Amazing customer service. Above and beyond. Helpful people. Will definitely come back. I dont know who helped me but she was amazing and a great example of how customer service should be.

Food was awful. Waitress was rude and lousy. Food came out cold and not even done . We waited 2-3 hours to receive our drinks and food mind you I was pregnant and had my 1 year old with me and my husband. Other people received their food with this waitress and this waitress would give rude looks/faces. Would mess with things of our sons and give attitudes and mumble under her breath. She would look at us and walk past us constantly talking to other staff. Never checked on us. We ate once here and didn’t ever come back again. They’ve lost our business . Poor business/ restaurant and lousy staff. Do better.

I came here on a date night with my husband and I waited close to an hour to oder our food and our waiter was very slow. The food was good but I am highly upset with the service. I understand waiting but it wasnt as busy as normal and it was still a long wait. I also asked for the check which didnt come for another 20 minutes after.

Food was okay, but the service was horrible!!!First, my kids food and husband wings came out kinda fast okay great... So we waited at least 15mins for my chicken wings and potato wedges to come out (the one in the picture. I asked for dipping sauce (blue cheesewaited 10mins for that. My husband ordered chicken tenders and wedges as well that never came out until I asked where the rest of the food by this time the kids are done eating. The drinks were never refilled and she never did check on us until we were getting ready to leave. I only got her to refill the drinks because I ask and that was in passing. Im not sure of her name but she was on table 10 tonight 10/28. I understand they was busy or short staff but it seem like she wasnt interested in our table or something every other table she had they were checked on. 🤷🏾‍♀️

The server was good.But the staff was smoking tobacco vape pens etc. inside the kitchen

I been to other Buffalo wild wings chain restaurants I never had an issue sitting outside with my wife and her emotional support Dotson he is sweet and gentle and helps my wife stay calm in crowds after 8 hours of driving back to SC me my wife and kids wanted to eat Buffalo Wild Wings I was rudely refused service when I politely asked if me and my family could sit outside and eat and inform them that I had emotional support animal and that’s why we’re requesting outside sitting I did not bring the dog in to avoid upsetting anyone I was inform unless my wife dog was a service dog that they can’t serve me and I need to leave with my dog only service animal was allowed I will say this I will never spend a dime at this restaurant rude and disrespectful workers I’ve met yet

The food was excellent. But the drunk men screaming every two seconds was not appropriate at all. I couldnt even hear my waitress half the time.

I was a bit disappointed with the food especially the nachos and wings. They got everyone at the tables order wrong, which was frustrating considering how long we waited. The best thing about the experience was that our server was awesome! She was very attentive and kept us with what we needed through our lunch.

Had lunch at B-Dubs with the family! Gave 4/5 Stars. The food was a 5 Star experience, but service could have been better! The server was very nice and pleasant.This location offers 10% military discount!We were seated very quick and were able to order drinks and an appetizer almost immediately!We were finally able to order our main meals at the time the appetizer arrived. Our food was not expedited properly. We received my child’s meal, then my wife’s a few moments later, then my others child’s meal, finally my meal was served. Fortunately, all of the food was very warm upon arrival and tasted great.We didn’t get any refills on our drinks until most of the meal was consumed. My wife had to walk to the bar to get a refill of water cause her meal was too spicy and she couldn’t continue without any fluids available. Please note the server got the wrong meal option for my wife.The server forgot to refill my child’s drink when she refilled mine! I had to call her over and address this miss with her and she corrected it immediately!———————————————————————Now for the food!The appetizer:We ordered the the Dirty Dubs Tots. This had smoked pulled brisket, grilled onions, hatch cheese sauce, corona cheese, bbq sauce, green onions, and pickled hot peppers. First, Ill begin by saying the customer service for carry out was good. The hostess was attentive. When I received my order it was correct,but the wings looked old and were hard. I returned them for a remake without a problem. The food was good,but it is better when dine-in. Overall, I had a good experience,however it is better when you dine-in.

Walking in, the three girls on their phone, we welcomed them instead of them greeting us.. did not seem rather friendly. Ordered the chips with queso. The chips were soft, hard, salty and some were good, overall a 6. While one girl was texting on her phone, the other one was continuously playing with her hair waiting for the food to be prepped. Wings could be better, the restrooms were nasty. Our waitress Nesha was super friendly and awesome, we would come back just for her ! My son said to give them five stars, so we do just that.

Was in town from Dallas for Three weeks the Bar Tenders and staff was great the manager was awesome hope you guys have a new Ice machine keep the Jager on tap next time I come down thank you guys Juan !

We ordered delivery. The food was as cold as the ranch. The only good thing we ordered from here is the onion rings. Im super disappointed weve ordered here before and never had an issue. I know it wasnt the delivery driver taking forever because they were delivered 15 min earlier than expected.

