Lively sports-bar chain dishing up wings & other American pub grub amid lots of large-screen TVs.
Convenient location at Westlake, food is awesome. My only issue is it takes a really long time. Every time I ordered it was like 40 mins from start to finish. When you only have an hour for lunch ⌚. But those wings was sooooo good! 🍗
Disgustingly bad service. The bartender shoved me off and wouldn’t even talk to me when I was trying to ask her about my to go order that was 2 hours late. Don’t waste your time, money, or sanity
it was ok. not like Im used to. they were short of staff so we couldnt get the food we wanted, and it literally took 2 1/2 hours to get our food. Not only did we, not get what we wanted, and wait all that time but the food was also cold.
I should have taken photos. The place was filthy—in my section 7/8 tables were unclean. My order didn’t come out together. I waited 15 minutes at the front before someone told me told me to place my order at take out—the person at take out saw several people waiting to be seated and acknowledged none of us. No napkins at the table. No hand wipes at the table. No cup for water. Disappointing experience. Is BWW a franchise?
Only order your beer from one place at the bar, unless you are sitting at the bar, then it’s okay.Only have tacos or wings to eat, that you have to order from another place, really! What happened to service. One cook on at lunch time . Not coming here again.30 mins wait for this pathetic meal.
Service was extremely slow. Takeout took longer than dine in. Multiple people asked for their money back after waiting 45 minutes.Would suggest going to any other place unless you have a bunch of time to burn.
Never go back again. Couldnt order online, so went to store, ordered and they said about 25 minutes, an hour later, still nothing. They said they were prioritising door dash deliveries. Disgraceful 😡
A standard chain sports bar, frequently understaffed and serving consistently mediocre wings. If you hit at happy hour though, there are some good deals to be found.
It seems they have fired 90% of their waitstaff to save budget and the employees who are left are struggling. Wait time for food was quoted at an hour and I wish it had been that fast. They were not even busy.
Wings were good. Came as I ordered them. But there was no service. I wad surprised that it was a total fast food experience just like McDonalds. Though the food was not delivered fast. Took quite some time. I wont go back. And they actually wanted a tip!
Terrible. The fact that this location is SEVERELY UNDERSTAFFED sets the tone for the business. Not to mention, its not a traditional "be seated and order" situation. Order first, get your own drinks then wait for your food with a 1hr wait time. Personally not a fan. Dont even get me started on the bar 🤬 In conclusion, they just need to let Jesus take the wheel on this one🤦🏽♂️🤷🏽♂️
Food was really good but beer was not really cold though. We actually like the fact that you order up front and pickup the order by yourself without the need of a server comparing to other BWW in other states. The place was clean and decorated neatly, we liked the place.
Its a "no service" restaurant. Meaning you order/pay for your food and drinks then pour your own soda or go to the bar to get your drink. You pick up your food on a counter when your "pager goes off". Food was not that good at all. Prices are high.
Good but it was not hot enough!
Lot of problemsTheyre super understaffed and the bartender was the same guy who was giving out door dash ordersTheyre out of buffalo Mac n cheese which is their best itemThe ranch tastes like Greek yogurt (possibly expired)The wings are complete garbageTook over an hour to get our foodI appreciate the few employees there but they simply shouldve closed down the restaurant is barely functioningIced tea was bitterNo plates or place to put wing bonesHave to bus your own tableBathroom sink doesnt workThe wings seemed like it was poured on by Michael J. Fox (wasnt even tossed)Ive been to other BWW locations (Olympia and Alderwoodand the experience was 10x better
Food took like an hour and the wings are not in fact tossed they have a chained dunce pouring it onto the wings and also we seen a Sasquatch
Worst. Ever. First you have to order and pay for your food when you walk in the door before sitting down. Then we had to clear our own table from other peoples old food because there was maybe 3 people working there. Had to go up to the bar to buy a beer (twice bc no service). Kids have to go get their own drinks. Took AN HOUR AND 17 MINUTES to get our food and it was COLD. Oh, and you have to go get the food yourself from the kitchen when your buzzer goes off. And it was empty when we got there. I voiced my displeasure with a person who said he was a manager and his response was “well, what do you want me to do about it?” In a snarky tone. This place sucked.
