Buffalo Wild Wings in Wichita Falls

Overpriced food and slow getting out of the kitchen. All food ordered for 9 people came out separately. Waiter, Rhett, was good.

Had Kelly as my server and she did an amazing job! I’m injured and on crutches and forgot I can’t carry anything out but had leftovers and a to-go drink. I almost left it all there but she offer d to help and carried my food and drink for me to my vehicle. That’s going above and beyond. The food was cooked perfectly and I got my food pretty quick! So definitely hats off to the kitchen back there on night shift!!!

Went with son and his family after football game. The food was good but the tvs were too loud for my taste.

Service sucked and food wasnt much better. No desire to EVER go again

My honey bbq wing and fry lunch special was tasty for $10. Its not my kinda vibe, but I may go back again some day.

Gave our order and still after 30 mins havent received. Asked waitress and she acted confused we had been waiting and went to check and never gave us an update. As we started to leave, they brought out the order but wasnt even what we ordered. We left.

Overpriced... foods average. Service is average. Again, overpriced. This is the last time Ill ever eat BWW. Better food establishments around to spend my money at that arent overpriced, give great service and appreciate the customers. Im not a drinker and I watched them overserve guests even though they were so drunk they stumbled to the rest room and even missed the chair and hit the floor when they come back to sit at their table. TABC laws are in place for a reason... better start following protocol

The service left much to be desired. Walked in to get my to-go order and stood there for over 15 minutes while 4 employees didnt even acknowledge my existence. I was a server for years and understand they have ALOT going on all at once. (Granted 2 of the 4 were sitting and staring at their phones). I dont mind waiting at all. But a simple "Well be right with you" wouldve sufficed. I had to call someone over to get my stuff, which seemed to annoy the person quite a bit. My food was prepaid and ready to go on a shelf, so the exchange took all of 12 seconds. I got home and realized they forgot 3 items.. it was too much hassle to return and get it.

Went last week to take on there Blazin Challenge and won, second win to be exact. Anyways real friendly staff cause they gave me milk and ice cream afterwards

Good wings and a good happy hour beer special. Cant go wrong with BWWs.

Its been a long time since we have eaten there, but we wont wait this long again. The American Burger was so delicious! Fries were crunchy outside and perfect inside, so yum. Our server was very sweet and prompt. Husband enjoyed his wings also. We had a great meal.

Not great in any way but the wings are also expensive so...I really dont know why I keep going.

Great service, our hostess was incredible professional (my apologies, I dont have her name), her bubbly,happy,calm demeanor made our wait time table more enjoyable, our waitress very attentive and professional

Ive now been in a few times. Its just not that good and not worth the wait. Food portions are small and staff seem so annoyed to be there.

I love chicken wings and this was my first visit here so I ordered 15 bone in wings with Honey BBQ sauce so I would have leftovers to take home. Next time will order a spicier sauce but these were delicious.

Horrible to go service. Girl walked in and out of to go area with out a word. No hold on , be with you in a minute nothing. Young man cleaning tables came and asked if I needed help. Exactly why we dont eat there. Only went cause had an order to pick up

Amazing food and a big selection of wings a tradition for the restaurant a bit expensive but if you have the time and can afford it I would definitely recommend it

So me and my cousin end up going twice the first time we went the waitress that was waiting on us was really lazy and she was just dragging her feet and it was just very unpleasant the second time we went the waitress was so much better she made my drink a little too strong and Im sure a lot of people would have liked that and the day before I totally would have wanted it but this time I just wanted a mellow one but other than that it was a great experience compared to the first experience we had but those flaming hot nacho cheese chicken wings were not good

I would like,to give a praise report on one of your employees. My friend and I came to your restaurant in Wichite Falls Tx on last Friday. Our waitress was a class act from start to finish. Her name was Mae Mae. She greeted us and asked what we would like to drink right away. She brought our drink told us to let her know when we were ready to order. She answered all our question about the menu. We placed our order and she and returned every so often to see if we were OK while waiting or our food. We ate somevof our food and wanted to take the rest home. She gave us a to go box and refilled our drinks to go also. While this may or be of no importance to you it was extremely important to us because she was the best waitress ever. While your food was a C plus your waitress was a A plus. Please recognize her for such outstanding employee.

