Took my little ones, had a new waitress very nice.

Horrible service multiple workers just walking around and cleaning we waited for 45 minutes for a burger with a salad and boneless wings and a bird dawg instead of cleaning up to close check your tables that haven’t been even checked for drinks

Nice experience. Bartender was excellent. Prompt and answered all my visitor questions. Great atmosphere

Wings could use a little more sauce but flavor was good.

Would come here 2 to 3 times a week last experience here was terrible manager did nothing about it

My lunch order was completed correctly and arrived quickly. The food was good and the service friendly. Id recommended stopping by for a quick bite!

This place has changed and updated everything. The takeout window is great. Great drinks, food and staff is friendly. Will be back to my old hangout again soon.

Our server Kaneesha was amazing, our food was hot and perfectly prepared. Our drinks remained filled the entire stay of our meal. Great communication, great food...great experience all together!

Everytime I order take out from this location they get my order wrong!!! It never fails...I dont know if its an online error happening in their system Orr the actual store but I ALWAYS get boneless wings instead of traditional!!! I absolutely hate the boneless wings at BBW because they taste so processed😫 wish they fix the error.

I sadly, I must give 2 stars. No matter how busy or calm this place is; my order is never correct. I have been given the wrong order 3x in one visit, and then was asked to wait another 20+minutes for it to be made

Havent been in a while very pleasantly surprised our server was wonderful, she was friendly and fast and we wanted for nothing. Our food was hot and fresh and tasted great!

Service is mediocre as of late but God forbid you order online or through Uber eats. The kitchen staff never get it right.

Food was fresh and the take out employee Paige was really nice and got my special request prepared correctly. Its was a good experience, and a bit friendlier than the Grand Blanc location.

The restaurant needs a deep clean. It stinks. There were flies on the table (indoorsas well. The food was dripping oil and was quite salty. To add to the experience, the soda that we ordered was flat and had a peculiar smell as that of stale ice. Overall a bad experience.

Google Fam let me tell yall about Bdubs! This place was fire! So good the food was great the service was amazing the prices were reasonable... But Bat Dad WHY give them ONLY 4 stars if theyre so amazing?! BECAUSE DID YOU KNOW THAT NO ONE TOLD US THAT THESE GUYS HAVE A FLAMING HOT DORITOS WING!?! HOW DARE THEY NOT TELL US! lol seriously IF you have something for a limited time and you know its not listed on your menu you should DEFINITELY INFORM YOUR CUSTOMER OF SAID ITEM! Trust me the Bat Fam WILL be back for lunch I tell you what!

Had a great experience at the Flint location. I got the Mango Habanero, Thai Curry, and Parmesan Garlic and the boneless wings were extra covered with sauce which is rare at different locations.

Food was ok .. service was slow and lacking .. especially sitting at the bar and very few people there

The food is always good and fresh, but its definitely not somewhere to go if youre in a hurry or on a lunch break.Making good food takes time after all.

Gone to Bdubs numerous times and have always had great service and food. Amazing place to go with friends and really nice deals that dont punch a whole in the wallet.

I didnt get to have food here it was just the phone etiquette. If you are busy, let me know it will be an hour wait instead of keeping me on hold for 6-7mi minutes and then tell me an hour wait. Dont waste my time.

Dont tell people that they dont need reservations and when we show up theres a 2 hour wait. Very disappointing! Go Firebirds!

I often will arrive at this restaurant to pickup my order only to see that they forgot and the ticket gets printed in front of me and taken to the kitchen. "Thatll be 15 minutes," yeah no, I just wasted my time and gas... Unassign!

The server/waitress was too notch. No complaints with her at all. The hostess on the other hand was was just rude and nasty. I asked to be seated in a booth. There were several open. No one sitting in them. She replied there were none open. Showed us our table didnt say enjoy you meal or so and so would be with you. Never made eye contact. The place was not busy, tons of empty tables. Placed our order and waited and waited. When food came our fries were cold and so were our wings. Food is over priced and so is the beer. Will not be back to this location. Maybe try the Gran Blanc location. Many many places sell wings which are the same if not better.

Usually just average food for a more than average price. I went when the wings were buy 1 get one free. Had the sweet BBQ, garlic parmison, mango habinero, and the Nashville hot. I would rank them in the order listed, I didnt like the Nashville very much but the rest were good. Slow service, average food, higher than normal prices was my take.