Walked in around 11:15 AM. There was no one manning either counter. We looked around till the bartender noticed us and said they could take our order but the kids couldnt come in the bar area. Weird but OK. We ordered 2 kids meals (wings and tendersa chicken sandwich, a burger and a beer. The couple before us ordered wings, hash browns and chips. They got their order in 30 minutes. Ours took an hour and one minute per the kitchen ticket. During that time the bartender disappeared for long stretches and the restaurant at the front of the house seemed unmanned until someone came out front. Staff was friendly enough when you could find them. Food was ok but not worth waiting an hour for... Fries were hard and chewy and no one ate them, rest was OK. Would not return to this location. Staffing shortages are real but come on.
They took 30 minutes(30!!to prepare a chicken sandwich and it was not good. The place was all dirty, the restrooms smelled horrible, the tables were dirty and the waiter and waitresses coming and going by without and didnt care. A big ZERO👎😡
I love Buffalo Wild Wings but I’m really disappointed by this location. I ordered pick up and they ended up giving it to an Uber eats driver. Then they told me that they would cook it again to solve the problem and it would take 10 minutes. I gave them 15 and I returned to them telling me they couldn’t cook it again. Then they told me to talk with the ordering platform about my order. I would have forgiven the mistake but it’s the lack of responsibility of delivering food to the right person is unforgivable. If you are going to provide take out service you should take responsibility and ensure you give it to the right person.A suggestion - Remove the multiple massive tvs that display which orders are ready along with the persons name.
Long wait times for take out… expect 30-40 min. Make sure to check you order prior to departure as mine was incomplete. Food was standard for a wing joint…. Not exceptional, but not poor either.
The ordering process is terrible. Order directly before entering the restaurant, get all your food yourself, pour your own drinks. Poor setup. Furthermore, the fountain drinks were out of order.Food itself is good/great BWW quality as expected. Overall experience is lacking.
Vinny the bartender is an outstanding human being! He has a smile and personality that brightens the entire room! We enjoyed talking with him, but watching him work the bar was like magic! He made an absolutely delicious juicy fruit margarita of his own concoction. Great service all the way around! Vinny is a gem!
Our bartender made the visit very enjoyable however half our group waited for over an hour for their food and watched another group that arrived later get their food first. It was not even busy. It was late and our group had gone to other places trying to find food so they were starving. Drinks and prices were good. They are having some staffing issues as the menu was limited due to lack of cooks. I was going to give 3 stars but the bartender that served us made it less unpleasant.
Two is somewhat generous. The bartender was good. But it took over an hour for wings. That is simply unforgiveable. Maybe the economy and staff shortages are too blame, but I wouldnt waste my time coming here again.
Never have I come to a resturant and not had servers to take my order. Although it was an interesting expirence ordering at the counter, finding my own table, picking up my order from the counter, and walking up to the bar to buy a beer and bring it back to my table each time I was thirsty; I wouldnt recommend it.
The worst customer service! Guy with red hair is so rude! Shows his mean face and couldn’t even check the order, how long is it going to take to get ready! Instead of asking kitchen, he said,” I don’t know, you have to be patient!”. So discussting. It supposed to be ready 30 minutes ago! My last visits were not that bad, the other workers used to do checking and tell how long it is going to take!
Their take out process is well managed and staff is polite. But the wait times in the weeekend is crazy, so make sure that you order ahead. Also, finding parking near the restaurant (even for picking upcan be tricky.
My boyfriend went here to pick up an order. The website said the order was ready for pickup. When he got there the girl at the front was VERY rude and not helpful at all. He gave his name and she said she didn’t see it. He then showed her his screen and she said “idk what to tell you if you if it’s not on my screen.” Then told him to go stand somewhere else. Did nothing else to help. Didn’t check with anyone else. So he just waited around and eventually his name came up on the screen, finally got the food 20 minutes after he was told it was ready by the website. And it was cold. Will never go back.
Though, the staff did do what they could to get the food out as quickly as possible, I was still waiting for about an hour... I ordered aroun 9:15 and didnt get the food until around 1015 or 1020.... Now this wouldnt have been a problem if my wait time wasnt quoted at about 25-30min to get the food. Then on top of that, I did the buy one get one for their wing special for both of my wing orders... The parmesan Garlic boneless wings came out good, I ordered six, and got 12... But the Buffalo bone in 6 wing that I got came out as a Boneless wing, and was not the buy one get one. As I was getting this for me and someone else who was working at the time... I didnt know about the mistake until after I left the Restaurant. I think it might have been partly because of the high volume of orders they had and that it was close to closing time but still... I hope that I get to go there again and be able to have a more pleasant experience.Though.... I was a bit thrown by the oddity of the particular one in its self. Where if you dine in you order your food pay get a buzzer and basically serve yourself the drinks, and pick up your own silverware.... Not the normal experience but I do see the upside of it because then you dont have to have a waitress checking on you or not refilling your drink when its empty because of how busy it is. I think I will have to try to eat there as a dine in for me to actually rate that kind of experience.
