Buffalo Wild Wings in Pocatello

The wings were basically plain I don’t really appreciate that I am very displeased with this…. Thought you guys were better than that.

Food was old and cold, portions were very small for the price. Wont go back, wouldnt recommend. Actually thought I was ordering from a completely different restaurant, not sure who to blame for that, them or door dash?

Not as busy as a normal BWW and that meant very good service. Good bar selection as well

It was the worst visit weve ever had to BWW. We usually go to the Meridian or Boise location. Pocatello location was disappointing we had to wait over 20 minutes to be seated. There were plenty of open tables. I understand they might be understaffed. But the food was really old tasting. It was not good.

Great place to hang with friends, have some good food & few drinks & visit or watch a game

Since June when we moved here every order has been subpar and/or wrong/missing itemsLast order, kids meal was missing the drink and the side, and the Mac & cheese had pieces of other food in it - crumbs, tomatoes… my daughter wouldn’t eat it so I called and they said they’d refund me. My bank stmt shows they refunded $1.We order mostly online so there cannot be miscommunications, yet they mess it up every single time. Today my salad is missing the salad dressing and the boneless wings are dry - they don’t use enough sauce ever.This is the only location I’ve had consistently bad experiences with. My kid won’t eat here anymore and it’s been one of our favorite places for years.

Abby made our night and a great attitude despite us showing up right before close. Kept us entertained and was really nice.

They don’t even deserve one star but you don’t really have much of an option. EVERYTIME I go to this restaurant I wait 1hr30min just to have my order wrong. My waiter MAYBE refills my drink once if I ask, they never explain what’s taking so long and they never apologize for taking up my whole night. pretty pathetic if you ask me. I have zero desire to eat here again, I like Buffalo Wild Wings but the one in Pocatello SUCKS. you’re better off getting microwaveable chicken fingers from Walmart.

This has been one of our family favorites in the past. Not any more. First, we ordered 3 orders of 6 boneless Buffalo wings and 2 of them came out with 5. We checked to make sure 2 werent stuck together. When we told our waitress, she said they were stuck together. I showed her they were not. (We never did get the pieces we were missing.But also there was barely any sauce on them we asked for more sauce and when we got the bill, they charged us for the extra sauces. Also the two orders that were short pieces had some pieces that were mostly gristle.It was disappointing. Poor customer service in my opinion.

If you ask for something without a bun they bring it completely deconstructed. Wait staff is rude and doesnt seem to understand that you need napkins and utensils.

Worst service ever. Orders were messed up and came out at different times. Didnt offer to refund for wrong food brought out after waiting an hour. Will never go back again.

tonight was amazing, the food and the service, especially this one host i think her names abby, she’s short, she was so nice

Disappointed in the wait staff. Left my purse behind by accident, called when I realized my mistake and was told nothing had been left at our booth. Luckily I didn’t take them at their word & went back to double check myself, as I had important meds in there, and immediately found it at the very booth my family and I were sitting at. This leads me to believe I was either put on hold long enough to make me think wait they were looking for my bag or they just did a bare minimum look. Either way, it’s a poor reflection on them and they’re lucky it wasn’t somebody else who believed them and lost out on their belongings.

Great Buffalo Wings!! Mild to Hot!!! Lunch specials 😋 My favorite is All American Cheeseburger. So delicious!! Make me smile. 😁

My chicken was cold and my drink didnt get refilled. They wasnt that busy. Id try it one more time.

Consistently inadequate. Wings that have sat in the warmer long enough to become chewy, incomplete orders, incorrect orders, incompetent kitchen team and management. Katina was the manager I spoke with and you could hear the sneer on her face in her voice on the phone. I cant phantom how this lady is in management. We waited for well over an hour for our food only to find out I completely wasted $140.00. I absolutely will not be spending my money at this location anymore. I would rather have moldy bread and toilet water.

Wings were OK. I ordered the classic buffalo wings with blue cheese. Being from Rochester, New York, Buffalo wings are a comfort food for me. I guess they lost a little bit in translation to the area. They werent bad but they were okay.

Very loud sports, fried everything. When the food arrived it smelled like fryer oil (ugh). Great waiter, no entrance or exit greeting by host. The food was super hot (A+), but the roll on my chicken sandwich was super dense. It took up most of my sandwich. I ate just the chicken. Iced tea was very weak. Not the best bang for the buck. Go elsewhere.

First time here. Food was good. Had to ask for silverware and napkins. Husband asked for coleslaw on the side and never got it.

As usual...one half the wings came out cold and the other half were fresh. Seems to be this way every time we visit. Seems to have gotten ridiculously expensive too. We wont be back for another few years probably.

