Buffalo Wild Wings in Meridian

I have ordered by Ubereat .They Put our food into dirty boxes.I took the pictures I will follow up with Idaho Public Health Inspectors .

I actually never visited BWW before this because I am vegetarian, but went with some colleagues for a beer and was pleasantly surprised. Great beers (obviously), but also the cauliflower wings are awesome! Also really love all spices, coatings, and dry rubs. Just not the wings….

Absolute dirty environment...stopped in for MNF and there were dirty tables with dishes and trash on most including dirty dish bins while others were eating. Staff yelled from behind a wall that they would be with us in a while.We didnt even stay and went to The Ram for a clean and friendly experience.

Great food! Very much enjoyed the experience. Would have given it 5 stars but both times we went in here we had to stand at the door for a lengthy period of time waiting on the hostess who was nowhere to be seen. Tried asking the wait staff about seating but they were so busy. But the wings are fantastic!!

This store has just lost some customers for life. This afternoon around 2PM we placed a fairly large order for wings to be delivered tonight at 7PM through UberEats with BWW. Around 6:30 tonight I guess BWW decided they were going to be too busy so they took themselves off UberEats (they can do that apparentlywhich then resulted in our order being canceled. So now we have company coming over for the BSU game but no wings/food to serve them. 😔 I guess we will never be ordering from them again.

6 people, they brought one cheese burger and 10 minutes later brought more food. Ridiculous that one person out of 6 gets meal waits to eat with family and food is cold.

Great as always, got the Caribbean Jerk which should be called "just ginger" but friendly staff and good wings

The bartender did a great job considering she was covering the entire bar by herself. The food was substandard for BWW; the fries were cold/stale as if they had been under the heating lamp too long and the celery wasnt crunchy, but soft.

Food was mediocre, but some of the girls that work there are awesome and make up for it with good service with a smile.

The service was great. We ordered boneless wings with 5 different sauces. But the sauces were too salty and didn’t have enough other flavors than salt.

This place was good - I enjoyed it. It has many TVs, but being noon on Monday no current games were on TV.The server was awesome, and nice to talk to.

Consistency is king! BWW always has the goods. Tons of flavor options for your wings and a great beer selection. Dont be the person that asks "but do they have burgers or vegan options?" No! If you want a burger go to a burger joint. If you want wings, then go here!

Wings were overcooked, cold and hard. Fries were crunchier than potato chips, also cold and hard. Forgot my drink as well. Hoping next time will be different.Edit:The link to file the complaint doesn’t even work. Lol

Stop in for lunch/ football on on a Sunday. One bartender for the whole place but 2 manages standing around doing nothing. Been stopping in here periodically over the last 2 years and the management of the place is horrible. You need to be backing up your staff not standing around bs.

Absolutely HORRIBLE! Stay away! Over an hour wait with over half the restaurant empty. They said they were waiting on a SPECIFIC table. 6 large tables were available by the way. Service very poor. With well more then enough staff. We were celebrating our 8 year old nieces birthday an they did NOT make it special at all! Incredibly disappointing to say the least. Sad very sad! Save yourself the disappointed go ANYWHERE else!

Incredibly rude staff kept extending time. Food arrived well an hour after ordering it. Burnt and cold. Took pictures of the moon in the parking lot as we left dissatisfied and watched two drunks joust their cars together... next time well just go to the chicken place next door and just about any Dive Bar in town.My daughter did eventually get help by someone called Atlanta who was running the front by herself. She said that person at least was friendly. Added a star for that.

Typical BWW! Greatest wings as always. Sucks that idaho can’t allow people to serve alcohol under 19. This seriously affects staffing at all restaurants.