Placed an online order at the downtown location to be delivered to my hotel. The order was missing food items as well as napkins and utensils. I called the restaurant, explained the situation and was asked to hold for a manager. I held for over 20 minutes, hung up and called back. I was told that the manager was busy and was placed on hold again. I continued to do this for 3 more times with the same result. The manager never picked up my call. Totally unacceptable.
I ordered BOGO on Thursday deal ,buy one get one free but I got only one order (only 6pcs.and got charged $19. I called but no anyone can help to fix this problem!
This is the WORST BWW in the Washington area I promise you.. the place was busy so we decided to sit at the bar. I can not drink because my pregnant but my boyfriend wanted a beer so it was okay. It was pretty busy so the bartender was busy with orders so I told my boyfriend what I wanted and ran to the bathroom which is down stairs.. as I’m down there I realize you need a code and being pregnant running up and down these stairs is crazy smh. So as I turn around to leave I see a worker walking into the he men’s bathroom. I say excuse me.. he ignores me.. I say excuse me he ignores me.. then says what.. I say hello do you have the code I am a customer. He looks me up and down and says no and slams the door in my face!! I then walk upstairs to the nice security guard asked him for the code he politely provided it as I walk down stairs the man who wouldn’t give me the code comes outside. I say excuse me do you work here? He ignores me again!! Then I say can I speak to your manager!? He said I am! He said are you even a customer you do not look like it! Like what!?! Frustrated I tell my boyfriend and we leave as we leave out the bartender says we’ll I would’ve gave you the code lady you ignored us the whole time!!! This place is horrible!!! I should’ve listened to the Yelp reviews because it’s a dump and the staff are very rude!!! Save your money! They really don’t care! It’s bad enough how dirty it is! No thanks!!! They need new staff up to the manager!! This was at 7:30 on Thursday 5/20
We have had a great trip out in Seattle and pretty much everything we tried was great, but after getting back from Mt. Rainer and going to our hotel I was craving wings so we decided to stop in here. Pretty poor mistake and a bad way to end the trip. Its a weird Bdubs and makes you order and tip and everything before you get your food, kind of like at a modern McDonalds. Again, strange, but whatever. Went fine at first, buzzer went off and we got our food within 20 min or so which is normal, but despite the ticket and receipt being correct, we only got half the wings and food we paid for. Then we asked about it, was told the manager would look into it, 20 min later and nothing, so we asked again and they said again that the manager was looking into it and so we decided to go back and wait, another 20 min and we decide to ask someone else to not keep bothering the cashier, he took our ticket, never came back, another 20 min and we just called it and asked for a refund on the half of our food that never came despite the experience starting fine. No communication, no service, nobody there seemed to want to bring us out the second half of our food. Miserable experience in the end. Would never recommend it, go anywhere else in the city for a better time. Everything else we tried was great.
The service was slow. It was completely self service aside from the actual food prep. The cashier seemed not readily engaged with being helpful. My wife was not pleased and said we would never go to another Buffalo Wild Wings again. They also had shorted us 1 wing on a 12 piece order. They did retify it, but there was no fixing the whole experience. I go in wanting to love a restaurant. The food was in fact good, but the service was not.
They have some mentally unstable staff where as a customer my experience was negatively effected. Someone who was hired and terminated was hanging out and permitted by security and staff to walk up to customers and was in personal space. I was told by another staff that he was terminated and then rehired. He was tall and in dreads. The food was good!
I was meeting some friends at spin (which is the ping pong placeat 7. Decided to go early and grab a drink a some snack food. We happened to get to BWW and order food at 6. It was surprising slow in there so we thought itd actually be pretty fast. After 35 minutes had passed we started asking questions. Long story short, we got 3 orders of wings after about 50 minutes which means we had to try to inhale it in time. No servers but you still tip. No silverware. Order drinks separately. Not impressed with the new setup
It may ok if you want dont mind getting your own drinks, picking up your own food from, going to get your own drinks and refills, napkins, wipes. It is literally like going to McDonalds and ordering at the counter with no waitress. And they do not validate for parking. We waited more than 30 minutes for wings. They came back dry like they just warned them up and threw sauce on them.
