Buffalo Wild Wings in Abilene

Bartender great. Took 18 minutes to get a very cold appatizer sampler.

I wanted to go out for wings and football. The wings were ok, the football was good and the service was great!!

one of my favorite places.....had a problem last time ....but the manager fixed it ....good food ...good selection ....good service

Our waiter did an amazing job!! Believe his name was Josh. He was quick to take care of our table and brought refills without us asking!! We were all very impressed!! Thanks!!!

Yet Another Bad Service Review. I sat at the bar hoping for better service but no. Not friendly female, african-american bartender was my "server"It wasnt even busy. Never got silverware, never got napkins, fries were - as always - cold. But her friends NOT sitting at the bar got better service than I did. Ill stick to Abuelos when I come to Abilene - that is an AWESOME experience.

Went for dinner on a Thursday for Wings and Thursday night football. Food took over an hour to come out. We watched as multiple tables asked to see the manager because food was taking forever. Some table were never greeted by there server and they ended up getting up and just leaving. There is definitely A disconnect between host, server, and kitchen here. We normally love going here but tonight’s experience was disappointing.

Terrible service got here was sat at a table and waited for a while to get any service, finally got service but took a while to get a drink and also to get food still sitting waiting to get the check and seeing other tables sitting here for a while and they haven’t got service a table been here for 20 mins and they haven’t had there drink orders placed yet and the next table been waiting for a long while to get there food the waiter is terrible I suggest going some where else if you don’t want to wait

TERRIBLE!!! Dined In Didnt even get our food barely got our drinks and still charged us for the chips n queso n the fries still had to pay $60. Oh yeah from 9:30 to 11:00. Will never go there again.

Read the menu!!! Coworkers and I go here alot for lunch. They took the 6 count off the lunch menu and pit the 10 count in. No if you get the 6 it will cost you $19. That sucks

Ordered on app to go. Order was ready when it said it would be. But… I paid for extra ranch and the order didn’t have any at all. I also ordered 20 traditional 15 were traditional and 5 were boneless and not even a flavor I ordered

Worst experience I have ever had at a Buffalo Wild Wings. Did an online order and even showed up 10 minutes after the scheduled time and the wings were still not ready. I had to wait 5 minutes for a waitress to even show up to tell me this. Told it would be 10 more minutes. Talked to 2 managers and at first they could not locate my order, and then they left and never came back to talk about the order. 40 minutes after the order was scheduled, the waitress comes from the back with my order. And I think she walked slow up to the front on purpose, I mean she walked so slow it was unreal. They did not even offer a drink, a gift card, or nothing to help make up for their mistakes.

Dont order online for later pickup. Order wont be done even with 5 hours notice and being paid for because they will wait on who ever walks in the restaurant first. No apology for food taking 20 more minutes to be ready.

Not too bad! Went during lunch time and it was not busy. We had a large group and was sat immediately. Our waitress was very nice. Our food didnt take too long. We had a good time and the food was delicious. Definitely recommend this location over the other ones.

We came in at 1 in the morning.. sat on the back patio and our waiter gave us the best service!

Good service.Our waitress was fun, easy going, and helpful in helping us decide and order.The place itself is very nice and inviting. Lots of TVs with live sports, enviroment not too loud, and not too bright or too dark.

Great experience from BDubs in Abilene. Cody was able to help my family of 11, with trainee Jessa. They were both on time with food and drink refill and made sure we were all taken care of. Great job to this franchise. And good luck to Jessa, it was her last day as a trainee.

We had a great meal tonight. Our server was training another server and they were both kind, polite, and attentive. The food came out warm and exactly what we ordered. I had the cheese curds bigger (so good!and my friends both got wings. I highly recommend this location.

Chips for queso appetizer could of been better. Wings served fast & hot. The delight of this experience was the bartenders and their service during a semi-busy fight night.

Empty bar and couldnt even get a beer.... girls behind the bar were gossiping and I placed an order but never received it... not impressed at all. Will never go back.

You shouldnt have to wait at a place for the staff to argue back and forth about who is going to serve your table. After finally waiting almost 10 minutes we left because nobody could be bothered to serve us.

Food wasnt too bad. Boneless wings were tiny. Took too long to get a beer...twice. tea too sweet. Server was friendly. Not too impressed.

Large selection of wings, and flavors, burgers delicious, open late. Went after Abilene high graduation, big mistake. Not long wait to get seated, about 25 minutes. After an hour and a half waiting for our food, we canceled it and left. Waitress said kitchen backed up, totally chaotic, mismanaged operation. Dont go after big events in Abilene they cant handle it.

Wait staff was either emotionless or grumpy. The bar took forever to poor a beer. Food has taken over an hour. I write this review from my table with an empty beer glass. Order for 15 wings was placed 63 minutes ago… no food.Should have gone to Hooter’s, at least they smile there.

Good service and awesome staff....Unique did a wonderful job attending us and made sure we recieved our meals on time and keep our drinks coming....even if she had to take care of take out and hostess as well....even told us what she was doing extra, still took care of us. We appreciate her and the BWW establishment here in Abilene. Please stop in and ask for waitress Unique. The name says it alone, thanks.

The food and service was 5 stars. I voted 1 star because the beer was funky again. Ive advised them of the issue in January, the last time I visited for a game, but I guess it was ignored. The lines, taps, spouts... something needs cleaning thats for sure. Jon Taffer from Bar Rescue needs to inspect the bar to find the source of the beer funk.

