Horrible service. I did takeout. Shame on me for not checking the bag, but they missed a wing order of mine. Got back to my place of sleep after driving :20 minutes there and back. Learned they shorted me on my wing order. Horrible feeling for a Sunday wind down and football on. Called the restaurant and was polite. They said they would refund after I re-confirmed my order and credit card #.Never happened. That’s all you need to know about a place and their level of service when they can’t follow through. Thanks for stealing my money Buffalo Wild Wings!

Pleasantly surprised with the wings. Not too large, most had some crisp and Hot was hot. Great buffalo chicken salad.

Mike was our bartender/waiter. He was very friendly and helpful. He even slipped me a special they were having that was better than what I ordered. There were a bunch a big screen TVs all over the place. You didnt have to worry about not seeing something you liked and had multiple angles. Food and drinks were great. Highly recommend.

Waited at front for 10 mins and no one came to seat us. Just walked out.

9/16- (UPDATESecond time ordering wings. This time I ordered the orange chicken traditional wings. The sauce was flavorful and on the spicy side but not unbearably spicy. The wings were crispy. I’d still like more flavor all the way through but very few places are able to accomplish this. I’m upgrading from 2 stars to 4.First visit- Clean restrooms, service was fast for a Thursday evening, the fries were pretty good, the chicken tacos were not good, the sauce was too sweet, the lemon pepper rub wings were just ok, no flavor on the inside, the cheese burger was bland, the cheese cake was ok too much caramel for my taste. We’ll go back and try their brisket items and other type of wings and see how that goes before writing them off completely.

We won’t be back anytime soon after experiencing upset employee having a meltdown and smashing glasses all over the bar.

Its buffalo wild wings, the food is good, its what you expect. But without a doubt this location screws up my order every time. I have to check the bag every time or they forget something.

Always great food when my partner and I stop in! Had an issue with something and our server Caelan handled it like a pro. Please give this young man a raise or promotion; he’s got great people skills and genuinely cares about his guests.

We ordered Buffalo Wings, French Fries and Coleslaw. We asked for our wings to be extra crispy and did not get them how we asked. Our fries were cold like then had been sitting for awhile. Our Coleslaw was just drizzled with sauce. The waitress was very nice. We did not ask for our food to be taken back and done the way we asked because nowadays we never know what will be done with the food. I rate this place with 1 star.

Great staff, friendly waitresses and excellent food. The parmesan garlic wings are amazing. I cant wait to try the MANY other flavors.

Easy to order online and pick up. My order was ready when I arrived and still warm. The transaction was easy and efficient! The food was good, consistent to what I’ve experienced at other Buffalo Wild Wings so that was good. Overall, very pleased!

Had the street tacos. Loaded with chicken and three definitely filled me up. Wish it had real cheese instead of the nacho cheese sauce. Service was good and food arrived promptly.

The chicken tender salad was excellent and the lettuce was awesome. But for 14 bucks you would think they can give you more than two 1 oz tenders in the salad.

WE WERE THERE IN ST JOSEPHS WITH MY FAMILY FOR THE WEEKEND, WE WERE A PARTY OF 15, THE WAITRESS TRIED HER BEST, SERVICE COULD BE BETTER, UNFORTUNATELY WE ALL GOT SICK EXCEPT 2 KIDS, WE BELIEVE WE ALL GOT FOOD POISON FROM THERE SINCE THAT ALL WE ATE ALL DAY, WE BEEN WERE, CHILLS, STOMACH CRAMPS, DIARRHEA AND VOMITING.We have never experienced anything like this before.And food was not even like other locations, there sauce is alot more spicy than other locations. We will never come back to this location for sure

They got over half our order wrong. Burger didnt have its cheese curds, and they forgot our fries fully. They also gave us the wrong sauce and only 4 tenders. The food we did get was good though.They also didnt answer the phone for an entire hour when we tried to call for some sort of assistance or compensation(as they forgot about 5 dollars worth of food).

