Amid tropical jungle, this rustic ecolodge is 6 minutes' walk from surfing at Maderas Beach along the Pacific Ocean. It's also 147 km from Augusto Cesar Sandino International Airport.With thatched roofs and verandas, the 6 simple wood cabins offer ceiling fans, mosquito nets and private bathrooms. There's no hot water, TV or air-conditioning.Breakfast and dinner are served in an airy bungalow with a thatched roof. There's an open-air lounge, a deck with ocean views, and a self-service bar, plus a shaded area with hammocks. Surfboard rentals, and yoga and surf lessons are available. Minimum-stay rules apply. Guests age 16 and over are welcome.
