I got the new boneless buffalo chicken pizza. It was good and the service was good also.
Experience very dependent on the waiter/waitress you get. Food either comes out right away or there is a long wait. Very inconsistent. Price indicator for 2 people
I’ll be honest, Buffalo Wild Wings is usually my favorite spot and coming to this location has improved my view by 100% times.We walked in got served quickly. As we sat our server came by and got us our drinks.Literally 10/15 mins later our food was out.He constantly check in on us and ensured we were having a good time.Let me say this place was generally packed and for the food to come looking so good was a great feeling.Huge shout out to our server Travis! Honestly made this place way worth it.
They always put more sauce on the wings than other BWW. Food comes fast. Been going here since it got there.
Love going here with the kids...the atmosphere allows them to be themselves (loudfor a bit without ruining someone elses meal.So far, food has been good. Service is not always consistent...sometimes its good..sometimes Im finished my meal before the drink refill shows up. We still leave happy though.
This food is ordered through the Buffalo Wild Wings website delivered by Doordash.For the past two years this BWW has never correctly completed an order. We order $50-$80 worth of food each time. Forgetting the sauce or forgetting to remove something from an order is acceptable. I can pass it off and ignore it.This is forgetting entire items. Forgetting an order of fries. Forgetting a burger meal. Forgetting to send the salad. Unacceptable.Weve given up on this one. I order delivery to not have to go to the store. The last FIVE times I have gone to the store, gotten a manager, told they will handle it and address it with the team.They do right by fresh prepping and giving me what I had ordered. By the time I finish that process of driving in and getting home, the rest of the food is cold back home.There is a BWW ~ 20 minutes north in Hagerstown. Unless you physically show up to check the food, go there instead.
We stopped ordering from here because they mess up so much, so we decided to give them another try and they forgot half the order of wings we ordered. I think management needs changed because they should not have so many mistakes on just pickup ordering.
Great food and service. we tried the new jalapeno margarita, got to say it is well worth trying I would recommend placing the jalapenos on the side. Either way the drink is awesome. I would recommend that you go back to placing the flavors or of each wing in its own cardboard serving tray like you did beforeOur 35 wings came out all on one tray considering we had 4 different flavors to pick from and a five year old and a eight year old that each couldnt eat a few of the wings that we ordered for them because they had spicy sauce that mixed on theres which just made things a little inconvenient for us parents.
Our waiter last night was awesome! His name was Cory I highly recommend him and will be coming back to get him as a waiter. Food was also good

I had the bar sampler since I have not ever been to a Buffalo wings before..The nachos stale, the mozzarella sticks hard... I asked for mild ... I got spicy...But the wings were tasty...I expected a better experience than what I received
Did an online order. Ordered 3 of the boneless with fries. 2 were honey bbq and 1 teriyaki. All the boxes were labeled correctly but the one labeled teriyaki was also bbq. The wings are dry. The store is 20 minutes from my house. I dont even feel like going back to get the right stuff. I have lost my money Not happy overall.
The managment at this particular location are operating in illegal manners that only benefit the management. They should be thoroughly investigated by BWW.
We love the wings. Good service. Cool atmosphere. Little pricey, but not terrible.
They were out of several things we ordered and two of the orders were wrong when the food was brought to the table. All in all, very disappointed.
Bdubs has some good food. But dont order from this location online. Or from Doordash. Our orders have seldom been correct, and our recent experience was notable. After receiving someone elses order, we called for a refund. Not learning from our mistake, we attempted to order again an hour later. The original order we made two hours earlier showed up, stone cold and still inaccurate. If you want to eat from this place, pick it up yourself and check the bag before you leave the building. They probably forgot your fries!
Has really good wings, tenders, and fries. Usually speedy service. Huge on the inside, and takeout is also good.
They seem to forget stuff a lot. Always check your order. The have receipts on the bag sealed with a sticker that says everything that is in the bag. Why do that if its not actually being checked. Theres a literal list of items.
The server was friendly. The restaurant was 10% capacity max. We had a party of seven and waited one hour after we ordered to be served. Once served the food was cold, like leftover the next day cold. The server asked if we wanted anything else but we were not willing to wait another hour. There was no other attempt to compensate. I would not return to this restaurant for any reason.
Extremely slow service and they did not seem overly busy. Some of the dishes were cold when once they finally made it to the table. No one understood how there partnership with BetMGM works. Disappointing.
Bizarre sterile environment there. Just went to the same restaurant in Hagerstown and its warm and inviting there. But this place is weird. Plastic forks? What am I in kindergarten? I know its a sports bar but theres just no charm here. The food is what you expect. Its typical buffalo wings. I dont know if its a supply chain issue or what but the bar always looks under stocked. Even for a big game theres nobody here. Maybe its the location.
