Strangely enough, our boneless wings were soggy? The carrots and celery we ordered were browning and soft. Overall not a good experience.

Terrible customer service. Only have the bar area open. Hostess doesn’t seat people in the order that they arrive. She kept skipping over the groups of two and seating groups of 4 or more. When the food finally arrived it was cold.

Went there twice recently, thought the 1st time was a fluke but even worse 2nd time. Disgusting, inedible.

Bdubs by celebration is better but this location is still ok

Love BWW. but this particular location...I went in, sat at bar. It was soooo hot in there. Bartender, very. Very nice sadly explained the AC had gone out. Unfortunately I couldnt handle the heat.

Great bar service, although slow compared to other BDubs; kitchen is uncomfortably slow even on a Friday night when they are 1/2 full.

So as we have gotten to the restaurant I got seated it took forever before we were greeted with our waiter we ordered and we got our food my boyfriend hadnt received the other half of his meal and then they forgot the chili on his Burger my burger was pretty dry and his looked pretty burnt!! It seemed as if our waiter was preoccupied with a table behind us because we barely had his attention.... To be honest it was pretty poor customer service from what I had expected!! They were not busy at all and I group of people sat at the door to be seated before finally walking out because nobody was paying them any attention.... I think Buffalo wild wings could have done a much better job than what was presented that day

Ariana was gracious and offered refills.Picked up a 10 piece boneless.Quite and clean.Grateful to get a parking space.Loading available for 20 minutes free.

I mean what do you expect? its Buffalo Wild wings.They have lots of Wing options, various other foods plenty of beer and some great deals.If youre walking around downtown and youre craving some wings its a good spot, pick up is a little difficult where the shop is located. But if youre willing to walk for it its a good meal

When I came in there were two tables open. I sat down after 5 minutes, everyone was standing around and staring. After 20 minutes, someone waited on me finally. I wouldnt recommend this place at all.

slowest restaurant i’ve ever been to. they said 7 minutes and it took 32 minutes and all they had on tv was college softball. go somewhere else instead

They serve cold food. If your food is not hot and you put in a complaint or ask for a remake, they will literally run it back and Microwave the product and bring it back within a few minutes. Those are in fact food safety violations, especially during this pandemic you CANNOT take someones food back into the kitchen let alone REHEATING it and contaminating your kitchen equipment with germs and maybe perhaps even the COVID virus that weve been trying to get rid of these past couple years?? There were also specific instructions to avoid placing certain items on the food due to allergies, however the kitchen completely ignored that. Then here comes a million excuses for the lack of quality because a simple "im sorry let me fix that for you" isnt in your vocabulary. Should look into new management and a new team ASAP. I would advise that no one go here till then. Place honestly should be shut down as its a food safety hazard.

As a server and trainer for BDubs in Denver, I expected the same level here. I walked in around 4pm and the server and bartender seen me. 10 minutes of standing at the host stand later, I finally walked out. They never seated me and actively acted like I wasnt there. I was there on a Thursday, March 24th, 2022.They were totally dead and had not one table. This is beyond unacceptable, I was shocked.

My delivery time was pushed back 3 times. I asked for my own fries to have Buffalo seasoning (they had no seasoning at all). I asked for my kids fries to be unseasoned (they were heavily seasoned). I asked for mild sauce on my boneless wings (I was given a splash of sweet bbq sauce). They didn’t even coat them evenly. All my food was extremely cold, even though the restaurant is about 2 miles max from my house. I was supposed to get 2 chocolate milks for 2 kid meals, I received one. Literally a waste.

Waited for 10 minutes with my family. There were empty tables. The host gave the tables to a party that can e after us. I asked if that party had made a reservation online. He said no. I asked why they were getting seated before us he said they were there before we were. That party was not there before we were. There was a mom and child sitting in the waiting area when we got their. The host proceed to argue with me about how the other party was there first. I had 2 type one diabetic kids with me that needed to eat with their medical condition. I called to be out on hold for over 15 minutes after asking twice to speak to a manager about the way we were treated. Finally, just hanging up because customer service at this location doesn’t seem to be a priority. My family and I will be finding a new establishment to dine.

