Great food and great service. Especially at lunch time when you have a limited time.

This restuarant has delicious food, the wait is at perfect time, my only complaint is the music choices, Id definitely keep coming here

Great buffalo tater tots appetizer.Sat out on the patio since it was nice outside, didnt have to put up with cigarette smoke thank goodness, which is a normal there. The company should really think about sectioning off a smoking area that isnt so close to customers.

Only got appetizer at 2 pm, the staff was friendly and helpful, I asked to add a drink to my order and she said it was on her.😊

The food was ok but the waitress never came back till I was done my glass was empty and never got a refill I asked for a refill she said it will be a minute she never came back then I asked for a Togo drink she never gave me one not good after eating spicy food

Sports bar atmosphere. Cool patio area. Good food.

Been on a wing crave these past few weeks. Figures I will take my little guys to get some wings and watch some sports. I cant say the wings was bad and I cant say they were good either. Average will be the range. Mainly because I can take they are frying them well frosting.... if they will take the time to allow their wings to threw and get to room temperature to prepare and fry. Woild be a difference but I am just a Mosquito Guy what do I know....lol... BDub use to be better... just saying....

I have never had a bad experience at Buffalo Wild Wings in Conway, until today! After a long day at work, my husband asked me to pick up wings. So I placed a mobile order and was there probably 10 minutes before the quoted time, so I expected to wait a little bit.. I walked in the take out area and there was one man in front of me. A lady came in behind me shortly after I walked in. The nice girl taking care of the man was very polite smiled and very courteous.. Then a girl walked out of the kitchen and went straight to the lady behind me asking if she had a order. She never acknowledged me and acted as if I wasnt there even though I was obviously 2nd in line. After a few minutes the 1st girl came out and asked me if I had been helped, of course I said no I have not, and she began to help me and went to check on my order. She came back to let me know that it would be a few more minutes which I was totally fine with. The other girl on the other hand still never acknowledged that I was there, never made eye contact, never spoke and was all around very unfriendly. After I received my food I checked my bag once I got home, which is about 45 minutes away. I did not receive fries for my combo meal nor the kids drink that I had ordered.. While it is not a big deal about the food, I am more upset about the lack of customer service from the 2nd lady.I have never written a bad review for a restaurant, because I have been in the restaurant industry most of my life. So I know that it is not always one persons fault when things go wrong, But customer service, being friendly and courteous is something that every person has control over.

One of our absolute favorite places to go. It has that sports vibe so bring the kids, the crew, the whole team and dont worry if they are loud, theyll fit right in.

This location has good food, but DO NOT order delivery. After being scammed 20 dollars for an order I had to go pick up that was placed as delivery, they offered a “credit” to make things right. I called to redeem it and was hung up on and then they refused to answer my calls. All the while every employee i talked to was rude. I have been to this location numerous times and never had a problem with food. Just the people.

Fantastic service- I brought my frenchie with me and they loved on him and brought him a bowl of water!

Had a larger order. 7 people. Food took over an hour to get to the table. Multiple food items were wrong or dry. Also forgot our sauces and took 30 min to get our sauce. (Updateanother 20 minutes went by and we got our sauce. Had to tell them we were missing an entire meal and the food is cold.

Food didnt arrive for at least an hour, and was served incorrect. Our sauces were never delivered and the food was cold and dry.

Very common place to hang on a drink couple of pints of good beer. Service is good.

You know when they say "only at participating locations" but it seems like everywhere participates? Well this place doesnt. A true diamond in the rough, if that diamond were disappointment.

We go here often and are always happy and full when we leave. Ive only had one problem, and that was my chicken Caesar salad came out wrong, but the waiter was amiable and got the manager to come to my table right away. She offered to have it remade at no extra charge, and it came out perfect! Everything tasted amazing, and we will most definitely be back for more!

They have a regular sit down area and a closed off bar section. Both areas are very nice. They have hired a lot of staff and have been very good about service. If they ever forget something. They are quick to fix it. Food and service here is excellent!

We walked across the street from our motel to this restaurant. It was a very nice experience. Our young waitress was very good;, and very sweet and friendly There were 5 of us and we all enjoyed our meals.. Girls shared Cheese cake which they said was the Best.

Perfect place for wings and beer. Usually play lunchtime trivia but it never came up on my app or the TVs in the bar. Our server, Isaac was awesome..

Mason and Amber were absolute Champs in their work 10/10 very attentive and attention to detail, loved Ambers incredible attitude and Mason was working hard to get things done, loved my experience with my date! Also food was fantastic 😋 👌

Dont ever go to the one in Benton because the service and food have gone way downhill so its nice to know other locations are still good. Def will go back to this one! Loaded potato wedges, honey BBQ, garlic parmesan, lemon pepper, carolina reaper, and mango habanero boneless wings!

This place was super packed (they had a ppv onover 200 people probably and the waitress STILL was on top of it. Our glasses never got half full before we had new drinks, our chicken and burgers were put within 10 minutes, infact we ordered appetizers and we wasnt even half done with those when our food got to us. HANDS DOWN 5 STAR PLACE WE LOVED IT. we were traveling thru and hope to be back again some time.

