Great place to relax and enjoy a beer and a game.

I ordered a chicken salad they had about 1 oz of chicken on it I could not believe it. They must have run out of ingredients because they didnt put all the stuff on it so I dont know whats going on but this was terrible and my girlfriends older was not good either so they can either replace it or I just wont go there again. I dont know

This is a nice restaurant they have plenty of TVs and no matter if its loud or not they have speakers that are louder than any crowd so youll be able to hear any game going on. More specifically football games which are great to watch here and the food is nice and if its not packed come quickly but dont get the spicy buffalo thats abt it

The people were nice, but did not work together as a team. The night I was there a family walked out because no one waited on them. My food was not really great. The wings were overcooked. To make it in a time of low or overworked job force, you cannot be selfish. You must work as a team. Employers must reward those that are dependable and willing to hang in there. Morale is important. Managers you may have to wait tables. You may have reward your customers with free appetizers or become innovative. There are people who have money to share. If you dont care about your product or service, who will.

This review is more about a particular employee than the restaurant.Hostess and serverSHELBY in Slidell, La is AMAZINGL!I have a friend (Angiewho has gone to BWW weekly for years. She recently and unexpectedly lost her husband after a short sickness, was laid off from her job, then had a car wreck (not her fault). The last 2 incidents were in same week. Things have been hard to say the least.Shelby always greets Angie by name, big smile, ask follow up questions from previous visits, tries to save her favorite table, knows her favorite drinks and more. Anything and everything you want from local establishments that you visit weekly. Shelby goes beyond duty and is genuinely happy to see you.Angie isn’t her normal self for few visits. Then due to not having working transportation misses her weekly dinner the following week. When Shelby did she Angie she discreetly gave her a card and personal note. Shelby made Angie feel cared about, wanted, missed and was that bright spot of sunshine my friend needed.Shelby knew times were tough for Angie. Not because she was told, but by Angie’s demeanor. The card had a personal message that helped lift my friend out of very dark moment. Shelby took her personal time and money to let my friend know she was missed and how upsetting it would be if Angie stopped coming to BWW.BWW is extremely lucky to have Shelby work for them. Her compassion, observation and genuine concern for her customers shines.Give that girl a raise or some other company will.Thank you Shelby!!!!

Buffalo wild wings on brownswitch road slidell have been hit and miss for a while but this is final straw. Took my son and daughter for a bite to eat on this lovely Sunday The waitress we had is Clueless took our drink order and asked if we wanted appetizers, ordered mozzarella sticks and a basket of wedges waitress corrected me with you mean regular size" ok had to ask for napkins and silverware Felt like she was rushing us to order, finally got wings they seemed as if they been sitting and drenched in sauce my kids only ate the fries ordered a Blue Moon from Tap Beer tasted old $80 dollar Ticket would have came out way better eating fries at McDonalds. Left feeling cheated and defeated wont be back

The service was super fast today and the nachos were great but the wings were a little over cooked.

Dont let the outside fool you. It is a standard BWW inside. Nice bar staff and lots of sports on TV. Watched UFC once so far and they stayed open after normal hours so we could watch the whole thing.

I will be making sure people know to avoid eating here like the plague.Original post:Im so confused. Whenever we go sit in to eat, the service is great and the food is good. But, I swear, every time I order for pickup, its like the employees literally couldnt care less about my order. They were attitude-y and straight up rude. I asked for extra queso for my nachos, and there wasnt even the normal amount. Not to mention, the queso is so spicy today, I cant even eat it! Whats up with the inconsistency?

Good food, decent prices, a little bit of a wait but all in all one of the better places to eat in Slidell

This location is ALWAYS having staffing issues and are either closing early, or limiting occupancy because they dont have enough staff. I would definitely call before going to make sure you dont show up and get turned away.

They get two stars for the cheese curds.The wait staff, particularly the bar staff, are some of the worst I’ve seen at a restaurant. Save yourself some struggle and just go to Covington.

Please double double double check your order! We ordered over $60 worth of food. Couldn’t find the order when we arrived. Messed up the entire order. Shame on you guys! Can’t even do your job.

Food was really good and Richard our waiter was the best. He was very polite and our glasses were never empty.

