Buffalo Wild Wings in Nuevo Laredo

The burger and street tacos were awful! The restaurante was sooo dirty!!! Not friendly at all. Never again

The place smells a little dirty, like wet carpet maybe. The cheese fries were only ok. Very little cheese on them. The chili cheese fries were not that great. I did not like the chili, tasted as if it were from a can. The medium boneless wings were good. I wouldnt order the fries again though. 😞 but when youve had Pinks chili cheese fries and hotdogs, its not fair to everyone else.

Place was very busy the waitress tried her best to keep up with everything but very busy. The wings was ok little to done because half of them was kinda tough.

Poor customer service cashier were just playing with their long hair when picking up order, got home and orderwas incomplete asked to talk to management because they couldnt find order and they just hanged up the phone twice went to restaurant again 🙄 and they were just laughing and playing again with their long hair and going in and out the kitchen hopefully they did not spit on my food .

Dont place a DoorDash Pickup with them. The order doesnt even come through on there end & you gotta wait an additional half a hour.LOTS OF FLIES WHILE WAITING

Clean and friendly environment.Place was loaded with TVs. Food and drinks were great, loaded with flavor with an extra spike on the Ladys drink. 👍

Service not good a few waiters plenty of space,want us to wait for 25 min.

Didnt want to take my credit card because they want to do contactless payment. Waitress pushed me to give her my phone number to send me a link to pay. I do not feel comfortable handing out my phone number like candy. Eventually brought me the bill and took my card but it was uncomfortable having her push me to give her my phone number. Next time if they wont bring the bill right away as I asked Ill just get up and leave without paying.

Food takes for ever. Dont know why if theyre understaffed or just slow but its happened even on days when the place isnt that busy. Saw a couple of girls just standing there chatting it up while one guy was waiting on a whole section alone. I blame management for this. Please do better!Might not be coming back here.

Review is long overdue. Superb customer Service! Amazing food! Cant never go wrong with this location! If you want fresh food and fast food I suggest you sit at the bar. Best bartender there is Edgar!!! Is the man!!! Idk if I spelled his name right. Coolest by far best bartender I had to leave the homie a 20 dollar tip! We from Florida the wife I. Let me tell you what customer service like this is rare! We definitely will be back! Thanks for the great food and even better service! Keep up the good work! P.s we went on a busy Friday night! Place was packed! We waited an average of 3 minutes If that. Yet the service was quick! Thank you buffalo wild wings! Keep up the fantastic job!

They give you last call 30 mins before closing and your wings take longer than that super horribly run I’ve been to other but Laredo has the worst.

Its one of the best, the quality and the variety of sauces its great, theres something for everyone, dont take me wrong, Im very pleased so far, but they need to put attention on web orders, ours gona take 30 mins to be ready which its OK, but when we arrived we were informed that they "lost" our order and dont know where it may be, so we have to wait another extra 20 mins, no apologize 😂, then I find out theres no napkins, no ketchup, no blue cheese that I order. They dont even gave us our soda we have to ask for it. So its a problem and maybe they were having a busy day but thats the kind of details they have to be looking and dealing with. Overall its a good place, delicious food and reasonable prices. Hope next time will be better.

The food and service was great but they play their horrible taste in music SO ABSURDLY LOUD that you literally have to yell at whoever is across the table from you to get them to hear you.

Bad service. Staff didn’t sat us in order no matter there was a clear line, we had to call her attention. We weren’t allowed to sit on a booth regardless of having plenty of them available. They attempted to sit us in a dirty table and dirty chairs with food and liquid still on it.

Good food and quick service. A pretty loud environment though, the music and crowd made it kind of difficult to have a conversation with people at your table.

Never had service to our table, not even the drinks had 15 mins there. Servers never turned to look at us. Wouldnt recommend to anyone.

Attempted to do the blazing challenge with my team, we had built this up for a month and we had 15 people there plus drinks. Easily a $700 table. Manager couldn’t spare 5 minutes for my team, therefore my team is all in a agreement, we will not be returning!

Food is great, not a big sports fan but I do come here with my girls for the wings. Delish 😋

The only good thing I can honestly say about this place was the service. And no its not because she was hot. She was a very nice person.so I ordered a Crawford Bach tall and the first drink I take was the worst taste Ive ever had in a beer. I am Bach drinker that is my stuff right there. This was pure soap that didnt get rinsed out or something. On to the chips and salsa. The chips were definitely not made in house and the salsa tasted like they scaped the bottom of the jar and said its not enough so the just added ketchup. Dont know if thats what happened but thats what it tasked like. The BBQ sandwich wasnt that bad just really cold. I dont think Id ever go there after a long day at work again. And if I was yall Id avoid it also. Sorry Laredo but your going down hill. Worst 25 dollars Ive ever spent.

No onion rings was the first item of notice. Ordered traditional wings and have to say that they were "off". Not very good. Music is way too loud as well.

