; it has gone through somewhat of a re-decoration. The food is still great but some prices have doubled since being re-opened under the new name.The view is still breath taking especially at subset on their dock in the sea.

Great food and great service with a great view of Young Island Resort.