Do not eat here Inless you want food poisoning and bad service! My order was wrong. And waited a hour then to find out it was wrong order then got it corrected then had to wait another half hour to be handed soggy boneless wings I would rate it zero starting

(DON FOOD (Bon waitress and lastly (Aon drinks. They where very busy with a Birthday party besides the basketball game going on since its March madness. We(9 ppl where in the bar area celebrating a birthday. We order food at sametime all different tickets though food didnt come out at the Sametime. The chicken stripes and fries where so small for $12.99 not worth it I should have paid 8.99. Kroger chicken stripes 5 for $8 and they are big I usually can only eat 3. Than go to McDonalds for a larger order of fries there bigger too so eat half the order. So for about $10 you get 2 meals 1 you get full the other half you are comfortable. 2 ppl order the boneless wings they commented that they where very small. I got there bathroom was great(Abut after about 4 hours which we where about to leave I used the bathroom bad (D).

Great food. Price was unreasonably high. I can live with that but our "funny" waiter with a beard and a baseball cap was a full on jackass. He insulted my one friend and hit on my other friend and I was in a social situation so I couldnt flip out which is what I wanted to do and any other day I would have. He was obnoxious and I was really upset. Chicken was great. Love the flavors. Next time I want to spend $100 on dinner BWW it is.

Our server was amazing!! Had a little issue with my Guinness not tasting right, as soon as I let him know he investigated the issue and it ended up just being the bottom of the keg. He immediately asked if Id be interested in a different beer and gave his recommendations. I settled on a different beer and our server had the Guinness removed from our bill. We ordered our food and it came out quickly. Our server keep checking back in on us to make sure we were doing alright and if we needed anything else. Your bacon aioli is absolutely awesome. It made my chicken sandwich so much better than I was expecting.When he brought our check I asked him for a local restaurant recommendation because we were from out of town and enjoy trying new local restaurants, he recommended a place called The Torch and it was everything he said it was and more.Thank you for the excellent service and food.

Placed a carry out order today. Food was fresh but the boneless wings were very dry. I wish they had spun the wings with more sauce. :(Seems to be a common thing at a lot of BWWs.

This place done turn into a horrible as place. I wa going there almost every Tuesday until messed my order up. I always get mild Buffalo traditional wings. I get there and there is no sauce on them the lady told me that they just put Buffalo sauce which is a oily sauce I told her I didnt want that so she went and got the manager he comes and said that he will see if they have some more wings up and if so he will remake them. Low and behold all he did was take them in the back and put sauce on a couple of them and when I got home I saw that the bottom ones had no sauceon them at all they was the same dry as wings that they tried to give the first time.

The glasses are sticky… having worked in food service I think I know why… the “dishwasher” needs to be washed… peace n love yall! Oh and our waiter was cool AF which is why I changed my 2/5 to 3/5

I had a good experience. The waitress was very helpful even let us change seats. I had the 10 pc boneless chicken with split sauce. And let me tell you if you like spicy then your good good if not watch out for that mango habanero! When I say REAL SPICY! Im not playing around. That sauce was 🔥 like almost literally 😩. Thr waitress even asked me if she should grab the fire extinguisher 🧯. I almost started sweating. Sadly I was only able to eat 3 of the 5. The other sauce was orange chicken 🐔 . Now if you like Chinese food (or just like food period like methe this sauce will disappoint. It tastes nothing like the orange chicken that Ive had from other places but has its own flavor. Its not bad but like I said it did disappoint, but truth be told thats due to my own expectations. I also had one of their new drinks called the Henny Hustle or Hennessey Hustle whatever the name it was great! Im not a big alcohol drinker so if I get a drink I dont like to taste the alcohol. Well this drink delivers. Its basically Hennessey and strawberry lemonade. But the portions are sooooo on point that you can taste all the flavors, nothing over powers anything. I will be sure to get ot again the next time Im there

Ordered online, took an hour for delivery, missing half my order specifically kids meals....called BWW and all they could offer was a refund the next day. Said I could reorder what was missing, so pay for it again but get refunded tomorrow and wait another hour why everyone else eats their food. Absolutely terrible service. Tried to originally order through door dash but said they were closed so I went through the BWW website, if they are going to rely on door dash they should let door dash handle it with customers directly through the door dash app instead of them hiring door dash seperately. I could have called my door dash driver about the order if i would have been able to order through the door dash app. They need a better system! Just ridiculous.

I Love B dubs! Best wings and food ever! It was a little short staffed but totally understandable considering these strange times. Our server did her best to keep up and was very friendly. We will definitely be back

My daughter and I seated ourselves, like the sign said, only to be ignored for 20 minutes before we left. Our table was right by the servers station (the place where the waiters/waitresses get the food before they take it to your tablebut we were still ignored by at least 6 servers. I asked 2 servers if they knew who our server was only to hear " Im not sure". This is the 3rd time Ive had issues with this place. Im done with with this company, unless someone else is paying.

