Buffalo Wild Wings in South Bend

Was a 25 minute wait for a table so we sat at the bar no problem. Watched some baseball games. Service was great ordered 10 boneless chicken wings, food arrived on time,Chicken wings were excellent 😋, would highly recommend

Dont order their new buffalo chicken salad, definitely not worth $13.50 and this is per their corporate standard (go to a fastfood restaurant, youll get a better salad for less). The bird dogs are a good size but dry. The restaurant floor was a mess, definitely needed a quick vacuum. Waitress was nice.

Good as normal but a little crowded for me. Had to order second choice because they were out of Onion rings and dont offer the option of a substitution with that choice. So got the Honey Bar Pizza instead.

Our waiter, Josh was amazing. Our 5 year old asked him to buy a raffle ticket from her school and he didn’t even hesitate, that was very kind! Food was great, service was great.

We had a great experience. My husband had chicken wings and I had a cheeseburger that was so delicious 😋. I cant wait to have another cheeseburger. Everyone was friendly and the restaurant was clean. We will definitely go back.

It was my first and last time eating at this establishment. Im still feeling nausea and abdominal pains from eating lunch from there on Tuesday. At 3am Wednesday morning I couldnt take the symptoms Any longer and went to the ER (a 6 hour ordealdont eat spicy foods so it wasnt anything along those lines. Its disappointing because I used to hear good things about this brand but, with what Ive experienced I can not in good conscious recommend anyone going there.

Friendly service, always good food. Which is why theyre generally pretty busy so expect a small wait.

This place is amazing. Loaded with Giant TVs 📺 to watch the game you want or just check the news. You can go here to drink and get a large variety of Hot Wings or food.

We sat for 20 minutes waiting to even get drinks ordered. In order to get waited on we had to go up and ask if we could get a waiter or waitress because no one had even come by. The boneless wings were more like small chunks of chicken with hard shell. And the sauce was poured over them. Way to much sauce. I live in Thailand and was just back visiting family and I got the thai curry sauce. It was just curry, nothing thai about it. The orange sauce was good but those boneless wings were not drowning in sauce like the others. I would only recommend this place of nothing else was open.

My water glass had black particles in the bottom, server wasnt knowledgeable of beer on tap or timely with food and drinks

4 stars instead 5 because the booth seats are so low to the ground. Probably a little uncomfortable for older people. 4 stars instead of 3 because my server was outstanding. I believe her name was Aries. She was knowledgeable and attentive. I did however not care for the bloody Mary. It was watery and had no flavor. All tomato juice.

Gotten the same server every time Ive been, and he is always nice and respectful. Very helpful if we have any questions, and the atmosphere is always nice.

Sadly, in a short amount of time, going from a nice visit to a terrible experience. This location is not somewhere I would recommend to visit for wings. When ordering food at dinner, I asked for a few modifications. I was informed by the waitress that "Randy", the manager, yells at the staff for requesting food modifications.Asked for "flats"only not an option. Asked for extra crispy, not an option. Asked for patties a la carte, not an option. The waitress walked back just to double check with the manager and returned to say that "this time only would be allowed by Randy."During our most recent dining experience, other tables in our area also asked for modifications and the waitress fearfully explained the same scenario. She repeated how the wait staff are reprimanded by the manager for requesting ANY modifications to the food items from customers.I can recite my order the same way with these modifications at ANY other BWW and not have an issue. I have tried this location on multiple occasions to have the same experience and I will no longer be visiting here. I dont want to eat where staff and customers are treated terribly. The wait staff is not an issue, the issue is management, specifically Randy.*I have visited early in the day and in the evening time. The restaurant was not busy on my visits, only a few tables in each section.

***Update*** we love it here and have been coming at least once a week. But whenever Randy is on the clock, everything we order is not an option. Apparently we are not allowed to get crispy wings or patties ala carte anymore. We love the staff but I have to go to 1 star until things are changed. I dont know what Randys problem is, but this is the ONLY location that gives us issues of what we order. Again sorry, nothing against the staff and the environment.

Online they advertise buy one get one free wings on Thursday, and the app lists them for carry out. All day long I thought about picking up wings for dinner. When I went to order, I found the app lets you add them to the cart buy not buy them... Called the restaurant and they told me theyre for dine-in only. Theyve solidified my reason for never ever considering eating there again. Ive had cold chicken served to me more than once over the years and I wanted to give the place a chance again but they showed me why I shouldnt. Plenty of reviews in here also mention cold chicken, I guess things havent changed over the years except for the deceitful advertising. I only gave it 2 stars because the chicken is good if you can order it, and its not served to you cold.

Ordered the Sampler & was missing the onion rings... which we were really wanting. Had to ask the server what happened to them... they were apparantly out so they added a few cheesesticks & extra nachos...I would have rather canceled the order. The cheesesticks and the wings were cold.

Always love the food. As a tip Id say go on twofer day... I believe its Thursday.. twice the wings for the same price. Sauces range from barbecue to I why is my nose running and I can no longer feel my face.

One of the very few remaining restaurants that doesnt fry in poisonous vegetable oil. Thanks for that. Also, the food and service are excellent. I was impressed with how efficiently they handled take-out orders for Super Bowl Sunday.

Ordered online, 645pm said it was going to be done by 810 ok some wait no worries. Showed up at 750 and my food had been ready since 715. Fries were cold and didnt realize til I got home.