Unfortunately this place is a sinking ship and you dont want to be anywhere near it.Due to many reasons, most out of their control, they are severely understaffed and have to hire anyone willing to take the risk of working on 4th Ave.The dining experience is like that of fast food and the food quality isnt any better. I feel bad for the owners and staff.
Okay I know, 5 stars for a sports bar wing joint. Well it was my first time and the staff were amazingly helpful with our wild kiddos and I was surprisingly happy with the food!
Ill give -1 star if I could. The staff I encircle in the photo need to work elsewhere, they obviously dont enjoy working here and it is reflected by how my bf and I was poorly treated today. Right when I walk in, the guy behind the cashier was checking his personal bag, and use his lip balm. Didnt greet us nor grab our order. We are just standing there waiting for someone to take our order as he continue to watch T.V. behind us. The girl working at the bar was very sassy. I asked for a cup of water and when she didnt hear me at first, she raised her voice at me and said, "WHAT?" in a very irritating tone. Also, the food is served cold. The poor customer service ruined the entire dining experience for me, I wasnt able to enjoy my meal. I am hoping that the ownership will be aware on how poor this place is being handled and hoping that they can do something about it. They have the audacity to ask for tips but there are ZERO servers, and a bunch of employee with poor customer skills. Will never come back, and will definitely not recommend.
Absolutely my favorite place no matter where I’m at. Usually my goto place for meeting new clients and I never feel rushed. Great atmosphere, and very accommodating.
Waited about 15 min to order. This location is like a fast food restaurant, order at the entrance and then you wait for your order at the table. They are severely understaffed but everyone was super friendly. We waited almost an hour from moment we entered until we started eating so definitely come with time. Idk if they ran out of sauce but as you can see the wings are… not great and pretty dry. No idea who to inform though… come with time and patience or come apply cause im sure they need people!
I said I would never go here again but we are in town visiting and there was barely anything else open. Anyways, we ordered the Sampler which is an appetizer plate (nachos, cheese sticks, wings, onion ringsand the grilled chicken club sandwich which comes with fries (everything pictured). It was all delicious. Compared to the last time we got food from here this was a way better experience!
Great place. Staff was friendly and welcoming. Was not busy when I visited. Would recommend the spicy buffalo wings.
Received an order via DoorDash, which was delivered pretty quick. Did the Wild Burger side of things. Pic is of the saddest fried pickles ever. $9 for these flaccid, rubbery, gelatinous discs that were flavorless. I also got the $15 "smashed" brisket burger. Barely any brisket or BBQ sauce and it was super greasy. My partner got the fried chicken sandwich and said it was beyond salty, hard to chew and "a sloppy mess". The DoorDash driver waited about 30+ minutes for the order, which brings up questions regarding kitchen management. Definitely not ordering from here or going to this location again. So disappointing and gross.
We ordered wings with mango habanero and Jamaican jerk sauces. They both tasted good. The order came out very late though. I didnt mind it that much because we werent too hungry and were entertained by poker game on the screen. If we were hungry, Id be disappointed by the slow service.
We went to Buffalo Wild Wings downtown to watch the Seahawks game this past Saturday. I didnt realize they would be so busy because they are operating at a limited capacity. The wait staff was very nice to take our names down and told us it might be a 30 to 45 minute wait. One hour later I asked where we were on the list. She says a couple down.We were eventually seated shortly after halftime with a great booth that taste the mini huge TVs offering the chance to watch multiple games. We had the Ultimate Nachos and some drinks. Unfortunately due to covid precautions, there was no wait service so if I needed more drinks or food I had to go up to the counter to order it.Due to the limited service I spent almost nothing there any almost nothing. Are there restaurants are allowing servers so Im not quite sure why its not happening at Buffalo Wild Wings. Im grateful that youre open but I somehow hope that you will work out the service part. Furthermore, Im busy game days, perhaps you could accept reservations by phone because I did call in advance and was not told anything about a half hour to 45 minute wait at the time. Aloha, John
I used UberEats to order Buffalo Wedge Salad and this is what I got from this Buffalo Wild Wings. I normally dont write review but this is ridiculous. They didnt even chop the lettuce and just cut it three huge pieces with one chicken tender piece. I also added crispy Bacon, green onion, and tomato. I dont see any of them in this order. This item is $15! I requested to refund this item from UberEats and I am waiting on UberEats response.
In fairness the weather is very poor but the food was badly badly presented and it tasted like dry cardboard particularly the boneless wingsthe salad was at least three or four days old. Overall not what I would expect from my favorite restaurant. It also didnt help that there was a monstrous pool of vomit outside the restaurant.
