Buffalo Wild Wings in Olympia

The staff was great and even for being as busy as it was they got our food out quickly. Food was good also. Little on the pricey side for some wings but you are getting a great atmosphere.

I want to give a shout out to our waitress, Serena!! Visited yesterday and she was understanding, attentive and friendly. Had a stupendous experience. Thank you.

I stopped on my way home from PT. I was tired and hurting. The staff was super friendly helping me order takeout. Upon receiving my food I asked for assistance with getting my food to my car. The manager graciously helped me out. The staff is always wonderful when ever I happen to stop here for food. Great place!!

So everything, was expensive. The food wasnt too bad. Just real messy. But whatever. Id eat here again.

Ordered 30 flats and got 15 flats and 15 drums. Told the waitress and she came back with 15 FREE flats to go since the kitchen messed up. I didnt get any excuses...I didnt get any reasons...all I got were results!

I mainly go here since they are one of the few places locally who has the Pac 12 network. Once there, I do enjoy the food, drink, and watching many sporting events.

Our server was great, everything else bad. Cheese curds, wings, burger were all SO SALTY. If Id known to pay with a card I would have to give my phone number so I could get a text to go to a link to manually enter my card info and zip code right there at my table in plain view of everyone I would went elsewhere. Ive never been so close to leaving without paying a bill before. My food sucked and I was forced to put personal/financial info on display on my phone in public.

Great service, family friendly; however, the food is not great and overpriced. Their policy of bringing food out as it is ready is ridiculous because someone may get their food like 10 minutes before someone else.

The two times that I have been there the service was awesome, the waiter very attentive. The wings, mozzarella sticks and drinks came out on a timely manner.

Had a really terrible experience at the Olympia location. Took 20 min to get our drinks delivered, the waitress was not friendly and didn’t seem to care for our table. Our food was brought out to us somewhat cold, and it also took 20 min to get 2 sauces delivered, even when it was suppose to be on the platter. Furthermore, our server’s attitude seemed like she didn’t have a care in the world that our food was not even hot. This is one of the reasons why I avoid chain restaurants these days.

Our server Taylor was the BEST manager we’ve ever had. she was kind, punctual, and friendly. she has just met us in the middle of all of the chaos and was still radiant. she was calm and collected. she even updated us on our food every 5 minutes and gave us refills the second our drinks got low. it was the simple fact that she was having a long day but still showed a smile and made us feel welcomed. i think she deserves a raise or maybe a promotion!

They have NO cooks. Food orders takes an Hour minimum. It would have been nice to know this information before I placed my order. Bartender didnt tell me anything until I ask. 🤦

This location has gone downhill dramtically-i used to love coming here with my family. This time it was just incredibly overpriced for the low quality and quantity of food. Dinner portion of chicken tenders looked like a kids meal. The regular order of cheese curds came out with 15 curds in a tray (Ive had significantly better cheese curds from DQ).And their traditional wings were very lackluster - not cooked well before being sauced and no labels for the sauces like they used to have. They seemed to not care whatsoever. All in all, a very dissapointing experience.

First time visit. Thank waitress Tay was great! The sauces were good. But the boneless wings were so dry and some were hard.Very disappointed for a $50 lunch. And being an establishment in Olympia, I have never had a friend say “let’s go to Buffalo Wings”. Now I know why.

Me and my family went tonight and it was packed. You would of never known with Hugh as your waiter. Outstanding service.

Can you please start posting your staffing schedules so I know when not to waste my time? Or just figure out how to staff. There has got to be a competent manager you can bring in from another location for a few months to fix the chronic problems here.

Well this place was a huge disappointment. I ordered takeout for the family. Got a 20/20 chicken boneless and regular with fries. With sauce on the side so everyone could decide what they wanted. Salad as well with dressing on the side. With cheese curds to top it off.Instead what I got was cardboard for fries. Their hottest sauce (wrong sauceON the boneless chicken. With no sauce for the bone in chicken.Unless your desperate for a TV don’t eat here just drink a bit.