Picking up my order and literally saw a female staff by the name of Kayla, smoker voice, at the assembly table pick up a fry from a plate and ate it. Proceeded to serve it chomping her mouth. Disgusting! 9:32PM Saturday 22

Very disappointed. I ordered two sauces for my wings but received plain wings with no sauce. This was a waste of money

I placed an order through Uber eats around 7:45pm. I live one mile away.. I had one Uber driver wait at the restaurant for almost 35 minutes for my order, only to leave. The next driver claimed my order and arrived there an hour after my order had been placed....and my food still wasnt ready. After 25 more minutes of them waiting, my entire order was just canceled (9:10pm). Who knows if they ever managed to make my food...

Ordered through doordash and almost everything came out terrible! Ordered 2 Grilled Chicken Sandwiches with fries for my sides, a guacamole smashed bacon burger with onions rings for my side, and i received only one side! Didn’t get my celery or carrots. Wings were too undercooked and cheesecake looked not so good anymore! Mind you, I work at a different Buffalo Wild Wings location. Always check your dates on produce guys! I could barely eat it

They were very low staffed it seemed like but our server did a good job. Food was tasty and the beer was cold. Id go there again.

We’ve had some great times here but have had very irregular service. Tonight we showed up an hour before closing. After waiting for fifteen minutes, a lady took our names and left. She returned to tell us they were too tired, decided to close early and are no longer taking any more people for the evening. We were a bit confused by the amount of open tables, but left without any fuss.Very let down by the lack of happy hour hour this evening as well as the direct disregard for service. There were plenty of open tables to seat us and we felt disrespected by the disregard for scheduled hours. It’s unfortunate, but I guess it’s what can you should expect from a chain company like this.

If your into the whole bww experience I’m sure this location is fine. However, I’m comparing it to other local restaurants and bars in this review. I went in specifically between dinner rushes to see how between the heavy flow on the down beat; how the staff preformed.I put in an order for the chicken club to go so see how quick they would get it out and the quality. The sandwich had a very small cut of chicken and was abit dry but overall about what you expect out of one of these chains. However I waited 35 mins for the one sandwich and saw it sit on the counter for about five before they boxed it up. While I waited for the order I put in and order for one beer this took about eight minutes to get. Over all not impressed the staff didn’t seem pressed to serve the customer and I felt somewhat ignored, next time if I’m on this block I think hop cat or Stellas just down the street will receive my business.

I bought some food for takeout. Then I asked the MANAGER if I could eat it in the restaurant she said NO because the bartender YELLS at people when they don’t tip. I tipped with my takeout order. Since when has tipping been mandatory and since when is it ok to yell at customers. Don’t eat there, unless you want to get yell at by the bartenders and managers

Waited 20 min for a table. Ended up sitting at the table that was open the whole time... Loved the wings and wedges with Sam Cherry Wheat on tap. They forgot to add the cherries in the glass.

Around August 19th, I bought 80 bone in wings from Buffalo Wings in downtown Grand Rapids in order to feed 25 hungry track and field athletes. We were in GR for 13 days for the launch of the first ever Professional Track and Field League, North American Track&FieldLeague. When I got the food to the hotel, Hampton Inn and Suites, I was surprised to learn they were wing dings. Wing dings are not chicken wings. Wing dings are appetizers, while i was looking for full size chicken wings. When I called and asked why we got wing dings instead of full chicken wings and reminded the manager that we were the group that visited two days prior and spent close to $400. Furthermore, I came back to them at the athletes request. When she learned of my displeasure with this transaction, she was condescending and dismissive. She said BBW only serve wing dings and everyone knows it. Apparently not everyone. When I asked for a complimentary set of 80 more wings she said she was not going to give away free food. To me I was not asking for free food I was asking her to give me a good reason to do business with her in the future. Our 13 days in Grand Rapids feeding 25 athletes was costly, but good tasty food and good service is worth the cost. That was not the case in this situation and Buffalo Wild Wings Manager blew it for me. We will return to Grand Rapids again in 2022 as we will hold our National Championship there. We will have doubled the teams . Right now we have three teams, When we return we will have six teams.We are looking for caterers so we dont run into this problem again. But nevertheless as a team we wont be returning to Buffalo Wild Wings.

