Buffalo Wild Wings in Covina

Had lunch with a friend, service was great not packed at all. Friendly staff and helpful with menu options. I had the chicken tenders with fries.

Service was so bad that we walked out. We were seated and waited 15 minutes without even a menu. The waitress asked EVERY table around us if everything was OK. We walked out with no intention of ever returning

Nothing good to say about this visit. My wings werent cold. Thats pretty much the only bright spot.

I hadnt been to a BWW in years because of their food quality. 10 years ago it was so delicious nowadays it jot so good. My son and I shared a 20 pc boneless and they were so small, had no meat, and were super super dry. Only good thing about this place is the beer and the vibes

What a waste of time please do not go to this location or any location they are not honoring their rewards any more I guess cause I couldn’t redeem today said the manager !!! Time to pick a new place to eat !! Don’t worry you won’t see me back here ever again I can cook myself or go to kabuki

My coworkers and I can here to watch the Monday night football game. Most of us took Uber to get here. The night was going fine, until I tried to order another drink. ( Ive had 4 by the start of the second halfwhen I was told about " one drink per hour" rule. I would understand if i was acting intoxicated or not walking straight, which i was not. And to basically be cut off by the manager, who never came by to check or verify if I was intoxicated, is insulting and an abuse of power. We have came to this location many times to watch football and have never been treated like this. Our group all work in the restaurant industry and have never heard of this rule.

Friendly staff get the stars, but the food was just okay. Wings sauce was not mix well at this location, the veggies was dirty and like 3 pieces, and ranch sauce was off, very milky like favor that isnt as good as other locations for ranch sauce or any sauces, also onions rings was soft with more grease than crunch oddly. Totally wanted to like the food to match the nice staffs.

The worst customer Service our waitress was Fantastic but Took long And didn’t give us napkins or forks we needed to cancel my order because it’s taking an 1 hour ThisFood business Should get expected from this county to Provide better customer service

So good! Always get the Garlic Parmeson wings.. the best. Also the beer cheese and pretzels are amazing.

Sadden by the refusal of service. Went to Buffalo Wild Wings at 11:07 pm and was told they were closed and not seating anyone. Online it states they close at midnight! We asked to do take out and they said sorry kitchen is closed after 11:00 pm. They should post online that they do not seat or feed customers after 11:00 pm on Saturdays.

I had ordered from my phone and there wasnt an option to make my wings extra crispy so I called in and Irene had picked up the phone and said she wasn’t sure if that was possible but moments later she was able to make it happen. Thank you so much for helping me because I understand how challenging and frustrating the food business can be , thank you 🙏🏽.

Typical BWW. Long wait to get seated and then slow service and mediocre food. Happy hour prices are decent tho

Server doesn’t know what’s good to drink here, never does none of my servers ever not recommend anything. Very rude wish I could change my mind on this place, but haven’t proved me wrong.

Its my first time ordering buffalo wild wings so I ordered some for take out, the cashier was very nice and told me about their deals I got their 10 piece mango habanero and I got another 10 with the half off deal and I got lemon pepper then I just waited at the lobby for my order and it didnt took them long to get me my order with complete with 4 cups of ranch and napkins. The wings themselves were tasty and warm,the lemon pepper were really good as for the mango habanero were also pretty tasty but my only concern is that it wasnt that spicy considering how high it is on spice chart but it was delicious nonetheless. I would definitely order from here again and I would definitely come in and order with family and friends!

Well what can I say about this place. The food is was straight nasty. My wife order a chicken sandwich from here. It wasn’t fully cooked, super rubber like wait what kinda meat is this?? My daughter had the chicken tender which where a joke and still not even fully cooked. One of them was straight pink inside. Like how does that happen. I ordered 10 original wings and they tasted old and the food was cold. Will never come back here again!

Worst service ever, we waited almost an hour to be relocated to another table because our party count changed, we were told a table was being prepared for us and then manager Fabian Andrade came to us saying that the table was given to another party. Server Rebecca was not helpful at all, she said prices were not the ones on the menu?? How come you will have a menu that has wrong info to confuse your customers?? She was rude at all times. The dinning room was dirty and no one came to clean it for us while we waited for nothing. Worst BWW in the area, if owner can let me know when I reach out to him so I can make a formal complaint or I will have to call your corporate offices. Thanks

No sense of urgency. All servers looked like they hated their job. Should order for take our instead.

We had a large party, I understand that can be challenging but they assigned a new server to us, no experience. So needless to say the service was very poor, not his fault. They eventually got smart and assigned us another server but at that point kinda late. A couple of the orders were wrong and the burger I ordered which is usually avery good buger at other BWWs was cold and so were the fries! Not happy at all. It is not inexpensive so I at least expect warm food. Mine was not the only cold burger and fries, drinks, forget about it, we gave up .

Terrible, cold fries, very little sauce, and will give you a incomplete or wrong order. This place needs help. Ive already left comments on BWW customer service, all they offer is blazin rewards...assuming I plan to return.

