First no AC , imagine eating hot table with no AC and 41 degree with humidity outside , you can not leave cause you pay when you enter, food is horrible who ever responsible for that spot must be fired or changed clearly he is saving money table so sticky place not that clean and for the owner by making us eat dry horribly sushi general Tao taste and smell bad calamari are looking so nasty dry I really don’t understand how they put food like that and it’s 40$ per person including tax and tips anyway never ever again in that location I’m really worried if I get sick tonight , guys if you go eat there I wish you a good luck

I would give no stars at all if it was possible. This used to be one of my favorite buffets and I usually recommend there to my family and friends for our gatherings. I went there tonight for the first time after covid and I had my friend with me whos new to Sherbrooke. We tried a little bit of many dishes but most of them were old and reheated. Not fresh at all. Clearly, we could not finish our dishes and put them aside and tried to find other dishes wishing to find at least something worth eating. They had asked us to pay before eating (70$ for two peoplebut we could not even eat for ten dollars because there was nothing fresh and tasty. Towards the end of our horrible experience, the waitress who was not friendly from the very moment that we entered, came to us and raised her voice in front of all other customers, complaining about our left overs. I tried to explain that we did not take a lot, we just tried a little of each dish but we could not even finish because the quality was disgusting. She wouldnt let me talk and almost shouted at me. Then she violently dragged my salad off the table, causing it to splash and fell all over the place even on my shirt. I bent to clean the mess that she created beacause the were salad and dressing literally all over. My friend was shocked and I was extremely embarrassed and insulted. Im sure she treated us this way because my friend was wearing hijab. This woman should never be anywhere near customers cuz she is clearly racist and rude. It is not our fault if the quality of your food is rubbish and we could not eat or finish any of our dishes. Horrible horrible food and the worst customer service. I will never go there again and let all my friends know what an awful place it is now.

worse food i have ever had. i been to the establishment in Mascouche and it was actually good. but This one in Sherbrooke is terrible the mussels were dry without any sauce and had sand in them, the butter was watered down, the waitresses were nice but thats about it. disgusting place

I had food poisoning from this place! It was so bad, I almost ended up going to the hospital. I will never eat there again!!!

This used to be one of my favorite chains. But the covid restrictions seems to have hit them hard. The quality and diversity of the food that was there no longer seems to be there. Maybe theyll get back to where they were, but I could not recommend at this time.

While in Sherbrooke to bring my father for radiation treatment for brain cancer he requested to go to a buffet the night before his procedure, as he hadnt been to one in years because of covid. My father loves Buffet. We went and encountered the snarkiest woman in quebec. My sister and I had our ontario covid passports but my father didnt. He had been carrying around his paper proof of vaccination (which he showed at every hospital and clinic without issue this woman refused him entry unless he had downloaded the quebec passport. He had a cell phone with no data. We sat there for almost half an hour trying to navigate on our own cell phones the download and app and input our fathers information all while this lady kept looking over with this smirk on her face.I would never go there again. I wish I had taken this womans name. She was extremely unprofessional, rude, short tempered and should not be in contact with the public on a daily basis. It seemed as though she was looking for reasons to create problems and it made her joyful when she found something. She is about 45-50, brown hair and claimed she was the manager.

To start, I went there 3 times and in general the place is so nice, but of course there are some drawbacksOverall, the service is so good, the waitresses are always friendly and helpful.To assess the food, everything is always good if they are fresh or if they are cooked and directly served.Don’t even think to eat the sushi that they serve there, it is frozen, no taste, and hard to chewThe deserts are so goodOverall, recommended

I really wanted to go to a buffet before, when I went there it was very good.We can even serve. It is my top buffet that I went but the night there are not a lot of food.

The food and buffet selection remains very good and fresh. The price has increased over the years but that is to be expected. The Covid protocols are adhered to with the servers giving you the food as you walk up and the stations are well staffed. All in all this is a great restaurant to get your fill.

I went here after a very long time of course because of Covid 19. There was no line up at the front door any more! The price is increased about 12 percent and its because you can not touch the food anymore, there are some people hired to give you whatever you need! Its obviously more safe, but I didnt have the feeling that Im in a buffet restaurant! The quality is the same: acceptable:and the variety is really good. But now expensive in my opinion 🙃

Food isnt the best but the service was good, it wasnt great, servers dont even smile while serving you. They make you feel guilty for making them work.