So went to dinner with my family on 8/17/22. When we walk in there is not a person at the check in booth, no big deal. About 1 minute later a waitress walks over to the booth and looks down at something doesnt even acknowledge that we are even there and then turns around and walks away. I understand that checking people in is not her job but to not say something like, "Hi welcome in someone will be right with you" or something like that would have been just fine. When the lady checking us in came back it was a very matter of fact conversation. There was a 15 min wait that I didnt understand because there was like 20 tables open! I get that they were most likely under staffed but she didnt help and didnt explain. 4 or 5 tables got up and left and they just stayed dirty because there was no one cleaning them off. Everyone that was at work was for sure all about they have 1 job description and if doing something else came up they were not about to do it! Thats just not how you move up in this world and not how I was raised. Anyway we sat ourselves in the bar and Isabel was one of the best waitresses we have ever had! She took great care of us and was super pleasant. The food was great and on time as well. Still left feeling like most of the employees there just didnt want to be there and for sure were not going to do anything above and beyond what they had to. I really dont expect much and a few kind words and a little bit of pitching in and helping out coworkers would have made all the difference in our dinner and I am sure many others that came to eat dinner. I can stay home and make dinner for my family for way less than 120 dollars. I go out so we can have a great experience and have someone else do the cooking. Thanks.

Cat was our waitress and she was the best server I’ve ever had! The little details like writing on the receipt mean a lot. She was the only server here at 3 on a Saturday and you wouldn’t even know because she was so on top of things. Food was great and so were the drinks! Cat and the bartender deserve raises!!

Waited over 40 min to receive cold food. Limp fries, room temp chicken tenders, room temp green salad with what was supposed to be bleu cheese but tasted like nothing at all, and cold salty un breaded chicken strips. Very disappointed.

Very beautiful atmosphere and vibes! Friendly staff! I had delicious tater tots and a tasty beer! Fair prices! It was a good experience! It is recommended!

Best BDubs Ive been to! We were visiting from Burley so usually we go to the Twin Falls location. Bur here service was super fast, food was hot and delicious, and there was hardly any wait time.

I will Never Ever Return to A Buffalo Wild Wings in my LIFE!! the Attitude I got and my Friends from out of Town saw and Noticed was HIGHLY HIGHLY rude and Very Childish and in the End of Our VIST NO TIP!! What kind of People do you Hire?? Our Service was Well below Normal service, Food was COLD, Drinks were not Even worth the Price we paid, and Over all just a Very Poor Vist!!!!!

I have to call it quits on BWW finally- at least for take out. 2 doordashes and one in person pick up and all 3 times something is missing. At least 2 items. Today it was 3….AND I added a picture of the amount of sauce they gave.Sometimes missing sauce, sometimes missing sides. Always annoying.

We took our Granddaughter for her birthday, her choice. The food was good and so was the service. I live in Caldwell but will definitely go here instead of Nampa.

This location has some issues with their staffing. Ive tried to come in and sit at the bar top for the past few Saturday during the day and theyve had the bar area closed everytime. I really cant grasp on how a franchise sports bar like this has their bar area closed all the time. I understand that its hard to find employees to work for the low wage that they pay. Buffalo Wild Wings needs to step up their game and offer a reasonable wage to attract bartenders/employees so they can run their businesses professionally. Perhaps the lazy managers should step up and bartend/ bus tables when their low on staff. I would honestly recommend not wasting your time with this Meridian location. Theyre always a big let down.

Good wings, the challenge is a trick though. Youre required to eat 10 reaper wings in 5 minutes. Problem is, not only is that sauce rediculously spicy, the wings are also just out of the broiler, so they are also temperature hot... that combination makes it difficult to deal with.

Order was correct. Wings were dry. Tater tots minimal. Just cant believe how much this place has tanked over the last decade. Used to be hopping and solid for a good meal. Im done holding out hopes.

They have changed so much of their menu and staff so much in the last few years that it isnt worth the drive or wait. My wings were cold when I got them the last time we went and it was an overall disappointment when it came to the food and service.

I arrived on Monday, May 2, 2022 with a party of seven and was told they couldnt take us because they only had one person serving - even though the dining area was nearly empty.Great job folks, I took my family to family to Hook and Grill and had a ball. By the way, I spent close to $400 that day.