BWW is BWW. Consistent. The greatest sauces anywhere. Great deals on Tuesday and Thursdays. Points Club is great. Always have the best sports, when no one else does.

Came im on BOGO Wing Night. Was super busy, took a little extra time to get our food, but drinks were good while we waited. No complaints here! 🤘

Went in there today. Had a great kind waitress, but not for long. Presently BWW is running a commercial where Tuesdays is buy a traditional wing and get the second at 50% off and Thursdays are boneless buy one get one free. I ordered my drink and the waitress came back with my drink to take my order. I told her I wanted to do the Tuesday special advertised on TV. She was very kind and honest with me. She explained that this BWW is the only one she knows of that is not honoring that commercial. I felt sorry for her that the restaurant placed her in that situation. I told her That I would have to leave if that is the business ethics of our BWW.

The food was good and the server wasnt good at all she mixed my drink with peppsi and it was suppose to be root beer also my moms Buffalo burger didnt have Buffalo sauce or blue cheese sauce and my dads sweet tea was unsweetened tea. I dont recommend coming here

Good food and friendly. Too busy for the staff they have, which hinders customer service. Focused on the telephone orders over serving the customer there in front of them.

Obviously like everyone else there understaffed. I do not normally do reviews however even short-staffed at the bar Raven was possibly one the best bartenders Ive had at Wild Wings.

Ill say that it was okayish overall. I mean it was a super busy night being it was two for one wings, Thursday night football, and veterans day all at once. So all that in mind I dont want to be too critical but our wait was an hour "which was expected", the food was cold by the time we got it, and well our server seemed to be all over the place. Ive heard good things about this Bdubs so Id be willing to try again on a slower night.

Stood up front forever. Not one single employee walked up and even acknowledged we were there. Barely noon and not many customer. I get it that you may be busy. I don’t mind waiting a bit. But freaking acknowledge that you at least know someone’s here waiting. Ended up waking out and eating somewhere else.

We have several issues with this visit.1. My son ordered a hamburger and received a chicken sandwich. The manger says he is going to comp the meal and then only gives $10 off instead of the total cost. I understand comp to mean the total cost of the meal. 2. We have always received celery and carrots with an order of wings. The menu says available upon request with no price listed. We requested them and then charged us for them. They say that they are a side item and not included with the wings. If you order on-line, there is no charge for the celery and carrots. 3. I redeemed reward points for onion rings. The waitress said I did not have enough points. I explained that I redeemed points and she was looking at my remaining balance. 4. The waitress and 2 managers were all very rude.

It was what you will expect from a franchise food place. The wings was on the over cooked size which it was a little hard. The services was great. He provided us with great services and periodically check on our table.

Great service! We both got wraps but the sauces came out on the side instead of just including an extra side of sauce like we wanted. Also the beer selection on tap wasnt great. I think they were between summer and fall beers, but still. Overall still a good experience.

Seemed like staff had no idea. Sat on patio. Waited 10 mins for someone to get our drink order. Brought that. Then it was about another 20 mins before they took our order. However, it was the asst gm who took our order. Our regular server disappeared. Then it was almost 30 minutes to receive our food and our order wasnt correct. Horrible experience. Been to several BWWs and this was the worst by far.

Order was supposed to be ready at 5:00. Went to pick it up at the drive up service and was told it wasn’t ready. We waited another 15 minutes and still no order. I called again and an employee said she would check on our order. Again we waited another 15 minutes so I went inside. The employee said that she was sorry but the cook messed up our order and she would go check. One hour later we left with cold food and order messed up… won’t go back!

Me and a few of my friends came to eat here on a Monday night (so it was slowand it took an hour to get our food. Our server ashlyn had a terrible attitude. She didn’t check on us once. I had to ask the manager for refills, napkins, and silverware. When some of our food was cold, and we told them we don’t want to wait for them to remake it. The manager just walked away. Over all, terrible service.

Avoid this place! Management is incompetent, rude and lazy. They use racial slurs like the N- word regularly. Staff don’t wear mask and the kitchen doesn’t wear gloves, COVID is passed around there like crazy. Two of the managers just came back from having COVID. Drink machines are moldy and aren’t cleaned properly. They treat their staff terrible and wonder why their short staff and no one wants to work there.

