BDubs is our go to spot. We always sit in the bar area and get the best service!! Drinks are always full and food comes out correct every time!!

Everything was just fine. Our server was not great but still okay. lady at front was very weird we walked in and she didnt say a word to us until we told her 2 people and she silently walked off to a table. I cant imagine how confusing it would have been for a first time customer. Food as expected not amazing. Overall would not come back.

Have not been here in years the updated menu has a much bigger selection. Ultimate nachos really is a meal for 3 😁 . Our waiter was super awesome and hospitable. Loved his friendliness and knowledge of the menu.

Excellent selection of food items for this type of establishment. Server was conscientious of our needs.

Boneless wings were way too much breading and sauce was nothing special. Not impressed with the beer selection.

My boyfriend went into this bar and ordered one drink and then was told he had to ordered food to have a 2nd drink. So, he ordered food, and by the 3rd drink they said, he was drunk and not allowed to have any more. Although, he is over 6 feet tall and over 200lbs he tried to assure them he was not drunk and they basically said, "he was drunk"! He was hardly even phased by 2 drinks! He politely accepted the cut off but told the bartender he was maskaken. The bartender then invited him out to the "parking lot" to "fight" my boyfriend gladly accepted, then a manager stepped in. "Manager claimed, "he will get to the bottom of this " my boyfriend and I left, to catch our Uber but, my boyfriend peeked out to the parking lot to see if the employee from Buffalo Wild Wings was still there to beat him up and then to our surprise the manager was out there to say hes not here but "Im here"! Im extremely upset and I will tell EVERYONE what happened!! Why are these employees starting fights in parking lots?? And the manager was threatening to call the cops on my boyfriend who was not looking for trouble and after the manager was trying to perpetuate the whole thing! We will never step foot in Buffalo Wild Wings again and Ill make sure anyone else we know doesnt either!!!!

Food and service are good. The audio they have playing is too damn loud. Cant even hear the waitress. And they are only 30% full. Not an enjoyable experience. Ive been to numerous locations and never had this. The manager refused to adjust the volume.

A little slow with the service, but it was a Friday night so kind of expected, and the service we got was excellent.

It’s always a pet peeve when the restaurant is wide open and they seat the only other table so close to you that you are forced to hear the other parties entire conversation.

Great venue, very well fited-out but not somewhere I would go back to.Sound system is terrible, load and high pitch. Enough to give anyone a headache

Got our table for 2, waited twenty minutes with no acknowledgement from anyone. Finally decided we werent going to wait any longer to continue to be ignored. Used to come here weekly... Past 9 months have been a joke! Its not short staffed, its poor hiring. Every server in the place walked past us, and looked the other way when they pasted the table, as we looked at through the menu.

I would frequent BWW when I was in St George. The manager, Darren I believe, treated me like a dear friend before we were even the good friends that we are today. We need more people like him in this world. Will

The food was decent but my waitress was a little slow. So that kind of ruined it for me. Also I ordered a 10 piece and got like 7 legs and 3 flats so it wasnt an even distribution. So if you prefer one or the other you better let them know!

👍 Didnt know about the buy 1 get 1/2 off on Tuesday. picture says a lot of words but The ones that are missing. Blue Moon for the wife, i had a shot of Jim Beam (Wish they would carry black label). Appetizer that came out with the meal 🤔 twas the triple dipper, 20 Buffalo wings hot and ten wings honey barbecue for the wife.

The vibe in this place is good! Enjoyed the wings and the beers! Go here when you have the chance!

Ordered wings and tator tots. Wings came out 20 minutes later no tots. Had to ask for manager to get my tots. Will never come back. Only good thing is manager took care of Bill. But still wont come back. Wasnt busy someone was suppose to cover for waitress but didnt. Customers shouldnt have wait for rest of meal should have come out together.

I did a take out few hours ago I didn’t the curb side option, they never brought my food out I had tipped them $3 and still had to go inside to get my order when I got home they got my order wrong plus no dipping sauce I called & the girl who answered was rude said it was my fault the order was messed up because online orders aren’t the same as calling and she said I was welcome to go get the dipping sauce but wasn’t their fault when I paid for extra ranch..