Wings are of adequate size. None of my sauced wings had dry spots so I was pleased with that. Food came out hot and fresh. Wait time was 20 minutes for a to go order placed on the app. Not bad for a busy place.

First time here. The food was good and the service was great. Denise was our server. She was absolutely great. Very polite and tentative. Suggested specific appetizers, sides and dessert. If you are stopping by make sure to ask for Denise!

Service has not been an issue here, week days are not as busy but weekends wait times are longer. Great place to watch an UFC fight or game.

We had an amazing experience. Ken was our server and really made sure to take time to answer all of our questions and even entertained our kids. We will be going back for the service first and the food second.

So I frequent this restaurant at least a few times a month. Food is always good hot,and prompt for the most part. Really no issues to name. But what id really like to mention is the service...Ive always been treated like they care about the customer and any concerns they may have,and always been treated with kindness and a smile. Here my last few trips at this particular restaurant I have been met by Kenzie,or Emily. These two young ladies are awesome to say the least. Very professional and the sweetest ever to boot. Thanks to all the staff for making my experiences at B-Dubs great,but an extra thanks to those two in particular! Thank you for allowing me to have a better blazin experience. See ya soon! We dined in on a Sunday late afternoon. I asked how long a wait approximately there was for food and was told 15 minutes. We waited over 30 to order and almost an hour and a half for our food. One in our party had to leave for work. It was a painfully long wait ..drink orders werent brought in a timely fashion (we had to find our waitress after 15 minutes to ask again). All in all the food was good but the wait was far too long and the service left a bit to be desired.

Positive: Ballgame was on! Other than that, not so much.Service was sub-average but friendly. Food was wrong to start with and on par with lesser fast food restaurants. Not a great experience.

On 3/18/22, at approximately 1p.m., I arrived to pick up my call-in order and noticed Natalia scratching on her face. I asked her to please wash your hands before fixing my drink or let me do it myself. She looked at another employee and rolled her eyes mumbling under her breathe. I then asked for a lid and she rudely stated you would have thought they told you we dont have lids when you ordered. I then stood there waiting but she ignored me so I walked out. Customer service is very important and determines the popularity of businesses. Employees need to be properly trained and held accountable for their actions. I patronize this location frequently until 3/18/22, I will not visit anytime soon.

When you go to a wing shop, and order wings, youd typically expect wings that arent pink or red in the middle every other wing you get. When you send them back and ask that they be cooked evenly next time and they come back with overcooked wings, I would understand if they were sorta cheap wings but thats not the case, they were about $2 per wing which is super overpriced for the worst wings in town. The sauce was cold and the hot sauce was equivalent to mild sauce from taco bell. We waited an hour for 30 wings and some sides. Both me and my father think these are the worst wings weve ever tasted. 7 year old blind and deaf YouTube chef could run a restaurant better than this. The only decent part of this place is their onion rings, Next time you come here, youre better of asking for directions to the nearest McDonalds.

Everything was perfect! It was spacious, ALL of the food was really good, and our waitress (Rachelwas absolutely amazing. We were seated instantly and the wait time for the food is not very long. Definitely giving the highest review I can lol 💜💜💜💜

The experience was horrible. We got a take out order and although most of the sauces were pretty tasty, the chicken was SEVERELY overcooked, to the point that it was almost inedible. It was also crazy expensive for the amount that we received. We threw 90% of it away and will not be returning. I do not recommend this place, if you want good wings I would try a different restaurant.

I hadnt been here in a few years not because of a problem I just love Chinese and Mexican food more. 😆 Anyway our service was superb and food was great. I got some sort of new hot pepper burger and I loved it. ❤️ They also give military discount so my wallet loved that also. Thanks buffalo wild wings I will try to come back.

Went there to claim birthday 6 boneless wings and a nashville hot chicken sandwich takeout. The sandwich was ok, but we were given burnt wings for the birthday reward for my friend, burnt parts were covered with excess sauce to hide the burnt parts while showing it to us. Had to wait really long for the food to arrive too, very disappointed. Edit: Contacted support, nothing happened.

I ordered online for pickup. It was easy to navigate and order. My order was ready at the exact time it stated. They do not have curbside, but they have a takeout door on the side of the building that you can park next to. Before I left with the food, they asked me to open the boxes and make sure it was correct. I appreciated this, checked all of them and told them it was good. It was. Order was correct and the food was excellent and fresh and HOT. Will definitely be back.

Ive been down on BW3 for awhile but decided to give it a try while in town and glad I did. The walk up counter staff were pleasant and professional, they double checked my order before placing it and double checked that it was correct before they handed it to me. The wings have been tiny in the past but these were huge, cooked well and had just the right amount of Asian zing sauce. The fries I ordered with chipotle BBQ spice and they were very tasty and still got when I got to the hotel room to eat them. (probably about 7 minutesWelcome back BW3!

We have never been here before but we will definitely be back! The menu has everything that you can possibly imagine that will please your palate! Service was excellent and the food surpassed even the service!