We left before ordering. The guy who seated us seemed bothered that we had 6 ppl he rudely told us to take the 8 person table and pointed at it. The waitress was absolutely rude, refused to properly wash the table, tried having my 14 year old do it. We did not feel welcome there at all, so we paid for our drinks and left. I won’t go back. Real sorry we bothered her.. after reading other reviews it seems a constant problem.

Ordered on Doordash. Ordered a kids boneless meal. 2 orders of 15 boneless wings with cheese curds and onion rings. Something in my meal was out of stock. Instead of contacting me and asking if I wanted an alternative, they replaced my ENTIRE ORDER with potato wedges. And they did not include any of the dipping sauces we requested. We will not be ordering from here again. Very disappointed.

I had two "Mango Cart" drafts and a Mango habanero boneless wings (🌶🔥😵sample platter. I wish I had a friendlier server though.

Long wait time on a Sunday. Was told there was only one waitress/waiter. He was multitasking waiting tables, seating the patrons, bartending and was quite efficient. Would have loved to experience dining outside on the upper floor but was told that it was closed due to staffing.

Usually dont go downtown, stayed in a hotel tonight. Thought Id order food for myself and kids to go. Got there they asked for a mask. I have a condition I told them. They said one was required. I said ok I dont have one, can I have one. They told me no we dont have one...ok require a mask but dont supply one...sorry but if your going to require a mask then you should have them ready for those who dont. Any other place will supply one. Thats fine I took my business elsewhere, enjoy the food you cooked for no one to pay for. Hopefully you have enough business to keep you afloat with all the food waste for a 5 minute purchase.

Food tasted good, but service was absolutely dismal. We recieved our food order before our first beverages. A person in our party ordered a 2nd cocktail and was given it in a glass which could have easily fit inside the correct one, but was charged the same. The manager only provided cookie cutter responses when speaking to them, and stated he couldnt verify the measurements werent correct. While he gave an apology, it was very clearly scripted. The only explanation was that the bartender was rushed, but the restaurant was nearly empty, with two whole bars, and bartenders available. Will not likely dine here again.

Great Place to catch a game and a brew. Love the two story location. Jaclyn is an amazing waitress. Thank you for the fun times.

Friend invited me out for after work food and drinks.The staff was very prompt and polite, quick as well as efficient. We were informed prior to ordering of the BOGO wings (Buy 1 set of 10 wings for $13, get one FREE on TuesdaysWhich was super helpful.The waitress seemed a bit, confused or unfamiliar when it came to us ordering. Im not sure of it was because of the masks or if she was new. I asked about alcohol options, since its been over 10 years since Ive stepped into a location and wasnt aware that they sold any beverages other than soda or beer.When I took a pass on the alcoholic beverages for the moment, I asked what products they served, she replied "Pepsi products", I said, "Okay, Ill take a Pepsi." What was brought back was a Sierra Mist, and she walked away. I looked past this error and accepted the drink anyways.The waitress didnt have an attitude, but, she didnt seem very invested in us or a bit out of it when it came to our orders.Later when I asked if they had the ingredients to make a "Lemon Drop" she asked "on the rocks?" And went back to bar and seemed a little confused.When our food arrived, the chicken seemed a bit... Overdone... Lots of charred bits that I was picking off my food as I was eating.However, the Bar Tender with the Blue Hair had enough positive energy to fill the room, which I loved and their presence was absolutely felt, and very much so there! They seemed to have their hands full with running the upstairs and what seemed like training, so I will say this much, I appreciate the attention to detail, cleanliness of the tables, and your floor management of the upstairs dining area. Huge Kudos.When we were leaving, we said goodbye to our waitress and she still seemed a bit out of sorts and almost seemed as though she didnt hear us.Overall, the food was "okay", some of the staff seemed a bit off tonight, but the upper management staff seemed on point.Id like to come back again sometime and give another review.