We come here at least 2 times a week and Nakesha is literally AMAZING! We love her and hope we get her eachtime! She needs a raise! Aaand she recognizes us too and makes conversation with us. She is super nice and super good at her job.👍❤️

Ive been coming here for years with my friends and never have we had as good as service as we have had with nakesha. Every time we come in (usually once or twice a weekwe hope that we get her as our server because of her enthusiastic commitment to help us and her kind personality. Best server that Ive ever had out of any restaurant Ive ever been to and she definetly should get some kind of acknowledgement for her stellar work ethic!

Alex, waiter was very nice and attentive.My boneless wings were fantastic! So was the cheesecake! Like the new Mtn Dew Legend.

Their door and google say they close at 10. We arrived at 9:25 and the doors were locked, they let us in but were very reluctant doing so. Than when we sat, they stopped servicing alcohol they said at 9:20 (convenientlystaff and management were much more concerned with getting off of work then working and serving. So we went to wing nuts and spent well over $400 there and tipped over 20% if your from out of town wing nuts is much much better quality and the staff are all amazing. Don’t waste your time for sub par service and food here

We were a huge group celebrating two graduates. They took care of seating and all the orders. Food came out mostly at the same time. Food was great!!

Delicious food as always but when it said pickup is ready it wasnt for another 15 minutes and I was late to my movie I wouldve just gone elsewhere....

I want to start with a shout-out to our waiter DeJuan. He was right on, very pleasant at our table, and attentive.Normally we have a great experience at this location but this time around it was not quite the case, except for our waiter and most of our food.Here are some things that were not the usual but that we experienced this time between 8:15-9:30pm on June 6th:-the table and booth including seats and chairs were not properly wiped before we were seated-no napkins or utensils were given to us at our table until after we started eating-fries were cooled down when our food got to our table-the music was too loud for me and my partner to talk to each other at a normal voice level and our waiter had to bow his head to hear us-a modification to my order was not taken followed through by the kitchenAny one of these things by themselves Id easily brush off but it was one thing after another and it wasnt slammed. Could have been tended to better.Hope to give a better review in the future. Its normally a great place.

Visited here while on vacation to watch a hockey game. We snagged one of the few tables in the bar section that wasnt littered from previous parties. Bartender was really pleasant but seemed in the weeds. After about an hour of sitting dirty, tables started to be cleared. We were confused, as they seemed to have loads of staff. Overall a poorly run bdubs. Nothing surprises me in Utah

Always a good time at Wild Wings. A little bummed that Tuesdays are now BOGO 50% instead of 100% but still great wings

My son and I stopped in before his post-op for his ACL and thought we had plenty of time. We ordered a hamburger and some wings, 45 minutes later we were asking about our food. The waitress sent over the manager and she apologized for the delay and gave us some cheesecake to go. We didnt have time to eat there but everyone was friendly.

Watch the warriors versus nuggets game here and the staff was kind enough to let me stay deeper into the fourth quarter even when they were technically closed at 10:00. Loved my time here and would definitely come back

I’m not sure I’ve ever posted a review, but tonight’s dinner was a little too disappointing. I ordered takeout so I could start driving home. My order pickup was 9:30 and I arrived at 9:28. I had already gotten on to the freeway before I noticed, but my Buffalo ranch wrap was completely cold and not very good. Fries were also cold and not good. I work in a restaurant, so I always make sure to tip well and have patience. But I’m not sure what happened with the food being cold. Even though I arrived on time for pick up. I hate wasting money and this definitely felt like a waste.

Tried to eat here today and had to leave before ordering because the establishment was sickening. The entire building smelled repulsive. If the carpets have ever been cleaned, they were cleaned with spoiled milk. Tables and menus were dirty as well but the smell was the worst. I know it’s a chain restaurant and a sports bar at that, I wasn’t expecting an exclusive establishment, I’ve been to Buffalo Wild Wings before, even this location, I know what to expect, but nauseating smells shouldn’t be it. I don’t think I’ve ever left a Google review in my life, but seeing this place get 4 and 5 stars fairly consistently, someone needs to be truthful. Clean your restaurant. It’s gross, and has to be against health codes.

