Buffalo Wild Wings in Conroe

Given this place chance after chance. First they couldn’t give you more than a small handful of fries. They seemed to have been doing better about the fries, I’ll give them that much… we ordered food to go, with a side of lemon pepper and two extra ranch! Not only did we get charged THREEEE dollars for two extra ranch but we didn’t even GET our extra ranch or lemon pepper !!!!!! Also the fries tasted days old and were stale as could be!

I place an online order and when I arrived to pick it up they told me O had to wait another 45min because they were too busy. There were several other customers waiting, having the same issues. They are SUPER disorganized

If you like swatting fruit flies for your whole visit or finding them in your bar drinks, then this is the place for you. And when you say something about the apparent problem, all you get is a shoulder shrug from the employees.

As I’m standing there to pick up an order and all these workers passing me and seeing me standing there Im looking into the kitchen as a cook is eating a wing with his gloves on throws it away and continues working

BWW is/was a weekly staple in our home. We recently moved to the Conroe area and have tried this location on numerous occasions hoping that the last experience was just a bad day. We have never experienced an accurate order here. Our most recent experience, we order to-go, picked up the order and verified the ticket on the bag was correct. When we got home, half our order was wrong, so we turned around and asked for our meal to be corrected. Since now the entire order was cold, we asked if the order could be remade but we were denied. We learned our lesson and next time open every box prior to leaving but we will not be returning to this location.

Waited over an hour and a half for food, everything that hit the table was cold. Wings, Wedges, Nachos everything. Why you ask? Trays of food sitting out, not under food warmers, getting cold as every employee walks by? Wish Marvin Zindler was still around. The only saving grace was our server Ike, but even his customer service is not enough for me to walk back through the door to any B-Dubs again.Edit begins here:. To the (Owner), instead of asking your dissatisfied customers to go into a website and yet again explain how sorry the food in your restaurant is, read their reviews and fix YOUR restaurant. If you are the Owner, then take ownership of the food coming out of your kitchen; take ownership of your guests dining experience. Twenty minutes to get a drink is ridiculous, especially in a restaurant thats half full. A gift certificate will not entice me to come back. When I say I wont be back, I wont be back EVER.

Service was great my server was great also, only complaint is we sat outside in the patio being it was nice outside plus we have a newborn baby just 3weeks old and we had 3 woman come out and started smoking like a train in front of our baby no consideration at all.

Sat down at 9:12. Ordered 10 wings and a burger. Burger came out at 9:30 with a side if wedges (not that bad10 wings by them selves came out at 10:03. Maybe 22 people in the whole building, Thats not okay. Kitchen Staff was not on there game tonight. Bri was a great server and fought the kitchen for us. Didnt do much good though cuz it still took 35 minutes after she laid into them fir us to get 10 traditional wings. 1 hours for 10 wings. The math doesnt add up. They were not busy at all.

I have ordered from here MANY times but I am going to go ahead and make wingstop my go too. The app says to call to order. I call and wait 10 minutes for them to even answer. They tell me they cant make to go orders on the phone either but dine in is fine. Yeah.. okay. There is literally no reason they cannot place a to go order as a dine in and simply let me take the food to go. Incompetent or lazy with zero problem solving skills. A 10 minute wait for you to even answer the phone is disrespectful. This location is going to go out of business.

In conroe on business so ive never been to this location before now. I Sat in the bar area for 30 mins and didnt see one server. About 40 mins of waiting I tried stopping a server finally and I was told to wait a min then they acted put out when they came back and took my order sighing as they did it. So much for small town hospitality

We went into the Conroe location in the early evening. They didn’t seem overly busy. The hostess let us know that one of the fryers were down and the food was taking longer than normal. No big deal. We weren’t in a hurry. I ordered an old fashioned off the menu and my wife ordered some kind of margarita. Our server came back and told us the bar was out. I kind of understood about my wife’s drink. She ordered a replacement. I was baffled about then being out of an “old fashioned”. I told her to ask the bartender to make an old fashioned with some kind of bourbon.Fast forward. We received our food. Fries were hot, cheese curds were hot, potato wedges were hot. Wings (all 20wereLuke warm as best. We ordered a pair of beers and told her the wings weren’t hot. She order another round. Told us it would be here in under 15 min. 25 min later. The wings came to the table. They were hot, but microwave hot. They were crispy at all. Also. I had to ask for my beer again. My wife cancelled hers. We took the micro leaves wings hike to recook tomorrow. Wish us luck.