Staffs and place are nice and clean. Food is just ok. Varieties of food to choose. Unfortunately, most of the meat is too dry. And food is just average. Nothing appealing

I would not even give this place one star. I recently moved to the area and found this place on maps months before I came looking forward to going there. Highly disappointed. For my family of 5 it cost me almost 30 per adult and almost 20 per child. Than I had to pay another over 20 dollars for drinks. The food was ok nothing great. Sushi rice was stale and hard and deserts were stale. And to make it better apparently refills on your drink are not included! Needless to say it cost me over 150 dollars for old stale food and couldnt have a refill. I highly do not recommend wasting your money here!!

Service was professional and quick, food was meh, like cafeteria food but a bit worse... And not much selection... Less than half the usual.

Awesome! Friendly staff, great atmosphere, and AMAZING food. If youre going there, youve GOT to get the rotisserie meats. Theyre so good! Also, opt for dessert. Its awesome. Keep in mind that they do change the ice-creams from flavour to flavour, so you might not see the flavour of ice-cream you wanted. Nevertheless, this buffet is amazing.

In Sherbrooke, there is a limited number of all you can eat restaurant, but even that I dont recommend this restaurant.1/8 of the food is good enough, the rest is garbage.For the same price, I suggest going to Shogun, the type of food is not the same but the quality is way better.

This is a very low key location. The menu is different. More desserts than other stores, no grill. My favourite.

Food is mediocre, but that tends to be my experience at most buffet restaurants. Great place to go to for large family outings as there is lots of space.

The place is really nice and the workers too there are many good dishes from different places around the world, the only thing I don’t like was that the customers ruin the food in the big containers and no one comes after them to fix it and make it look better.

Nice soaps with a variety of shapes etc. Make good soaps both for every day use and as gifts theyre superb.

Good place for buffet. The number are dishes are limited and always the same. It named as buffet des continents but the dishes are limited to particular countries. It is good for one time try.

great selection of Canadian, Mexican, and international foods. the Mariachi band can be a bit too loud sense this place isnt for people seeking a quiet meal.overall customer service is good.

Food had spicy or Mexican flavor added to some, was a big turnoff. Usually really good, just dont care for this calamari or sushi were same with spices, no one in our group wanted any because of this

The food is okay. Lots of fat and sugar to give it a taste but overrall if youre not looking for a healthy option (dont be fooled by the salads full of oilits probably the best "All you can eat" restaurant due to its big variety and overrall Okay quality (lots of all you can eat fail to reach Okay quality).

Pho soup was awful. Deep fryer oil not changed in a while. Spring rolls very soggy. The broccoli was amazing

The service is quite good, the members of the staff are really nice and know how to keep a smile, they clean the plates quickly as well. The food quality is meh, its whats expected when food is mass made, but is rather up there compared to most buffet style places Ive been too.

Hands down surprised to find this a Quebec chain. The options are almost borderline ridiculous (in a good way). Similar to what youd expect at a Golden Corral in the US.Food quality is fine (not that you head to a buffet if quality is what you seek). Kid friendly and plenty of space. And the best part of all? The price is excellent. Proof that US menu prices are possible in Canada? I digress.Either way, definitely worth a visit if you need to scratch the, "I want my eggs Benedict servird on a bed of chow mein, topped with a sashimi roll", kind of itch.

Amazing food and usually good service, the servers dont check on your drinks much but they are cordial

Good range of food from across the world. Only cons are that the price is highly expensive considering that the food is low grade quality, but this doesnt prevent this place from being of the of the best when eating with a group, or going on a date!

This used to be one of my favorite restaurants as they offer so many choices, and in a convenient buffet style. I am a huge fan of Chinese food, and always enjoyed my meal, even though it is over priced for dinner, and weekends in my opinion.The past couple times ive went, the food has been horrible. I went on a Monday during Dinner back in January, and it seemed like everything my boyfriend and I took tasted stale/old/hard/cold. Even the lady next to us commented on how awful it was on that particular day as she saw my boyfriend attempted to cut his cake with his fork (to no avail because it was so stale). We left still hungry as it was very unappetizing and gross.Needless to say, I havent been back since...

Alot of choices at the buffet the food is good and tasty. Everything is fresh and the service is great. The decor is great remind me in different countries . The price is good and my kid had free meat. I would recommend this place any time.

Best buffet selection Ive ever seen. Food is good, not gourmet by any means but its a buffet and not to be expected. If you are in the area looking for a large variety this is the place for you.

Top place for buffet in the city. Good food & economic pricing. Quality of the food is good. A small bar counter also available inside.

As always a huge variety of food and types of cuisine. Staff were lacked in checking in for drinks but otherwise ok. Even hired a Santa at the door for the holidays.

Great ambiance with waiters (waitresses!capable of everything.Finally, as mentioned before, you have lots of choice with your food, and instead of waiting, you may get your food right away because its a buffet.
