Good customer service. Food also good, they served in big portion. The environment just nice for family dinner. One of my kid get sleepy, and they provide pillow n space, auch, so nice! 😍

Food is good, service is average, coffee is below expectation. On the warm side given that its not air conditioned. Appetizer, soup and main meal all served at one go. Main meal was cold after we had the appetizer and soup.

Love the food and atmosphere of the restaurant. Would love to come back again to try more varieties. The food’s served quick and the customer service’s excellent.

Nice Balinese food and big portion. Different type of rice. Love their side dishes. Rosehip salted tea taste good, sour and salt.

Loved their mocktails however it would have been better if they don’t shove a whole cup of ice as it became very very thick in texture:(Over all 7/10 and would come back if I’m around the area

The food is tasty, you can feel effort has been put into cooking it. The atmosphere is nice and after a decade of success it has opened a sister restaurant across the road. Yummy, will certainly revisit !

Good foods to try when you looking for balinese foods. Actually we plan to gathering in cafe bali opposite of this bumbu bali. They are same owner. But service at cafe bali really bad. The worker treat us really bad. So we decided to check out without eat anything and move to bumbu bali.

Horrible and rude servers. My family and I was asked to move away from a table. My brother was already seated there and the children was going to sit. The children was about to sit the servers started pulling out the chair trying to accommodate another customer.It started with A guy came and winged to the server that he wanted that table. Server told him that he has to go up there he didn’t want too.he insisted that he wants that table in a corner. Without informing us the waiter started pulling chairs out.So basically the servers treated us as unimportant. We felt biased and felt racially discriminated.Is this the way to go?

Ambience of the place is very woody and warm. Service was good, very friendly and warm from beginning to end.Menu is extensive with lots of balinese style offerings. We werent very hungry at the time but we managed 2 big sets and a fried calamari. The sambal along with the chicken was really good. The drinks were interesting.

Love the ambience here! Food portion is huge, reasonable price.We ordered the Kambing Bumbu and Bumbu trio, both tasted good. Especially the minced kambing, it was delicious 😋

Had dinner with daughter last night. Delicious food. We ordered dory fish set and satay sticks and barley lime. Only downside, my nasi kunyit was served rather cold. Overall satisfied. Staff are superb always ready to serve and very polite. Very well trained!

Relax environment and the portion is generous enough. They serve nice Balinese food and the plain water comes with Pandan Leave aroma 👍🏻

This place has been around for as long as I can remember, nice to see it still doing well and offering a slightly different dining setting in Puchong. Food is still not bad.

Portion is very generous. ordered Siap Bumbu , Nasi Campur , Barley Lime & Dessert - Pisang Bakar. It’s all good. Siap Bumbu serve with rice but I requested to replace it with vege (remove the rice). The chicken is about 1/2 of the chicken. The marinated sauce is good. Barley lime is recommended. For the dessert, the ice cream is melted to fast, perhaps the freezer is not cooling enough. LoLz . But it’s still good the pisang Bakar. I would highly recommended this restaurant. Decoration is nice too. Clean & comfortable restaurant to dine in.

Poor service, Bad experience and food so so. Ordered lamb chop but served noodle and stubborn staff keep insist I ordered noodle. In the end, pay extra lamb chop price for noodle for the bill and keep saying I must pay that price. Definitely no next time

The food is amazing, the portion is big. Yes! U can totally get the bali vibes here if u miss bali 🏝 the avocado coffee taste awesome. The starter portion is like the main portion 🤣 the picture in menu look small but when serving totally wow

Love this restaurant. Been here and other branches many times throughout the years, even during mco they have kept up the quality of the food which is consistently excellent! Wouldve given it 5 stars if not for 1 thing that always puzzles me: every single time, doesnt matter which branch, Ive tried ordering the Iga Mepanggang beef ribs but it is never available!? They should at least indicate on the menu if theyve decided not to serve it anymore.

Great meal, price wise I would say on the pricier side. Generous portion on the chicken served with this meal Ive ordered. Come and give this place a try if you are looking for authentic 🇮🇩 Bali cuisine?

The food was great and service is good, crew were friendly. But the restaurant is a bit too dark and mosquitos will visit you 😅Overall ambience is good for family and friends to gather. Maybe just improve on the lighting will do, because I have to turn on my phone spot light to read the menu 😂

Been here few time and tried different food. "Siap Mengoreng - Deep Fried Lemongrass Marinated Chicken with Sambal Terasi" is still the best. Big portion food that you can share with your families and friend. Tried call to make reservation but peak hours not allow earlier reservation. Understandable from a perspective for running business. Advice pay a visit during non peak hours to avoid crowd. Abang and kakak very polite and friendly.

Authentic Indonesian food in Puchong area.. Had visited here many times and recommended.. The set platter portion was generous..

Food is really good, environmental superb, but the crowd is really noisy, with big family, kids and diners talking loudly over dinner table. Most diners (80%turn up in homewear ie shorts and slippers, didnt do this nicely decorated place a justice.

Highly recommended place for Balinese cuisine. The taste of the food is a definite to try. The staffs are also very helpful. Most noted is the atmosphere and environment around the restaurant. Gives you a true Balinese experience. A must try place for everyone.

The moment you step to the entrance you will be transported into a very balinese atmosphere.Ambience is pleasant, my only qualm is that it can get quite hot.Food is exceptionally good. Portions are large and suitable for sharing.Do try it!

Really loved the food here. Portion was very generous and tasted good. Desserts however, is too sweet for my taste. Come during the evening to see the sunset, nice view sitting upstairs. Didnt enjoy the second visit, was seated at the ground floor with so many fruit flies flying around our food.