Food was amazing love the cooks. The servers how ever check on us twice. Didnt leave napkins. Just really acted like we werent here. The one server with all the stuff in her pockets just walked passed us and asked if need anything and just kept going. Definitely need some training

Foid was prompt and hot and fresh. Waitress was awesome and she was pregnant.

Originally showed up with just 4 people. After ordering drinks we had another 3 people come to dinner and join us. The server marquis was really polite and accommodating, we moved two tables together and he even made sure we had everything while we waited for the rest of the group. Definitely not disappointed.

This place is an excellent place to eat. Kid friendly and the customer service is outstanding. Great food and cold adult beverages. Screen TVs Galore and all kinds of sports you can watch while you eat. I recommend this to my family and friends.

Not great service, got seated and never greated or served, there were other guest who came in a few minutes after us and were seated. Within a minute they were greated and served and still Noone came to our table. Poor customer service....

Terrible food, terrible service. Took over an hour to ger our food while we watched those around us who came after us get served. Pretty sure our food was just sitting under the warming lamps for awhile, it was awful when we finally got it.

Just leaving buffalo wild wings off the fw. We were seated and waited a while for someone to come and take our order. Then the sweetest lady with beautiful red hair fancy glasses noticed we were waiting and came to take our order. A couple that came in the same time as us got a waiter, their food then left while we were still waiting. Then theres a waitress there by name of Summer who was cleaning tables in the back. She was giving my 14yr old the stink eye the whole time and made her feel super uncomfortable then when we were ready to leave our waitress was busy so i asked summer if we can cash out she ignored me and was super rude and walked away smh. Very unprofessional.

Awful place, menu pic and what was actually brought out, it’s suppose to be the Nashville Chicken Sandwich in the bottom left of the menu. My daughter finds a black hair in her wings. Pathetic! Valentine’s Day meal ruined!!! But the waitress was a sweetheart!!!

Dont go eat here unless you have a lot of time to spare and dont have plans the rest of your day. We had a group 8 for a parents night out and got seated immediately at 5pm. They finally took our order at 520 and didnt have our food out until about 620pm. At that point we had to get our food to go cause we all had to pick us our kids at 630pm. When we got our food 5 of the 8 orders were incorrect but due to time constraints we took it because we didnt have time to wait for them to fix it. Wont be going back to this location.

This place is great with to-go orders whenever I order. I went to dine-in with some friends and our server Ashley was ok but he forgot fries for my friends order and then again for the to-go order I got for my wife. Food was still good and I wouldnt mind going back for more.

Came in on a Friday night with four adults and a toddler and we didnt have to wait at all. We got sat in the enclosed patio area on an evening where the low was in the 30s and the heater barely felt like it was on, so we all had to wear our jackets during our meal. Boneless wings were pretty good, opt for fries instead of carrots and celery because it was literally two baby carrots and two skinny celery stalks on the plate; other wing places will give you the whole dang farm if you ask for veggies. Ranch was meh, tasted like Hidden Valley from the bottle but the Chips and Salsa as an appetizer was excellent. Everyone had water and/or beer so its hard to mess that up. Had wait to eat due to not having napkins or forks because our waitress and the hostess started arguing about other sections being double seated when it really wasnt even that busy, even for a Friday night so our food wasnt necessarily hot when we did get to eat. Only reason why Im giving it a 4 star instead of 3 is because it was SUPER clean and staff was very nice (minor arguing asideand attentive unlike our other location in town. Definitely will come back!

Ordered online, relatively easy to do and stated a clear time for pickup. However, when I arrived at the store a few minutes after my pickup time, part of my order was missing and it took 18 minutes to fix. Yikes.Food was tasty but pricey and the staff were polite. Overall there are better places in Abilene, especially for takeout.

The service at this place is HORRIBLE. I was waiting on my food for nearly 2 hours without the appetizer. Then the food was cold.

Family of five eating in the restaurant on a Sunday evening. Food was great. Server did an awesome job taking care of us. But kitchen took just under an hour to make our food - then was missing one persons order, which took another 25 min or so... Meh. Probably will just order takeout from Wingstop next time.

I ordered dry rub lemon peppered wings. They were gross. There was still feathers stuck in them and cooked and marinated an everything. I plucked 2 feathers out of the wings and tried to eat them but there was no redemption. They were gross, dry, didn’t taste good. Just gross

Bad and slow service all the drinks on the table were empty the entire time no refill took 1hr after ordering to receive food the bathroom sealed like p so bad and had throw up on one of the urinals let the staff know and they did not clean it up just talked about our table

Great place to drink a beer with wings, the staff greet you with a smile and courtesy. 👍🏼highly recommended to go out and eat with friends and family

This use to be my favorite location but now it is horrible. I ordered a lunch combo of all flats, with a snack order to go. I wanted medium for lunch and bbq to go. This is what I got and everything is cold. Came in for the fast lunch guarantee and it took 25 minutes

Ordered carry out inside because the online ordering customization was limited. The employee at the front was quick and nice to direct me over to the counter where I placed my order. They were nice enough to bring out my food to the car once it was ready.

It was very pleasant experience today , tried the all American burger , I added the thick bacon and jalapenos to it , the fries were seasoned perfectly and had a order of mango habanero wings. This establishment never disappoints.

This is a very well operated Buffalo Wild Wings location. The staff is vibrant, attentive, and kind. The atmosphere is fun, lively, and comfortable. This is a great restaurant to come to for families, couples, and any other parties of people looking for a great place to eat.