Got the hot wings and they were dry. They weren’t wet at all. Like they don’t have sauce on their wings. They should say on the website that the wings are dry and not wet. Also they were season less. Tasted like pure mild chicken with no sauce and no flavor. This place is over rated. Only gave them a shot since they’re popular in Slidell. There aren’t any good wing spots out here. Sadly I will continue going to New Orleans(40 milesor picayune(30 milesjust for some good wings. Smfh

It is hit or miss here. This time it was a hit. We had loaded nachos, cheese curds, chicken wrap and 6 wings. Everyone liked their food. Especially the cheese curds.

This is my favorite restaurant by far.... everything is good. Only giving 4 stars because it doesnt do any delivery app AND it takes forever to get someone on the phone so I can do take out.

Took an hour to order and get the food, only to find out when we got home we didnt have all of it. Other than that food was good.

They actually ran out of buns. Why wouldnt someone go to Sams Club and buy some? Maybe not the same, but I think it would be better to tell your customer we are out of our regular buns, instead of saying sorry no buns. Also no sign was posted about bun shortage or were we told when we sat down. Total BS.

Very slow and poor service. I evened asked to speak to the manager and she sent out an employee to tell me that she was too busy to come out and attend to my issue. Wow. !!! I will now eat wings at the comfort of my own home or try Wingstop since they are now in Slidell.

Dined in with some friends. I ate the wrap and it was delicious. My only complaint was the salsa tasted like it had marinara sauce in it to make it think.

They had a lot of space for large parties and a lot of different sports to watch. All of the employees seemed stressed and timid. Everything looked pretty clean except for the bathrooms. They look like they havent been cleaned in weeks. We arrive at 11am and they opened at 11am. Ive attached photos of our visit including bathrooms. Please notice advertised sandwich verses what I got ( not chefs fault, they get what they get to cook).Lighter note, they did offer a military discount and it looks like they sponsor a lot of local teams which I greatly appreciate. This was the only reason why they got 4 stars instead of 3. I also included a photo of sponsorships.

Kieshon was the most amazing server. His table of a single mom was struggling with a very unhappy little baby girl. She was so in love as was he with this baby girl. He was great an did what he had to do to make sure momma could eat and relax. Thank you kieshon for your kindness!

My husband and I go here at least once a month for their boneless wings. We recently went there and one of their servers had attitude, they weren’t busy and she barely checked up on us. Couldn’t get the name but she was young and blonde. The bill was $19.57 and NO TIP! I was charged a extra $24.57 two days later. Filed a dispute with my bank. DON’T HIRE THIEFS! Next time I’m going with cash!

1st, the food was pretty good, it was our server Jeremy that was the issue. I dont know if he was just overwhelmed or what but he continually forgot to bring us napkins, silverware , our refills and to just check up on us. Then he spoke so soft behind his mask that we continually had to ask him to repeat what he said. I am usually a very positive reviewer but became very frustrated at our lack of service.

This particular buffalo wild wings location is an absolute disaster if you introduce anything twchnically related into the equation.They usually are out of food, their computers hardly ever work, the service is extremely slow, online ordering NEVER, I mean, NEVER works. It works just fine for literally any other location. You cant redeem points for any discounts or free items at all because when you do the system just glitches out when trying to do it for this location ever time.Its just absolutely horrible. From what I can tell, this is NOT a buffalo wild wings problem as I ce been to many others. This is strictly a major problem with this location and this independant owner. He needs to get his act together and start making things work on his restaurant.Also, my most recent visit, I encountered a manager who did not seem to be very helpful or all there when trying to redeem my free burger. That particular transaction took 1,800 points away from me. Worse I felt like that was going to happen when I ordered here. I shouldnt have taken the risk.

It was fine. It was basically like every other Buffalo Wild Wings. The wings were good. The onion rings couldve been crispier. There was a long line, but thats usual.

Food is great for pub-style eats. The dirty tots are excellent. Arrived 20 min into the Saints game and was seated within 30 min. Tons of fans screaming at the massive tvs. A fun time. Service was polite and timely. If you are looking for a fun place to watch a sporting event, check out BWW!

Waitress was sweet. Got all our individual orders right despite our various requests. Food came out fairly quickly. Everything was good as expected.

Ive had a few small issues here before but I had a great time today picking up our food and placing the order. The lady that took the order was very nice and everything was quick and the way we ordered it. Unusual to have good service anywhere now, so this was a breathe of fresh air!