Buffalo wild wings is my favorite spot during lunch time. They have great lunch specials Monday-Friday from 11am to 3pm. In the lunch specials a side and drink is included with your main dish. I usually get the classic wings with my favorite sauce Hot and Mango Habanero. They have many television sets going so if theres a sport you want to watch its probably already showing. They also have great happy hour specials. I love their fried pickles and the sauce that goes with it.

It was a little wait like 45 mins the Host was kinda ...ive had better the waitress was cool an the wings were good doe..it was chill hanging with my Daughters

Waited 40 minutes for two appetizer platters. (It was not busy at all). Wings were dry, nachos were weird. Not going there again.

So I went here and customer service was non existent. Food was dry and cold. Fries basket look empty. Stingy with the ranch or atleast gave that impression. Was thirsty and no refill. Food is premium price with un premium food. I felt like I got rip off.

I came here today with my girlfriend and at first the server was very nice along with the gentleman that seated us. I requested a booth and he obliged.Our food came out, and my 30 piece lemon pepper wings were cold along with my girlfriends medium buffalo 10 piece wings. I asked the server if she can submit a request to have them remade. The server then told us that she would have both of our orders sent back. But I thought the other half was okay and I flagged her down to just have the whole thing remade. She was very snippy with us. She didn’t have that caring attitude that other places have when something is wrong with the food.Atmosphere is nice. Lots of tvs at all kinds of different angles. Baseball, football, nfl draft was on at the time.They replaced our wings for a second time before speaking with the manager and they were still cold.Update about 5 minutes later:I spoke with the manager, she was very nice. I told her about the cold food and she said she’d be happy to take the wings off the check along with asking the kitchen why they are letting cold food go out.I will definitely not be returning to this location. I have eaten here before and each and every time I did eat here the food was so good. This time around was definitely a disappointment.

The food is not that good is ok. Some of the food was kinda mid cold. The The waitresses were very rude never coming here again I think wing stop is way better than this and you don’t have to deal with the rude customer service here.

Visited this establishment spendingbte with my 2 sons. Walked in and the Greeter said go ahead and sit yourselves in the Bar area. A waitress came out and asked rudely if we seated ourselves said yes then said the greeter told us to. She said ohh then said can you move over there. Well I didnt know where there is and she had Walked away to see if the greeter indeed had us sit ourselves. She came back and asked us to move again then I said well exactly where do you want me to move to. All you said was move over there and in a rude way. I told her she needs to be specific when asking someone to move over, and it was silly literally moved over 1 table. The waitress was rude and unattentive. I almost wanted to walk out but my sons and I wanted to just hang out and have some wings. Needless to say she only came by when having to flag her down for refills on water. The food was good but that particular waitress needs a attitude adjustment. We will go back, I just wont deal with her as my waitress.

Food luke warm, not fresh! Smallest nuggets Ive ever seen and rather tough and dry! This made McDonalds chicken mc nuggets look and taste like gourmet food!....Update-2 people from the group I went with ended up getting sick from the food!

This is the second time me and my coworkers have ordered from this location and each time it has been bad. We all got a 10pc meal, EXTRA WET and one meal was 1/2 lemon pepper and they didnt put anything on them. They were plain, not even a dash of salt my fries had more pepper than my wings. All our wings were dry and our ranches were half full and they only gave us FOUR, 30 wings and FOUR ranches. Not only that, our carrots were ashy and the cashier who handed our food to coworker was super rude and had an attitude. The manager Myrna was helpful and nice when I called.

I was so hungry I ate everything before I had a chance to take a picture of it, Well take my word for it everything was good. Only took a picture of my drink a Long Island Ice Tea.

The design of this place is disastrous, especially from a pandemic pov for the waiting area. There isnt anywhere to stand and wait that isnt uncomfortably right next to somebody, if theres more than two people, so social distancing is impossible, and you have to wait outside. Weekend nights are the worst when youre waiting to pick up. Cancer stick users even classlessly smoke by the entrance doors, because they couldnt do it before even arriving. I hate picking up orders here.

The service is great and our waitress was attentive (even in the bar section). My only complaint is our wings did not have that much sauce on them. Overall it was clean in there and we had a nice time.

The food was warm, not hot. The service was okay. For example we had to ask for napkins, sauces, and utensils when those things could have been given prior to or with our food. Occasionally, we needed to ask other waiters for things because ours was not around. They filled the guacamole a little less then half way. We did mention it and they did give us more without an issue but it should have been filled to the appropriate level from the start. The music was good, the energy was awesome, the staff were friendly.

Horrible. I ordered at 745pm to pick ip for 945pm and still not ready. I get it, they’re understaffed, but geez. Never seen slowest service ever!I placed my order with two hours in advance, and my order was not ready on time. This order was incomplete, I was missing food , 20 pieces of wings more importantly .I ordered carrots and all I got was French Fries. This order was supposed to be for a work meeting that I had will my employees and unfortunately some of my employees did not get to eat because I was missing food. I have been to this location to dine in before and I have never been so disappointed. Worst part is my employees were also disappointed and hungry. I work in a government facility where mobile devices are not allowed, I was unable to take pictures of the food. I trusted my order was complete and ready when it was handed to me at 10:10pm. Now I know I cannot trust an order to be right and must check it before I leave the premises. Please make this right.