Asian zing, bone in is where it’s at! Appreciated the hand wipes provided at the table. Didn’t appreciate the wobbly table. Waitress was nice but didn’t see her much, so no drink refills. I’ll go back. The food was good and the experience wasn’t terrible.

Good $10 lunch special. Just dont order there if you have less than 25 minutes to order, pickup, and leave. Great fresh fries with tasty wings.

Ive been to this location a couple of times each time the experience was different. Ive had some good and bad experiences at this location. The food is always good but they are always out of something. Specifically onion rings lol, I guess everyone likes them like me. I also like going to this location early in the day vs late because Ive noticed the staff that is there during the day is more attentive and accurate than the night crew. Overall they are decent just call ahead and come during the day.

First, we tried calling to make sure they were showing a particular football game, and to ask how busy they were and if they were even open. I called 6 times. Nobody answered the phone. Than we get there, they were very busy and short of good help. It took us 15 min to get seated, and another 15 min before we got waited on.than when we ordered, they were out of one of the things on a platter and wouldnt do any substitutions. We got our first beer, after we drank it, we ordered another beer. We saw them both sit up there for over 10 min before the waitress delivered it. We than ordered a 3rd beer, after they sat up there for 15 min we finally told our waitress never mind. Just bring us our check. Food was good what we ordered, but the service was really, really disappointing. The manager replied said he would make it up to us, so I went to the website he told me to. Filled out all the information. Than it kept saying my email was invalid. So the website is just as bad as the service thrre

I had a great server. She made sure that I had everything I needed. I got the buffalo chicken sandwich lunch portion. Good size.

I had a good experience. I ordered for food and it come out at a good pace. No problems. I will definitely come back.

Tuesdays are buy one get one half off wings so a friend of mine and I like to go every couple weeks and hang out there, drink some beers and stuff our faces with hot wings. Its a good place with a friendly atmosphere and friendly staff. I would say that their wings are a little expensive but thats apparently how wings are these days for something they actually used to throw away 20 years ago in some places. Theyve got some pretty tasty sauces though and dry rubs. I do traditional wings myself but I have friends who love their boneless wings.

The food was hot, the order was prompt, the server was on point, she was warm, friendly, got the orders right, addressed any concerns and/or questions. The Mountain Dew cocktail was a NOlGO, ordered it. Didnt taste like anything Id order in like again. The waitress addressed my concern and removed it from my bill. Which I ordered a IPA, with no disappointment at all. Yes I would come again and with me I brought along friends.

Took part in the BOGO boneless wings deal that they have every Thursday, and also tried their new menu item, the “bird dawg”. The boneless wings were alright, basically what you’d expect them to be, but nothing more. A little inconsistent in cooking (some were tougher to chew, overcooked/hard), but the sauces and dry rub were solid and improved the overall taste. The highlight of the night was the bird dawg. Definitely tastier than the boneless wings. It features a tender on a butter roll in one of 3 different styles (buffalo with slaw and ranch, honey bbq with slaw, or loaded with honey mustard, beer cheese and grilled onions). If you’ve been to Zaxbys, imagine a more premium Nibbler. Service was good and waiter was attentive as well.

Took forever to get a table and finally was seated and waiter came ask for our drink brought them back and we waited for 15 minutes just to place order. The tables were dirty and no one was bussing them. Restrooms were rancid could smell it from the hallway .

First, let me say the food was good. Second, thats really the only good thing I can say about this visit. We entered the restaurant and no one was there at the front to greet. I used the restroom while my husband waited to be seated and when I was done he was still waiting. Finally someone came to the front and couldnt seat is because tables were not cleaned. There were many empty dirty tables, but not a clean one. We were finally seated and waiter came and took our drink orders and it took forever for the drinks to arrive. The waiter did not come back to get order for quite awhile. Other tables that were seated after us were already served their meals and we had not even had a chance to order yet. The person at the front door for some reason did not clean tables until people walked into restaurant and was he slow at cleaning up tables. People actually sat down at a table before he wiped the table down because he was walking back and forth with small pieces of trash in his hand on every trip to and from the table. Corporate needs to step in and get everyone on track it this restaurant it needs guidance badly.

Service has gotten so bad at this location; I would not recommend this one at all. Today we waited over 10 minutes to be greeted at our table, 4 of us ordered sweet tea that still hadn’t arrived with by the time our food came. The food was barely warm and one of the people at our table didn’t get their food until after everyone was finished. No apology from any one - just business as usual. Will NOT be returning to this location.

The service was great and it was fast which is a good thing because I was on my lunch break. Our waiter was really cool also.

Decent. Not good and not terrible. Took 49 minutes to get the food, 17 minutes to get the beverages (mocktails). It was Saturday so we anticipated it to be busy but it actually wasnt. Maybe just a bad day which happens. Everything was tasty, though.