When this place was at the mall that’s when it was at its best.My husband & i and my son went there to go eat last night “07/31/21” and we waited at our table for 45 minutes not even getting our appetizer yet! So we just left. The waitress didn’t even come back once to even ask if we needed a refill. We had to wave her down to tell her we were leaving. Not to mention our appetizer was just chips and salsa.

Went out for a nice family dinner with my kids.. waited 45+ minutes for our wings/sides to come out. Our waitress only dropped off drinks and vanished.. didnt bother checking on us at all. Our mild/hot wings were all mixed up on 1 tray and had obviously been sitting long enough they were just warm. Cheese curds were great but that is the only positive thing I have to say. Waitress didnt apologize for the wait or try to explain what was going on. Paid $+45 for subpar food & service.

The food was not good plus the people that were working walked away to do what we asked instead of answering first then expected us to follow them when we had no idea what was going on. We ordered food to go. On top of that they said maybe 2 words to us and just handed us our bag of food. They were more interested in filling the condiments in their tables instead of helping us. It was an all around unpleasant experience. They were empty so they didnt have much to do.

This place has gone way far down hill. Terribly slow service. Way understaffed, you can see it on the servers faces. They are being run ragged. Still sitting here an hour later waiting on my food. It’s Saturday evening on father’s day weekend. Half the tables are empty because there’s not enough staff to help. I feel bad for the servers, management is really screwing this establishment up big time. Probably wont return until i see a “under new management” sign out front

Love the atmosphere compared to the old location. Staff is friendly and appear to be good with kids from what I can tell. Only issue I’ve had was with one experience encroaching upon closing time. Some customers were still eating and drinking and the doing system was so loud I had to yell at my wife to talk with her. And the speakers crackled. But upon request it was turned down. Otherwise great service!

There were 6 of us. We had great service from the bar (even though we asked for our own mixtureand our server was very attentive. We got friend pickles that were very good. The wings were flavorful as well.

A Monday night 7:30pm, we waited over 30 minutes for our food with about 4 other tables occupied.Not sure why so slow.Not impressed with our food. I was excited to try something different here, but my chicken sandwich was so gristly I couldnt eat most of it with it being so tough. Yuck. They got my husbands wing order wrong. Waitress was friendly, but never did ask us how our food was or if there was anything else she could get us...

Went in on a Saturday afternoon. We got seated quickly and the food came out hot. The restaurant was clean and everyone was friendly.

The service is slow. Waited 45 minutes only to receive cold chicken and stale fries, and missing items. Never got asked if we needed refills. Everytime Ive gone this is the end result. Ive complained to management about it all Ive gotten is a discounted meal. I dont want the discount Ill gladly pay for my meal as long as its fresh and doesnt take 2 hours start to finish. I ordered 2x this last week and both times just total disappointment. This location is trash. Ive given the benefit of the doubt several times because I love their wings and disappointment EVERY time, keep all my rewards deleting the app... I wont be returning to THIS location ever again.

I ordered online and got 20 wings around 1030 pm on Tuesday night. Asked for my wings to be extra crispy and low and behold when I got home the chicken wasn’t even done.Thank God for an air fryer because if I didn’t have one, it would definitely would have been a waste of money.Being that I do love BWW and just coming off of a 30 days fast of not consuming any meat I was definitely disappointed in this visit.I highly recommend if you order Togo food definitely check your food before leaving this place if not you’ll be slightly disappointed when you get home.

The chicken wings tasted like any old Wal-Mart chicken. My coke had a little bit of beer in it as well. The waitress was the best part if I had to be honest, she had great manners and great customer service. She deserves better.

More of the corporate nonsense: over priced, small portions, under staffed and the grilled chicken sandwich was not that good. Food took forever, had to ask for them to check on my order, never refilled or asked to refill my drink while sitting at the bar. It is new and nice with good music and lots of TVS.

Food was fantastic! Like always Buffalo Wild wings never disappoints. The waitress we had was fantastic. Very fun. Place was impressively clean. Food waa hot and fantastic.
