The food was amazing...But took a lil longer than usual but still satisfied....

Got my order wrong and waited over an hour to get my pick up order. Pickup time was 830 and it wasnt ready till 930. Avoid this bdubs at all cost. Plus it was cold when I got it

Good place to enjoy a drink before kickoff of the OSU Football game. It is incredibly crowded. It is not a good place to get something to eat before the game. We inquired about ordering food and our waitress informed us that it would be at least an hour. I suppose that is to be expected, seeing as it was SO CROWDED! The bar staff was exceptionally helpful making sure that all patrons were well hydrated.

Poor customer service I just put in a order with Doordarshan. I called and after being on hold was hung up on. I then proceeded to call back only to get an employee a girl that was extremely rude I told her I placed an order online and I just wanted Wings well done and flat. She said well it depends on when you put order in I informed her I just had done so she never asked for my name or order. She said a charge for flat I said ok. She then says she cant add it to my bill because I already paid... still fine. I said well can we at least make sure well done. Ive been on phone for 10 min going back and forth needless to say we hang up and I realize she doesnt even know my order. Because she immediately wanted to tell me what they could not do. Now the orders being delivered. Whole experience was rude throw the whole employee away.

The food that I got was good...but only half the table got the food they ordered.

This had to have been one of the best experiences I have had at a BWW. Tayler, the bartender, was AMAZING! I wish everyone was like her! She was attentive and definitely made each guest feel like they were there for an experience and a good time. WAY TO GO!Restaurant was clean and all the other servers looked like they were doing well and helping each other, only issue we had was one of the wings that came out on the plate was cold and super small but we dealt with that considering everything else.

I am a Grubhub driver. One order took over 30 minutes past pick up time. It was a simple burger! I will say the cashier apologized and informed of every change in the order.

Really bad experience. Waited an hour for food on a limited menu. Waitress did not seem to care that it took forever. Finally had enough and asked for our check. Manager came by, unapologetic and asked if we would like our food to go. We told her no. Paid for our beers that someone other than our waitress bought us and left. Waitress and manager didnt seem to understand or care that we were upset about the poor service. Avoid this place if you can

Absolutely the worst service ever. We waited over an hour, never got our food, and told it would be “quite a while before it comes out. My wife ordered a drink and we found out they were out of all the mixers she had to drink vodka and water. Are used to be a good restaurant is now terrible

I did not feel welcomed! Everyone is short stabbed pretty much nowadays. But we could have at least been seated somewhere until a waiter or waitress was available. We left and went to Applebees and was seated immediately on top of feeling welcomed as soon as we walked in the door.

Wings are excellent. Service was spotty with a wrong bill that was improperly corrected.

It is a good place to watch the games but their second floor is closed after quarantine. The food taste could be improved.

Was overcharged call to talk to the manager spent 15 minutes on hold nobody came to the phone I called back and I was told well were really busy you might have to wait a while and I told the person Id already been on hold for 15 minutes so still have not got resolved from being overcharged

The boneless wings seemed to be improved. There is more meat, and they are not dry.

Had some of the worst service at this place. got sat fast and got our drinks fast, ordered our appetizer and didn’t see our waitress after that. another waiter brought us our appetizer. she was taking care of her other tables but didn’t even come over to us for 30 minutes, other tables that sat after us were getting their food and refills while we just sat there. finally my boyfriend asked for someone to find our server and when they did she still took 5 minutes to come cash us out. my first time never leaving a tip for a server but she genuinely didn’t do anything for us, she seemed oblivious too, just genuinely bad service and definitely ruined our night. i wouldn’t be this upset if she wasn’t so attentive to the other tables that were right beside us, i understand food takes time and serving if definitely hard but we watched her take care of others while completely ignoring us. just ridiculous

I ordered 15 wings from here they only bought me 10 food and gas is way to high for people to not to be getting there moneys worth and this is the third time happening then when I called them they had the nerve to say you can bring them back like people got gas to burn and then tell me they dont issue refunds only gift cards well where is my gift cards!!!