We ended up here because our 1st choice was to long of a wait. I was skeptical because we were told they were short handed & it seemed like the person seating us wasnt happy. But Im glad we stayed. We had burgers ,fries & wings. They were on point 👌 😋 my said "busin!". The atmosphere was nice & chill, I wasnt even in a rush for the check to leave but dont want to hold up a table for someone else. We will most definitely be back.

I actually ordered through Doordash. I ordered 2 orders of the Nashville Hot Chicken sandwiches tonight, one with fries and one with onion rings. Only one sandwich showed up and it was plain ( dont know what the nashville hot taste likewith 2 orders of fries and onion rings. Called the store to talk to a manager just to let them know that they need to check orders before they are sent out. I was on hold for damn near 15 mins and no one answered so I hung up. I know the food is good there but someone is messing things up. If the manager would have picked up the phone I wouldnt have left a review.

Great place for hangouts and sports viewing. My waitresses Harley and Azhia were the best. On the two separate occasions I was here, they had friendly service and awesome attitudes. When food or certain items were low (which happened to happen both times I wentthey each recommended something different on the menu that matched my liking. Love it here!

Went for lunch on 5/28. Host was rude. Asked if it was ok if we just went to the bar. She turned to another customer and said, "people just think they can sit wherever they want." Food came out kind of bland. Wasnt terrible, but wasnt good either. Bartender was ok, but she shouldnt be complaining about tips in front of customers. She changed every TV, that other customers were watching, to soccer to appease her friends. Theres no need to have every TV on the same soccer match. A couple of customers got mad because of it and left.Probably wont be returning to give BWW another try. Theres way too many options in the area to settle for bland food and rude employees. But thats typical of this location. Theres other B Dubs that are far superior in those regards.

You set yourself and then pray a waiter or waitress see your table waiting. My buffalo chicken ranch wrap had chicken crumbs. I had hardly any chicken. I will not order that ever again. My buddies offered to share their food because I had nothing to eat other than fries.

Love the Thai curry, Asian zing, and desert heat on the wings! Burgers are good, and so are the salads. Potato wedges are better than the fries. Good fried pickles and mozzarella sticks. They have awesome marinara. I dont recommend the cheese sauce if you were looking for nachos or chili cheese fries. They changed the cheese a year or two back and its not good anymore. Best go to spot for football season.

The restaurant is located by Robert C. Daniel and Walton Way extension. Service was nice and the restaurant was clean. I was seated and my order for the lunch Caesar salad and an Arnold Palmer were placed with Emily. The bill came to $8.60 plus in change.

Did a take out order and had to come home and recook our wings. Now our fries are cold and hard. The chocolate cake was dry, just very disappointed. We heard hype about this place and I give the food a 2 outta 10! Wasted $30.00! Never again!

Was seated by hostess. Sat there 15 minutes and no staff so much as looked at us or acknowledged we were there. Watched a waitress eat fries with her friends at the table next to us. Went as far as asking the busboy about service. Watched him talk to 3 different waitresses. They all said it wasnt their section yet people were occupying booths and tables next to us. So we left.....wouldnt suggest this place to anyone. Wont be going back.....

My waitress was extremely friendly and attentive. I ordered the pretzel 🥨 bites however they were out so my waitress recommended the queso 🧀 dip. I ordered a side salad 🥗 with brisket tacos 🌮 . My date ordered a side salad 🥗 with chicken 🍗 tacos 🌮 . I also ordered a old fashioned and crown with Pepsi since they don’t sell coke products. The queso dip was bomb 💣 , the salads and tacos were all on point 👍. The drinks were served with enough alcohol so I have zero complaints! Go check them out sometime!

Buffalo Wild Wings was edible but nothing special. The wings are pretty basic and somewhat chewy, because they arent fried hard enough. The chicken sandwich looked good but didnt have much flavor either. Even the fries are lack luster. The sports atmosphere is nice, the restaurant was clean, the food came out fairly quickly, and the staff was friendly. For those reasons I gave the experience two stars, but if you are really wanting quality wings and sandwiches with lots of flavor I would not recommend Buffalo Wild Wings.

Went in for lunch today 2/4/22 and the waitress was slow. Had to ask for silverware and refills. My wifes food came out 10 minutes before mine. Then I got a couple drums when asked for all flats, but the icing on the cake was getting a wing that still had a few feathers and the waitress did not care in the slightest.

Great burgers, great wings, soggy onion rings. Waitress completely forgot one of our friends food, and seemed annoyed when he asked about it 20 minutes after the rest of our food arrived. Establishment was not busy, and only 2 other customers other than our table were present. 3 stars for the food, 1 star for the service.

Great place to go for wings if you haven’t been here in awhile come check them out they have remodeled. COVID policies are in full effect with social distancing, reduced capacity. They had hand sanitizer available and the place is clean.Foods great atmosphere is great what more could you ask for?

Very nice place!!! Seems to be new. Wings were great and sauce! Clean and nice staff.
