Sat us down waited 30 mins no one seviced us. We left.

My 1st time at this location. At the bar, great service, with huge video screen to watch the game. Ill be back...

Lots of TVs and a Vegas-y feel to it. Decent wings and beer selection. If you dont have anywhere else to go, this place will work.

We had the worst experience with the host. They had no idea about anything. The whole restaurant was empty and they made us to wait 30 minutes and were keep saying 5 more minutes. Worst place ever.

Sad to leave a bad review, probably others had better experiences, but food was below par, overpriced, extremely slow (unfortunately they are under-staffedand WCs were disgusting... only pro, will be the location. Kudos to the only server taking care of the whole place

We sat at the bar for fast service but they forgot our wings order. I have always enjoy eating at this restaurant but today was very dissatisfied with their service.

The food was alright. I give it a 3 stars not because of the food but because of how disgusting the bathrooms are. Its unacceptable that this restaurant doesnt have a code of ethics regarding how to be clean. Lilli the server is a great hardworking woman. Not only she was bussing her tables but she was making sure our food came in a timely manner. She deserves a raise and she deserves all the respect for doing what she does. Because of her excellent service Ill be back sometime soon. Keep it up.

Listen, theres nothing wrong with the Buffalo. Its clean, lots of taps and lots of games on everywhere, but .... I really, really wish they wouldnt play pop music at top volume all the time. I really dont get that. In a sports bar.

This place never really disappoints. Staff are always super sweet, food is usually pretty good (minus the occasional not enough sauce), and the last few times I’ve gone it hasn’t been packed at all.I think I might make the boneless Thursdays a weekly thing.

Small dinning room, which is fine cause the bar is huge and a perfect place to watch "the sports"Come in on different days for different specials and cheap drinks

Hello everyone Im super excited to share my experience at buffalo here in Glen, 😱!!! The Nachos are amazing, A must Have if you ask me.They come with queso cheddar 🧀 pico de Gallo, jalapeños cilantro,shreded chicken and last but not least sour cream and aguacado Yummy!!!!! Just wanted to share an amazing dish.Thank buffalo for the best nachos Ive ever had.I havent had such good tasting food thats brought to the table full of flavor and looking great.

We got there at 2, waited for about 30 minutes to be seated, waited about 10 to be able to order, but they said because of a pay-per-view event happening after 4 they where going to automatically charge extra $10 dls per person (we are a family of 6if we stayed past 4pm, and no one bother to let us know before hand

I just wanted to give a positive review for manager Vanessa, she is one of the best at what she does.Always willing to take care of issues, if there’s any.She’s very professional and friendly with a great attitude.I think she is a hardest worker, taking care of all employees and customers at all times. What a joke we got there on Wednesday night around 830 pm to have some drinks with friends and have fun. We wait 30 min in line sure. We start looking around tables were empty and asking why it was taking for ever to seat us. We find out that there was only one server and one bartender for the whole restaurant. Guess what yes drinks take for ever food was cold sever giving us attitude because we complain of some fries that we feel like they cooked them in the morning anywise. The worst was when we tried to Order more drinks they had call last called on drinks and nobody notified us. Tried to talked to the manager but it seems that they were extremely busy so he/she never showed up. If your trying to have fun with friends on a Wednesday night please go elsewhere NOT HERE

The place that just has to exist. Everything done right after so many years of sports bar experience. Wings and beer and tvs everywhere. Just kinda cool that it even happened.

Came here after a Dodger game and after a wait (~45minwe got seated and our server was awesome, which saved the experience.Party of 12 and was a great bookend to my sister’s 21st birthday.

Here’s the deal. You’re short staffed you’re late on our drink and don’t have the first 2 beers I chose. You tell us your short staffed we adjust our desired experience to manage everyone’s expectations. Eat the cold fries and wings.Then 45 minutes before your staff has to “has” to leave you ask us to vacate the restaurant. Com on. Is this about the employee or the customer? I spent $100 and had a $10 experience. Do better BW3.

First and definitely last time I ever order delivery from BWW. I love BWW, but they completely messed up my order through postmates. Every single item that arrived was the wrong item, and not only that, two items were missing and they even shorted me a box of wings. I understand making a mistake or two, but literally the entire order!? Also, the food was freezing and when I called to ask the manager of this location about it, he blamed the postmates driver about it being cold. I dont think so...I live 5 minutes from this place and when I got the alert that the order was picked up, it was at my front door in less than five minutes, so dont blame the driver. Acknowledge that your staff messed up. I think Ill stick to wingstop for delivery moving forward.