Its been 11 years didnt dine in here. Today i come again for dinner. The set per person is quite satisfying & bigger set. The set that i order is rm35 & rm43 can share2 eat.i was there around 6.30pm and was seat at upper floor, just right time for sunset view. Feeling romantic 😅😅😅 . Recommended 👍👍👍

Delicious and good variety of seafood and meat from the Nasi Campur. Nasi Campur is a combination of Balinese grilled lemongrass prawns, squid, fish, beef/chicken rendang, sate lilit served with lawar kacang, rempeyek, sambel terasi, sambel matah. Then almost half a chicken with the Siap Bumbu which is Balinese roasted chicken with lemongrass marinate. Top up rice and can feed 2 ppl with 1 Siap Bumbu. And Where got chicken crisis shortage? 😂😅

Great food, service is bad. Maybe new workers?Been coming here for all my family birthdays, never faced issues until now. We asked staff to keep the birthday cake in the fridge until later; it was not done, ended up eating melted cheese cake!!!!When the brought the cake, no plates and spoon; we had to ask for plates-they brought plates. Then ask for spoons, they brought spoons. Had to ask them one by one, maybe first birthday in their cafe? Also, one of the spoon they brought was unwashed. Dont know what to say.Apart from all these service issues, food is good!

Im here in the evening around 6, they still got alot of seat here. Its abit hot here, even though Im in a dress. The food portion here is so big. The taste for me so so only. I will not come again unless I crave for Bali food. coz is hot here.

14 June 2022 - Been here many time since 2010. Their food still tastes good as before. The food choices remains same and quality is maintained.For pasta, breads or pastries, you may visit KafeBali located opposite.

Seated, ordered drinks and food, 15 min later, some drinks arrived and were informed all our food are not available as they run out of rice. Given no choice to just pay for the drinks and find our lunch elsewhere.Update - we were told it’s going to take minimum of 40 minutes and not 20 minutes.

All of their menu are UNIQUE. Portions are huge, shareable, up to its pricing & nonetheless in taste. One of the authentic INDO cuisine with fancy dine in exp i ever had 👌🏻

Great ambiance. Just wish they hv aircond instead of air cooler. Food is yummy but the crackers could be more crunchy. Service is commendable .. staff has initiative and very attentive

Price is worth it. Good food. Nice ambience. Good service too. Except that sometimes it’s quite crowded and considering their kitchen closing at 9pm, make reservations earlier.Chicken Chop was okay. It was thick hence few part of it felt like it was uncooked.Love the mocktails too!

Love the environment in this restaurant. Very cozy and nice.Food was good. We got the Bali Trio and Nasi Mepanggang. Drinks were Kopi Apokat and Rosehip Palm Sugar. Total was about RM122 before tax of 16%.Will come back here for sure

Delicious and authentic Balinese food. Their nasi campur portion is big, around 2 pax. The flavour was well adjusted and seasoned perfectly. The chicken is juicy and tender and the portion served is about half a chicken. The food didn’t take very long to be served even though there are quite a number of customers at the time. The covid restrictions are carefully observed and the toilets are very clean as well. Have been visiting this place for many years now, always will be my family’s favourite go to place for Balinese food!

The food was so delicious. Every dish, drinks and even the rice was great. Very nice ambience too. Can’t wait to dine here again

Thumbs up! Should try the salad as well.Bad part was: My friend ordered chic and beef steak, everything was good except got a corn thats turned stinky and sour. The chef should check the freshness of the food before serve it.P/s: With this price should install aircond. Very hot.. sweating while eating

Nasi campur was delicious, staff were fast and friendly. The only thing that needs improvement is, the menu should offer more on Indonesian food and less western cuisine.

Great ambiance, great service, great taste! Food portion is big with lots of condiments. I have to say their grilled fish is otherworldly. Taste have been altered a bit to accommodate locals, i guess, but still delicious. Will come back for more.

I would recommend the Nasi Campur, chicken wings and the barley drink. But our other orders were tasty too.Friendly, attentive and well trained staff. Good SOP compliance. Table and chairs were thoroughly wiped and cleaned after customers left.I wish theres a branch nearby so that I dont need to go through the Puchong jem 😅

We stopped for lunch on a weekday, and service was quite fast.We ordered the trio starter, and I was surprised how fast it came out of the kitchen. The chicken wings bbq although tasty were room temperature. This means the food precooked. The fried squid and fish on the satay was very good, but again both at room temperature. The sambal sauce was pretty mild, but tasty.The oxtail soup was tasty, but I have had better in other Indonesia restaurants.The drinks are huge and worth the price.Overall, the food is good and good sizes for the prices, but not deeply authentic Balinese.

We were fortunate to get a table for 2 upstairs despite the place being rather full of diners. The service was impeccable and the staff were knowledgeble and well trained. Our food arrived promptly and the tastes and flavours were distinct and well rounded. The ambience was warm and the dining area very well ventilated with expansive windows. Loved the little balinese knick knacks and artworks which were well placed throught the restaurant. Overall an outstanding restaurant for a nice night out. Highly recommended.

Very cozy environment, nice decoration, we sat on 2nd floor, we have two big table at the corner that can fit 10 people. There were 7 of us and we decided to order few dishes and share it. I love the Bali trio a lot, the fried squid marinated nicely, very tasty and crispy, sate lilit is full of flavour too. The beef taste really good too from nasi campur beef but quantity too small, next time will find if they have a full portion of beef menu. The chicken was well marinated in nasi siap bumbu. These are the exceptional one to my taste but overall all the other food taste good and my companion gave thumbs up and will be coming back for more. I hope I matched the menu with the picture correctly.