Every time I order from this establishment, there’s always a specific server or waitress that is extremely rude. She’s been rude to me not once but three times already. For no apparent reason. I understand restaurants get busy but she shouldn’t take her anger out on customers. Absolutely horrible customer service. If she can’t handle the hussle and bussle of a busy restaurant she or anyone like her shouldn’t work there.

The people they hire are so unprofessional and lack costumer service skills. The person they have taking orders over the phone is rude and entitled. Not the first time I have problems with that one female worker that takes orders. Arrived at restaurant and she was making faces to others. Other employees were horsing around in the kitchen area. Don’t go here.

Craving soggy boiled wings to go?? Then look no further than this location. No only will they make your order wrong, they will make sure to do the opposite of what you order. Want friend pickles? Sure let us cook them half way and serve them raw to you. I mean what are you going to do? You asked to go.....Please if youre going to order from this location to go...PLEASE check and verify your order, they dont care about to go orders.

Ordered through doordash, dashers were great. Took Buffalo Wild Wings an hour to make my food. I went through three dashers. When I finally received my food it was cold. The restaurant is only 3 minutes from where I was staying, so there is no way it was doordash. This is a tuesday night it’s not even busy! Ordered 45 dollars worth of food. Please do better.

The food is great, The bartenders are slow and lazy. You have to wait for your drink every single time, even when the bar is empty. The dude at the bar looks upset when you order a drink and makes you feel like you’re bothering him. You may get the best server in the world! but the bartenders really slow them down, and make them look bad if you’re ordering drinks from the bar.

Hadnt been here in a long time but it was still as I remembered awesome experience waitress was very attentive and great personality. Had to wait for about 30 minutes but because it was 9 of us. Boneless Buffalo wings.......

I went to have dinner with my wife and ordered a salad, it had very little chicken, a lot of lettuce, very little dressing and for the price it wasnt worth the price.. Also, the waiting for a salad very embarrassed. Also we never got a refills on the drinks! Two stars, you all earned it!!

Loved it!! Short stay in Laredo and I was glad I stopped by this establishment. Looks like the management team are on top of their game here. Staff are very friendly and attentive and the whole vibe was just great. Will definitely stop by again next time am in Laredo..

Its a good Buffalo Wild Wings! The restaurant itself is pretty big, clean, and easy to navigate if need be! The service was top notch and tended to everything I asked and everything I didnt ask! The food was good, nice and hot and made well enough to be acceptable to me! I dont got any real complaints, give this place a try if youre in the mood for some good chain wings in the area.

The service was good and the food was fast. I love my wings but they just didn’t have enough sauce on them, I was really looking forward to more saucy wings but you could barely taste the buffalo on them. Just a little bit more sauce would’ve been nice.

Adam our server was so great & deserves 5 stars!!! He was very helpful, polite & very friendly. One manager was very helpful answering questions we had about our meal. Everything was great until another manager, the taller bald headed man, decided to passive aggressively start turning TVs off all around where we were sitting. I understand BWW closes at 10 but does that mean lights & TVs need to be turned off right at 10 as well?? Thats basically telling us & the others still eating to leave. I understand being ready to go home at the end of the work day but not at the expense of the customer experience!!! Would have been a 5Star rating had we not been "shown the door" so we felt we needed to pack up and go!!! This place is so close to our hotel & would have been a great place to come back to.....but not if we arent wanted there!!$

Food, atmosphere and beer were great. Good beer specials. Service was excellent from our first waiter (an out of town gentleman), but the lady who replaced our waiter left us unattended. We had to be looking for her to order more beer, an her attitude didnt help. This second waiter is the only reason I took off 1 star. Will revisit.

The food was nice in this place, not to mention they have a very decent selection of beers, both domestic and imported. Service was kinda slow but the place was crowded so that must be the reason. They could have a wider selection in the menu. Like every Buffalo restaurant, their wings are exceptional and delicious. I always place an order to take out, it usually takes 10-15 minutes (not badThe dining area needs to be renovated. However, the taste of their wings is awesome!

Friendly staff a great place to watch a game, it is loud. Tried the blazing wings but they were too spicy, waitress switched them out no problem

Enjoyed my meal the wings are fantastic. The waiter was great. Would have given it 5 stars. But the hostess was sitting on her phone. We thought she was waiting to be seated until she looked up and noticed u after a while. Then we were seated in a practicality empty restaurant. Otherwise a perfect place.

This place is at 75% capacity or less, yet management refuses to allow customers to be seated, because many tables have 1 person saving 8 seats for others who will arrive an hour or later from now. I understand that ppl want to reserve many seats for their party, because the Dallas Cowboys will be playing later, but theres many customers who arent here for the game. Management should require at least 50% of a party OR MORE to arrive before theyre allowed to reserve a table.This place is losing business from those empty tables and customers are displeased. Im going somewhere else.