Sign said open, website said open, but they would not serve us. We were there 35 minutes before they closed. If you are open until 12 you should serve food until then. The entire purpose of advertising your hours is so people know what time range to be there. I’ve worked in restaurants and understand how frustrating it is to get customers late in the evening.

Arica and Kate are outstanding bartenders! Good help is definitely hard to fine. And BBW in St. Joseph have two of the best.

Came in at 10:27 and was told to wait and the hostess would come back to seat us. After a few minutes a gentleman came up and said we dont seat anyone after 10:30. It was 10:30 when he said this and we had gotten there a few minutes earlier. What a joke. Ill never be returning to this location again.

Ordered mild wings for pickup. Got home and mouth was on fire after 3 lol. I’ve had B Dubs plenty of times and always get the tried and true tangy “mild” sauce. I’m not a major spicy 🌶 fan but I like a little zip. Today’s “mild” however, has endorphins shooting off in my head due to the spiciness. It’s so hot my tongue is legitimately in pain. How do you spicy fans enjoy this? Anyhow - gave em’ a 3 because I can’t stop eating them… they’re still good. But please, next time, hook me up with the real mild when I request it.

Got half the food I ordered, three types of wings 10 a box but I only got 4-5 a box, and one of the flavors was wrong instead of orange chicken I got red hots which I can’t eat. Would not recommend, it took 40 minutes to get half the food I ordered and they couldn’t get the sauces right

Bdubs, now if you all charge $2 for onion rings I should not be able to open my box and count my onion rings 😑 7? Really

I had a great experience. However when I ordered my drink the blue Hawaiian it was clearly made different the second time around and looked nothing like the first time I had it. The color was different and the taste was different. Both still good. However you should really train your bartenders to make the same drink especially when it’s not that hard to do. Wether it was made by a different bartender the second time around shouldn’t matter.

Honestly our experience was excellent with bartender, but every drink we had we got a new bill placed in front of us... Which felt a bit like they wanted us to leave... But thats werid.. cause its dead. Have never had that happen before? Interesting 🤔

Had a reslly good dinner here with my son and mother. Definitely will be back. Our waitress was very nice and polite.

I loved it great Waiters and just great food much better then the wings down in Niles first time being at a buffalo wild wings pretty cheap compared to the wings in Niles and has more meat on the wings 👍 good first impressions of the company may come back :)

Good service between the lunchtime and dinner time crowds. Pretty good food selection for a large franchise wing restaurant.

Way better than kazoo. Staff was good wings had the perfect amount of sauce and were out in no time. Definitely coming again.

After ordering 30 (5 boxes of 6boneless wings to go, they only gave me 4 boxes out of the five, completely forgetting part of my order. After being disappointed that part of my order was missing I also discovered one of the flavors was wrong. I ordered the "lemon vinaigrette" and they gave me the "lemon pepper dry rub". Very disappointed that they didnt double check my order as well as my dasher after I spent so much on all of it.

Our waitress virtually ignored us. She had 3 other tables that she was constantly at but we sat for almost 20 with empty drink glasses. Our food came out and wasnt what we ordered so we sent it back. Another half an hour later I was served a sloppy messy greasy disaster of a burger and cold stale French fries that were inedible. Then we were charged full price for everything. I will never EVER return. Worst restaurant in all of St Joe.

Buffalo Wild Wings is middle of the road all the way. About the only thing that stands out to me is the nachos. They are seriously loaded. Wings are average, service is always average, prices are bit high in some cases but, again, average. It works in a pinch but Ill always prefer hometown pubs with great service and hand cooked wings.

Was great experience wings was very delicious, took family out for my birthday. The only thing i thik could be better is to try and keep large amounts of wings warm. Server jacob was awesome

Great Tuesday bogo deal on wings up to 15! Great deal when all said and done. Today we had an awesome server and the food was super fast. Unfortunately, they can get backed up in the kitchen sometimes but they seem to have done a great job improving! The mango Habinaro wings are super spicy but have great flavor. The parmasan garlic wings are always a go-to! Super happy to have got good wings tonight!

