Buffalo Wild Wings in Kalispell

Their food was good it always is and their service was greathis was great thats the reason I was smiling in the picture

Went to have dinner with my family and they wouldnt seat us because we have 5 kids. Only groups of 6 or less. Farewell to buffalo wild wings, we wont be back. In the future it might be better to limit the total number of people in your restaurant at one time as opposed to discriminating against people with large families. We wouldnt have minded a wait. I even asked the manager and she was just as rude.

Showed up as a group of 7 on a Saturday afternoon, hostess made it clear that they were short handed and could only seat a table of 6. Inquired if we could split into 2 tables (4 & 3and responded that just wouldnt work. Curious as to why the doors to this restaurant were even open that day.

All I can say is dont order on the app. Pickup time of 1:50. Actual pickup time... 2:33. Dont do it. Front counter ladies doing the best they could though.Edit to 1 star. Half of sauces missing in a $100 order. Never again.Second edit. Back to 2 star. Wings werent bad. Staff is good. Missed sauces (no blue cheese😢). So congrats to staff, but website over promises and under delivers. Biggest problems are probably corporate and failed website.Still, never again.

Very good food. Staff was friendly and courteous.

The food was really good, and nice staff but I never got like half my order and by the time they came around to ask if I needed anything I was about done eating and didnt want to wait for them to cook more. I feel like it may have been because they were short staffed, but still lost out on my money and I left hungry

For some reason couldnt figure out how to get 12 wings out of your store in less than 1:15 mins at 9 pm while you were mostly dead... Meanwhile having your sketchy security guy??? In a homeless looking hoodie walking unnecessarily close to people and being weird... Havent at a a BWW in almost a year... And Im 18 hrs away from the last one... Funny thing is theyre exactly the same... Over priced food managed by someone who clearly couldnt care less.You clowns have 1185 reviews at a 3.8.... guess what its not your product... Everyone likes hot wings... Its you, your management the people that are employed at BBW couldnt care less. Im pretty sold its a requirement to being employed at a BBW, "having been hired here we expect you to not care about anything while on this clock here ar BBW" "we let our steroid chicken rude bartenders and hosts do all the work here" unfortunately I havent come to this conclusion by having just visited your/ BBW establishments so many times I feel its time to give your over priced ego trash a honest review. Take care, please continue the legacy of being complete garbage and serving like.Oh and let me guess what your response will be...Hey David could you please visit our website... Waste more of your time on problems we are very well aware of and honestly just choose not to do anything about. But if youd go over there we actually keep a franchise history log of how unhappy people are with us we literally do nothing else with it from there. They forgot the wings in our order, kind of the whole point of ordering there. Ended up having to call corporate to get an answer. Currently waiting for things to get resolved. Dont bother calling them, they dont answer their phones.

Its your inability to manage people... Take Chick-fil-A for example, they see they have a problem with it taking to long to get through their drive through. Someone with a brain sees this and says "hey were loosing money and clients, we need to fix this" you incompetent clowns resort to this fix all trash of a response "could you please visit our website, give us more of your time as we see you have clearly stated what the problem was here,but actually enjoy wasting your time, thanks the incompetent management here at buffalo wild wings. Do know, its not just your store its like a brand thing.

Staffing shortages- probably need to pay everyone more to attract the right people to make this place work. We couldnt get a table on a Sunday afternoon

Understand short staff but my order was all messed up I order a total of 25 wings got shorted 10 went in there and asked for them and only got five . I love this place yet the last few time we have order this has happend Im very upset because i paid but didnt receive my whole order .

Things have gone downhill so bad since Covid, but you would think working with a high corporation franchise like Buffalo Wild Wings, it wouldnt be that bad. Made the mistake of ordering wings.....have loved them for years! But I always get the bone in kind verses the boneless they offer now. I dont mind the mess, its the whole genre of eating wings! But I got the boneless by accident and was nice enough to accept them anyway.....my bad there. The breading is so thick, and so salty, it makes any seasoning you add whether basic hot or BBQ or Caribbean Jerk have an extra ounce of saltiness to it. It was very hard to stomach .....actually it was my pallet that was offended. Same goes for their cauliflower....which was completely new to me, and sounded good on the menu.....but again I was left utterly turned off by all the breading that overcomes the taste of the chicken and the seasonings. Does the chicken come pre-breaded? Is it not freshly done with each order? I want to make excuses why everything tastes so bad because the one taking the orders was friendly and hospitable.

Love to sit down and eat here. Great food, the chicken sandwiches are the best and so is the Mango Habanero wings. Unfortunately for whatever reason, cannot order the Nashville hot chicken sandwich (my go to favoriteonline anymore (says item unavailable at this locationand didnt get much help over the phone about this, so unfortunately went elsewhere for food tonight. Shame.