Got there and Checked in for curbside online. Waited 20 Min. Went in. Waited 25More inside and they said they are too busy to go outside and curbside. Gave me the wrong order. Manager gave me a gift card. 90 min from order time get food. Horrible service inside waitresses standing around and I had to say can you help me? Called twice when in the car and got hung up on.

Both times that weve ordered for pickup, theyve taken an extremely long time (40+ minutes past the provided pickup time). Last night, we knew the pickup time was probably incorrect so we didnt go in until 20 minutes past the estimated pickup time and was told that it still wasnt ready so we waited for 30 minutes until they finally realized it was actually ready the whole time in their warmer, they just didnt actually check for it after I told two separate workers the name on our order. Our salad was also put in the warmer with the rest of our food so it had to be thrown away.

Great service, very quick food to go. Went in order today @3:37pm and ordered small traditional with fries and the to go person did an amazing job by getting it in and out so quickly. She was amazing. I felt like I was in there less than 10minutes. Thank you.

I just had the absolute worst experience at this location in St. George. I try to check in online about two hours before the restaurant closed at 6 PM. I then receive a text message back a few minutes later and say that they don’t accept online reservations. I think to myself then why do they have the option to do online reservations? I think it is weird, however I still go over to the restaurant to try to get in and get my table waited for. I get to the restaurant just before 7 PM. Upon arrival I wait in line for a good 10 to 15 minutes for the server to even acknowledge that I was there. Once the server comes over, A shorter darker hair woman, I bit younger. She asked me if I have received my text. I responded that I received a text from the online reservation system saying that they don’t accept reservations. She then tells me after looking down at her iPad that she had two employees call out sick today and because of that they can’t let me in with my spouse and baby. Honestly it wouldn’t have been too big of a problem if I hadn’t just waited there, been told that the online system didn’t work, or had the 15 people in front of me go in before I was told I can’t because that they have no servers. However I am looking in the restaurant I can see about 10 open tables with nobody sitting there. What great customer service that is to tell people that you can’t help me because you don’t have the staff there. Why do they not put a close sign on the door? Honestly, any other establishment would have figured it out whether they had one employee there or 10 there. I will never be returning back to this location and will never recommend this location to anybody due to this terrible customer service tonight. I would really like the owner to know that too. HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND TONIGHT

I would gave them no stars if I could! Called in an order to the St George store tonight after work. The fries were so stale and hard we couldn’t even chew them! Our Asian zing wings were so hot neither me, my husband, or my children could eat them. They were so spicy. We get this flavor every time as it is our favorite. They are NEVER this spicy. So much for not cooking tonight! Extremely disappointed!

Usually we love this place but the last couple times have been horrible experiences! We went in to celebrate my graduation and the host was not friendly. She took my name and told me a 45 minute wait. We went out to the car. My husband went in a hour later to go see if they could give us a time estimate as my phone was about to die. The host then told him you have only been waiting 50 minutes, then walked away. Never came back to answer my husband or anything. He came back out to the car and 20 minutes minutes later we were sat. After about 20 minutes of waiting the waiter came to take our order and drinks. Then the plates were all coming out at different times with anywhere between 15-30 minutes for another persons plate. My children were the last to get served and we had to ask after 45 minutes after the last person on the table got their plate (it was so long because we had not seen our waiter or anyone in that timeto check on their food. I understand when your busy but this was ridiculous. Then all the drinks were out and the wings had the wrong sauce on half of them and were cold as they came out. Once we were ready to leave the waiter came back and asked if we wanted refills at that point we were done eating and ready for the check. This was a horrible experience and we were all so disappointed

This is based on my visit on 10/10. Before this visit the food and service has always been good. I arrived at the beginning of the football games on Sunday, as I had since the season had started. After getting a Dr. Pepper and ordering wings and fries in the middle of the first quarter, the waitress brought by the basket for bones with napkins and then disappeared. Never saw her again for the rest of the game. Never got my food, never checked to refresh my drink. After the early games ended, still nothing, not even to bring me a check. I left a five on the table to cover the drink, and probably a tip that was more than she deserved that day. I had tipped her 7 or 8 dollars on previous visits. Even though I enjoy their wings, and had been planning on visiting there regularly during the football season, I dont see myself returning in the future.