Have been here 3 times now and haven’t had a single good experience. I’m not even trying to exaggerate when I say this, I have not had a single item of food come out hot. Cold wings, cold fries, cold quesadilla. On top of this every time the order has come out wrong. I’ve been to a lot of different Buffalo Wild Wings locations and this is by far the worst.

Can never get my order right not even once! They will fill your bag with carrots and celery to make up for a freaking $80 worth of food that was all wrong! This is what I dont get i am no longer eating there or ordering because when it gets close to your closing time you start to serve us food from your dumpster put back! Food is absolutely disgusting cold and all wrong!!!!!

Had to ask for cutlery and napkins when food arrived. Fries (Sidearrived before the wings. Beer was almost flat too. Started with a Stella, so I tried the Bud Lite and it was almost flat too. On a plus note, the wings were bigger than anticipated.

This place has gone down hill, food and service used to be great, but coming back here tonight I was so disappointed. Summer our server treated us like everything we asked for was an inconvenience. I’m a server/bartender myself and it was clear she was having a bad night, but still treated us very poorly. Food was awful, service was worse.

Location was super busy, and were trying to catch up, and unfortunately had to stop to go orders in order to catch up. I was a driveup togo order and was i initially frustrated when i was informed to go orders were down, for the moment. I called in to get information of GM (who was actually hard at work behind the grill trying to help catch upGina, still took the time to field my call, and assure me they could fulfill my request. I cant even begin to express how impressed i was, to jear the GM was in the kitchen helping, instead of roaming the floor, being no help to anybody, which is what i see in 95% of restaurants. Even though i was probably unreasonably agitated, especially considering all the staffing shortages, Gina and her staff took the time to make sure i was well taken care of. If you are looking for an awesome atmosphere, with an amazing staff, and an all star GM running the show, this is the BWW for you. Thank you for the outstanding service and willingness to help however you could. Highly reccommend, will be back continually.Isaac

Ordered boneless, received bone in, attempted to have it fixed and received boneless but with all of the wrong sauces though I made sure they knew what we had ordered.Hair on the fries and chicken was a bit much for me after their many mistakes already. I’m floored with his disgusting the manager behaved and how awful the food was.

I would give this place a zero if I could. Never go here to watch March madness. I went on opening day of March madness and got there as they opened. When I informed the hostess that I had a table of 7, she balked and muttered under her breath they didn’t have seating to sit a party as large as mine. However, when I looked over, they had sat a table of 12 tbh at arrived AFTER I DID. I then asked that my name be put on a wait list, and I was told it would be a 30 minute wait max. 11:50 rolled around, and then a store manager, or a cook, whom I’m not sure, came to me and rudely asked, who’s Justin? To which I replied, I am. He then told me that my party was way too big to be seated, and that they couldn’t promise me anything, but I was welcome to wait until after the first round of games to be seated.After waiting over an hour, seeing groups larger than my group get seated to only be told that it wasn’t their problem to deal with. I will NEVER go back to this place. They don’t treat you professionally and make fun of you parties.However, the wings are always to die for. I am sad that I have to find another wing location to go to in order to enjoy wings and sports. Very disappointed as they missed a generous tipping party that were consisten visitors.

We went into this location at about 1pm today. There was nobody there to seat us and the servers and people at the takeout counter seemed to go out of their way to pretend we (a group of 4weren’t there. It wasn’t particularly busy either. I understand staffing issues but someone could have at least acknowledged us. I took my hard earned money elsewhere.

My last visit was so disappointing. Though our server was wonderful, the food quality had taken a turn for the worse except for the garden salad. Here is the breakdown:Garden salad: good!Fries: Awful. Over cooked, barely warm and extremely dry and chewy.Boneless chicken wings with medium heat wing sauce: not tossed in sause but drenched in the sauce and the boneless wing was barely warm.So sad to experience this lack luster meal.