Ive always enjoyed b-dubs. But the food here has been horrible. Ive given them 2 chances. Wont be going back.

Service was awesome, the brisket sandwich was delicious, and the Modelo draft was cold and refreshing. Gonna eat an drink here again before I leave

They gave us cold hard fries. Old dried out boneless chicken. So disappointed. We will be calling in the morning because they were close

Went here upon request from my son for a mommy and me day! Always good food and the service is fantastic!

Everything i had i enjoyed from lime pilsner beer and Asian wings just enough heat 😋 And the Smack down triple cheese burger 🍔 Actually first time there and really enjoyed the food 👌

My partner and have been dining in and getting delivery for while. Dining in has always been good for the most part but In the last couple months the to go/take out orders weve gotten have always been wrong or missing something. The last time we ordered we got an order of wings, two drinks and an order of Mac. They forgot the two drinks and our wings were cold by the time the order got to us. Its really unfortunate because we love the food but I dont think we will be ordering from here again.

Come for the Buffalo, stay for the wild wings. 10/10 service and food. Get the cheese curds with caramel and please your taste buds with greatness.

Wings were good enough just overpriced. Nachos were great with guacamole! It was very slow and so I hoped for amazing service but it was good.

Inconsistent service. Sometimes food is fast and on point. Sometimes even if we are the only people in there the food will take 45 minutes. Food is usually good, but again Inconsistent

We ordered to go and when we got our food, the fries were hard enough to snap in half and rattle around the take out box and the fried pickles were lukewarm at best. Pretty sure they reheated old fries or something and thought we wouldnt notice. The first girl we talked to on the phone was super sweet, but the manager was rude as hell about it, shouldnt be that difficult to fix something that was done wrong on their end. Kind of a pathetic experience.

I can not explain how GREATFULL I am for who took care of my order.. 16 ppl crew and wow they amazed me on their organized order taking! Thank you!!’ Great management and delicious food !

I have always enjoyed Buffalo Wilds Wings, but our food has been getting less and less in the quality department. Today I ordered their cauliflower and tacos. I did this via door dash, it automatically had ranch marked for the cauliflower which was fine and I requested no pico on the tacos. My order came via door dash with no sauce and pico on the tacos. This is extra frustrating because I had to order through door dash due to work. Lets get it together Buffalo Wild Wings!

Poor customer service. Server did not introduce self, server stated that drink looked wrong when first brought but did nothing about it until it was pointed out by guests. Order had to be sent back due to cooks not paying attention to request on food order. No input into how spicy scale was, daughter ordered a sauce on the mild to medium end of spice and what she got was much more spicy than expected.

The service was POOR. I’m not sure if the waiter was new or he just didn’t care but, he was mesmerized by the woman with three kids and couldn’t even keep himself together while taking our order. He brought two of our kids meals and they were almost cold. We waited another 10 mins and our food came out by another waiter and it was also almost cold. We had ordered a double cheese burger and we did not get what we had ordered. After we left we realized we were charged for two drinks WE DID NOT ORDER. We were charged for that double cheeseburger WE DID NOT GET and we live an hour away and are not going to go back to dispute this. The waiter Patrick needs extra training because I watched him long enough to see he was only concerned for the tables that had WOMEN only. We were a party of five with a man. I’m very upset with the service we had especially with it being on Mother’s Day.

We waited over an hour to be seated when there were empty tables in the dining room. They were waiting to put a couple of tables together for our group but they kept seating groups in the smaller tables so they couldnt be put the tables together. They ended up seating us between two tables that were open the entire time we were waiting. So ridiculous 🙄.

Wasnt pleased with my birthday 6 piece wings, Flaming Doritos flavored. The wings were so dried out, seems they were over cooked or leftovers that were used, haha, worst ever just threw them away.

I ordered an Appetitizer Combo platter. A taste of Onion rings, Chicken Nachos (awesome!)Mozzarella sticks(mmm yummyand teriyaki boneless wings, you can get bone in too!(deeeelicious!Topped off with an array of dipping sauces and a large BLUE MOON 🍺Beer!! OH YEAH!! I even had leftovers 😋 for my sis to take to work. You definitely need to visit this establishment. I always like to sit at the bar as you can chat with others. The staff is very friendly.I definitely will visit again b4 I go back to Florida. 🌴🌴

Ordered take out that we originally tried to place the order online. It wouldnt work so we called and did it over the phone. Whereas our order total was ~$40 on the app, once we had done it over the phone and picked it up we were at $60. We ordered two kids meals that were charged at $11 and $13 rather than the ~$7ish that the app said. I placed the order and my spouse picked it up so we didnt realize the discrepancy until later. The fries tasted like they had been out all day. They were so stale. The cheese curds were delicious. Pretty upset about the money.

