Lively sports-bar chain dishing up wings & other American pub grub amid lots of large-screen TVs.
Walked in around 9 pm place is filthy and empty. Hostess seemed mad we showed up hours before closing. No greeting just a “follow me” sat us at a table, we asked if we could have a booth. It was an immediate “no they are closed” including the one directly across from us. So we were sat a table with no light, couldn’t see the menu. Got up and left. Awful service.
First time there, it was so fun, great place to go with a group of people and watch football and talk. Definitely going there again
I placed an order to go. The young man at the front was really busy. He was the only one up front so he was the host as well as the to go orders. He was very pleasant & tried to accommodate everyone. As I waited two different families came in & left while this young man was in the back collecting to-go orders. This was a Wednesday night about 7pm. He was amazing, especially considering the pressure he must have felt. He stayed calm, respectful, and pleasant! Kudos to him!!!
Start of the week, bit into one wing and it was entirely raw. Come the weekend and ordered a 15 piece to go and 3 wings still were covered in feathers and hairs. Called and I explained to the manager my issues both in the same week and all she said was "Ill go back there and make sure they are separating them better".Yes because I would still love to eat this 3 feather covered wings guys. Im not looking for a free meal or anything but really?
Our waitress was so sweet! Other than that the food wasn’t my favorite, but they were quick to make it for us.
The lunch specials $10 ate a super deal. We had the American burger lunch special - excellent. And a chicken ceaser also very good. Did I mention that the burger was excellent? Recommended
The food was good, The bar pizza was kind of poor in ingredientes, didnt look like The photo at all, The service by The waitress was excelent but we asked for a to go order and it took a long time, waitress came to apologize several times
Grace at the to go counter gave my wife and I the best customer service experience we’ve ever had. Kind, polite, friendly, that young lady deserves a pay raise, and a promotion to management! Keep up the great work Grace!
This place is always good, but never amazing. The food and drinks are not necessarily hit or miss, just fine or good. I enjoy coming here on a Sunday night since theyre open late when nobody else is. Love the honey barbecue wings!
Had a great time...could have done a little more to make my 14 year old grandson feel like it was special that he wanted to spend his birthday there
The staff seem over worked. I really worried about them. They seemed like they were worried I was going to cuss them out for not having my to go order ready.I told them to relax, I was in now rush. When I got my order, all of my stuff was there. It was delicious. It was hot. And I was happy with my food. All you to go order people need to calm the F down and give them time.No one working there should be bracing to be screamed at the minute you walk into the restaurant. Thanks Idaho Falls staff. You were great!
Stinks as soon as you walk in… smells like 50year old grease… didn’t eat just had a couple beers but the smell is horrible stagnant water or grease.. y’all do better!
Ordered a Honey BBQ wrap with chili queso fries and as you can see in the photos absolutely zero chili and just a dab of queso on the fries, yes you can sneeze more out of your nose than queso they charge you for...thank you for my $.01 worth of queso. Next up is my "Honey BBQ" wrap which suprise suprise is NOT Honey BBQ but either Mild or mango habanero not what was ordered or paid for also is to spicy and taste like garbage, and as you can see from the photos it also looks like garbage too since its missing half of the chicken in one side. Never again will I waste my money here and neither should any of you just got to McDonalds.
Horrid waitress. Food was good but arent we paying for service? I can cook the same stuff at home
The food was delicious, however the service was horrible. Our party waited for a while with no clue as to whom was our server.
Great service the food was great but the best part was the server Neil ! He awesome and was focused on making us happy and after talking to him I also found out that he is in the national guard! Great guy and great service!
A go to place for watching sports and having wings. I only took one star away because it sucks that they only use about a quarter of their nice building for seating and its very difficult to be sat outside. Wait times are horrible and it seems theyre always understaffed.
Incredible as always. Hot take get one of their burgers instead of wings, you won’t regret it.
Always good wings. Our server was doing his best but they have got to be short on staff like everywhere. The poor guy was waiting on most of the restaurant by himself.