After placing an order on line, I received my order incorrectly, I had a pretty large order so, I immediately knew something wasnt right, called and was told door dash would be responsible since they delivered. Door dash tried contacting the restaurant no answer, I personally called and waited 20 minutes to speak to manager who refused to speak to me and kept hanging up on me, paid over $60 dollars for some food I NEVER received, I also called BBW headquarters and they said they would resend my order but NEVER DID.

We visited on Friday and had the best service weve ever had there. The last time we visited in March we said we would never be back. We went to another place close by but they had no seating so we decided to try again with the Buffalo Wild Wings. The service was great. The food came out really quickly and was super hot. I recommend the Cobb Salad for anyone. It has a lot of ingredients and is priced good.

Smh the worst service ever.....i bit a piece of the burger because they didnt make it correctly and they remade it and gave me the. Same damn burger service was horrible

I work for enterprise rent -A-car and my 5 colleagues and I decided that we wanted Buffalo Wild Wings so it was a good size order . 45 minutes later we got our order and we had 2 BOGO orders on top of ranch , carrots, and blue cheese which were all up charges.We contacted them to make them aware we were missing items and instead of them asking for the receipt and fix it they wanted everyone to stop eating and bring the whole order back up there . It’s 2 pm at this time and we haven’t eaten so it was all just a inconvenience for everyone and they claimed to remake the order but why ask for all the food back to throw it away ? I don’t know the reason behind that but we didn’t end up getting our food until 3:30pm. Something has to be done about this .

Staff do a great job 👍 of ensuring u understand each item, the pros and the cons of each selection and the overall atmosphere here is good. I felt comfortable and welcomed and the place is really clean....including their bathrooms. Food is cooked just right, customer service is good, parking is decent and staff will get you your order asap. I am definitely satisfied with this location. Great job BWW.

Today i went to Buffalo wild wings with my family. Our other experiences there were ok.But today the service I experienced from one of the servers name wally was impeccable.Hands down best service me and my family ever experienced.He suggested great appetizers, he was on his game through and through. We will be back! Keep up the great work wally we loved you!

I had ordered a take out dinner order for my family that consisted of just wings, fries, and veggies. Once the app said the order was ready for pickup, I proceeded inside to find out that I had to wait another 20-30 minutes along with the multiple other people inside as they were "bagging our order". Finally, I get my order and check it to make sure I had received everything. Items were missing....I went back inside and had to wait another 15 minutes to get the rest of my order. By this time, my food was cold. I understand there may be short staffing issues during these times, and they have taken a good step in the right direction with a separate takeout door. But the customer service and excessive lengthy wait times is a bit ridiculous. Its questionable if we return to this location again

Food was great, As you enter the store sign says 6 or more 18% gratuity <----- thats something that doesnt do good for me our waitress was awsome today but because of this she got 7.51 tip rather than the 20.00 I usally give. Will not dine here again will get take out I think its youre choice to tip or not and restaurant should not have option to judge youre waiters or waitress. Would have gave a 5 star but .......

Absolutely disgusting, this was the most pitiful excuse for a salad I’ve ever seen. I ordered the Buffalo wedge salad, and not only was the order running late (scheduled pick up for 11:30, it wasn’t ready until 11:50it was disgusting! I took two bites and had to throw it away.

Just had the worst dining experience ever. It took 25 minutes to order then another hour for any food to come out despite being assured it was "coming soon". When the food did eventually come it was only one persons order and it was barely warm anymore. The server let us go the majority of the time without refilling drinks or anything.

I like this place a lot, mostly due to the sports factor. But, "there is always a but", if you like waiting years for your beer and then your reordered beer comes after light years later, my friend you have come to the right spot. Pro tip: grab a couple of tissues before your drink comes, youll have drink oozing all over the glass 😂. The fries were good, The other side of my food order was all cold, the wings felt like eating flavored rubber (as per my friends), didnt even feel to tell the person to help us out. Hunger vs quality, hunger won. Id like to sit this one out and let you decide. Good luck 👍🏻, hope you have a better dinner than we did.

Pretty quick to get our food and the service was good as well. The food tasted as expected....very good. I would recommend this place. Oh, and the atmosphere was good for the sports lover as well.

The restaurant was very clean the food was exactly what we ordered and tasted exactly how we anticipated it to taste. The restroom was also clean the wait staff was friendly, however the wait staff was not very attentive. We had to wave them down on more than one occasion.There is ample seating both in the restaurant signed and in the bar. There appears to be many beers to choose from and just about any mixed drink you could think of.