Returning from Paris Island and It was 10 pm and not too busy.No hostess for 3 minutes b4 even being acknowledged. Waited over 15 minutes before I stopped a server to take out order. Food came b4 our beer.This sever needs to be fired ! Black hair / long dagger nails. She complains that the bartenders wouldnt make her drinks for her. Guess they wanted her fired too. Our order was wrong and she said, " its not in me".WE ordered 29 wings and got 2 pieces of celery with it. She brought no plates, napkins, silverware. Didnt explain which wings were which. We told her 5 if the wings were wrong and she argued with us about them instead of making it right. She brought chilled plates for hot wings. Although our food was cold by now because we still dont have our beer. Wings were dry and tasteless. Street 🌮 tacos were best part. Pepsi was watered down, and she tried to charge for 2. So I guess there are no free refills. She finally had to get manager to make beer.
Food came out COLD. Salad was Not fresh. Food took extremely long to be served...Not happy with service, Food quality, time or temperature of food. gave NO water refills and only one soda refill although glasses were EMPTY most of visit. Was good time with kids although music too loud to even hear eachother sitting in same booth.
My following review pertains to what I expect across the board at Bdubs, good food, nice service, but incomplete orders on the regular. This particular one didnt fall short of expectation. Burger,and wedges, perfect, pretzel knots, no cheese, no mustard. just dry. lol. wish I had checked before leaving back to my hotel room. maybe i will save them and buy some cream cheese from a grocery store on my drive back to Texas?
It was busy, but I didnt get any silverware. I asked about portion size, and it was exaggerated. Waitress did not come back and check. I had to ask a friend of mine who happened to be there in the next booth for her used fork. Waitress was apathetic at best when I mentioned it. Charged fully for a side after she informed me it came with the meal. Roll that into the lacking service, made for an overall bad experience.
Good food as always, but the wait is just horrendous. It doesnt matter what you order, it always takes a long time to get your food. Maybe they need to hire more people, or train them to be more efficient. The prices are a little on the high end, and the service is lacking.
I was catching a flight later in my day so I stopped at the Martinsburg location. When I arrived no one greeted me for 10 minutes, my table and silverware was dirty. My burger came out practically burned and my fries were ice cold. Im not someone who complains to the server about it because I used to work in the food industry 10 years ago. I let it go but then while I was waiting to leave I heard servers and hosts talking about how bad they are being treated by management. I started watching managers myself wanting to see if this was true and having some time to spare. I watched servers hunt and search for managers when they needed them, but I heard they were outside smoking for 15-20 minutes with no manager in the building. I also watched a employee just arrive to his shift. He walked in and said hello to one of the managers and the managers completely ignored him and didn’t acknowledge him at all. I watched managers sit at a table & eat like they had nothing better to do. After hearing and seeing everything I had to ask my server what was going on. She said yeah employees complain a lot here, she told me the managers are rude and treat you like a child. She told me many employees quit this establishment due to harassment and being treated poorly. She told me they let one of the managers work bar, serve, manage, and make their own schedule plus everyone else. She told me he takes advantage of that leverage with the company. She told me the male manager has scared off multiple employees out of establishment for harassment and just simply not liking them. She told me the male manager will get away with actions that are not allowed because no one reports it. I asked about the other managers and she told me the general manager is condescending and wont take you seriously when you go to her with information. She told me the African American manager is rude and will yell at you from across the room, ignore you and talk to you disrespectfully. she told me the other assistant managers are rude and it is hard to go to them for help. She said all the employees are always on edge and work hard long hours trying to never mess up to earn respect they were never given when they started working there. After hearing this huge mess I was disgusted I even put my hard earned money towards this establishment of abuse. I tipped my server $50, wished her good luck and left. Dont support this establishment they treat their employees horrible!
Unfortunately a disappointing experience. Not very busy at all when we arrived, however our server seemed to have better things to do than take care of guests. Once our food arrived after a 30 min wait our fries were cold and wings barley sauced almost as if I had order a dry rub (which I didn’t). I usually really enjoy bww but I will not be coming back here again.
I’ve had a two odd experiences here before (a female manager did stop by our table to fix the issue and she was amazing. She listened to the problem and gave us a solution). It’s never a big deal to run into a problem while dining out as long as the server/management seems interested in fixing it. I went this Sunday the 30th w my husband and had a great time. We had traditional wings and and shared some fried pickles. Our server was a really lovely young woman and I wish I could remember her name! She was friendly and gave a good description of the two beers we ordered and check to make sure we liked them which was very thoughtful. We look forward to going back, hopefully with the same server!