Not good !Strange...Our food took over an hour to get, and arrived cold ! The place was about 1/2 full. Not sure what occurred, but not sure Ill be back to this one...

Too expensive for cold food and bad service. 4 hours wasted here 🙄 plan to spend $30 per person just for food and a soda. They didnt even put chicken on my chicken nachos but I was too hungry to wait for a fix. My food was cold so why was I waiting so long? Our party of 4 had to watch one person eat their meal cuz the food came one meal every 20 mins. They forgot part of the order aswell and never brought it. Hands down the worst dining out experience ever!

We were told our food would be ready at 7:50pm.. our son finally gets the order at 9pm.. gets home and half the order is missing and the other half must have been in a cooler.. solid work BWW Olympia! fingers crossed that we get reimbursed

We Order From BWW Today Strictly From TV Advertisement. Ordering Was Fine Even Adding A Tip Before Getting the Food Was Okay. When We Did Get Our Food It Was Cold and Items Were Missing. Our Bag Was Sealed So We Didn’t Think To Open It To Check To Make Sure Everything Was There because Again It Was Sealed. When Getting Home With Our Take Out Order Our Larger Fry Was Missing and We Didn’t Obtain The Amount Of Blue Cheese Requested. I Did Attempt To Call So This Location Could Get Redemption By Making It Right But After x2 Calls Going Unanswered I Figured I’d Give A Review To Inform You About The Location. Make Sure You Check Your Order For Missing Items and Also Make Sure Your Aren’t Spending $80 On Cold Food.

I was doing doordash and sat in there for 15 minutes after the scheduled pick up time. The food still wasnt ready. The restaurant has the ability to schedule the pickup times. Move the times back later if you are not going to be ready on time. It is disrespectful to delivery drivers and our time. I just unassigned and left.Edit: I came back 2 more times for orders, and the same thing happened both times. I get a text that the order is ready and waiting when I accept the order, and then another text that the order is ready and waiting at the scheduled pick up time. When I talk to the people at the front, they say the system just received the order, they are starting it now, and it will be ready in 15-20 min. It wasnt particularly busy in there, so it really was just poor planning and management of the doordash system. There are plenty of other less equipped restaurants that make an effort to be on time, so it really is doable.

Not very busy..waited 10 min b4 anyone even acknowledged me. Ordered drinks and water. Another 10 min. When our wings came...our fries didnt...waited again...then bot how we ordered them. Very disappointing. Wont go again

Whenever we come here it always take like 40 minutes to get out food. Only reason I give it 5 stars is because Santino, our server was awesome and I hope he gets the recognition he deserves!

We ordered two burgers and one of them was black bean, and it turned out that both had black bean patties, but one of them also had a meat patty on top one of the Bb patty which a vegetarian took a bite out of and almost got sick because of the meat. We are not coming back here for a very long time! PLEASE CHECK YOUR FOOD BEFORE SENDING IT OUT!!!!

Ugh. So disappointed. I ordered through Uber eats (first mistakewhen I was stuck at work cleaning late one night. When I ordered, I searched for an option to order ketchup, goop, fry sauce, 1000 island, SOMETHING for my tots and my burger (which didn’t list ketchup as a topping). There was no option to so. I could order buffalo wing sauce, marinara, teriyaki but nothing you would dip tots in. I figured there must be ketchup on the burger and the tots must come with something to dip them in. Nope. The dry, shockingly flavorless bacon cheeseburger that was covered in cold, rubbery what I’m assuming were fried cheese curds had no sauce to be found. It was so dry it was hard to chew and swallow. The last burger I had was at the Rock in Lacey and it was hands down the best burger I had tasted in a long time. And this was more like a elementary school lunch burger minus the ketchup.The tots were cold, stale and tasted like old rancid grease.This was my first time eating food from this establishment and it will be my last.

Alexandra was an amazing waitress and that is about the only good thing I can say about our visit tonight. We were warned about 20 minutes after ordering that there was a 30-40 min wait on boneless wings. I ordered traditional and my husband order boneless. Pretty sure they cooked mine waiting for his. It only took about a total of 40 mins. My traditional wings were almost as cold as my beer. Ranch tasted spoiled. Worst experience we’ve had at a BWW. No more trivia on the machines or on our phones. Dissatisfied overall.