Stopped here for the Thursday BOGO on boneless wings before going to watch the Chuckars game! We usually get the chipotle dry rub and honey BBQ (dirty bird... yeah, its a thingand then a side of potato wedges. Our kids usually order their own wings so they get the flavor they want.
Came here for dinner with friends, our server was ok, we got seated after a 10 minute wait, it took our server 20 minutes to get just the drinks out. We placed our food order and they brought out each tray one by one… by the time everyone had finished half their meal they brought out the kids meal to the kid in our party… like wow, great service 🙄 not impressed at all. Will not return.
Great food. Decent deals in Tuesday and Thursday. Lots of options, and in my opinion, has a chicken sandwich that beats any other as of yet.
Waiter informed us as we were getting our food that they didnt have chicken straps for my 6 year olds kids meal. He was saying hes starving and crying as everyone else in our party was eating, had to order him something different. Took for ever while everyone in our party was giving him some food off there plate. Honestly we wont be back, made a child cry, and dont give 2 craps. Not really a kid friendly place.
Delicious variety of chicken wings. Not thrilled with the new Mt Dew flavor, though.Service and food was great!!!
I asked for wings and I got something different that was cheaper (boneless). I didn’t say anything then because I did not wanted them to throw away any food. However, I got charged for the wings that I didn’t get and when I asked them why they didn’t change it because “I didn’t say anything at the moment”. I know this might seem like nothing but it was pretty frustrating because it was not my fault and neither the manager or the server wanted to fix it.
I went to Buffalo Wild Wings on 6/10/22 my waiters name was KAELUS and he was lameeeeeeee. When I asked for a beer he told me he needed to see an ID I gave him my ID (not expiredand he said he couldn’t accept it, because it was bend and torn a little bit on the upper corner and he was afraid and might be a fake. I’ve ordered beer from there and many other restaurants in the past using the same ID.
The food and drinks are great. However its always busy and long wait times and lines. Just not enough staff to customer ratio and this has been ongoing even before the pandemic.
Told our wait for a table would be 5-10 minutes, after waiting 20-30 minutes and others who just walked in get seated we were taken to our table. Which was still dirty. After it was wiped down we sat, with our menus waiting for our server. No one stopped...we approached the hostess asking if they would be taking our order. Told soon....no water during this time. No hello be with you in a minute. No frantic smile. I was DONE and left without ordering.
We were sat and had our food ordered after about 10-15 minutes. All our food came out at different times, and the first 3 meals were warm at best, and the fries were hard and cold. When asked where the 4th meal was, we were told the chicken tenders would be out soon. 20 minutes later we were informed they had not been made, and the fryers were all full because a 12 top table all ordered wings. Total, we got the last meal a hour or more after we ordered. We were there almost 2 hours. And to top it off, someone had played Never Going to Give You Up by Rick Astle on their touch tunes jukebox about 10 times in a row. When we made a comment about it to the waiter, he said another customer had put it on many times in a row, and he thought it was kind of funny. Our last few visits have been not the best, but tonight definitely topped it.
Walked in, had 4 different employees look at us not one person would seat us or even acknowledge us. We waited for like 10 minutes and nothing, so we left. Will never go nor recommend this place.
Normally I like BWs. Not this time.Slow response from wait staff, unhelpful management, had to ask for refills, had to ask and wait too long for the check. There wasnt very much sauce on the mango habanero boneless I ordered (I know, boneless; but sometimes you have to change things up for the sake of the palette). I asked for a side of sauce that took more than 10 minutes to get.We ordered water - but that doesnt mean Im cheap. I normally tip 30%, drinks or not. But we had to ask for water, which took more than 10 minutes to get to us; and that was after the table next to us got water first.Kudos on the front desk ladies, who were nice and seated us quickly. They were courteous, professional and efficacious. But, we were there for over an hour. Took almost 15 minutes to get the check, more than 10 of that AFTER going to the front and asking for it.I know some nights are busy, but if the waitress was over taxed thats on the manager. It felt like we were ignored on purpose, oddly. So maybe the waitress needs more training? When this was explained to the manager, she just told us the total for the bill. Im not asking for handouts, but when I was in service and this came to me, Id discount and/or provide an incentive. Fine, dont do that - but at least listen to what I have to say and try to sympathize. An apology maybe? Even if Im wrong, Ive had a bad experience. "Im sorry its been a less than ideal experience" does not admit guilt but at least lets me know youve listened.Third visit in a 12 month period, service was always slow. Its sad to say, but I wont be going back to BWs for a while.
