Perfect hostel! The location is great, clean rooms smell good, the bathroom is spacious and clean, and above all, the reception staff are very friendly and helpful! This hotel deserves a much better rating than what they have! Will definitely be back!

Lady was take a 150for 1h and after c um she say byebye so next time i will not use her services, but hotel is ok clean nice everythingI recommend for staying few days in eindhoven :)

No parking place . And minimum fine its 100€ wich its very bad if they dont have a spot for custode to park.

Lovely small rooms, for a small price. Despite the small price, the rooms are beautiful.Only downside is the rooms have a shared bathroom, however during my stay it barely even caused an inconvenience.

Cozy beds.Clean.Central location.Near airport bus stop.Quiet street. Happy buzz around the corner during the day.Very steep stairs and very narrow bathroom.

Something went wrong with the booking (my own fault, booked the wrong dateand the man behind the reception was really considerate and he offered me a two person room for the price of one! The room looked really clean as wel. Very good experience

Not bad at all. Good price. Large room in nice stylish Hollands houses. Nevertheless, the room was very cold when we have arrived - solved by starting the heating. We were just worried about only one toilet per our house with 8 rooms. But we had no issue in the end. Definitely a good choice.

Valuable! I totally recommend here! Reasonable price. But the carpet was dirty. They provide a towel, a desk and a chair etc...

Great place, really comfortable, spacious and clean. It didnt seem a budget hotel at all! Our plane was going to arrive late, so they left the key in a security box, and all the information and instructions provided were accurate and easy to follow. Totally recommended

Great place. Big room with minor facilities (refrigerator and wardrobe in the room).No air conditioning, but there a lot of windows that you can open and create a draft. Although there is bar street just outside and you will probably hear a lot of commotion in the evening. Personally I was hearing guys drinking even around 1 AM.Shared shower and toilet are nice and clean, but do not expect any additional things like shower gel or shampoo.Location is nice, close to almost every attraction in the city.Great and cozy hotel if you need to stay a night.

Small snigle room with tv, shared bathroom or larger rooms if 2 people, price is reasonable

Good price / quality ratio, you have to share bathroom with other guests, but its well maintained and clean.Staff is friendly and they offer possibility of late check-in and early check-out.

Location is great. The room is about what I excepted. Im not able to use the tv but thats not a big deal. I came after the weekend check in time and did not knew that my room key would be at the bar cross the street I figured it out so everything is good.

The receptionist only available from 11am-17pm (so make sure you check in at those time). I have followed the instructions so they clean the room and change the towels but the fact they don’t change my towels nor cleaning my room. It’s very disapointing bcos I put the towels on the floors as instructed so I have no more towels to use. The shared bathroom is very bad. The water didnt flow properly causing a bit of ‘flood’ and only 1 shower room per building to share for more than 5 rooms i guess... not going back to this hotel ever again although price is very cheap and location is near to the center. If u drive by car, a cheap parking spot is available.

Excellent choice for a budget trip. Smooth communication with the staff, very clean rooms and bathrooms. Good heating and plenty of hot water. In the bathroom on my floor there was a laundry machine for the guests, so the place also suitable for longer stays. Very nice area around with plenty of cafés and places to eat.

Our stay was really calm, and staff was so nice! I loved it. There is a lot of noise, but for me personally that doesnt matter.

The place is good! But printer in the hotel doesnt print the check-ins of Wizzair. And hotel staff cant helps you. You can try to print in "Digital Printing Store" or "Tourist Office of Eindhoven".

I stayed at the hotel 2 nights. The hotel itself is not quite bad. A simple budget hotel. What was really terrible was the second breakfast in the eatery called Broodje Smits. Do not eat there, especially your breakfast. I had mine there on Monday 21st January 2019. The cook who was serving it was extremely rude. It was obvious, that he tried to save as much as possible. I paid 10 euros for this poor service. Better to go somewhere else, even in a cafeteria.I waited 30 minutes on the frost outside the eatery. The cook was inside, saw me, but ignored. I eventually got into the place entering the main door with the sign gesloten = closed in Dutch. The cook asked me, what to eat and drink and presented me a shabby laminated paper with the items. It was stated, that you need to order just once, according to the rules.So I asked politely for scrambled eggs, coffee and yogurt. The cook brought me the yogurt, saying, that it was the only 1 he had. I asked for another cup of coffee, which was delivered to me by a man in a winter jacket, who had been chit chatting with the cook - not even dressed for presenting of food and drinks.As I spotted a basket with oranges on the bar, the top rude cook appeared again. I took an orange and asked the cook, if I could have one. He said: You need to ask first. It is not on the menu, so I will allow you to take one . The menu stated, that guest can get max. 3 glasses of juice. 1 orange was less than that.This place is shocking. I saw the cook communicating with another foreign guest, who wanted to get just coffee.The cook at the eatery called Broodje Smits apparently doesnt like foreigners. What a shame in the business, where foreigners brings money into it. Shocking.My advice is: Stay at the hotel, but avoid having a breakfast there. Especially in the Broodje Smits eatery located right on the hotel premises.

