BulMag Хипермаркет Grand Mall in Varna

Excellent supermarket, has everything (food+home), also a gift section. They make fresh juice and craft beer, sell cooked meal and sweats.

The mall itself is really huge, sparkly clean and packed with a lot of nice shops, restaurants and hang-out spots. Also great is that there is free parking. However, the ventilation in the parking basement is extremely poor and one feels suffocated every second of walking in it.

Huge variety of goods from all over the world but very pricey though!

Impressive deli counter and good experience in the past with delivery to a village outside varna. They are a little more expensive than other major outlets BUT need to improve attitude of some checkout staff. Eg at grand mall.

I like how the store has a small cafeteria inside it and lockers that actually work! The supermarket has quite the variety of products too. 🤌

Not that big supermarket but with all necessary goods for home.

Good range of coffee selection, not sure this market is good for vegetables and fruits, but bakery is good, donuts and croissants were great😍

I have looked at all the reviews and been trying to find out what floor the BulMag is on as being disabled it is important to know as very little English spoken .This is our third visit to Varna and the Grand Mall this year and never seen the supermarketVisited and bought in many shops in the Mall and had McDonald’s after a tiring search .

Its been getting better. I consider it an improvement over CBA. Would visit again since it is conveniently located.

This store has its all the necessary needs.. specially the sports wear like top brands and more also have an electronics and supermarket. Its a one stop shop😊

i loved it so much! especially the arcade machines zone. though, my mom didnt like it a lot, because of the climate. its chilly on top, which makes only the top floor comfy. although, the top floor is usually the most crowded, because it has a foodcourt.

this store has it all! so when you come here, you definitely won’t leave empty-handed. Conda, I was here for the last time, there were few people and, accordingly, few queues

Wonderful supermarket. Rich assortiment, enough space for a crowd of clients, affordable prices and not the least great atmoshpere. The advantage of a parking in a mall should not be ignored too. For a beer lover, there are some brands that you cannot find in a regular supermarket. This is valid for a various sort of products.

A huge supermarket with practically everything. It also has a small restaurant inside. The cashiers are fast.

A must stop place when I travel in that direction. The market provides quality and quantity combined with good prices. If you have a sweet tooth this place is for you, the deserts there are great.

The shop is huge! You can buy almost everything there food related. It has even its own food corner in a big shop that already has a food corner. Spent a lot of time there and will return back for presents shopping.

Very large and convinient store. Large variety of products, fresh produce, fresh bar, fresh meat, household items, bakery, everything you need. Right next to the parking lot.

You can’t take the shopping carts to the parking and they tell you this after you have one up filled and payed for it. You can figure out yourself how to carry everything.

This store is like a tardis, it is massive and offers so much from food, household items to garden implements and much, much more. It has a large cafe area to take a break while you wander around.If you are in The Grand Mall then this store is a must visit😊👍😊

Its ok. Just a regular supermarket. Staff is friendly and helpful (some can understand a little bit of Russian and some a little of English). I was disappointed by the fact that I cannot exit the market with their cart to carry groceries at the parking lot.

BulMag Varna, in the Grand Mall. Horrible experience. We did groceries for around 200 leva and we were not allowed to take out the cart 50m away to the garage door. We had to transfer heavy things one by one. The guard said that this is because they dont want to pick up the carts after the clients. Another thing is that the cash registers do not have a monitor where the customer can see in real time what has been scanned and the corresponding price. Compared to other grocery stores in Bulgaria, BulMag Varna Grand Mall is really couple of levels down. Not shopping there again.

Most cosy supermarket, great choice, nice and cafétaria

Well stocked up, has everything you need , wide variety of groceries, ready warm cooked food you can take home or eat in, as well as bits for the household.

Really pleasant place to do some grocery shopping, well laid out with good lighting. Brilliant selection of cooked and unique cooked meats.

Its a big space with lots of room for maneuvering. Access to free wifi. You can find almost everything here. There is a sit down deli in back. Lots and lots of interesting products. Lots and lots of made in Bulgaria products.

First time I ordered here the service was great HOWEVER this time round the service was terrible.I ordered the food to be delivered to my house but the meat was bad. The beef was sticky and had a horrible colour to it as can be seen in this picture below.Their was also a smell to it.I asked for a refund, the guy arrived to pick up the meat however unfortunetly I only had my small reciept not the big one they give you. They refused to refund me. I then said I would go to the health authority with the meat instead then. Then they refunded me the 15 Lev.I then got a phone call from the delivery driver telling me I have only given him 500G not the 1KG I ordered. I tried to explain how I cooked a meal with this bad meat yesterday thinking that the meat was not bad and that I was maybe over reacting about it. I chose to ignore the bad smell and this colour thinking maybe it was in my head. However once I tasted the cooked meat I didnt eat anymore.The delivery driver wanted to come back I can only assume to see if i was telling the truth. I rang the office to explain how I am busy and dont want him coming here. They explained they would call me back and never did. I then rang them again and they hang up on me. I called back 5 minutes later they told me we ring you in five minutes then hanged up.I then rang the delivery driver and told him why do you want to come here again. He then told me he wont now.Very sad as my inital experience with bulmag was very good, I dont think I will be ordering from them again due to their poor customer service and not accepting my order number and card reciept as valid proof of purchase.

Decent store with widerange of goods. Cash register wait times require more optimization. Check Lidl or Kaufland.

A quite big supermarket with a variety of goods. Did not give me a desire to come back though. Can be good as an alternative to others supermarkets nearby such as Kaufland.

Its the only supermarket in the mall but even then it has got a nice variety of products and even a cooked warm food to buy for home . Its nice medium sized and comes with a reasonal prices.

Its clean, ladys at the cash desk speaks english. Good varetion of products. Lactos free products what is not comon in Bulgaria. Fresh/ alive fish, toys for kids and pets. For sure better place then Billa or CBA.

Amazing supermarket one of the best in the city. Full with all kinds of goods and also a lot of original Bulgarian product. For example this is the only place I could find an Bulgarian non alcoholic cyder

Good,especially some sortiment of bulgarian products.but not very good quality of sortiment.i found showergels best before 11/2018, in herbs birds feather, mouldy fruit.

fine store, a bit complicated system with shopping carts, only largest ones can be taken to parking to load the trunk of car. and parking itself is a mess. hot, stuffed, people park in the passages and you cannot pass with the cart.

Not one of the main commercial grocery shops with more variety than other similar general stores of its size. Great whiskey and wine section with a lovely sit down and eat area. This would be the best budget option in Grand mall for a good home made meal style sit down.

Huge store, great variety of products. Has a place where you can get yourself a pizza, salad or some diffrent fresly made dish and sit down comfortably to eat it. You can also get anything from the store, maybe something to drink, and pay it there so you can enjoy it with your meal.

They have good promotions and big variety of products!