Well spaced, s very convenient location ( except for trying to pass Lowes), with a lot of screens for many games. Food is, great, so is service. The only one downside is no option to reserve a table during a game season ( I tried on the phone). And one has to wait, but they provide you with a time range and the buzzer.
Food was good! Waiting was kinda eh another waiter who was working his tables hard kept coming over to ask us if we needed help because he kept noticing since we were seated and our order taken our waiter dissappeared. The waiter originally assigned to us showed back up at the end with the check was gone the rest of the time.
Went in for lunch today the food came out hot and quick. The server was beyond one of the best . Amazing staff and management at this location. Even had other staff check up on us. Definitely recommend this location.
This place is trash. Don’t recommend. Even when there are 12 people present in the entire building it will take 10 minutes to get drinks. The food has gone so downhill. The wings this place was once known for have become all breading tasting closer to chemicals than chicken. Our waitress stuck her long nails in our food as she placed it on the table. Questionable establishment.
Ive been many times at this location and always been served same fantastic way with delicious wings .Id never get a chance to sit and eat because of my schedule. But no doubt always yummy food with drink at home or with friends at their house. I definitely recommend and preferred bufflo wild wings to my all friends and family.
I ordered today (Thursdayfor the BOGO boneless wings. I got two 30 count boneless bbq wings and a large cheesy tater tots. I ordered by phone at 250 in advance to pick up at 4. After arriving at 345 my order took another hour to be done. Arriving home I found that the food was warm at best. And the tots were so old they were almost solid ( because the cheese cooled completelyI am upset by this mostly because I did call in advance and even waited patiently for my order, for it to be cold. I am not sure if I will order from here again. Overall disappointment.
Most of the time no bartender behind the bar, although two bartenders cycled through and took drink orders. I did only have to wait 5 or 10 minutes for first and second draft beers. The thing that bothered me the most was I could not get a burger cooked my way They only do well done. I dont believe this is City county or state ordinances. Rather it is company policy to CYA against litigation. I dont know why restaurants that do this with meat cant put a warning disclaimer about undercooked meats just as seafood restaurants do with shell and under cooked fish. Anyways, I wont be going back there ☹️
Sat for what seemed like 15- 20 minutes without having our drink orders taken in a dead restaurant at 7pm on a mid weekday night. There were waitresses buzzing around but nobody seemed too motivated to get to us. One appeared to be speaking with a staff member/ friend that was seated directly behind us. She couldn’t be bothered to ask if we needed anything, despite walking right past our table several times.Eventually the bartender came by from across the restaurant and took our order. The wings were standard BWW quality: sauce is good, wings overdone- usually bordering on dry. The fries that came with our sandwiches appeared to be an older batch and were cold, hard, and unappetizing. Our sandwiches were greasy/ oily and haphazardly thrown together.We ate a bit of our meals and declined any takeout boxes.I usually tip 50% or more, but I only left a $12 tip on a $57 check this time. Still over 20%, but not what I normally like to give. We just weren’t satisfied. I felt bad about it, but come on guys. I’m not asking for above and beyond. I’m just asking that a drink and app order be taken within the first 10 minutes of sitting down.I’m hoping the poor service was COVID related and the staff is what was available from the job center at the time. I’ve brought my family here dozens of times over the last several years. For mediocre food, the value just isn’t there when the service is bad. Unfortunately we won’t come back. Dont want to waste my limited and precious free time sitting for that long for a Diet Coke.
Went here today for the first time w/ my family. We’ve ordered delivery from here several times and the food has always been good. We were seated right away, got our appetizers in a decent amount of time, but then our entrees took 2 HOURS to arrive. It was actually 1 hour and 54 min because we were getting ready to leave once it hit 2 hours. Food was fine when it arrived other than my son’s fries being cold and hard. Staff was polite and apologized for the wait. We were told they were understaffed in the back, also told it was so the food would come out fresh… 🙄 we were only 3 people… a server mentioned that the kitchen was swamped due to all the Door Dash orders coming in and I believe that was the real reason. The restaurant was not packed. I believe they were prioritizing the Door Dash deliveries over their in-house customers. This is something that definitely needs to be improved. We probably would have received the food faster if we had just Door Dashed it. So that’s the only way we’ll be ordering from now on.Overall, food is good. Go in-person at your own risk.