Do not know what has happened to this store lately. Every visit is a disappointment. This is a sorry excuse for an establishment. From the poorly organized staffing that takes an hour to bring you your scheduled curbside order, to the borderline inedible wings that are so dry with no wing sauce its basically a dried up bone with skin, this place is no longer somewhere I would recommend doing business. Youll also spend hours trying to call the store with no answer. Youll try to file complaints or message corporate with no concerns addressed or even acknowledged. The staff has no respect and will not care about your satisfaction. This is the culmination of not just my previous visit but of my last 4.

Sorry to start negative, but I love wings and usually avoid Buffalo Wild Wings, and go anyplace else. I have always been disappointed with everything they do in every store I have visited all over the country. This time they were the only wing place open in town. This store was surprisingly good. The staff was great, and the wings were cooked just right. Other stores should use this one as "the" model for all other stores.

Told wait was 15 minutes. Later told that reason for wait which turned into 45 minutes that the reason was they were regulating the flow to the kitchen. Place was 1/2 empty and at least 20 people left tables while we were waiting so no reason why waiting so long. Took server 10 minutes to acknowledge us. Food took only 13 minutes and was good

We ordered *take out* wings. The food was great. Half price Traditional wings... It was a great deal. We will repeat business.*Edit - this location now no longer offers their half price Traditional wings for take out. The deal is currently dine-in only.

We love BWW but we wont be back to this location. We have given them several chances but it has really gone downhill the past few years. They seem understaffed. We always have to wait an hour for food. Last visit it took two hours and our baby was so mad at that point we had to get it to go. All the waiter could say was "sorry how it ended up".

This was my first visit to this franchise and I had a great time. The food was tasty and the service friendly. I was most impressed with the bill. The wing platters were half off so we had 2 medium platters (15 pieces ea), and taco appetizers with draft cider and the total bill was under $30! I will definitely be visiting again!

Wow, what can I say... Well, any place that prepares and serves a specialized meal you would think would be great all-the-time right?Yeah, I thought so too but not at this particular site! I’ve patronized this one on many occasions but a few times I’ve gotten horrible wings and fries that were cold and dry!I also stood at the counter for over 20 minutes waiting for someone to take my (order-to-go); when they were looking at me standing there! I was confused and disappointed!

If you like to go somewhere and be seated only to watch everyone around you be served then this location is for you.We were seated and waited 20 minutes before we got up and walked out. Servers never came to get drink orders and they were all standing at the drink station talking and playing on their phones. Clearly their managers dont have a grip on their crews and are incompetent of being able to MANAGE.Its sad that if I want BWW, Ill travel to Covington and support their local economy rather than my own because of the piss-poor customer service that seems to be a trend at this location.

Poor management. Clueless hostess kept us waiting 55 minutes to be seated. We were told it would be 15 minutes. Did not communicate at all. Never saw manager.Once seated service and food mediocre.Had to get our own forks, napkins.Again, poor management. Manager should be aware of whats going on.Would not recommend this restaurant.

I had the Dragon Fire wings for the first day of Game of Thrones.. They were fire !!

The server was nice, the drinks were good. I just will never enjoy their wings. The sauce wasnt all that and the wings are too hard for me. But the queso was sooooo good. I would probably only order that and try something else in their menu. The only memorable thing was my frozen drink. It was something blueberry with rum. It was delicious.

Superb experience! Our servers name was December. She was the best server that Ive have in a very long time. She made the whole experience even better. Food was great as usual and the beer was ice cold. Love it

I usually come here on Tuesday for the half off wing. I cant wait to dip 20 wings in only 2 small cups of Ranch sauce.The best part is after eating 10 or less wings i no longer have any ranch to use.This is like Apples Innovation by removing features. Now BWW are giving out 2 ranches for 20 wings.Maybe next time i will have 6 or 8 ranches. Because thats how much i usually get.4 stars because it the wait time here sucks. If you want to wait an extra hour to eat, the. You have come to the right place.

Arrived at the restaurant and was told 15 minutes to be seated, even though their were multiple tables open. Okay, maybe something was going on. 45 minutes later, manger told us that they werent siting tables due to kitchen being backed up although I personally witnessed 10 to go orders being sent out. Why would you have people, no families with children, wait at the door instead of being seated? Well see how the rest goes.