This used to be my favorite restaurant but forthe last year or so Its really gone down hill iv had several orders where they forgot components or whole items. in terms of service I know its rough to hire right now but not answering the phone so I can make an online order is ridiculous. Ill just go to wings ect from now on instead. At least there Ill be treated like a customer and not a nuisance

This review took place Wednesday Dec 22 and as a member of Buffalo Wild Wings I had received a 50% off on my total bill not to exceed $15. My wife had a horrible last visit I decided to try one more time. I had read and watched several videos regarding the Hatch Chili Burger which gave the Burger good reviews. We decided to try it ourselves and was not disappointed. Not only was the Burger great and very enjoyable I had ordered Onion Rings in place of fries and they were OUTSTANDING. My wife enjoyed hers as well. On our last visit the service we received was deplorable, on this visit it was outstanding. The server Arianna was very pleasant and OUTSTANDING as well. She convince us to come back again by giving us Great service and Buffalo Wild Wings gave us a great meal. With the discount our cost was minimal. How can that be bad. Thanks to Arianna.

I ordered wings online. I ordered 2 orders and boneless wings with sauce on the side. I got 1 order of boneless wings without sauce and a order or traditional wings without sauce, so I called them and they gave me attitude about it. I went in to get it fixed and they gave me wings that were cold and still no sauce on the side. Sauce was out on the wings and I got attic when I got there. Not a good experience.

There were 4 tables seated and 3 waitresses. Had empty drinks for half our meal, never got the condiments they said were coming, literally waited 35min for the bill after we were done. I know its a rough time, but they werent busy at all. Food was good and came out in decent time.

Overall good indoor service and food. The carry out can be a bit iffy. Had to wait another 20 mins inside to get a food pickup that should of been done another 10mins before I arrived. I would check to make sure you received all your food and that they charged you correctly. We were missing something, and the person in front of us ended up coming back as well because something was wrong on their receipt or order too.

No WiFi,I hear thats not unusual. Had a $10 off coupon on phone through e-mail and couldnt use it because the Reward system was down. It was my Birthday and ended up having to pay full price for my meal. Should have gone to Red Robins for my Free Birthday meal instead.

Server was nice but service was horrible. Timing on food was horrible , food did not taste good, order was wrong. My food was cold after waiting 25 minutes for my boyfriends burger to be remade. Our visit was almost 2 hours when we ordered as we sat down.

The foood was delicious as always, and it wasnt too busy! Like everyone, they were understaffed and took longer than normal on some requests, but our waiter was awesome! He did a great job keeping up with our large party.

I usually go to the "other" wing place. Thought I would give this a try for lunch as it was close to work. Ordered mild boneless wings. First they were swimming in sauce, so much the breading was soggy. One bite told me the sauce was not the mild I oedered as my mouth was on fire. Since I took my order to go the whole box got thrown in the garbage. Next time ill stick with the "other" wing place.

Server was nice, food is a bit overpriced.They need to update their booths, they are all torn and have crayon written all over the place.

Wait staff cared more about talking to each other than talking to the customers. That is bad especially when bartenders do it. Wont be coming back. And obviously bartender doesnt know how to clean the bar.

Other than it being freezing cold inside the dining room today, I have no complaints. The food was delicious, especially the fried pickles, and our drinks were never empty. Our burgers were thick and juicy and came with a good portion size of French fries. We love "B-Dubs" and will definitely be back!

We actually had an exceptional experience at this Buffalo Wild Wings. The food was great and the service was great. This restaurant is laid out so well that its designed almost perfectly for use during the pandemic. We came before a high school football game on a Friday and and had no issues getting a table to 5:30. Parking lot is kind of oddly laid out, but lots of parking in the rear that isnt very visible from the road. This looks like it would be a fun bar to come to for a game also based on the bar layout.

We spent almost $40 my fiances 15 wings being most of the price. He ordered 15 wings 10 as buffalo and 5 as spicy garlic. His 10 wings have no sauce on them at all. As well our fries were cold. Im only giving 2 stars because my food was fine but its a trek and a treat for us to go there and now we probably will never go again now.Edit: we called about our problem and they made us new wings. They were very nice about it even though it was busy.

Food was awesome...I was told ..lol cause I dont do hot ..that the hot wings were actually hot! The cheese curd bacon burger was unbelievable! Service was outstanding(and I dont say that lightly Shannon went above and beyond! ..I WIll be returning.

I will have to say the food was good this time around. I was given a Gift Card due to an awful experience in Elkhart on Windsor, so we took our Gift Card to BDubs in Mishawaka IN off Grape Rd. I ordered the Ultimate Sampler!! The food came out hot, in abundance, oh my gosh! The overload of onion rings, that were cooked crispy and tons of them, (and they’re my favorite place to get them as wellthe nacho salad was overload I saw the toppings and there were plenty of jalapeños (which I love, because they’re not hotthe wings were juicy and hot inside, not like the sauce was hot, but the chicken was sitting under a heat lamp, no no! Chicken was hot! My mozzarella sticks were gooey, like they just came out the oven! I was very pleased! The only problem was I had to wait for my waitress, she wasn’t on her job like she should’ve been, meaning checking on me. I was ready to GO! And I had to have the greeters find her and tell her I was needing my check and to-go-box. I sat waiting for her to come to my table like 15-20 minutes with no show or sight from her and the business wasn’t busy. I don’t like that at all, I like an attentive waitress, you treat me good, I tip you good! It works both ways! And this business wasn’t aware that I was using a Gift Card from an oops!

Mishawaka Buffalo Wild Wings offers a trendy and family friendly eating environment. The facility was well kept and there was no wait when we arrived on a saturday night. The service team was very attentive to the guest and the presentation from the kitchen was well above expectations. Two fantastic dishes offered here are the Big Daddy Jack Burger and the chicken wrap. After our meal, our server suggested the Cheesecake Bites and we were not disappointed. This is a great family friendly place with great food.

Went on 65 cent wing day always a good time to go, great drinks and our server Billy kept my glass full, quite the challenge.