Thank you 😊 for being one of the few places that has kept quality along with quality! Prices went up, but that’s okay 👍 because quality along with quantity stayed the same! Alright service but the wings are amazing...I wish this wasnt so expensive though! Great beer venue. Wish I would have used the bathroom to make sure it was handicap accessible...Ill update it if I do.

I wont be going back. Terrible service. They embarrassing to me and my boyfriend. I Didnt even get a water. While I was waiting. If it wouldnt have been my sons birthday I would have left. But I wanted to surprise him with some wings.

The wait was minimal even though the restaurant was short staffed, our server Ashley G. was incredibly kind and attentive, honestly the best service I have had in years. Food was delish, fresh, and quick. I wish I could give it 6 stars.

Worst Wild Wings yet. The pitiful order of 20 boneless wings we received was ridiculous - they were about the size of croutons. They were cold, small, and tough. It was like they were prepared long before our order but given to us as fresh. Shameful.

The salsa and guacamole are not made on site and it shows. It tasted old and stale. The cauliflower wings were very good and our server was so sweet.

Ginger was great! attentive and friendly. Food was hot fresh and came in a reasonable time.

At least the food was good, wish I could say the same for the service. The Flathead is a hard place to work right now, everyone is under staffed, but weve got to try and at least fake being nice until things settle down.

Outstanding first experience. My parents had a gift card they were wanting to spend. We were lucky enough, when requesting a booth, to end up in Tatums section. She was a delight and shared knowledge with us about the menu that helped us make wise decisions. She also was extremely attentive and checked in on us at the perfect moments. She was busy and we never noticed because she paid out table special care as she did each of her other tables, she was on it. We will be back. The food was well prepared and delicious. Kudos to the back of the house today as well. Thanks for the great experience.

been here for an hour and my server has been pretty MIA. there were more than 3 tables that sat after my sisters and the server talked to them before we were spoken to. We had 3 pretty simple orders, just wings and fries and the tables around us got their food while we sit here waiting over an hour for our food. this is ridiculous that we have to wait this long in a restaurant that’s not even completely full. and the server doesn’t seem to be in any kind of rush to get our food done but everyone else’s he rushes out with. i am so bummed out because i was looking for eating some good wings after such a long day. i am giving a one star because the bathrooms were clean :)

•HORRIBLE•We were sat at a booth, it was sticky, full of bbq sauce. We asked to have it cleaned as if it were a problem. We then were ignored for 35 minutes. We had all three of our small children with us. The restaurant was 1/4 full. We ordered, it took an hour and twelve minutes to get our wings, my husbands were cold, my sons were so crispy he couldn’t eat them (he’s twowe asked for my husbands to be remade. Our waitress replied “no because they are cooked throughly they don’t need to be cooked again” umm what?! What a terrible place. It’s so sad it’s gone downhill. We use to like BWW but, I would definitely recommend McDonald’s across the street Vs paying $75 for a family dinner nobody can eat, not to mention the two hours of time I’ll never get back.

Derrick was our server and he was very attentive, well mannered, friendly and brought out all of our items out quickly!

Channel is a great bartender. Works hard and is alert to all the customers. Burger was the best I have found in valley.

Seated quickly but downhill from there. Food took a long time and arrived lukewarm. One order was wrong but server never checked back with us so we just ate it rather than wait even longer for a replacement. Asked for sides of ranch which server promptly forgot about. Chips were stale.

Best place for wings in the valley! Best Buffalo Wild Wings restaurant I’ve been to. I’ve gone 3 times this week. Impressed with the folks that work there and the atmosphere.

Absolute worst BWW Ive ever been to. Placed an order online and was told on the phone to be there in 30 min. I arrived on time and had to wait for an hour while they found, placed (twice because the boy at the front counter didnt put it in when I made my initial complaint, and had to be put in again by another waitress 25min laterand made my order. The 1 waitress who was trying to be helpful gave me 30% off ($9.00 to sit and wait for food for an hour while my kids sat in the car with my girlfriendI will never go here again and you shouldnt either, Ive been here 3 times in the last 6 months and have been extremely disappointed every time. luckily I only got sick one of the times I went!!

The fried pickles are my fave. Our waiter was fantastic and treated us well!

Restaurant was not busy. Online order was 20 minutes late. 4 staff members passed the stand without acknowledging us. Got in our truck and discovered half the order was missing. This has happened previously as well. This was the Last time to let them try and make it right.