Went here with my girlfriend on super bowl sunday, it was quite busy with take-out orders. Our server and food quality was really good, server was also very nice and quick with our orders, her name was Shilyce I believe. Very great visit to BWW.

I ordered street tacos and they were gross and greasy. They had what you called spicy ranch. It was just that fake cheese ( like velveta. I called and they pretty much said to bad, don’t order it with that next time. How about I just never go there again. I’m just not impressed at all. First and last time I go there.

Horrible service. We have been loyal customers for years. Today that changed. Our last visit. We placed orders waited 30 mins for queso and chips waited another 30 minutes for our wings and asked bartender to check on order. Waited another 10 minutes watching him not check on order and asked again. His response was that he had not checked and didn’t know where order was. Talked to manager who we had many friendly conversations with previously and she was too busy to get off phone to actually talk with us. I do understand that they were having computer problems… but to blow off customers is another thing . It’s called being courteous. We will be going elsewhere.

Traditional wings were good. Had a party of six and two were served their food at.least ten minutes before the rest of us, making it uncomfortable. The wait on the wings was longer than expected. Waitress was attentive. All wait staff we could see wore their masks down around their throat. Why wear them at all if this is the case? Food was good. Salt and vinegar rub traditional wings was surprisingly tasty! Ordering wings as a group was more cost effective. They will let you choose several different flavors.

Great place to watch the game and eat wings. Get them naked and put your own sauces on them.you dont have to drink here they have a lot of great choices.kid friendly.

Our $135 order arrived (after waiting almost 1.5 hourswith most of it missing, and what was there was mostly wrong. Only 3 items came the way they were ordered. When we called BWW to report the issue, the manager "Kathina" was rude and implied that we were lying!She spoke to us in a mocking tone, without apologizing, told us "youll need to contact doordash". After pointing out that Doordarshan doesnt prepare or package the food and that it was her and her crews responsibility to ensure the food was made to order and all orders were added to the bag, she said "well, I packed the bags so I dont know what to tell you. Just call doordash".This is our 3rd bad experience at this BWW and our 2nd one with this manager - no more.Made it go public on facebook, on here, tomorrow we will file a complaint with the company (for the first time in my life).HIRE BETTER BWW!

I honestly don’t know if I will go here again. For the price that I paid the food, it should have been better. I had a pick up order and had to wait an extra 15 minutes longer to get it which wasn’t horrible in itself, but the food quality I received was an issue. I got cold, hard fries and burnt onion rings and cheese curds. I really believe They cooked those items first, let them sit and then cooked the rest of our meal. For $40 meal they really need to do better.

Usually love this place. But our most recent visit was all around terrible, especially considering they conveniently added $10 to the total ticket amount that came out of my bank account. The visit started with us being sat at two tables pushed together (by staffpartially blocking one of the walk ways. After we sat down a waitress came out and said "yeah this is not going to work. This isnt okay." With some attitude as if we had moved the tables there ourselves. Then after we ordered, all of the food came out extremely spaced apart. Half of our table had their food for about 20 minutes before the other half. When we asked about it they said "we do it this way now so everyone gets their food while its hot" which was funny considering the last meals that were brought out were cold. And for the icing on the cake, they charged my card an extra $10. I did not keep the receipt (my faultbut once I noticed the charge I called about this. I stated that I didnt want a refund for $10 but I did want them to be aware of the situation, to which I was told "without the receipt theres nothing I can do" which is understandable, but the man I spoke to on the phone said they couldnt look up tickets in their system which seems odd to me, having worked in a restaurants myself. All in all, Im not going to make a fuss over 10 bucks but if you dine here make sure to keep your receipts in case they try to add money on to your total bill without your knowledge too. Especially since they will do absolutely nothing to look into the issue without a receipt.

Read update.Don’t come here for lunch.....unless you have all day. I’ve been here for 40 min waiting for our order to come out. When I inquired about it, they said they forgot an order. Literally never said sorry. Now that the order has come it is obvious the orders of wings have been sitting waiting. I’m less than excited. Orders arrived at 51 min.Update. Manager came out and apologized for the delay and tried to make things right which was big of him. I’m changing the review to a 4 star as they tried really hard to correct the mistake.

I loved how the Staff treats you like family.This Platter of wings were Great.If youre a "Hot Wing Lover." I recommend getting the "Mango Habanero!" The Best Flavor, in my favor.

Me and my fiance had amazing food and service they where all so kind and helpful. The food was amazing I couldnt have been happier.
