They treat you like your in prison and they have bed bugs

It’s very nice and clean but the first day there my wife got shot and killed

Was told I would be refunded partially due to Julie’s father telling me one price and her telling me another.I stayed for two nights and paid for a week. She assured I would be refunded and yet I haven’t.Rude and incoherent, the folks who run this motel. Springs coming out of beds, roaches crawling the walls, NOT worth $85/night that I paid. Will be seeking civil liability from the owners if I am not refunded soon! DON’T stay here, spare the extra $15 and go to Best Western.

NEVER stay here. We were fooled by the positive reviews. My significant other walked in the lobby to book a room and there were literal swastikas on the wall of the business. (First red flagWe checked the room out and it was disgusting. (Fingerprints all over the mirror and headboard. Brown substance on the soap packaging. Bugs everywhere.An employee was very adamant on us paying cash only for our pet deposit instead of adding the charge to a card?? I was very unsettled with the whole experience. We left within 10 minutes of being there.

The room was clean and the manager was friendly and courteous. Located across the street from Dees Diner and a Speedway, it was convenient to get a meal and drinks and snacks for later. Pricing was right for 2 beds, a fridge and a coffee pot. It was $64 compared to $110 at Best Western for the same accomodations.

This place is very disgusting the rooms smell like Indian food they charge you 15 dollars to do two loads of laundry and they wanna do it for you on top of that they will walk in your room when they feel free to do so their is no ice machine their is no do not disturb sign TVs are 24inch my room had very large burn rings in the carpet the Indian guy who runs the place is very rude he will bang on your door like the police and he insist on coming to your room if you call down for any questions regardless if it’s as simple as a WiFi password I WOULD RATE THIS HOTEL AND EXPERIENCE A NEGATIVE 100

I stayed at this location and was robbed the first night. The owners nor the local police were of no help. It was not clean and in a bad part of town infested with thieves. I would not recommend staying here if you value your belongings or expect help of any kind from owner or local police if any such incident occurs to you. This place was terrible!

Room was clean etc but coffee pot exploded n we were told ck out was @ 10am, um... No its not, its 11am... Very rude staff

We stayed at this motel because it was running late and needed a place to stay. Had two suitcases stolen out of back of truck. Call the police, they came to look at surveillance. And lo and behold the time frames between 12:30 and 1 shows that my vehicle and a boat attached was gone when it had never left. The owners cut the footage. I would highly recommend no one ever stay at this place. After speaking with several customers before leaving they also made me awhere of multiple things being stolen from peoples rooms. Meaning it was someone that had a key. The owner is of no help if things go wrong.

The owners are always friendly and accommodating. Convenient location, clean rooms and a great price. Im yet to be disappointed

Love staying here but always run into issue of being made to leave in check out day and nor able to rent longer because of over booking.

Paid for 10 days before seeing the room and 20 minutes after being there I broke out into hives. I called and ask for some ice and was told I had to walk to speedway and when I went outside I was told go back inside we have a curfew. O had someone come and get me after staying about 3 hours and was told no refund .

Could not drive anymore had to stop. Older motel, but clean, comfortable, quiet, and the water was hot. For $60 cant beat it. Owner friendly and funny. Smelled like cigarettes though.

The lady helped us with everything we needed and more. Very hospitable and they even provided transportation to the hotel. No taxi service in town but they went above and beyond everything we expected. This town has nothing at all for lodging or even car rentals and if it wasnt for the lady at the front desk of the hotel agreeing to close her doors to come and pick me and my gf up to drive us safely to a room for the night, I believe we would have been stuck with spending the night in an emergency room waiting area or on the streets. If ever in this area, I urge you to call Budget Inn Express and explain your situation because they will find a way to get you into a safe room and again they will transport you there as well and without that it is over 5 miles to walk to the nearest hotel or any other business. They were lifesavers for my girlfriend and I.

Has everything you need. Comfortable, good price, great staff.

Wish more establishments would run a business like this one. They went the extra mile to make everyone feel welcome. Lovely family.

I was absolutely thrilled with my experience with the owners of this place...and of course, my stay here. I was stuck 200 miles from home with only cash in my pocket. They gave me a room with two queen beds, a mounted flat screen, fridge, coffee pot, wifi, etc. It was absolutely unreal what I got for $55 (thats tax and all). I expected a roach motel bc of the cheap price, so when I explored the room, it was such a pleasant surprise! I have to be back in Louisa every two weeks and I will be going back here every single time I go 👍

This place was inexpensive for two nights... Just remember, you get what you pay for. Seemed dirty, the pipes for water usage were loud and sounded like they were going to bust, there was concrete repairs right next to the hotel that were VERY loud and we were unaware of prior to reserving the hotel and the walls are thin so you can hear other guests. We did appreciate the microwave, coffee maker (even though they only provided us with decafand a mini fridge.

The owners do a great service for thier community

This place is amazing the lady that works here is so sweet!! She checks and makes sure everything is good and that u are happy with ur room !! The rooms are really nice and smell amazing!! U can’t beat it for the price!!

Wouldnt even give them 1 star they never showed me my room untill i paid for my room and they told me guest can come over amd then when i actually have a guest over they come to my room demanding that i pay for my guest to stay here when they never told me guest have to payy i have killed at least 12 roaches since my 2nd night staying here i pay $600 a month to stay here amd them demand money for my guest just to stay here 1-2 days

Just checked in last night and getting ready to leave.. its very affordable and soo very clean!! When back in the area it will be only place I stop to stay.. and management is the friendliest ppl Ive ever met..they make u feel very comfortable !!

Ok. No this isnt the fanciest hotel. Its more of a 2 or 3 in that department but what makes up for its nostalgic appearance is the way the owners treat you. Weve stayed here several times, whenever were in the area. Weve always been treated as if we are family. They are simply precious people. So their love for others, supercedes the desire for a fancier, more up to date place to sleep. We will always support them.

Dont waste your money on this dump...Owner is a pervert and creepy individual to say the least... theres bed bugs all over the place, no clean sheets, very few tv channels, no breakfast, no coffee pot in the rooms or office...Id sleep on the street before I would ever go back to this place...theres 2 other hotels in Louisa and Ive stayed at both and they were great so spend the extra few bucks and stay at one of them

Have to get your towels from the desk every morning. Limited TV channels. No breakfast, no coffee pots in bedrooms or lobby, beds are hard as rocks. Tv Remotes had no batteries...

I stayed in gallapois and it was ok it was a little pricey for the room nothing special