I’d recommend not wasting your time here. We had our order taken promptly, but then we were not checked on for at least 30-45 minutes. Our food had not come out and our drinks had not been refilled. No one updated us about the status of our order. We watched several other tables that came in after us get their food and even leave before our order came out. We finally got our food 1hr and 15 minutes later. There were only two of us. We will not be returning.

I would recommend it as one of the best place to hangout with your love ones. Try it.

We were in for lunch today, Aug 10, 2021 and the bartender was extremely busy and the girls she had working the floor were slow as turtles so she ended up taking us and she is AMAZING! I wish I had caught her name, but she hustled and made sure we were in and out as fast as possible to get back to work! Kudos to you girl! You ran that place alone! I want to point out if it wasnt for her we wouldve left because both girls on the floor looked at our table, not being helped, and just ignored us so it wouldve been a 1 star review! The five star is for the bartender! <3

Other locations of BWW are much better than this one. Food quality is awesome but service is equally poor.Several times they have messed up my order. Takes long time to prepare the food even if not busy.The waitress at pickup counter was not busy showing her tattoo to friends and did not care about customers waiting in the line.

Food was good but what really made my time great was our server rocky whenever your out at bdubs ask for rocky he’s on top of his job quick with drinks always asking if you need anything strait up good worker. Made us feel like family!

Bartender is in it!!! However our horse was messed up for the 2nd time. Bartender confirmed with me of our order and thinking it would be correct, we came home to notice it wasnt. Not the bartenders fault, maybe the last person in the kitchen to send the order out. This is twice this has happened. It takes only a look at the ticket and a look at the food.

July 4th, busy day, and they got us in (6 topwith only a short wait. The food was amazing and the service was the best weve had anywhere in the last month. Im so happy we stopped in here while visiting from out of town. Will be back next time were in town.

Really good food. The server was skilled, polite and friendly. The restaurant was very clean, which doesnt always get noticed. Like pretty much every restaurant right now, they seemed short staffed for a lunch hour but the crew working this day operated as a team. They were helping each other, communicating, and taking care of the customers. Id recommend BWW St. Joe for lunch anytime.

Food was good but the service was sketchy. We 1st arrived the host took us to a booth next to the bathroom when there were three or four booths open in the same area and when I told her I did not want to sit next to a washroom she immediately took us to a booth in the middle. Next sketchy servicewas when we ordered it took them 30 to 45 minutes approximately to bring us some chicken fingers and fries. We both observed the fact that parties that arrived well after us were served their food well before ours came. All the server just kept saying is “I don’t know what’s taking so long”. When the food did finally come out the fries were cold. At the check she asked if we were ready for the check we said yes and she said is this together or separate.When the other parties received their check I never heard her offer them separate checks. I’m not sure this is just how they treat people. Or the fact that we are African-Americans and all of the other parties were Caucasian.

Tonight I sat at the bar, the bartender Michael was super informative about the drink specials and trad tuesday!!! Brendan the manager on shift, found time to even ask how my experience was. Every time I walk into that store it just gets better and better! Good job to management for going above and beyond guest expectations! 10/10 for me.

I keep forgetting that pretty much all the food you get at craft brewery is copped from a B-Dubs menu. Return to tradition(?).Despite the food being good, the kitchens so slow. Dont come here to eat on a lunch break unless youre one of... those people. Yeah.

Its a B-Dubs. Fine food, overpriced for mediocre food. The server here was great and perfectly friendly! Seemed like he was training a new person and they both did a great job. It did take quite a while for the food to come out, but I feel like thats always the case with BWW unless its dinner-rush when they have more cooks in the back. No idea how many they typically have during lunch-time, but I feel like they just dont staff enough cooks normally at most BWW Ive been to.

We ordered takeout and this is what we got. Last time we ordered takeout we didnt even get the right order.....the food is still good though.