Location is super great. Very close to the nice center of Eindhoven. The room is pretty budget level but it has everything you need. The bathroom was shared with other 3 rooms so its never occupied for too much time. Walls are very thin though. The thin windows glass thatwelcomes all the noise from the street including pubs crackles.

A pretty high nightly rate considering what was offered (no private bathroom, old building, not soundproof at all...). Perhaps if we had booked earlier, the price would have been more appropriate and it would have matched the quality of the accommodation better.

Thin walls and the floor cracks so you can hear everything. The WiFi didnt work in my room, but I couldnt complain since it was really affordable. the staff is very courteous and nice. It was okay.

Stayed one night for a very fair price. Room had a tv, some chairs and a two person bed (cheapest roomtoilet and shower was shared. Everything was clean and the included breakfast was amazing!

Clean, neat and nice hotel, very close to the city center. Facilities includes a showerroom and toilet in the corridor, along with a sink in the room. We would definitely stay here again.

Great affordable accommodation. I even appreciated it more when i realised that there was a coffeeshop just around the corner. The toilets are really small though, only enough space for one to stand

Clean, comfortable, cheap hotel in the city centre. It consists of four converted housesTerri Garber in the same street. Shared facilities but for the price it is much better than certain other so called budget hotels.

Clean and beautiful. Only one thing: change the mirrors¡ we had one small mirror that looks like you sticked 6 small mirrors to get 1 and it was awwwful. The staff KS very friendly!!

Its always a good hotel to overnight to, its really in the city center and near a nice square, all for a good price. The only problem is noise during the night.

The only thing I didnt like was having to climb 2 stories to get to my room, but having said that, the room was clean and spacious. The bathroom and the toilet the same. They gave me the wifi code on the envelope of my key so I didnt have to look for it. They also made it easy for me to leave without ever having to go to the front desk. If you are traveling and need a place to sleep, I would definitely recommend De Zwaan. I was a little too late, but there is a cafe at the corner for a drink and a light meal.

Its what the name describes, a cheap hotel. Location is good and there are lots of things to do in the area. Rooms are very basic and toilets and showers are shared. But the place is clean and what is there is good.

First at all there are great people working in this hotel, everyone is willing to help, amazing human beings.The hotel is really clean, the rooms are nice and big enough.The area, where this hotel is situated, is full of pubs and close to the city centre.It is cheap, really cheap! Places ok. Good for medium stays (few monthsbecause honestly, the options are limited. I suppose its simply because its located in the Netherlands, but rooms are small while fairly expensive.Rooms come with fridge and a shower, at least If you stay longer.

Perfect room for 1 night. Very good position in the city centre and at 10 minutes walk to the Eindhoven central station. Bathroom not in the room but very close in the hallway. Very clean and quiet.

Fine budget hotel, good for the price, feels a bit like cheap student accommodation with a sink in the room and old CRT TV. Its five for somewhere to sleep while out dont more interesting things during the day

A nights stay here costs about 30 euros, which is very cheap looking at the other hotels in the area. The location is excellent, and so is the price/quality ratio. They have free wifi for all guests. The toilet and bathroom are situated outside of the room itself, but Ive never had issues with other guests. The beds are comfortable and the rooms have everything you will need, including a TV with Dutch channels.I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking to visit Eindhoven.

I say regularly at this hotel, allowing me to stay late in Eindhoven and not having to commute back. You get a key to the front door so you can come and go anytime you would like. The rooms are clean, the beds comfortable, and the price is really affordable. Highly recommended.

The best budget hotel I have ever tried: clean, well furnished, quiet rooms.

Perfect room, great staff, IN the center of the city. A great valour 4 money hotel. Bring it own towels, they provide u with some but there are really small. Going back 100%