We were sat immediately, it took our waitress 8 minutes to greet us and ask for a drink order. We didn’t waste time ordering when she showed up we were afraid we wouldn’t get her back. It took 40 minutes for our food to arrive. The burgers were all burnt to a crisp and the wings were the wrong order. Our waitress took care of us with the wings. We didn’t even bring up the burnt burgers. Not her fault. We were done, the manager needs to take care of the cooking situation fast. We have never been served worse food here and we are regulars. There is a lack of communication between the hostess and the server, she had no idea we were there I don’t blame her. Also she was dealing with angry customers over their food wait and miss orders already. Management and cooks failed today. The place was half empty. No excuses.

It was great food, slower service and our waitress was not very kind to me and my family.

Service was quick and professional, waitress was very patient with my child. Food was delivered promptly and everything tasted great. Overall it was a great dining experience.

The Thai Curry is my favorite sauce for the wings, but I usually have to pair it with the Garlic Parmesan to save my delicate taste buds every other bite. Ive never had a bad experience here. The husband and son say the burgers are delicious. We all agree the cheese curds and fried pickles are on point, too.

I use to really enjoy lunch there. It was a treat, great servers and nice bar tender at lunch. Now they might as well close it up. Poor hours, never hardly open, seems like a excuse. Been to other Buffalo wings Spokane, Missoula always open, same great service. Many this outlet needs real management, all I have ever seen this guy do is walk around. Maybe they could get and keep good staff if they had hood leadership!

Omg we had the best time ever! Out on a date with the hubby!! We were seated quickly we ordered and before we could even blink out were our wings and the tater tot thing we ordered was the bomb!! We will definitely be back again soon for a repeat! Was a great date with the hubby!

The location at Kalispell is one of the worst Buffalo Wild Wings I’ve ever been to.We came to watch two football games and were told we could only sit where we couldn’t view the first game without looking almost straight up and the manager would not even let is move to a table right behind us so we wouldn’t have to strain our necks for the entire game. The second game was supposed to be played on the same TV that we were seated at and we were lied to about that.When the second game started , we were then told it was going to be on a smaller screen( one of the smallest in the placeand when we asked the manager why we were not going to get to watch it on the screen we were told it was going to be on, the manager told us she wasn’t going to change it and we were just going to have to deal with it.The restrooms were dirty when we arrived at a few minutes before 11:00 and were never cleaned or restocked with toilet paper the whole time we were there.This location definitely has a manager problem and we will NEVER visit this location again.I strongly recommend they change managers who care about their clients and for anyone who wants to watch their game to visit another location.Extremely disappointed!

Super dirty. We were there for 45 minutes and it was slow, our server was up at the host stand 5 times and never once cleaned a table or swept anything. We were sat at this table already like this. Table not even wiped down. I understand everyone is hurting for employees but this is awful. Luckily I’m vaccinated and not worried about being sick but to not even wipe your tables down?!? Absolutely disgusting

Food and service is really good but best of all NO MASKS are worn by employees or customers. Cheese curds are great! Their Crispy chicken on sandwiches is AMAZING!Service was fast and friendly. From oder to food delivery to the table was fast. We will definitely go back to more great food soon!!

I love wings and I tried three flavors when I went here today and in order of my favorites were the Parmesan garlic, medium, and spicy garlic. If you haven’t tried the Parmesan garlic I highly recommend it as it is now one of my top three favorite wings out of all restaurants with wings.

Terrible location. Lived in other states before and Buffalo Wild Wings is a franchise i normally enjoy but this location gets my order wrong more often than it gets it right. These are my "extra wet" wings, today I made the mistake of not checking everything before paying for my takeout. Theres always a mistake, so make sure you double check. Last time it was not getting a substituted side salad, they charged us and then gave us fries anyway.

We came on the Fourth of July, which I understand is a weird day because you’re either really busy or not busy at all. When my husband and I came in, they were not busy at all. Tables desperately needed to be bused (see picture). We were seated and left there for 15 minutes without the waitress coming back. As we were about ready to leave, she came back and admitted she has forgotten about us (appreciated the honesty). We ordered our food and drinks. 20 minutes later, a different waitress came over and asked if we ordered food. She followed up with asking who our waitress was. Less than 2 minutes later, she brought us our food, which was cold. Not warm, but cold. This was the most disappointing Buffalo Wild Wings experience that we have experienced.

Slow service tonight with minimal customers. Waitress didnt check back on us after taking order until food was ready which seemed like more than a half hour. They dumped salt and vinegar all over the fries and brought it out like that... Somebody must have been mad at us or having a bad night.

Went here for a late night bite with a wonderful friend...it was happy hour ( menu was half pricedordered these delicious goodies and some blueberry lemonade....yummy!!!!!

Dont get the prime rib salad!! The meat was stringy and tasted like bad fatty meat. I stopped eating it and picked the meat out hoping the salad wouldnt taste like it, unfortunately the salad was ruined. The drinks were good, thank you bartender, but our food was not. We recently ate at the Bozeman location and it was fabulous. We dont plan to return to the Kalispell location.