This seems to be the meeting place of this city. Lots of people came to watch the ufc 266 fights and everyone was having a blast here. Great spot. Overall staff was great and the food was consistent to what I am used to in cali.

Food is delicious, service is good. Just bummed they dont have buffalo chips anymore.

So they have Wings and beer/full bar and all the sports! Which with enough money/time and resources any one can provide!But the St George Utah B-DUBS has what a place needs to keep me coming back..... And that is a great staff!! And they have it from the managers who are checking on the guests to the wait staff that are always so friendly and good at what they do.!

Everything went smoothly with calling in my order and picking it up at the store. I parked in a designated spot, texted my name and parking spot number and it was brought out in a timely manner.The wings, however were not the greatest. Quality in both the juiciness of the wings and the amount of wing sauce was lacking. It really is a hit or miss depending on what location you go to so I wish the consistency was universally top notch like I’ve had in other B-Dubs locations. Overall I will continue coming back but not as frequently unless they can take more pride in mastering the science of wing-making

B Dubs is always a favorite! I love the buffalo zoo drink! Its not on their current menu but theyre always great about me ordering it. The black bean burger is to die for! The fried pickles are always a win too!

Tuesdays and Thursdays are buy on get one!! what more could you ask for from a wing place?! Atmosphere is amazing and so is the service. They have touch tunes, so you can control the music! Great place to take your friends for a few beers and some wings!

Normally I would have given this location 4, maybe even 5 stars. The last 4 months or so, service has declined noticeably. Wait staff is inattentive and takes forever to check on their tables. Kitchen is painfully slow. 30 minutes for a small order of wings and a burger. The fry order was missing nearly half. Had to place another order...sadly, this is about the only place to watch Sunday football in st George...

We love eating here but unfortunately today was lacking in service and quality. Our server was not refilling our drinks, didnt clear our plates and didnt give us silverware or napkins until after we started eating. The wings were dry to the point we had to ask for extra sauce to liven them back up.

Possibly the worst experience Ive had at a buffalo wild wings. We were seated in as little as 3 minutes for a party of 5 during non peak hours of the restaurant. After we were seated it took about 15 minutes for our server to even say hi to us. At this point we were ready to order our food and drinks. Drinks came without any straws, no big deal for me but for my family they use straws. My little brother couldnt drink his beverage without a straw due to the kids cup coming with a lid. When the food came the wings had little to no sauce and one of the carrots and celery basket that came with the wings were disgusting. I watched the server notice them but didnt even take them back and instead cover them with ranch. I quickly took a picture of the basket that I will include with the post, nobody touched it, thats what it looked like served with none of the vegetables eaten. Utensils were not even served with food, we had to ask another worker for some and they looked bothered that we even asked. Horrible service. I will never be back again and I will recommend my family and friends to do the same.

To start, this review is based off a to-go order.Our pick up was in the middle of the day around 1 pm. The staff seemed friendly and we were asked if we could be helped many times. The process as a whole was not terrible, however it did seem like everyone was busy but nothing was getting accomplished.As many of the other reviews have stated I am not sure the value is there. The quality and portions...well, they must think highly of their food to charge what they do.I got 12 boneless wing (2 different flavors), and a side of fries. The fries where, meh... the wings seemed like an inconvenience. Obviously they are the same wings in both orders but they sprinkled, not tossed which just doesn’t seem right. It looks like they put the wings in the box then dashed some seasoning on according to the order. I found myself stamping my wings on the bottom of the container to get more seasoning because it didn’t stick.Overall, the experience was alright. A few others in our party didn’t get exactly what they wanted...so it may be awhile before this office chooses Buffalo Wild Wings for our weekly lunch. When I think of wings, BWW is not what comes to mind.

A good place to watch sports in St. George! Saw the Warriors beat the Cavs in an exciting Game 5 of the NBA finals and win the 2016-2017 NBA championship! Typical B Dubs fare - and the weird sensation of drinking alcohol in Utah! Worth stopping by if youre in St. George and want a place to eat and drink after seeing Zion or Bryce Canyon National Parks.