Dry chicken and rotten vegetables . Manager didnt seem to care. Just thought I would let them know in case it was an accident but manager argued and said they werent rotten.

They dont know the difference between Honey Barbecue and Spicy Mustard. Definitely not worth the amount paid. I know better just to take and go, should have checked my food before I left.

Wings and pretzels were absolutely great! Best of all..... They have 5$ talls Samuel Adams during September!

Went out after work and had an excellent time. Great service and the loaded tots were so yummy!

On 9/13/22 around 9pm we dined in this BWW location; our waitress Jasmine was very polite “at first” but I had made a mistake when first ordering, I asked for it to be changed within less than five minutes Jasmine then acted unprofessional while also having an attitude for the rest of the meal making it unpleasant by making her conversation very short and piercing by throwing down our appetizer on the table and avoiding our table till the check was given at this point we should’ve just had done take-out, I’m not going to keep spending money at a location where I’m treated like trash when making a mistake that does little to no inconvenience to said waitress. On top of this I’d understand if it was busy but it wasn’t even that; seeing that this specific waitress had less than 3-4 tables tops, next time I’ll remember this before coming back again.

Place was half empty on a Saturday night... for good reason. It took 95 minutes to get 15 wings. And they ran out of ice... so we drank warm sodas. After the Astros game they played Mexican resturant music instead of changing audio to anothet game on the TVsNever Again.

We ordered online for delivery then an hour and a 1/2 later we checked on the order and it was set for pick up pick up. Nobody Told us it was changed from delivery to pick up. Then we went to pick up the order and brought it back and the salads which we had requested dressing on the side & they had the dressing on them. Also the boneless chicken wings that we requested were so dry that we had to add water to them when we microwaved them to make them edible.

Went to this location yesterday and worst experience by far. We arrived at 7:50pm and it took 35 min to get water (after the fact that we had to get up and go directly request it againbefore the waters we were brought our appetizers without drinks then another 15 min to get our drinks from the bar which were ordered at the same time. Then the manager said she would take $15 off of our bill for the inconvenience however when we got the bill it said 20% off of $25 so it took off $7 and some change from our $67 bill..

Was there for three hours, they had to reorder all of our food. It was all cold like it was sitting for awhile. The service was just horrible! One of the waitresses not ours mind you (Melissastarted arguing with my daughter, it was just horrible!!!! Never go back to this one ever!!!

Wings and food are great but they mess up on my drinks everytime they add salt when you inform them NO SALT... JUST SPOILS THE DINNIG MOOD! Then the female bartender is rude to patrons after she messes up the order.

Very solid wing place. The restaurant was lively and the staff was all really nice. The wings and fries all have a nice and consistent quality, making this place pretty reliable for a decent serving of wings.

Zero stars. I love BBW, but this location is horrible. My last few visits were nonsense. I will never be returning. First visit, they took forever to bring our order and the food was brought out over ten minutes apart. Second visit, same thing food took forever and each other was brought out at different times. Third visit, was yesterday. We were seated quickly. We sat for over ten minutes before someone took our drink order. We asked for three waters and three beers. We waited another 15 minutes and still had no waters nor beers. 25 minutes and can’t even bring a water to the table is nonsense. Waiter came by and said a few more minutes on the drinks and told us the kitchen is backed up. We decided to get up and leave. Do not visit this location. Needs new management.

If I could leave a 0 star I would! Have been in a few times and this was the last straw. Our visit before this one we sat at the bar ordered our food together and they came out 20 mins apart. This visit today we walked in and got sat at a drity booth with dirty menus sat there for 20 mins with no greet so we left. Will never be back to this location in Conroe. Make the extra drive to the woodlands location. Its so much better.

Nats and flies!! Absolutely disgusting. Definitely not sure when Montgomery County Health Inspections has last been by but its definitely a situation! We left our meal due to flies on our food. Look in pics...Bar mats have 🪰all around the tap systems, all over the bar, and all over the bottles of liquor!I can only imagine whats going on in the kitchen. We had to leave!

All around terrible experience with to-go order. Waited at the counter for a couple of minutes until someone noticed. Got home, the boneless chicken wings taste as if theyve been over cooked. I ordered several different flavors, and none of the boxes were labeled, so had a fun game of Russian roulette. It would have been lovely to feed my young children the California reaper flavored wings! When I called to notify the manager of these issues, she seemed very unconcerned. She did give a $20, but the lack of concern is astonishing. Customer service has really gone down hill. Thanks for giving me a reason to hold on to my disappointment in the human race.