Waiters were on point in getting yourselves drinks and food. T.Vs everywhere in every corner, and you can basically ask to watch something and they will put it on without a problem. Only issue I had was the bathroom. Omg, it was nasty! It smelled so so so bad. They need to have someone every hour to at least check up on it. Otherwise, great place to go watch games and great food at pretty decent prices to be honest.

The servers need to change their attitude toward being an employee at Buffalo Wild Wings. That is the only reason I put a 4 instead of a 5. The food is delicious. We went on a Thursday for the deal on boneless wings. We were able to order 4 flavors: Nashville Hot, Sweet BBQ, Hot BBQ, and Mango Habanero. We ordered fries as well. We also ordered New York Cheesecake with Caramel and Chocolate Cake. It was all delicious. I would go back again. The environment is what you would think a family bar would be like.

I rated this three stars because the service lets just say it could have been better our server pretty much would come by while really just walk by and when we would ask other people other employees for items that we were meeting or missing it really seemed as if it annoyed them and our server just wasnt present it was not busy there was no big game on so couldnt understand why we couldnt just get service and in the middle of all that there was a fight that broke out in the lobby to me which was very strange because it was an argument with the customer and an employee but who knows after the conflict the employee that was arguing came back and you could hear the employee and other employees talking about the event basically gossiping very uncomfortable very unprofessional....

Food was good. First waiter only came twice to are table and over charge us. We wait over 30 minutes and the place was empty. If we needed anything else we had to flag other waitress(Brianna). But she was nice and helpful and correct are billed. I only give it a 4 star because Brianna the waitress was very friendly and went out of her way to help us even though she wasnt are waitress at all and correct are billed if not I would of gave it 2 stars.

American wing chain with beer, wings, and sports. Ordered takeout for a family of four and called in the order for pickup. It took about 35 min for it to be ready, as it was Tuesday and they’re still offering the BOGO wing deal. We got the family pack of 20 bone-in wings, 20 boneless wings, and a basket of fries for $35.99. We threw in an order of dirty tots as well. I’d recommend asking for the salt and vinegar seasoning on the side for your fries. The dirty tots were really sweet and too soggy by the time we ate it; it probably would’ve been better in the restaurant. Note that they only gave us one bag of carrots and celery, so don’t expect too much when getting takeout. The chipotle bbq dry rub wings were very salty, but the garlic Parmesan still tasted good. The boneless wings are glorified chicken nuggets with way too much seasoning on some, and too little on others. Overall, I’d suggest eating here on a Tuesday when possible, and if you get takeout, just stick to the bone-in wings with a wet sauce.

The worst experience at a BWW and the last time I will go there. first, I asked for a pink lemonade and they said they had a strawberry lemonade so I said ok Ill take that not realizing that upon receiving my bill it cost $5 with no refill and also never asked if I wanted a refill or anything else. Second the buffalo "Wings" were more like nuggets and tasted pretty bad, the lemon pepper had no flavor and were dry while the buffalo were more of a vinegar taste than what they usually taste like. I asked for only carrots and they got my order wrong too and The place wasnt even packed and had bad service along with bad food, really disappointing. I will stick to my usual wing spot. Ive never wanted to give a bad review until now 🙆‍♂️🤦‍♂️🤷‍♂️

Went in for mothers day since I had a feeling it wasnt going to be as packed as other places and guessed right. Saw the last few minutes of the raptors sixers game and ended as a classic. The wings are a must try and have never disappointed me in the years I have gone. Very friendly staff. The misses had a problem with her salad and they took care of it right away. Will come here again

Only gave this place a 3 star because the service wasnt so bad, had a great waiter. If youre looking for a place to eat wings, drink and watch sports this is the place for you. If you want a casual meal here for lunch or dinner I would advise going somewhere else just so the food can actually satisfy you. The food looks great in pictures but it is really not as tasty, bland over-priced bar food at best. Oh and its a Pepsi place too. Sorry PepsiCo fans, Pepsi sucks.

I give this place 3 stars. Lousy service. Okay food I kept having to bug the bartender because our waitress kept going M.i.a and only had 3 tables. Which was a annoying because I was out celebrating my new job with my cousin.we had empty drinks for 20 min with the mango habanero wings in which you could imagine we were drying of thirst. Other than that bartender old man was fantastic. Place looks really un orderly and the servers seem to hate their jobs.

No where near what it use to be. I bought shots, (paid $7.00),and this is what they looked like! Barely covered the bottom of the glass. Claims it was measured with a jigger. Then dealt with a waitress that was a little on the snobby side. Not the same place from just a year ago. Wont be making this a common spot, at least not in Covina.