The dry lemon pepper flavor was so delicious! Large portions and decent price. Me and my friend spent $20 each with takeaways.

Cashier was in training however they were fast and tast good. The service and food was 300x better than my home city. (Cincinnati). Made our 🎂 birthday trip

Not busy. Waitress was young, possibly new to profession. Did not get food correct, french fries cold. Had to ask for refills which took a long time to get.

Favorite sauces are parmesan garlic and spicy garlic. Havent been here during a rush, but the staff is friendly and the environment is relaxed.

BW’s is trash. Disappointing. Used to be so good. Sauces are great. Wing size and quality has dwindled over the years while prices have gone way, way up.

It was graduation for OSU , and we had a table of 13. They were short staffed like everyone else is ,,busy and they kept up with our table as good as they could. He did a pretty good job, I wish I would have got his name. Food was good and we really didnt wait long.

My order was wrong. When I came to pick up the correct order they told spoke to me like I was the one who made the mistake.

Absolutely horrible! 2hrs for food and our waitress was oblivious to the world. My kids all ask for waters (3and she brought one. Didnt have a silverware the whole time! Had to ask for napkins several times! It was just an all-around horrible experience! It was literally the worst restaurant experience I think Ive ever had in my life!

Our OSU High Street BWW team provided us with a “Greatest of All Times” experience on April 6th for my son’s 20th birthday! They did an outstanding job hosting our party of ten! Managers Bo, H.J. and Natasha warmly welcomed us and confidently walked us through our meal options. Brandon, our server, kindly and with patience suggested the perfect selection of sauces for our wings. Additionally, he guided us in ordering just the right amount of food for our guests (and we had a little leftover for each college friend to take back to their dorms!and he attentively met our every need the entire night! Madison was very sweet in helping with the details. Despite being a busier Wednesday evening, the BWW team allowed us an unrushed visit with our kids and their friends which made the night very special and fun! We had driven down from Cleveland and our experience will certainly have us stop by BWW again and again over the next few years! This team deserves a special shout out for giving us a “Greatest of All Times” family celebration!

Food great only problem I had was that they brought my 20 wings out before they brought the rest of my family food, so I had to wait for their food to get there so I can eat, so my wings got a little bit cold but overall the food was great Wings was crispy didnt have to tell them to cook them well and the waiter was nice and she accommodated our needs since our food wasnt brought out at the same time.

Ordered through Door Dash and they lost my order. Instead of just remaking my order and sending it. I waited an hour and fifteen minutes. Called them she said someone stole my order and could careless. Left me on hold for 15 minutes. I would suggest you move on. Customer service is absolutely horrible

Generally good food. The place smells like bathroom and they had way too much sauce on the wings. There are better places for wings.

Pretty empty the night before a snowstorm. Only myself and a few other guests at the bar.Bartender was nice, but chicken tenders and fries took about 40 minutes and was cold by the time it got to me (not sure if he forgot to ring it in or no communication when they were ready).Pretty typical expectations for a BWW.

Ordered here on Doordash 4-5 times now hoping for a different experience. Order is never correct. Between getting completely different items that I ordered, or getting nothing from an order at all, Id love to give a 0 star.

Not crowded, extremely pleasant server very friendly and engaging. Her name escapes me. I remember she was from Kenya tho. Food was hot and made actually how asked.

Pretty bad.... Service - empty restaurant but took forever. Not all food was delivered at once. Server forgot my fries. Chicken wings - chewy and tasted like they were pre-fried. The best thing was my draft beer.

I ordered a grilled rubber chicken sandwich apparently. The chicken was rubbery and the most flavorful thing on my sandwich were the pickles 🤦‍♀️ u get better quality at Wendy’s.. and you would think chicken was their specialty.