Horrible service! Had to ask for our food three times, our meals came out one by one instead of everyone’s food coming out together when I stopped a manager to ask home to check the food he interrupted me several times. Tables that ordered after us got there food before us including items we ordered.

Awful Service!First it took 40 min just to take our order, brought drink with no straws, we asked our server 2 times , 0 reaction! Brought wings no plates, no napkins, so you literally have to ask to every single thing.And first time I see such type of celery and carrots , like they really don’t carry about how they serve food at all ! Just throw left over carrots with dirt on it ! Celery looks completely dead !Disappointed!

Soooo, I thought Id bring the wife and kid out for a quick bite. The waitress, Jackie was nice enough. Drinks took a while to hit the table. Then my wifes boneless chicken was all bread. So we reordered bone in. Her salad took forever to arrive, and when it did.....oh boy! See pic. The tomatoes were soggy and brown, the lettuce was brown around the edges. It was supposed to be a wedge chicken salad, but well....you see what arrived. So we sent that back too. In the meantime our boy and I finish, still no bone in chicken for the wife. So we paid, and left didsapointed. The manager did take everything off the ticket, but we will not be going back here.

Had an awesome experience. Our waitress was Sarah and she was very polite, made sure we were taken care of and our drinks stayed filled and gave good suggestions. The food was great as well. Definetly plan on coming back!

The staff was really great but my burger was just ok, not a lot of flavor and my husband had boneless wings in 3 flavors, which were good but just way too much sauce. Next time well try a dry run if they have that

Went there on 06-11-22 and sat at the bar with an out of town relative.We ordered beer. We then ordered 20 traditional wings and a large fries, Wings arrived quickly and were overcooked (bones snapped), dry and un-tasty. The wings were cooked before we arrived and apparently sitting under a heat lamp waiting for the next "customer." The wings were lukewarm and small in size. I expected and paid for freshly cooked wings but didnt get them. The mens restroom was dirty with no paper towels in the dispenser. The sink was backed up and clogged with towels. The floor under the urinals were wet with standing water. There were used napkins, empty straw holders and other trash visible on the floor of the dining room while customers ate their food. The restaurant appeared unkept. While leaving the restaurant, I noticed the sidewalks and common areas just outside the restaurant black and dirty and needing to be steamed cleaned. Have frequented the business several times in the past years and the appearance, upkeep and food quality appear to be declining. Definitely not worth $53.35 plus tip.Submitted a review as requested by Buffalo Wild Wings and have still not heard from them.

Im not a fan of BWW, everytime me and my family goes there they can NEVER GET IT RIGHT, so last night was the straw that broke the camels back. Its always the wings hot, fries cold or fries hot, cold wings....#TeamWingStop

We went in just to get some sauces and had to wait a bit long. I understand they might not have a lot of front end help. Just about 8 people walked by while not one asked if we needed any help. I hope they fix that for future customers. They had the Caribbean Jerk and desert rub I needed for a family gathering. So all in all I walked away with what I needed.On a positive note the food is always good and the staff is usually kind and helpful. I hope this was just a busy off day with not enough front end help.

Poor server was overwhelmed and the place wasn’t even packed. First person was done eating before the second got their food and the second was almost finished before person 3-5 got theirs. Out of ingredients for multiple items. Was not worth the money and will not be returning.

Go somewhere else. They need new management. They have plenty people standing around. And 1 or 2 waitstaff working there butts off doing everything. Food took for ever to get. And one order had to be sent back was ordered with no cheese. So they took in the back and literally scraped the cheese off and Leaving some. Like everone else has posted believe them. Plus they completely messed up the ticket when we had to pay. wont be back even if they paid me.

The service is horrible and the manager has no professionalism. The food was horrible. They put my chili con dip in a plastic water cup. They all had attitudes and was rude. Please don’t come to this place.

Service was horrible. From waiting on our ALCOHOL to waiting on our food, it was terrible. 2 of us got our food 15 minutes before the other 2. And when we spoke to the manager he said their new policy was to deliver food to the table as it came out, not as the whole table was ready. (3 of us ordered boneless wings and 1 ordered childs tenders). So to make it right, he would give us 25% off our bill. No, he gave us like $5.25 off our bill. It was a s h i t s h o w.