I will most likely never return to this restaurant again.. I understand that they were probably understaffed however I didn’t have a good experience there . It’s not an excuse to ignore your customer and give bad service. I ordered some wings for takeout and couple other items the front guy was nice. Said it would be a 20 minute wait or so, then I went to the bar to see about getting something to drink while I wait. Well I stood there for about 10 minutes and the couple of servers that I saw were chatting by the computers and going back and forth but never once said to me that they’d be there to help me not even a greeting nothing just ignored me. I was looking around and there was hardly any customers there and the place was just a mess. Any way after waiting I walked back up to the front and waited for my food. I said something about nobody acknowledging me at the bar to the man that brought my order but he didn’t seem to care. So here I am giving your restaurant a not so good review. And to top it off my wings were dry and cold and could only handle eating a few as they were not very tasty. Such a sad waste of my time and $23 …. Definitely would not recommend

I will give you credit for at least getting my order right. But as for the manager that was asked if I could have my order moved to another store and was told no but didnt do anything to go make it up for the half an hour drive I had to do to go get my food; All I got to say is you got to do a better job because that is very poor customer service. The fact that I had to go a half an hour out of my way because it was better to get my order than to cancel it and then the funds being held for a week on my card before they returned backk. Which kind of ruins the whole point of ordering food. Nice job manager, Ill remember that the next time I accidentally screw up and ask politely if something can be done.

The food is usually really good, and hands down my favorite wings in the area...however it took 45 mins to order, and about an hour and 20 to get our food. By the time we got our wings, my wings were cold and over cooked. From what I could tell, they only had two people working the floor on a Sunday, during play-offs. The restaurant was about half full, and they had the bar closed (due to staffing). When our food was (finallydelivered, the server apologized and said he would discount our food. However, when we got the check, it was NOT discounted. By the time everything was said and done, we were there for over 3 and a half hours. Until they get staffed appropriately, I would pass. The price of the wings compared to the quality of food and service just IS NOT worth it.Any other time I have been there, I would rate them a 5 out of 5 stars. NOT the place to go for a while. The two stars is based on previous visits and being generous based on that.

Buffalo Wild wings is a fun sport fanatic place to relax, eat, drink, and be merry. The atmosphere is friendly, competitive, and all around enjoyable.

Always great wings. Server was awesome but the kitchen messed up our orders big time.

We ordered delivery and this is my experience: Order was very late (delivery time 6:25pm, order received at 7:01pm), I only live 2.3 miles away (Google Maps). The wings were cold, the $3.99 cold-slaw had about a spoon full in the delivery bowl (so, basically very cold wings and no slaw). We ordered salt and vinegar, I think the forgot the salt & vinegar. A few of the pieces were very dry and hard, maybe from the reheat in the microwave. Very disappointed.

Today, I ordered boneless wings for takeout. I was extremely disappointed with my food. The wings, themselves, lacked sauce — you could see breading on all of my wings, and some, like the one pictured, had more than half of the breading lacking sauce. The wings were flavorless, and pretty dry. Based off of this experience today, would not recommend their wings.

Half of our tables food came out first, another 20 minutes to get the other half which got "sent to the wrong table" and we had to resubmit our table.Food still somehow came out cold. Ordered boneless wings "extra wet" and they came out like the picture. Nasty.

Sports bars are not what I normally go to as they are too loud for me. I was tempted in by the hot wings offered. They did not disappoint. The Jalapeno Steak wrap was delicious also. The staff were friendly and always there when you needed them. If you like sports this was the place to go as there had numerous TVs going with a good view from all tables. I got extra wings to go but when they are done I will be back for more as they were they hottest Ive gotten in Boise so far with good flavors on top of the heat.

Service was slow and the restaurant very few clean tables! It wasn’t busy and I can see why. Staff everywhere just standing around and on their phones. We sat in the bar area and nobody was busting tables cause they were too busy on their phones. We didn’t notice a manager on the floor. Counted 14 tables that had not been cleaned just in the bar area. We were just there for drinks while watching a game and it took almost two hours because the waiter never came back with our bill.