Decent wings with a great atmosphere for sports. Screens everywhere. Our seat was in an area a little on the dark side. Literally had to put the flashlight on my phone to read the menu.
Missed my order of tater tots but I did get a bonus in my burger lol. Ive had better burgers in town.
Ive been to a number of BW3s and this one was pretty good. I had a late travel day so I was walking within 30 min of closing, but the staff was very friendly and the food was good, better than expected. They have a more unique seating arrangement with the bar in the middle which I thought looked kind of cool.
They dont have happy hour 👎 there were employees not bartenders pouring free shots for a very drunk girl, sitting next to her at the bar. I didnt like it and left but I probably shouldve said something. Also the wings are really good
They stop seating people at 10??? Mind you I came at 9:58. Said they don’t seat people past 10 cause they’re “short staffed” honestly cap because they sat a group of 4 right before that. Ridiculous as their store states it closes at 11? I waited to make sure she turned away everyone else that came in after me too. Good luck though.
It was good food, so u get 3 stars HOWEVER it took 30 min to seat 2 people and it wasnt very crowded, a ton of workers just standing around. Our table was not wiped down when we finally did get seated and all of the teenage girl employees we delt with were not very hospitable. Its nice yall be workin with ur best friends but you can tell all the gossip stories on break and make sure youre doing your job while youre on the clock.
I always would order the sampler with the wings, onion rings, nachos, and mozzarella sticks. This meal you get to have a little bit of everything for like 15$. The last 3 times I have been here the waitress always tells me they are out of certain ingredients and so it isnt an option. Last time it was the onion rings and chicken nachos that werent available but the entertaining thing was I ordered onion rings alone and they had them.. Im not sure where they pick up these 7$ an hour employees from but If you dont want to make the meal I order then dont take my order. Also the silverware was disgusting to say the least. I was told by the bar it was hard water spots but normally hard water spots dont smudge like oil residue.
This was the absolute worst experience I’ve I’d at a restaurant, I went in to schedule a reservation and the estimated wait time was 45min-1hour but the girl at the front was to busy flirting and dancing to even care enough to put the reservation in, came back after an hour and she didn’t even put it in right and claimed it wasn’t her, then put me down for another 20min-30min wait then 30min rolls by and we go to ask and who I assume is a manager got defensive and chewed us out about asking and told us it would be another 20-30min wait then when we finally got a table they just told us it was the one over there and just pointed. I love Buffalo Wild Wings but this is the second time that I’ve come in and just had absolute garbage service would be great if they could get the simplest things down
We went on a Thursday for boneless wings buy one get one free. I ordered the boneless wings and they were overcooked and rough to bite, almost burnt. The restaurant was not busy around the time we went (3:00pm). The boneless wings were also not fully covered in sauce. We ordered the fries as an appetizer and they were over salted! The server was nice, and got us refills and checked on us. I did not expect this quality of food for an establishment that only had a total of 9 guests. (7 of which were only ordering drinks from bar)
Horrible service the waitress barely come to our table. I had my food totally finished before my husband got his wings and they have no sauce and where kind of cold. Will never return to Buffalo wild wings.
I’m a B-dubs enthusiast. Have loved it for years. But our last two visits to this location have been terrible. I’m also not one to leave review. Our first visit just had a very rude waitress. It’s not a big deal, some people are just like that. We just went today to celebrate my birthday and we waited for 45 minutes until someone came and realized no one had helped us. They apologized and moved us to where an active waitress was available. We waited another 10 minutes. A group came in and sat down next to us and the waitress comes and takes their drinks before helping us, even after we saw that they told the waitress we have been waiting. We got up and left and went somewhere else.