The food is always great, delightfully fresh, and full of flavor! It can be slightly pricey. My favorite thing to eat is there Street Tacos! the customer service Is always good too, no matter where I go. whether Im going to the one in Springfield Mo, or Grand Rapids Mi, the food is still amazing. they can be relied on for all the good things.

Ive visited this location twice. On both occasions the tables were dirty, had to ask to be wiped down, everyone is thrown into one small section of the restaurant, service is extremely slow. As if that were not bad enough, the food (when it finally came outwas cold, even the dessert ordered, which was supposed to be warm Chocolate fudge cake topped with Icd cream was hard and as cold as the ice cream. Its one of those places where you leave upset that you spent any of your time or money at. Giving two stars because the waitress tried to be friendly.

Used to like this place a couple years ago, but Ive never seen a corporate restaurant go down so quickly. In every way my last visits have been so bad with this last time being the final straw. I manage restaurants for a living and will not only never send anyone that way but make sure they dont go period. The list is long so here it goes: no manage presence ever, every table dirty, beer was cold but flat and skunky, bartender/sever could care less. An argument was going on when we got there between him and other guests. Without knowing what was going on we give the benefit of the doubt to the employees, that was our first mistake. Thought it might be a staffing issue like Ive seen in the past. Nope, just the quality of your outside bartender who does not understand customer service. Terrible all around, live a block away and will never come back, guess its Peppinos

The worst service Ive ever had. Came 2 hours before closing and our waitress was rude. Never checked on us after our food. Left broken glass on the patio. Watched her not greet a table for 20min and didnt place another table, that was here before me, order in. As a server i understand the stress of right before close. But it was so bad. The bartender wasnt helping either. No manager present.

Just okay. Ordered 20 extra crispy spicy garlic wings. Got it home and it was 20 Asian sweet something I think. Not close. They wanted us to bring them back but obviously not worth the time drive all the way back. Kind of important to get the order right when its takeout.

Ordered wings, a burger, and two orders of fries for take-out. The burger was literally just meat, cheese, and a bun. No toppings! For over $12. Both orders of fries were the worst thing I have ever eaten. Cold, stale, rubbery, hard/chewy. Ive had take-out fries before and they are never as good as they are fresh, but this was absolutely terrible. We couldnt even eat them, and had to throw away $10 in fries. Even my dog wouldnt eat the fries. Major disappointment.

Service was ok... the worst part of the experience was when a guest dropped a glass and the server never swept it up. Waited a long time for the server to sweep it, never happened. Im a server myself, doesnt matter how busy you are, this should always be a priority. A guest could get seriously injured through their shoe or whatever footwear theyre wearing. Not sure if Ill be back due to the cluelessness of the server.

The customer service started out great when we were seated. I placed my order and asked that no mayo due to allergies put on my burger and that it was cooked to "well done". My burger arrived and I bit down into without checking it because I had already previously asked "NO MAYO ". I immediately begin to feel my throat closing up and shortness of breath. I notified the server my burger had mayo on it and he apologized. The server stated he would have it re cooked. After waiting another 20 minutes. My replacement burger arrived this time without mayo. So I bit down into and the ground beef was raw. I couldnt believe this! I hard is it to cook a burger "well done without mayo".I asked for a manger and begin expressing to him what happened. He apologized and stated he would take care of the bill. But at this point I was more concern for MY HEALTH! Being that I was on weekend trip away from home and my normal hospital with my medical records.