Go to spot whenever in the mood for wings, Cajun Jerk hands down a must try and the spicy garlic just great.Service is always a hit or miss, either slow or decent so dont expect anything more. Sports spot so loud TVs and atmosphere. If going during a game expect to wait awhile, or never, to be seated so go early.

For the second time in a row, my party sat for over 25-minutes without anyone coming to the table. Not even a “I’ll be right with you.” About 15-minutes after being sat, I approached the server stand and asked the three servers inside of it if we had a server. They assured me that someone be right over. After ten more minutes with zero attention, we left. To be clear, the restaurant was less than 40% capacity. The staff is lazy, arrogant and lackadaisical. It’s unkept, dirty and many of the TV’s were not working. I wouldn’t bother coming here.

came in on a Friday night, of course the wait was long but I didn’t mind because I was able to get a seat at the bar while I waited. Whenever I was finally sat, my server Jaron was friendly and ready to take my order!!! Great food and great way to spend my evening.

Even with no one there, food took nearly an hour to come out. It was cold and I barely touched it because it wasnt great. Servers were nice and accommodating overall, but be mindful of the 90 minute free parking - you will definitely be spending more than 90 minutes here.

Don’t bother coming here. It took over an hour to get our food and it was cold. My table had a simple order, wings and fries. Our waitress was nice and apologized for the wait but it took her an hour to let us know our order was coming soon. Three other tables got their order first and they had a bigger party. It was my first and last time coming to this location.

Waitress was nice but service was terrible. Waited an hour for food, and it came out COLD. waitress kept forgetting the items we requested. We will not be coming back. Better off going to Wingstop!

For a two simple fried chicken burger with no customers, it took 25mins to take. Better go to chick fil a cross the street.Its the most disappointing burgers.And, Why bother ask if we want to add something on the burger, if its not gonna be there.Update:Turned out One of the burger was not even chicken. IDK whats wrong with the server, I asked the chicken burger with white cheddar just like whats on the New Item poster. I CHECKED the ticket, which has my name on it, it says black bean with swiss. And what ever burger this is... its terrible. Im not picky with food but this is just NASTY. SORRY.Hope you guys can provide an itemized reciept. I asked, they said they only have the one which shows the total charge. Because. I know the classic chicken was just 7$. SO THIS NASTY BURGER WAS 12$ for an ala carte? Terrible.

I placed a name on the waiting list and waited about an hour. Multiple tables were empty for more than 20 min and one table broke off into two tables for one party of six. Six is the maximum amount at each table for covid-19 and when we spoke to a manager about it he was very rude to my wife and didn’t show any concern at all of trying to fix it. I received a text saying my table is ready check in with the hostess and they sat a different party and are making me wait another 30 min for a table to clear. When I tried asking the manager what’s going on he walked to the back. I’ve seen the manager relaxing being the counter not doing a thing and if you try to ask him for help he refers you to a worker. Ridiculously terrible service for only 6 tables.

Visited on Friday around 9pm. Really wish the service was better. The manager was incredibly rude and ridiculous about the outside tables... 3 remained empty for 20 minutes+ while he strictly enforced a 1.5 hour wait time. If he spent more time managing and delivering great service, instead of arguing with customers (not me), his servers probably wouldnt be so overwhelmed. The server was trying her best, but she needed more help. She was really nice, when she was able to get to us <30 min intervals>.

My family and I came here and was seated around 6:40 pm. I had a concert to go at 8 so I thought the service would be timely. 8:00 pm and food was not yet done. I left and my family told me food was COLD when it finally arrived. My uncles fries were cold. Just speed up the service and make sure servers are getting food out in a timely manner. I get it can get busy in the service industry but over an hour is too much!

My second time here. Still not a good place of service. Waited almost an hour for drinks and order of food. Our family and friends had a hard getting their order in so they left the Birthday get together. Food finally came and it was cold. UGH! This place pretty much sucked again. Sorry I wouldnt recommend you. Train waiters professionally and fast service so food will be hot. 👎👎👎

Sports, food, drinks and good friends are the reason to come here. First off, they dont validate for the parking, so know that before you go. Thats the only reason for the lack of two stars. There service was the best part as our server was nice and prompt in the bar area. Food okay, cheeseburger and fries, nothing spectacular.

We recently came here and ordered the traditional and boneless combo. However as we were eating our meal we noticed something that looked like mold. We let our server know and they simply said sorry I assumed they would let the manager know but the server did not let anyone know. We contacted customer service about two weeks ago and they never responded. Overall this was a bad experience and I felt as if they didnt care about our experience as customers.

Most of the experience was great. However, not sure why the location needs a security guard carding us when its an all ages restaurant plus his attitude sucks. Waitresses where very good, only 3 or 4 customers there.