I Uber eats’d this b dubs in Idaho falls and was disappointed. Overall the wings I got were great, cooked perfectly, and delicious. But my order was supposed to come with 2oz bleu cheese dipping sauce and veggies. When I open up the bag I find a ramekin with maybe .5oz of bleu cheese in it… just enough to wet the bottom of the container. They already didn’t include the veggies, so they may as well of left out that tease of a dip.Unrelated to this b dubs, but what stings the most is I ordered wings from a pizza place the day before with a bleu cheese side and they left it out completely. This order was supposed to fill the void left behind by the other guys… and now I’m doubly sad 🤘Edit: Buffalo Wild Wings marketing emailed me, and they said the reason the dressing cup was so empty was because Uber eats messed up. Hahahahahahha. I’m gonna go ahead and get food anywhere else from today. Bye.
Great sports bar! I love this place to relax watch multiple games. UPDATE: revisited tonight, June 24, 2021 with server Matthew recommending caramel with my cheese curds... and wow, it was a party in my mouth! Thank you. Everyone, you have to try these (and he deserves a raise)Please have employees stop touching the top of drink glasses with their bare hands and sticking their hands on the limes and orange slices ... food gloves should be used.
So I finally made it to Buffalo Wild Wings. I dig the dinning experience. Its a lot darker inside then the ones you see on the commercials. So I gotten the Avacado Bacon cheese burger or something as such. The burger was very greasy, but very tender. The taste was the same as a Red Robin (No Seasoning). The topping appeared fresh. Other than the grease and sogginess of the bun it was okay. The fries are great when you first get them, but they get cold quick. Your served on a flat baking sheet so its it does not retain the heat and cools your food quicker. Bathrooms were clean, but floors were sticky like in the theaters. Services was great. Waitress kept checking on us.
You cant go wrong with some spicy wings. Carolina Reaper is a must for the spice you are missing. Might get a few tears, but its worth it. Family always has a good time there.
The food was as good as it always is! The only thing I didnt like was that theyre only using a quarter of their tables and they require you to go and wait in your car for your next delicious dinner. I understand covered and all of those things but still will text you in your car...
We came in on a Saturday at 5pm asking to be seated in a booth. We decided to sit at the bar while waiting for our seat, 45 minutes later we had to approach the hostess asking when we can be seated? I was then seated in a half booth/chair (which is completely fine). Then shortly after being seated I was awkwardly asked to be moved by my waitress. I explained (Feeling like a dude Karen herewe were placed here and waited almost an hour just to be seated. I understand COVID-19 encourages pick-up orders and things get busy. But AFTER even being seated it took an additional 1 1/2 hours just to be served food. I wasnt just drinking water and simply watching the game. My tab with 18% tip was still over $150.00. Management or service needs to figure this situation out... I looked around in the restaurant and saw multiple frustrated and dissatisfied faces so I know it wasnt just me dealing with this. Oh frosting on the cake... we ordered 3 shots and waited 25 additional minutes. Went up to the bartender asking if they were available. The bartender says she wasnt even tracking. The ONLY reason we even go to buffalo wild wings (which is for food, drinks, and televisionnothing was apparently working. We finally departed at 8:40 PM. I rarely post ANYTHING but this was ridiculous and this isnt our first time having this type of experience in the last 9 months with the Idaho Falls Buffalo Wild Wings. Id blame COVID-19, but this facility has issues with handling medium-to-large orders. If you plan on dining in...dont waste your money or time as delivery orders seem to take priority.
Service was ok, took over 45 minutes to get food even though it wasnt busy. This happens every time and I dont know why I always go back. The waitress was nice and the food was Luke warm when it came out.
This restaurant has recently undergone some changes and the revamped menu and aesthetic is more pleasing and modern than previous years. Theyve brought back sauces that were taken away a few years ago, and now they have reusable food trays, which means theyre making an effort to change their environmental impact as well, something that we can all appreciate. Excellent experience overall. There is a childrens menu, salads, vegetarian options, and a unique varieties of sauces. Wings come in smaller servings up to party. The appetizers are delicious and there are so many choices like flat breads, chips and salsa, onion rings and more. Drink menu includes beers and spirits. There are tons of televisions around and gaming devices as well as daily and weekly specials. Handicap accessible too.