We had the greatest experience here at the Olympia location B-Dubs. Our waitress, Shy, was absolutely WONDERFUL! The restaurant was fully packed for Thursday BOGO, but our service was amazing. Shy regularly checked in on us and even brought us sample wing sauces with a small tray of complimentary fries to dip them with. Our cups never ran dry and the food was delicious (we had boneless wings, mozzi stix, a cheese curd bacon burger and kids Mac n cheese)! Some of the staff looked exhausted but Shy was energetic and all over it!

Worst service I’ve ever experienced. Hugh was our server and was rude to us from the very beginning. Asked for our IDs like the police and then walked away without taking our order. We were there for an hour and he checked on us twice but checked on almost every other table around us multiple times. I had to flag him down to get our drinks. My food came out cold which was not his fault but he never asked us if we needed anything in the meantime. Absolutely will never be returning to this location.

We waited an hour for our wings and when they did arrive they were almost cold. No heat or warmth at all in the meat. We were comped our meal and paid for our drinks and still left a10 dollar tip.

My boyfriend and I come in once a month. Today Serena was our server. Her customer service is extraordinary and she was quick and efficient at doing her job. She was very friendly. We were glad to be here today! Excellent service and excellent food! We will definitely be back :Thank you so much! A+++

Just ordered through Door Dash for this location. I ordered the 10-piece traditional wings with the selection of two sauces. Original Hot and Honey BBQ. My issue is I called to the store to ask if they could just mix the sauces together and put it on all the wings because Door Dash wouldn’t give me the option. But I was told by a young lady who answered the phone that they can’t do that. I’ve ordered it twice at this location before and had no problems in the past. I don’t understand what law is being broke by mixing sauces. It’s ridiculous, This will be my last time ordering here.

For the 3rd time in 3 months, Im sitting in the parking lot over 30+ minutes past my pick up time (which was 30 minutes after my orderand my food isnt done, but other people have been walking out with their orders the whole time. Theyve had over an hour to make 2 meals and 2 sides. This has happened EVERY TIME I COME HERE! And they NEVER offer to do something to make it right.

Great service & friendly staff. When we went it was fairly close to closing time and they had been very busy and the doors were locked and there was no other food to get in the area and we were a little disappointed until the manager saw us trying to open the doors and came out and let us in the whole experience was really good and I would definitely go back to this place.

Started out great the waitress was took our orders and brought our drinks. After a little while she brought my wife her burger because she didnt want it to get cold, my wings were going to take a bit longer. Then someone else stopped by and said my wings should be out soon. So after we had been waiting for about 1 hour I Was done waiting. I asked the waitress to bring my check. Then she asked the manager to come over a talk to me.The manager just tried to justify why it took 1 hour to pick out 20 flat wings. And the place was less that half way empty when we showed up and people that came in after us were getting their food already. It was one unjustified excuse after another from the manager. We usually have a good experience at this location but the managers poor judgment and excuses tipped my boiling point. We will just have to make the drive to Tacoma in the future.Thank you again to the waitress for your superb service.

This place has gone way down hill in a year. It literally gets worse every time I go. I will probably never go here again. The last 3 times we have gone they have shorted us wings. The last time they shorted us fries, wings, and a bottle of hot sauce. The time before that it took our server 30 minutes to even tell us he was our server. Yet another time we got black burnt onion rings, someone literally put them in a box and gave them to a customer. Unfortunate too, because we go here at least twice a month. I love this place, Gonna be hard to start going to Wing Stop. I guess I learnt my lesson. I mean we asked for queso for our large fries and got a quarter of a plastic cup full.

Staff just wont fill orders even when placed hours ago via app. Frustrating to watch customers ignored for 30 minutes.Its hard I get it. But loyal customers using the preferred ordering (paying a takeout feeand already paid by card should be respected.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS BWW!!! Everytime I order from here only one order of my wings is made correctly and you can tell they just threw that sauce on and didn’t even try. I ordered last night while at work, waited over an hour and got this. I would rather wait an extra 20 minutes for my food to be made correctly then wait over an hour and get this.