I went on Veterans Day, the very first time there. Extra service, the young man was very respectful and shoulders appreciation oh my service. The food was also very great. Will they do there again in the near future.

Bad bad bad service. Placed an order Saturday. Missing food. Placed an order last night. Received wrong food. Call to speak with a manager today. Person who answered phone said, “Well is it important? We’re busy.” When I ran these issues by manager Anna, she said, “Well, thank you for your time.” I was very gracious and told her i understand they’re busy with new students returning and was offered no other apologies or explanations… just that one sentence. Even after explaining I couldn’t eat the wrong food delivered because of the diet i am on. I have given them a lot of my business and will no longer.

Waited 20 minutes to be seated with no acknowledgement. Employees walked passed several times with no type of greeting. Then after we were finally seated, waited 15 minutes. No waiter/waitress, no water, no Ill be with you in a moment. NOTHING! I understand being short staffed but then dont seat people and have someone at the door saying that its an hour wait. We got up and left.

This Buffalo Wild Wings has many great staff members, especially the servers working hard this first Ohio state game day home game. That being said the manager should be fired from this location and be replaced with someone competent enough to run a wing restaurant. Both levels were opened up with short staffing on servers and no one got their food for hours by us including my party. Opening up both levels while being short staffed is purely stupid and not caring about any customers. We have been here for 2 hours now and haven’t gotten our food. Fire this management the people deserve better.

BuyOne forgot to put the get one in the bag. Called and the manager on duty was nice and said I could come in and get them if I come back within a weeks time. Wings were hot and salad was fresh but cauliflower wings were barely warm. B Dubs is a great spot but this time they missed their mark.

Awesome experience. We had a family of 7 and our waitress was wonderful. Food came out fast and accurate. The only real problem I had was the temperature INSIDE the restaurant. Frigid would be an understatement. I had to step outside to warm up because I was shaking from the cold. I had a tanktop, shorts and sandals. My fingertips and toes were tingling. It was like a movie theater cold. A patron informed me that the ac in the kitchen wasnt working. And as a former food service worker it totally made sense. Ill happily freeze so that the kitchen staff doesnt die of heat exhaustion. 5 stars all day.

Very relaxed atmosphere at this B Dub location. The Ohio State University memorabilia as well as Columbus Crew give it a custom feel compared to other locations Ive been to. Food arrived to the table hot and fresh tasting with great flavors. Drinks stayed full and the house beer special taste amazing at a nice low price for the tall. I definitely plan to visit again soon!

Good food, great service, was outside of my comfort zone on campus but it was real chill to dine in!

I guess its because I ordered a very large order. Seeing I have 8 kids i figured we would give it a try. 100 dollars I wont ever spend again. This is my ceaser salad??? and (no dressing but thats everywhere you go). The boxes in my bags were just like this one..bread on the burger was wet?? If my kids didnt eat a few wings on the way home I would have definitely brought it all back. I will never spend this much money there again. Cant say its the worst. We normally get treated like this with all our take out though. What happened to getting what you pay for?

It was ok. Decided to take my boyfriend here for dinner, we ordered the tasting plate, which was pretty good. They didnt give us any tasting plates and the food gave us a bit of a stomach ache because of how greasy it is, but if you can handle that then I say go for it. And also; if youre gonna order a salad, its absolutely caked in dressing. But again, if thats your thing then I hope you enjoy it. The staff were quite friendly but the lighting made us feel like there was a power outage, I had to use nightsight for this picture lol

I have visited several BWW, but this one is best owing to its location. They have bar counter, dine in and as well open area which lets you sit in open air and just enjoy your food and beverage. They are little busy as they are located close to OSU.

Not much to say about this location super busy but that’s expected on osu campus food is fabulous staff was ok will return just to different location ohh and absolutely no parking if you’re lucky you’ll get a meter

Big place and not a long wait when I was there. Plenty of beers on tap to make anyone happy. The hottest wing sauce will make you sweat so be prepared