The food is consistently good here but the service is horrible. The waiter helped the people that got seated after us and took their order. He took forever to take our order. My food took forever . Most of the time they get part of my order wrong. They wont come refill our drinks or check up on my table enough. They will only refill my drinks if i call them over. They give u 2 napkins which isnt enough. The waiters are horrible.

Overpriced by far for the food. Staff is really friendly though, and attentive. Its just the food isnt anything special, and to pay $6.95 for a tiny bowl of soup and $9 for a small Rueben isnt worth it. Bread was great for the sandwich, meat wasnt very good though. Id say pass on the place

Food and service was good. $43.00 for a Large order of Wings (bones(20-24 wings1 basket fries and 2 drinks. Celery and carrots are good. Price wise no value in the pricing. The presentation of food is lackluster. Not even worth putting a picture of food. Overall a good place to come every other month to eat. On the other hand great place to hangout in bar or watch a sporting event. Kid friendly.

Get your wings! Some of the other stuff on the menu is a hit or miss like fried mushrooms, not that great lol 😅.Good beer selection, but getting seats seems quick enough seems to be an issue for this location.

This by far the worst B-Dubs, Ive been to. The experience with my party at this location was very...extremely, upsetting. Many things went wrong. It took FOREVER to get our drinks, when we got our order it was wrong on top of that the waiter forgot one entire order. Funny thing, the location wasnt that busy. This location, seriously, needs better management.

Food was okay, but the wait was the worst. The seats were empty, this wasnt during a game, so we waited. They seated other people before us who came after and after I approached them for the third time, they finally seated us. Then we waited 1 hour for the server to come take our order. Our food came 1 hour later. The food was okay but the chicken wasnt cleaned properly. The fries were average, the only good thing was the vegetables and ranch. If you hve 3 hours to spend, go for it.

Incredible. Incredible just how TERRIBLE of an experience this was. Buffalo Wild Wings has never been known for exemplary service, but this one really is just icing on the cake for them.From beginning to end, the service was horrendous. First, there was literally almost no one in the dining area, almost all of the tables were empty (it was midnight on a weekday). And yet, the host, who looked inconvenienced to have to seat us, made us wait five minutes before getting us seated.But that was only the beginning. Our waitress was ten times worse. Such incredibly rude and sassy treatment. She berated my friend for asking for ranch, very angrily saying, “uhhhh yeah, did you not hear me?!? I already said I’d be bringing carrots and celery and ranch!!!” She complained about the way we ordered or something like that several times. It really made no sense to me. She just seemed inconvenienced and annoyed the whole rest of the night to be serving us. Quite the attitude.The food is what you expect from Buffalo Wild Wings. Average wings and fries and everything else. But the service was most certainly EXCEPTIONALLY terrible and horrendous. Disappointed, but not surprised!

First time ever at any of these locations in California and I’m a buffalo/wing pro, that’s all I ate back home in Philadelphia all the time with Cheesesteaks, Stomboliss and more. The wings were okay quality but 4 stars for the excellent customer service from my waitress and my chocolate cake dessert I received! This is a local destination for my babe who lives in the area and he recommended it to me. I will come back, thanks☺️☺️☺️

This location is in a beautiful area. Its clean and well maintained. The host and servers are friendly and their 15 minute lunch guarantee is amazing. We did get our lunch for free for four people since they were late by 1.5 minutes. They give you a timer to verify. They honored their guarantee and I appreciate it very much. I will be returning again. Good job guys.

This is a pretty darn good Buffalo wild wings. The service is good, and the last few times everything has been very good. Theres always at least 3 or 4 beers that are on the menu that arent available, but what they actually have is pretty decent. The staff are all very friendly, and usually quick and attentive. The last time we went was last Sunday (for the Rams game... GO RAMS!!And the 4 of us ( 3 adults and my daughtergot seated in less then 10 minutes with a full house. Very good.

All the locations are the same aesthetically really. Ordered a sample of a beer, asked for a full glass, waited and was told keg is being replaced. Waited a while more, was told they are out. Got told two other beers I wanted were out. Ended up having to get a generic beer. This was football Sunday too. Service was good but would like the beers they advertise

This location has the potential to be a great spot once they are fully established. At the moment they seem to be short in staff and the wait times are too long in my opinion. I like going on Thursdays for happy hour but the wait time is usually very long. There usually many open tables but the hostess keeps insisting that he cannot sit more customers because there arent enough staff to help take orders. I dont think this is acceptable for a place that is known for having a good happy hour option.

Lunch time service is very efficient, as they have their 15 minute timers on the table. Servers arent too knowledgeable in regards to their beer options. Bartenders may get a little backed up during happy hour.