Highly do not recommend dashing your food from here. Ordered a sandwich and received a wrap, didnt even get the modifications right. Onion rings were cold and soggy with a side of white hair fried into the batter. Door dash did amazing at responding and trying to make it right but bdubs obviously do not care about the quality of food they send out.

Service was good (at barat first then they disappeared at the end. Took a long time to get the check. Also the chicken strips werent particularly good. Too much breading. Should have stuck with the boneless wings. On a positive note--- great dipping sauces.

Short staffed over a hour to get dinner. In the past had better time and faster service Ally was amazing waitress and we didnt get any hospitality from the manager. How many more people had the same experience yesterday. My sons birthday yesterday to.

I usually come to this Buffalo wild wings once or twice a month. Out of all times Ive been here this was the absolute worst. We chose to go here because we are celebrating my birthday and theres good selection of foods for people to eat with the different dietary restrictions we have. Our waiter was new so gave him a break on a lot of things but when he put the order in he put everyones order in as traditional wings and we ordered boneless wings so then we had to wait longer. Also when we ordered appetizers he took our appetizers to the wrong table and we didnt get one of our appetizers until after half of us got our wings. And then three of us didnt even get our wings until 45 minutes after the other people at our table did and the wings werent even hot they were room temperature. By far kind of the worst service Ive ever had there which is really disappointing because every other time has been great. Odds are Ill probably come back to this place again but hopefully itll be better next time maybe this was just a bad day.

Every other time I have been here, I was always impressed. But this time, April 26, our very first interaction with our server (Sarawas her being extremely rude, at having to seat us. She spent most of the interactions that we had during service, treating us like a burden. She spoke down to us for the majority of our interaction. The only thing I view her having done correctly was telling us about the deal on bone-in wings. Over all, this almost makes me not want to come back to this location.

The last couple times here was take out. The service as usual was slow but not busy inside with only 2 or 3 tables being served. The food was dry, cold and in need of the famous BBQ sauce for sure. (Note to self: ask for extra BBQ sauce!The onion rings were great however and the gentleman who took the order and brought the food out was awesome! He knew the product, discounts and how to make people smile. Not a fav anymore but will still go back for another chance in the inside dinning area, no more take out.

The food was pretty good. The cocktails were horrible. We asked for a drink that was sweet. The waiter Hussein recommended a red bill sunrise…. This drink was pure syrup. Hussein response: would u like salt water and you said you wanted something sweet. Yes something sweet not diabetes in a cup. Lastly he just absolutely loved being rude and trying to talk over myself and my family.. one thing that makes an experience is the type of service you receive which in this case was dreadful. My family only eat out once a month and this was an absolute waist. Never been treated so rude.

We went there for lunch. Our waitress (Madesynwas great. Very helpful, very efficient, very professional. Fast service, and lots of refills. My chicken COBB salad was good. My friend ordered the lunch special, Burger, double cheese curd bacon style. He was very pleased. We split a ten piece bone-in wings, half spicy garlic half Jerk, excellent choices.

All the BWW look alike but service is what make me go to another location sometimes . Food at this location is always great and the temperature good but service is so slow ! As we enter we always get a nice greeting and get seated right away but even with only few occupied tables , it takes long for the server to come take the order , takes even longer for food to come out and again a long wait to check out . Beside that , great place for lunch dinner or a late snack

Great Buffalo Wild Wings. Our family loves B dubs and this one didn’t disappoint. Stopped in on our way to the coast and it was super yummy! Food was delicious and fresh, amazing wings and drinks and all the employees are very friendly and attentive. Place is clean as well great BWW

Music was too loud. I dont mind loud music IF ITS GOOD, but I couldnt even recognize the genre. Service was slow for the amount of business. It was fun to see the local high schools represented and the pictures and jerseys of the pro teams.

Love this place weve gone there for 2 anniversaries already I want to make it a thing...is good finger licking food🤤 prices are fair. Service always good. No discrimination of any kind. LOVE!