Give my man Andre a raise. We were sat and waited over 15 minutes just for drinks with a dead house. The family behind us also said they had been waiting about 20+ minutes before they got drinks. Barely anybody in the restaurant. We were getting ready to leave when Andre stopped us and attempted to help. We thanked him for his hospitality and we sat back down. The waiter who sat us then asked if we had been served yet to which we replied “No, we’ve been here without anything for over 15 minutes now” he squinted his eyebrows at us like we were lying and at that point we decided to leave. He just said “Welp that’s your choice, see ya” and walked away. We talked to Andre again and he was actually a really nice guy. Give that man a raise, seems to be the only one who cares about his job and the restaurant. Next time you go ask for Andre, he’ll take care of you.
Foods always good but everytime I order through doordash they disregard my special instructions even though its clearly written on the receipt
Black bean burger, and cheese curds. The cheese curds were good. Burger was burned, and too hard to eat. Hardly any quac. Lots of potential, but disappointed.
Food was good. Floors were very dirty and no one was attempting to clean. This is over a 2 hr period. We have been coming here as a family for many years. The current management team needs to take action. Ensure the place stays clean. Our stay today was nice with great staff. The issue revolves around cleanliness. We were sat next to the drink area in the center of the room. It smelled like mildew and turns anyone off from eating. This needs to be fixed. It is very gross. Along with this is the rags being used to clean the tables. They need to be cycled through more often. They also smell very bad.
Let me start by saying this is the most horrifying experience I ever had anywhere! I ordered original buffalo wings which i thought was pretty safe being its in the name of the restaurant. This wasnt the case at all. It was some of the worst wings Ive ever had. They were chewy and they didnt even put sauce on the wings (I asked for the sauce version on the phone because I know how they are)it was a rub and a piss pour rub at that. It tasted more like season salt than anything! I hope something changes or I will never be back!
Awesome. Best burger Ive had in a long time. Whod of thought this place to make great burgers? Potato wedges and onion rings were also great.Everything was very clean including the bathroom.Kudos to the understaffed crew who served us in a timely manner so waiting was minimal.Enough TV screens to cover every sport.Looking forward to my next visit which will be very soon.
First time eating at this location and the overall experience was very good. Service and waiter we had was very attentive and had a upbeat attitude. The place wasn’t as busy as would’ve expected but didn’t see anything negative or experience anything that would’ve kept people away.. restrooms we both thought were clean and the food we had was very good. ( wings could’ve had a tad more sauce on them however that’s just my personal preferenceWe would definitely come back here to this location if in the area next time..
Buffalo Wild Wings was excellent! They were very busy, but they were able to seat me at the bar. Josie was quick to get my beverage and give me ample time to look over the menu. I decided on the Southern Chicken sandwich and tots. They got the special request right on the sandwich and it was delicious. The chicken was tender and juicy with every bite. I will definitely stop by again. If youre in the area, why not stop by and give them a try.
After the hostess sat us down in the bar she took our drink order and got us our drinks. But after that it took a while for the actual waiter to come take our order. From what I saw the waiter was serving everyone in the bar area plus people in the regular seating area us well. My friend works for another Buffalo Wild Wings location and he was doing the same thing at that location when I came to visit for lunch one day. Is it a common thing to overwork your employees during the day at least? There is no reason why one person should be serving the whole restaurant. When our food was brought out to us my order was correct but hers was not. She ordered half one flavor of wings and half another flavor but only got the one half of the first flavor of wings. The waiter was very nice and corrected the problem. I would mess things up too if I was serving the whole restaurant!
I want to say our waiter was awesome and tried his best with the whole situation. We (myself and two guestswalked in around 11:40 and seated quickly. It took almost an hour to get our food despite the place being empty with just two other tables with customers.Our waiter was getting more and more frustrated with the kitchen staff since our food was taking forever. He informed us that the manager was going to deliver our food and give us an explanation. It was around 12:35 when we finally got our food.The manager gives us a quick explanation saying the cook stepped out and left the order screen full. He half apologized for the long wait and walked away. My guests fries were cold while mine were fresh and hot . Our waiter did a check on us and reassured us that the manager would comp the check since we waited almost an hour.In the end, the manager gave us a military discount to knock $1.39 off my check and $0.89 my guests check. It wasnt the waiters fault. Strictly, the cook walking off and then manager doing a terrible job to fix the mistake of the cook. But I definitely not go back to this place.
This particular Buffalo Wild Wings was phenomenal, Im not sure if it was just the location and the people or just the overall staff but its not as loud as most BWW, and the staff was very friendly. Very clean and plenty of good angles to watch sports or just enjoy their Trivia game they have available. One of the better BWW