I absolutely love BWW wings and have been to a lot of locations over the years, but this one in Conroe is hands down the best. My server Caitlyn was phenomenal and she knows her stuff! She is a strong server and deserves an amazing raise! Super friendly, super courteous, and just down right awesome! I’ll come back to this location just because of her! My wife, our 8 month old, and I came in about an hour before closing. We were asked to sit in the bar area, I was 100% okay with that. Our baby can sleep anywhere anytime. A very nice man named Adartus came over and ask us why we were sitting in the bar area with a baby. I told him why. He then offered to take care of us in the standard dinning area. I truly appreciate people going out of their way when they don’t have to. Adartus was a fantastic waiter and had great customer service as well, thank you very much sir!

Seems like every time i order traditional wings theres barely any chicken on it, and the boneless are even worse. I order 20 boneless wings and ALL of them were hard, reheated mutliple times, little pieces of old chicken. The fried pickles are almost 8$ for 10. The pink lemonade was good tho 🤷🏻‍♀️

My family and I come here a lot, and they always get our order wrong. We never complain, but this was our last time. We ordered BONE-IN sauce mild chicken wings but got BONELESS, dry, left out, wings. Employees are doing nothing but chatting and laughing, the music was so loud we constantly have to repeat ourselves and yet we still get the wrong orders. I don’t recommend this place, it’s not even worth the wait and the troubles. 1 out of 5 stars.

Our waitress was very sweet and patient with us. The food did take a little longer, but people need to understand this is not the server’s fault. They’re not the ones cooking. The food was delicious also.

We sat at the bar and the bartender clearly did not feel like serving us. It took him 7 minutes to greet us at the bar where he was watching the game. Then once we ordered drinks I requested a menu. After about 5 minutes of me starting at him he finally came over to take our order. Then after about another 15 minutes, which is okay, my appetizer sampler had a goldilocks too hot too cold just right situation happening on a single plate. I most likely will never be back because honestly I probably couldve made it all at home. So I blame myself for allowing myself to dine here.

I went with my husband and son around 4pm on a Friday and the hostess seated us and told us we couldnt set a highchair at a booth, okay weird policy but I understand.We noticed we were seated way out of the way of any other customers, also not a big deal but kind of weird. Like our 1 year old might disturb other customers? It wasnt busy at all, there were 5 booths and 1 table seating people.What made it a horrible experience was we sat there for 23 minutes without anyone coming to take a drink order or anything. There were 5 waitresses up at the front laughing and having a grand time. Then 8 more staff members came from the back and walked various directions. Literally anywhere in the restaurant but our table. It was seriously ridiculous that we saw at least 12 staff members standing around and cutting up and we couldnt even put a drink order in. We just packed up and went over to Red Lobster where the service was wonderful and we left a 40% tip.We will never come back to this place, we will make the trip to the Shenandoah location before we ever come back to this one.I already left a formal complaint on the website under the FAQ Orders and Visits.

Nothing like getting home with stepped on veggies and no sauce. The manager was annoyed when we called. This is 4th time we have been extremely disappointed. 1st time we complained. Had to post. and i will finally not be back

Won’t go back, ever. All the food was cold when we got it. Boneless were tiny, and seemed old. Fry portion was ridiculously small, same with the dbubs tots.0/10

Would not go again if they keep the "when its ready we bring it out policy". Ordered appetizers first and got ONE kids meal before anything else. No one else (2 other kids and 2 adultsgot meals for 20 minutes. Ordered 2 appetizers that came separately. Got our "side" for the meal 10 minutes before the food. Service not great either. No communication or compassion. These wings were supposed to be lemon pepper and buffalo mixed. Had to ask for buffalo on the side since there was hardly a trace on the wings. Just not a great experience.

I did not want to come here for this visit. We had a group of 13 people at 530 on a Sunday, they had us seated in about 5 minutes. Staff was great, food was a little slow to come out but it was cooked right and it all tasted good! Beer and mixed drinks made it to the table a few minutes after being ordered. I left happy that we came here.

Came here to watch the Astros. I had been here in the past, but did not have any good experiences. My fiancée wanted to give it another try. We ordered two alcoholic beverages which took about 10 minutes to receive. We ordered a chips and queso appetizer. The chips were stale. Queso was great, but very small portion. We finished the queso with half a basket of chips left. Usually, for us, we have more queso than chips. Fiancée ordered wings, and she enjoyed them. I ordered the Southwest Chicken Sandwich. The sandwich was amazing. Great presentation. Tasty. The fries were luke warm. I received a smaller portion than I recall from the past. Other nearby restaurants and their fry portions are bountiful. BWW seemed to be lacking. It was busy, so i will give them the benefit of the doubt.