Dined In last night with some friends + the wait wasn’t long at all. They’ve changed a lot of their menu but the food still lacks. Everything taste straight out of a bag and into a fryer. I had to send food back because the taste just wasn’t there. Service was slower but understanding considering how busy they were. As far as cleanliness of the restaurant, they need help BIG time. Bathrooms look like they haven’t been cleaned in weeks! Tables weren’t wiped down well enough and there were dirty tables everywhere. Staff was working hard though so great job to them.

My first time at this establishment, All in all I would have loved to be able to give 5 stars. Had a little issue but it was handled way better than would have been expected. The management team here is by far some of the best down to earth and respectful individuals I have met. I have been reviewed many different places this year. Not just the food and service, but as well as to how you are treated in different group settings. Our reservation of 15 (12 being teenswas greeted, seated and had a great time considering some difficulties that were handle with the most dedicated care I have seen in Grand Rapids. We will definitively be coming back again. Sam, Rich and tina you rock!! do not let one bad apple spoil the hard work and enthusiasm you put forth.

Waited almost an hour for our food after it was somehow forgotten under the warmer? So by the time we got home, the buffalo chips were cold cardboard, wings no longer crispy, and we had to heat everything in the oven to make it seem like it was even fresh. Provided no ranch even though included on the receipt. Big disappointment. BWW, dont attached this "reviewed by" tag if nobody is bothering to look at the order.

Unprofessional staff and the manager was very Rude! Ordered flats and was told after I got there and paid for my food I wasnt getting any flats. Asked for manager and he was rude! I ask for a refund and was told No that they dont do refunds and he would not fix my order. After giving him a few words he told me he would only give me a coupon for my next visit as if I would want to return to that horrible location. Then as I proceeded to leave he snatched the bag of food I had in my hands and embarrassed me in front of all the customers. Ill never go back here again. Thanks to the suggestion of regular Sola Cepa reader Kyle Hanby, Buffalo Wild Wings had been on my hit-list for some time. That Monday night, the rings and I finally met.Presentation and Appearance: 4/5The plating and presentation of these onion rings is nothing revolutionary. Heaped into a mass and sitting atop some paper in a basket, theyre not breaking any new ground. Thats not a bad thing. I appreciate a restaurant thats willing to stick with what works rather than pointlessly concoct crazy new plating designs for the sake of being different. Its fitting and it works.The appearance of the onion rings themselves is similar. Nothing groundbreaking, theyre in a general pub style. Irregularly sized and somewhat loosely breaded and battered. This means there are a few hobs and gnarls on the otherwise smooth surface of the onion rings themselves, but this does make them a bit more interesting to look at. Otherwise, theyre fairly consistent in color and covering.Taste: 1.5/5I dont even know where to begin. Ill start with picking one up. Immediately, my fingers become coated in a thin layer of grease, which covers the whole of the onion ring. They almost seem to glisten in the dim interior of Buffalo Wild Wings. The coating is at least a little seasoned, but I didnt get a lot of flavor from it.Frankly, if it werent for the shape and name, I dont think I would have known these were onion rings. The actual onion interior was cut extremely thin, and they somehow managed to sap all of the onion flavor out of it. This was mostly a circle of greasy, crispy bread that kind of smelled like an onion.For all the faults of the onion ring itself, the grease DID make the food taste better (which I think is the entire point of grease,and the accompanying zesty dipping sauce (which the menu calls Southwestern Ranchwas outstanding. Not so hard and overcooked as to be difficult to bite through, but firm enough to substantially hold its own shape.The onion itself, however, lacks any texture whatsoever. Possibly because theres basically no onion at all.Value: 2.5/5For the price (a little over $5), you get a decent sized starter/side basket of onion rings. They go will with their trademark wings, but leave something to be desired on their own. Ive docked this category a bit simply because the onion taste is not there. Largely tasteless, the greasy crispy bread is at the very least filling, and would probably be a bit better with a beer or two.Total: 11.5/20
